Chris Pratt announced his engagement yesterday to girlfriend of seven months Katherine Schwarzenegger, and pretty much everyone was waiting to see Anna Faris' reaction.

Pratt and Faris only finalised their divorce three months ago following eight years of marriage.

The Jurassic World star shared the happy news yesterday morning with a photo of Katherine wearing a stunning diamond engagement ring, captioning the the adorable snap:

The Hollywood actor's Marvel co-stars all shared their warm wishes, including Tom Holland, Karen Gillan and Gwyneth Paltrow.

For Katherine's birthday in December, the former Parks & Recreation actor posted a gorgeous montage of photos with the message;

"Happy Birthday Chief! Your smile lights up the room. I’ve cherished our time together. Thrilled God put you in my life. Thankful for the laughs, kisses, talks, hikes, love and care."

He was first romantically linked to Katherine in Father's Day of last June, and the couple have been going strong ever since. 

Faris and Pratt share a six-year-old son together, and the Overboard actress is currently dating Michael Barrett.

The 2019 Critics' Choice Awards ceremony was one full of tearful speeches, glamorous outfits and moving moments. What else would happen at a celebrity gathering?

The cast and crew both appeared to accept the award, with producer Andrew Form claiming that; "The truth is this movie doesn't exist without the visionary filmmaker John Krasinski."

It was then director and screenwriter John's turn to talk, and from that point on all the air left our lungs.

Hugh Jackman has proven why he's The Greatest Showman by making one little Irish girl's dream come true.

Seven-year-old Emma from Lucan is a superfan of Hollywood star Hugh Jackman after seeing his latest film, and her mother thought of a genius plan to get his attention.

After failing to nab tickets to see the star on his new tour, Jacqueline Cooney recorded her daughter singing A Million Dreams in the hopes of getting him to see it.

Devoted mum Jacqueline appeared on Muireann O'Connell's lunchtime show on Today FM yesterday, and revealed her reasoning.

"My daughter Emma is a huge fan of The Greatest Showman. She spent all Christmas singing the songs and Santa brought her a sing-along CD," she said.

"We missed out on tickets to see the show in the 3Arena so I said I'd record her singing a little song for him from the movie and send it to him and see would he see it."

The mother of three posted the video of Emma singing to Hugh, but it initially failed to get a response from the man himself, until fellow actor Liev Schreiber showed it to him.

It turned out that Ray Donovan star Schreiber, and one of Jackman’s childhood friend Gus Worland were the ones to get the Australian actor to watch Emma's tribute.

"At first we were thinking of giving up but then four days later or so he saw it and he sent a special message that I know he wouldn't have just sent to anyone," she said.

"I was pretty freaked out when I saw it yesterday afternoon," Jacqueline added. "I was looking at something else and then it came up, 'Hugh Jackman mentioned you on Twitter'".

The actor sent an adorable message to Emma, addressing her directly;

"I just want to say your little girl, thank you so much for singing that song. Thanks so much for being a fan. And never stop dreaming. Remember, life is what you choose to make it so make it fantastic!"

Emma and her mum were over the moon after seeing it; "I was expecting maybe a text or something but a video and what he said was so lovely and so genuine," she continued.

What a wonderful story, the actor truly is a gentleman.

Congratulations to Emma, she certainly has a bright future of singing ahead of her with connections like these.

Kevin Spacey has claimed that the 18-year-old man which accused him of groping told Spacey he was older and welcomed flirting.

The notorious Hollywood actor pleaded NOT guilty to sexually assaulting the young man in 2016.

The incident happened in Nantucket, and Spacey has been ordered to have zero contact with his accuser following the sexual assault charges.

The Daily Mail are reporting that the former House of Cards actor claims the teenager; "said he was a 23-year-old student studying business at Wake Forest University."

In court yesterday, (Spacey also was caught speeding before appearing) the motion claims the teen "welcomed drinks" from the famous actor and allowed him to; "put his arm around around him near the piano while they did sing-a-longs and even left the bar to smoke."

It's alleged that the young man gave his phone number to Spacey, which the motion states suggested "mutual and consensual flirting".

Spacey doesn't actually deny groping the teen, but it does state that the teenager "did not object to the alleged touching, he did not ask Spacey to stop and he did not remove himself from the situation".

The young woman who was in contact with the accuser was never told about the alleged assault, it is purported.

CNN reported yesterday that Spacey gave a nod of acknowledgement following the judge's order for him to refrain from contacting his accuser.

A spokeman lawyer said: "The commonwealth is requesting that Mr Spacey be ordered to stay away and no contact with the named victim and his family."

Judge Thomas Barrett said; "Certainly the court will impose those conditions."

The 59-year-old actor was seen arriving at court surrounded by paparazzi, less than a five-minute walk from the place where the alleged assault took place; Club Car lounge.

Spacey was silent on the claim and refused to comment as he left the courtroom and headed to his car. The next hearing date is March 4, but the actor is not obliged to attend.

Former Love/Hate star Johnny Ward has been confirmed as the eighth contestant for RTÉ One's Dancing With The Stars.

Known for his bad boy roles, the actor is choosing to take on his most challenging performance yet- on the dancefloor.

The actor is known for playing the character of Pauley in Love/Hate, and played Gino in Coppers the Musical this year.

He made the announcement on RTÉ One's Today with Maura and Dáithí, saying that his sights are most definitely set on winning the coveted glitter ball trophy.

Speaking about taking part in the hit show, Johnny commented;

"For once I get to be a gentleman rather than a psychotic gangster, kidnapper or clamper! I’m really looking forward to joining the show and leaning a new skill. The nerves are there but I’m up for the challenge and loving every minute of the experience.”

Johnny will now join Clelia Murphy, Mairead Ronan, Eilish O’Carroll, Denis Bastick, Darren Kennedy, Fred Cooke and Holly Carpenter on series three of the show.

Jennifer Zamparelli and Nicky Byrne are joining forces this year to present the new series of Dancing with the Stars. Each week, 11 celebrities will pair up with professional dance partners and compete to stay in the competition.

The show will start on RTÉ One on Sunday January 6, and is running for 12 weeks. The expert panel of judges Brian Redmond, Loraine Barry and Julian Benson will be deciding the dancers' fates, as well as the viewing public.

Can’t Stop Dancing, the preview show for Dancing with the Stars hosted by Bláthnaid Treacy will be back on Friday, January 4 on RTÉ One. 

Get ready for the glitz and glamour of the fight for the glitter ball trophy, luckily the first two weeks have no eliminations.

Award-winning actor Clelia Murphy has been officially announced as the sixth star who will sashay her way onto our screens in the New Year on Dancing with the Stars on RTÉ One.Speaking about taking part in Dancing with the Stars Clelia said: 

"I can’t believe I’m doing Dancing with the Stars. I’m still in a bit of shock that I said yes! It’s unlike anything I’ve ever done before and that’s exactly why it makes it so beautifully terrifying and thrilling all at the same time. 

"I’m sorry now that I didn’t stick with dance classes as a child. I’m normally dressed from head to toe in black and I’m finding myself in a glorious rainbow sea of glitter and sequins and Spanx! I’m so far out of my comfort zone but I kind of love it."

Clelia will join Mairead Ronan, Eilish O’Carroll, Darren Kennedy, Fred Cooke and Holly Carpenter on series three of the show.

She was the child star who successfully broke into more adult acting roles.

We loved watching her after school on Nickelodeon's The Amanda Show, adored her as kooky Penny in Hairspray and She's The Man was our sleepover go-to as teenagers.

And then, just as quick as she became our on-screen BFF, she seemed to go down the typical child-star spiral. 

However, the 32-year-old has made her triumphant return – and she is breaking the Internet. 

The actor is currently studying at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in downtown Los Angeles.

She has been enrolled there since 2014 and is getting her Associate's of Art degree in Merchandise Product Development this month before starting a Bachelor's degree in January. 

But hold on – acting is still her first passion –  phew. 

Acting has been her whole life; she had an agent by the age of seven, went on to a "SNL-with-tweens"-esque sketch show on Nick and then, of course, she had her own show.

She says that "It was a dream come true. It was unbelievable for me."

After three seasons, it was time for Amanda to break into movies – and that she did. Remember her, aged 15, alongside Frankie Muniz in Big Fat Liar?

And What I Like About You on the WB, opposite Jennie Garth, playing two sisters living in New York City.

But then came 2007.

Blame paparazzi culture, snapping young stars as they fell out of nightclubs – not that Amanda liked going out that much, or alcohol for that matter. 

But, she says, "I started smoking marijuana when I was 16. Even though everyone thought I was the 'good girl,' I did smoke marijuana from that point on. I wasn't going out and partying or making a fool of myself… yet."

It was after making Easy A, her last movie, that thing started to spiral. 

She says candidly, ''I literally couldn't stand my appearance in that movie and I didn't like my performance. I was absolutely convinced I needed to stop acting after seeing it."

She continues, "I was high on marijuana when I saw that but for some reason, it really started to affect me. I don't know if it was a drug-induced psychosis or what, but it affected my brain in a different way than it affects other people."

So she retired on Twitter and sank into a dark existence with a seedy crowd. 

Now sober for four years, her advice to anyone struggling with substance abuse is ''to be really careful because drugs can really take a hold of your life. The mixture of marijuana and whatever other drugs and sometimes drinking really messed up my brain. It really made me a completely different person. I actually am a nice person. I would never feel, say or do any of the things that I did and said to the people I hurt on Twitter."

Thankfully she is looking super healthy and says, "I have no fear of the future. I've been through the worst and came out the other end and survived it so I just feel like it's only up from here."

Everyone, get ready for the second act of Amanda Bynes-  we have a feeling it's gonna be a great one.

Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick will not face charges of sexual assault due to a lack of evidence, says US prosecutors. 

The 31-year-old was accused of various sexual assault allegations from three different women.

However, Los Angeles prosecutors said in new documents that the allegations would not be pursued due to insufficient evidence.

In November 2017, the actor Kristina Cohen accused Ed through a detailed Facebook post.

Former actor Aurélie Wynn also came forward alongside Kristina and provided witnesses.

“Those witnesses were not able to provide information that would enable the prosecution to prove either incident beyond a reasonable doubt,” the memo read.

“Prosecution on those two incidents is declined due to insufficient evidence,” the memo added.

A third accuser was referenced within the memo but her case was dropped because of her “unavailability”.

Accusations from further women of reported unwanted touching could not be held up due to falling outside the statute of limitations, reports the Guardian.

Ed has maintained his innocence after the first allegation became public.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, the actor said: “I have never forced myself in any manner, on any woman."

Yes, it seems that Leonardo Dicaprio's new love-interest ticks all his usual love-interest boxes.

In a nutshell: she looks like a Sports Illustrated model… probably because she is, indeed, a Sports Illustrated model. 

Meet 25-year-old Kelly Rohrbach, a young woman whom, if rumour is to be believed, we'll be seeing a lot more of in the future. That's because she's now being touted as a 'serious' girlfriend for one of Hollywood's most enduring men-about-town. 

Indeed, Oscar-nominated Leo, 40, is said to be smitten with the Connecticut-native – so much so that's he's already introduced her to his beloved mama, Irmelin. 

After returning from a Caribbean jaunt on Sunday evening, on Monday the duo were spotted cruising around New York City on bikes before meeting his mother at chic waterfront eatery, La Marina.

There they reportedly tucked in to lobster flatbread and chicken lollipops, as well as mint mojitos. Sounds good!

Kelly herself looked incredibly cool and stylish in white dungarees and blue canvas flats, while Mr Dicaprio was rocking his signature scruffy look: untidy beard, baseball cap, shorts and t-shirt.  

More than just a pretty face, Ms Rohrbach is one of five children. She went to Georgetown University and even played Division One women's golf there before giving it all up for a career in acting. She's already appeared in Two And A Half Men and The PET Squad Files. 

Represented by IMG models she last year appeared in a major Gap advert, as well as on the pages of Self, Glamour, and Galore magazines.

She's furthermore BFFs with IMG stablemate Rachel Hilbert – who's just been announced as the new face of the Victoria's Secret Pink range.

Fears are growing for Trevor Smith, an actor who has appeared in TV shows such as Coronation Street and Emmerdale, after he disappeared from his home on Monday.

Trevor was reported missing after 10pm on Monday night by relatives concerned about his failure to return to his home in Derbyshire. It has been reported he currently has a plaster cast on each of his wrists.

Trevor has been acting for over 23 years and has starred both on theatre, in short films and on TV shows such as Hollyoaks and No Angels.

When he was last seen, he was wearing a black padded jacket with a green parka over it, blue jogging bottoms and a woolly hat that is maroon and grey in colour.
