Quality Street and Monopoly are teaming up for the ultimate game night
Two of the most iconic things about Christmas have finally joined forces. Quality Street and Monopoly are collaborating this festive season and honestly, it’s the kind of news that makes you want to clear a Saturday evening and tell the kids to stay up late.
If your Christmas typically involves an argument over the last Purple One and someone dramatically flipping a Monopoly board somewhere around Go To Jail, this collaboration was made for your household.
So what’s actually happening?
Quality Street’s classic tub is getting a full Monopoly makeover this Christmas. Each promotional tub will contain a Chance Card, giving shoppers the chance to win one of 5,000 bespoke MONOPOLY: Quality Street Edition gameboards as well as thousands of cash prizes. The top prize is a jaw-dropping €20,580 — that’s every single note in the Monopoly bank — alongside smaller cash prizes ranging from €5 to €500.
The on-pack promotion opens on 1 November 2026, so if you’re picking up a tub between now and Christmas, you’ll want to check that Chance Card before anyone roots through the chocolates.
The gameboard itself is worth talking about
The limited-edition gameboard isn’t just a novelty slap of branding on a standard Monopoly set. It’s been designed as an octagonal shape — a nod to Quality Street’s famous tins and tubs — and the streets and locations across the board are all sweet-themed. Caramel Swirl Way. Green Triangle Gardens. The traditional stations have been reimagined too, celebrating places in Britain with connections to Quality Street, including Halifax in West Yorkshire where the chocolates have been made since 1936.
Best of all? The board has been designed with a space in the centre specifically for a tub of Quality Street. So the sweets aren’t a distraction from the game — they’re built right into it. Genius, really, and also slightly dangerous for anyone trying to ration the Toffee Pennies.

The Quality Street x Monopoly promotional tub is available in select stores nationwide for the Christmas 2026 season, while stocks last. Given that 5,000 gameboards is not a huge number when you consider how many Quality Street tubs get shifted between now and the 25th, it’s probably worth not leaving it too late.
