While her ex-husband appears to have found humour in the whole incident, two members of the Loose Women panel are struggling to hide their disdain regarding Millie Mackinstosh's decision to destroy her wedding dress.

The former Made in Chelsea star made headlines last week after it was revealed she ruined the Grace Loves Lace gown she wore to wed rapper Professor Green in 2013.

According to the press, the reality star shredded her dress and covered it in blood as a Halloween stunt – something which Janet Street Porter and Ruth Langsford are struggling to get their heads around.

Discussing Millie's decision on yesterday's episode of the show, Janet didn't hold back, saying: "It’s horrible to make a statement like that, it’s childish."

Chiming in with her co-presenter, Ruth agreed and added: "I don’t like the idea of trashing a dress for anything."

In contrast, Millie's ex didn't appear to have a problem with the stunt, recently telling Phillip Schofield that he's just glad she got some more use out of it.

"At least she got to wear it again! It's hers to do what she wants with. If you can’t have a sense of humour. Divorce is horrible but if you can’t look back at your marriage with any kindness then it was a mistake." he told This Morning viewers.

Millie and Professor Green called time on their relationship in February of this year.

Having big feet isn't exactly easy.

Having big feet when you're a woman is even harder.

From being unable to rock certain styles to squeezing your foot into a shoe that doesn't fit simply because you're an optimistic kind of gal, being any bigger than a size 7 can make life tough.

And here are just ten things you'll recognise from a life spent looking for a shoe that doesn't resemble a canoe.

1. You genuinely felt your mother’s resentment when you graduated from childrens’ prices to adults' prices at the grand old age of six.

"You don't think I feel bad too?!"

2. Asking for your size in a shoe shop feels like a drug deal.

"Don’t cause a scene, but I need a size 9."

3. Men-style loafers don’t look cute on you when you’re above a size 6.

"Are you wearing your granddad’s shoes?"

4. Ballet pumps look long enough in general, but when you’re tipping a size 9 you may as well be rocking canoes.

“I’m actually only a 9, but I see why you’d think I’m a size 13.”

5. Shoe shops that display pairs instead of singles are your favourite places to shop.

"No human contact in this paradise!”

6. Peep-toes heels were your only man when they didn’t have your size.

“Don’t mind my toes dragging on the ground – they’re meant to do that.”

7. Swapping shoes with your squad was an activity you couldn’t get involved in.

“If anyone needs me, I’ll be under the stairs admiring your dad’s wellies.”

8. You tend to stick to neutral colours when it comes to footwear for fear of drawing too much attention to yourself.

“You’d be able to see me from the Mars lads, and that’s just it.”

9. Unlike other girls who’ve tried on their boyfriend’s runners for comedy purposes, you’ve tried them on after admiring the roominess.

“And tell me, do you find they give good support?”

10. Buying shoes online is a no-go because you just can’t trust they’ll fit until you’ve done a lap of an actual store (under the cover of darkness, obvs.)

“Oh, they SAY size 9, but you and I both know I won’t get more than halfway in.”

One of our favourite online vintage stores, Nasty Gal is apparently filing for bankruptcy.

According to Recode, sources close to Sophia Amoruso say that she is preparing to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, in order to reorganise the business.

But that's not the only bad news, as founder Sophia is said to be resigning as executive chairwoman, and the company director Danny Rimmer is also going to step down.

It's reported that Nasty Gal conducted a number of lay-offs both this year and last year. As well as that, the company has been the target of various lawsuits from previous employees.

Sophia blasted into the mainstream when she wrote the book Girl Boss, which documented her journey from selling clothes in eBay, to running the vintage powerhouse.

It's a sad day for all Nasty Gals around the world.

It’s a sad day for Corkonians today, with the announcement that beloved pizzeria Gino’s has closed its doors after 26 years.

The Evening Echo broke the disappointing news this morning, reporting that the business’ Winthrop Street premises is set to be taken over by Mexican food chain Boojun.

Gino’s became THE spot for delicious pizza, awesome milkshakes and THE BEST ice cream in town ever since opening its doors in 1990, and people are genuinely devastated by the news.

“Gutted that Gino’s in Cork is closing. A true institution with the best ice cream in the city,” tweeted one gutted patron.

Indeed, the tributes have come flooding in, with many people sharing their happy memories of Friday nights and Saturdays spent munching in Gino’s.

“Great, great days there, from dating to doing ‘mum’,” wrote one disappointed Gino’s regular.

As a Cork woman myself, who spent many’s the afternoon gossiping over a small ham-and-cheese, I have to say that it’s a damn shame others won’t get to share in the delightful Gino’s experience.

I’m now also left wondering where to go for THE BEST chocolate-chip ice cream in THE WORLD!

Gino’s also has stores in Dublin, Galway, Waterford and Belfast, so at least Corkonians can satisfy their cravings when in town.

Gino’s; thanks for all the delicious pizza, epic ice cream, and lovely smiles!

Now this is something we're totally on board with!

JK Rowling has hinted that Dumbledore will be openly gay in the new Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

During the week, director David Yates confirmed that the mighty wizard will be in the upcoming movie, and fans have been going mental to find out who will portray him.

However, JK has implied that young Albus will have a relationship with the dark wizard Gellet Grindelwald, who will be played by Johnny Depp.

In a press conference yesterday, the author said: "I can't tell you everything I would like to say because this is obviously a five-part story so there’s lots to unpack in that relationship.

"You will see Dumbledore as a younger man and quite a troubled man — he wasn't always the sage. We’ll see him at that formative period of his life.

"And as far as his sexuality is concerned … Watch this space."

Yaaas! Slay Dumbledore, slaaay.

An NUI Galway student has told SHEmazing! she was removed from an academic conference attended by An Taoiseach Enda Kenny – for wearing a Repeal The 8th jumper.

The female 2nd year student added that she was escorted from the university building by An Garda Síochána and a security guard.

Yesterday evening, a group of 25-30 students was hosting a peaceful protest calling attention to the abortion rights campaign. It is claimed, however, that the removed student was not involved in this activity.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny was visiting NUI Galway to open the international academic conference as part of the Irish 2016 Centenary Programme. Called 1916-2016: The Promise And Challenge Of National Sovereignty, it was held in the Bailey Allen Hall and was free and open to the public.

The student, who this morning was in contact with SHEmazing! but has asked not to be named, arrived intending to work on an academic project with a number of other students in a meeting room of the building. She says that she stopped briefly to watch the protest.

A number of protesters began chanting as Mr Kenny arrived, and the student added that at this stage she went to return to the meeting room.

"Gardaí came upstairs and removed the [protesters] and then came into our room. We told them we were not part of the protest," she revealed.

"A security guard then pointed to the Repeal jumper and asked 'what's that?'

"I replied saying that I am in fact a student and not a protester. My fellow students defended me saying it was merely a coincidence," she continued.

She says she was then escorted out by two gardaí and a security guard.

"I honestly felt very threatened in that room; they were very condescending.I feel that Garda-force was unnecessary and that we would not have been removed if it hadn't been for my jumper.

"We were all very upset by the events last night.

"I understand that because of the protest there were worries and tensions surrounding the Taoiseach's well-being but it could have been handled in a much more civil manner, without causing hurt and confusion," the student added.

Hazel Nolan, who posted a video from the conference to Twitter, said: "I'm auditor of UCD For Choice so it's great to see other colleges taking opportunities like this to protest about the 8th amendment.

"However, escorting someone from their own college, when they weren't even protesting, for wearing a certain jumper is ludicrous."

A Garda spokesperson told SHEmazing! that "an Garda Siochana were present to police this event and ensure there was no breach of the peace. No arrests were made by Gardaí."

Anyone who has seen Gone Girl will know that there was one particularly gory scene which you may have watched through your fingers.

And it involved Rosamund Pike and Neil Patrick Harris…on a bed… with a box cutter.

Yeah we know, the memories are stressing us out too.

Reflecting on her preparation for her role as Amy Dunne in the gripping thriller, Rosamund told Graham Norton that in order to play the part to the best of her ability she enlisted the help of a local butchers… and a Dora the Explorer doll.

No, seriously.

Opening up about the scene which saw her character kill her former boyfriend during sex, Rosamund said: "I'd never cut anyone's throat so I went to a local butchers and with great determination set about the carcasses with a Stanley knife in full view of customers."

And not only did Rosamund get knife-happy in front of the locals, she also did a little improvising with poor ol' Dora.

"I rehearsed with a Dora the Explorer doll in my back yard, probably in full view of the neighbours!" she laughed while chatting about the movie which had audiences on the edge of their seats back in 2014.

And if anything, this little reveal has made the whole thing even more terrifying.

It's safe to say that 2016 was the year of the unicorn.

Whether it was toast or makeup, we all kind of went a little nuts for unicorn themed paraphernalia.

However, our mythical unicorn journey is far from over, and now we have a new product to obsess over.

Ritter Sport, the major chocolate company we all know and love, have released special edition unicorn themed bars of deliciousness.

@robowecop has also been very lucky and found herself a magical Unicorn Chocolate Bar! #unicornsarereal #glittersport

The bar is white chocolate and raspberry flavoured, and comes in the most amazing packaging ever.

A bright pink wrapper with a rainbow and a unicorn guards this wonderful pastel coloured treat.

The kicker is that at the moment, there are only 50 bars of this special chocolate, but we think they are road-testing it for main stream consumption.

Well, we hope so!

Even though we love a shneaky McDonald's every now and again, we're not sure about this one.

The fast food chain has introduced a Nutella burger, and we fear it's just OTT.

The Sweety Con Nutella is a sweetened bun stuffed with a heap-load of the chocolate spread.

The McDonald's Facebook said: "A soft sweetness has arrived that you will not be able to resist. Try Sweety with Nutella now: soft bread with a creamy, indulgent centre."

For the moment, it's only available in Italy, but everyone is probably going to love it, so no doubt it'll be rolled out to numerous other Maccy D chains around the world.

We could be wrong, it might be delicious, and we'd say any sweet-tooths out there are going to go crazy for it.
