It's safe to say that we know nearly every Taylor Swift song is about a guy she's dated in the past.

However, sometimes we just can't place which song is about what guy.

There's Dear John, which is easy, but some just slam us. 'Is that Harry Styles you're on about or Jake Gyllenhaal?' Who knows.

But now, one thing we do know is what song is about Taylor Lautner.

The pair dated back in the summer of 2009, and had the cutest celeb couple name ever – Taylor Squared.

And how did we found out about this, you ask? From Lea Michele, no less.

While speaking on a Facebook Live video for Scream Queens, the conversation quickly turned to past relationships.

That's where Lea chimes in, "Didn't [Taylor] write a song about you?" to which Mr Lautner replies. "That's what she does. She wrote songs."

And then he drops the bomb, "It's called Back to December."

We'll BRB… just gonna replay Back to December over and over and over again.

It looks a Girls Aloud reunion may be on the cards next year.

Sarah Harding was chatting on Lorraine this afternoon and hinted that she's not opposed to the band picking up where they left off.

The girl group formed in 2002, on the TV show Popstars: The Rivals.

When presenter Lisa Snowdon asked: "Would you consider a reunion, because it's been 15 years since Sound of the Underground?

"Would you perhaps next year get back together?" Lisa added.

Sarah replied: "I wouldn't say no, I do miss being on a stage.

"I'm quite a shy person, but when I'm on stage – it's like I come into something – I just change into something completely different.

"I have an alter ego when I'm on stage. I love touring, I miss touring. I loved it when I was with the girls on the road."

We may have some concerts to look forward to, ladies!

This is a developing story

According to emerging reports, police in Denmark have this afternoon responded to an individual who has climbed on top of a refugee centre and threatened to blow himself up.

It has been established that the incident occurred at the Nyborg Asylum Centre on the island of Funen, and a heavily armed police presence is currently surrounding the centre in question.

A spokesperson for the force has confirmed today's incident, telling press: "The person is on the asylum centre’s roof. Police and rescue personnel are on location and the residents of the centre are being evacuated."

It is understood that the centre is home to approximately 500 occupants who have been relocated to a 'safe location' while a 'no-fly-zone' has been established over the centre.

Issuing a statement to the press, the police force have confirmed: "The ban applies to all types of aircraft — including helicopters and drones."

It has not yet been established whether the individual at the centre of this afternoon's incident is himself an asylum seeker.

If you were caught out big time by the Luas strikes, then get ready for another few weeks of industrial action… this time by Dublin Bus.

According to the Irish Examiner, a driver union at Dublin Bus just confirmed that there may be strike action, and it could come as soon as later this month.

The National Executive Council (NEC) of the National Bus and Rail Union (NBRU) has accused management on keeping silent about the pay rise troubles, with disregard to the fact a Labour Court recommended an 8.25 percent pay increase, which was "emphatically" rejected by the drivers.

The NBRU wants to meet with the other unions later this week to decide if they are willing to take part in coordinated strikes as early as the end of this month, with stoppages said to be either 24 or 48 hours long.

NBRU's general secretary, Dermot O'Leary said: "It would appear the company [Dublin Bus] has decided to ignore both the overwhelming rejection of the pay on offer from the court and the massive mandate for industrial action received from our members."

He also said that the NEC believes that "nothing short of actual strike action will contribute to a resolution of our member's legitimate claim for a significant pay rise."

Here we go again…

This is CRAY.

I have to admit, I used to have the fear for scissors. When a hairdresser would come near me with one, I would inch away, tell her my mam was wrong and I only wanted a little trim.

They always took off more than I wanted, anyway.

But this new technique spotted on Instagram is just INSANE and certainly not for the faint-hearted.

A video posted by M&MFRISEURE (@mmfriseure) on

The time-lapsed clip shows a hairstylist from M&M Friseure dividing hair into four tight ponytails.

She then goes on to snip each one, and when it's all over… her hair is GORGEOUS.

Saying that, I wouldn't risk it for the life of me…

With more than 54 million Instagram followers, it would be fairly impossible for Khloé Kardashian to keep everyone happy, but it looks like her latest upload has managed to enrage more than a few people this time around.

Taking to social medis to share a snap of herself sporting a head of Bantu knots, the reality star has come under fire and been widely accused of cultural appropriation.

After uploading a photo of herself with the caption 'Bantu Babe', the 32-year-old deleted it before replacing with with another entitled 'I like this one better'.

But by the looks of things, her followers certainly didn't, and wasted no time calling the star out on her choice of hairstyle.

"Such a trifling mess. My soul hurts," wrote one Instagram user beneath the snap while another added: "Jesus lawd. This sh*t? AGAIN BRUH?!"

"You don't stand up for black lives, but you love to take black culture," opined another while a fellow follower insisted: "If your using my culture as a trend your part of the problem." (sic)

However, with the photo having been liked almost half a million times in 12 hours, it's clear that not everyone is offended by the star's decision to attempt the style.

"Take some the criticism with a pinch of salt, some people just can't help being dumb! You look great," encouraged one of Khloé's fans.

Something tells us that despite the criticism Khloé won't be removing the photo (or the knots).

It's Kylie's birthday week, and it's certainly full of surprises.

An LA judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of Tyga, after he didn't show up to a hearing brought against him by his 2011 landlord.

When that deposit hit

The rapper was supposed to pay $480,000 to the landlord after he trashed the house five years ago (which also included fitting a pole into the master bedroom).

It seems he might be hiding out, and the Kardashians are NOT happy about it.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the reality family are afraid he'll be arrested in Kylie's company, which could damage their brand.

Liam Payne's fans are used to his pop-friendly music from the One Direction days, but now it seems that the singer wants to go down a very different music route.

The boyband star is reportedly saying goodbye to pop and saying hello to the world of grime.

According to The Sun, Liam has been in a few recording sessions with garage grime artist Krunchie and it's the way he wants to turn.

"Liam wants to make it clear that he's not just about cheesy ballads. He's a serious musician with many different strengths.

"Krunchie has inspired Liam by teaching him more about a new area of music and hopes one of their tracks will be his debut solo single."

But don't worry about him losing his way because Krunchie has worked with the likes of Rita Ora, Jess Glynne and Timbaland in the past.

He's in safe hands.

For those of you who have yet to get stuck into the sci-fest fest that is Stranger Things, Barb was undoubtedly the unsung hero of the latest Netflix smash hit.

The long-suffering friend of the high-achieving Nancy, Barb embodied ALL of us during the most awkward phases of our teenage years.

Ginger, bespetacled, and with all the craic of someone's particularly uptight grandmother, Barb was everyone in secondary school attempting to fit in with the cool kids while doing right by her best friend.

And with the show's creators having been commended for their uncanny portrayal of 1980s America, it seems they really hit the nail on the head when it came to the ill-fated Barb.

Taking to Twitter to acknowledge the all-round appeal of the awkward teen, social media users have shared throwback photos of themselves looking like a stand-in for the flame-haired Barb.

And ladies, they're not wrong…

Since its advent at the dawn of the new millennium, Big Brother, and its celebrity spin-off shows, have gradually become more and more risqué.

With members of the general public and so-called C-list celebs vying for notoriety in the now infamous reality TV house, the antics of contestants has, over the years, escalated from chaste kisses and nocturnal fumblings to full-on sexcapades in full view of other housemates.

And it sounds like a lot of people have had enough.

With Marnie Simpson making headlines after enjoying the 'most romantic shower' of her life with Lewis Bloor, and Stephen Bear (who has a girlfriend) begging Chloe Khan for sex in the house bathroom in the latest series, campaigners are concerned about the x-rated nature of the show.

Calling for the long-running show – which switched from Channel 4 to Channel 5 in 2011 – to be axed, a spokesperson for Mediawatchdog-UK said: "If Channel 5 needs to resort to this sort of controversy to maintain any interest in Celebrity Big Brother, then perhaps the format needs to be allowed to die a bit more quietly."

"What’s most concerning here is Channel 5’s on-demand service that allows children to watch such programmes with just a box tick to say they’re old enough."

"Post-watershed is one thing but the Internet means nudity is on the air 24 hours a day," they added.

Remember when Tom's red shorts were the talk of the summer back in 2000?

This latest health trend kinda reminds me of when I was a kid and my mother had to hide the vegetables in my meals so I'd eat them.

And it seems this trend is here to stay. So far, veg like black beans have made their sly way into brownies and even sweet potato has been made into some sort of toast.

But now, it's the zucchini's turn to weasel its way into something.

Say hello to #Zoats, zucchini and oats all mixed together to make a delightful porridge. Sounds odd, yes, but it looks unreal.

Instagram's fittest stars have been all over the trend lately as you're not only getting a good dose of Vitamin C in this morning meal, but you're also making it double the size without adding many calories at all. Win, win.

Just look at these IGs for some inspo:

So, it doesn't exactly sound like the Suicide Squad cast fully nailed it in the performance stakes, but when it came to the aesthetic for the highly-anticipated superhero flick, it looks like those guys gave it their all.

Having to share the vast majority of her screen-time with a pair of miniscule hot pants, Margot Robbie dedicated herself to a work-out regime which anyone can recreate…as long as they have three hours a day to spare.

According to Margot's trainer, Andie Hecker, in the run-up to a scene which shows her in little more than a bra and fishnets, the Aussie actress exercised for a staggering three hours per day.

Opting for a Pilates-based routine as opposed to high-intensity interval training, Margot worked herself into the shape which has gotten movie-goers talking since the first sneak peeks of the film leaked earlier this year.

In addition to incorporating extra reps into a standard Pilates routine, Margot's trainer also included swimming sessions as well as a ballet-inspired jumping circuit which saw Margot perform ballet jumps, jump rope, and make use of a rebounder trampoline.

Acknowledging that the actress was not required to prioritise any one body part over another, Andie told Cosmopolitan: "It was very important to me to keep her regiment well-rounded in order to condition the entire body and not overwork any one muscle group."

Between Margot's regime and Gigi Hadid's dedication to the gym mat, we can just FEEL our motivation increasing…well, ya know, kinda.
