We’ve probably all left something behind in a hotel or hostel at some stage; usually it’s a phone charger, or a much-loved bra, or still half-full bottle of fake-tan.

The worst is weddings – somehow you never manage to make it home with everything you arrived with.

Do you ring and enquire about getting it back? Or simply take the loss on the chin – vowing to be more cautious next time?

Well, it seems if you’re Nicki Minaj you fall into the latter category… even if the item in question is worth a cool €10,000.

Yes, the rapper and singer was in New York City over the weekend for her brother’s wedding, which was held at the Coral House in Long Island.

The 32-year-old evidently brought along a few outfit options too; an unworn, full-length Emilio Pucci gown was left in the wardrobe in the bridal suite, where the star had been getting ready.

The tags, which are still attached, confirm that the garment is worth the eye-watering five-figure sum. As well as boasting beautifully crafted beading and sequin, the silk number has intrinsic detailing on the hem, waist, and sleeves.

Now Butch Yamali, the owner of the Coral House, is trying to get the dress back to her – but, given its value, he's cautious of handing it over too readily.

Indeed, he says someone has already called asking for the dress, but Mr Yamali was suspicious that the individual in question wasn't legitimately from Nicki's camp… so he declined to part with it.

Meaning as yet, the €10K dress remains unclaimed. The exact same dress was previously seen on a pregnant Ciara at the Grammys last year – so perhaps Nicki feels getting it back just isn't worth the hassle.

Could we maybe have it instead?

Running, swimming, cycling… the outdoors life has definitely paid off for Pippa Middleton.

Kate's sister was pictured on holiday on the Carribean island of St Barts this week with some friends and family, looking downright incredible in a tiny red bikini as she relaxed on the water.

Standing on a pontoon with her mother Carole, brother James and rumoured ex James Matthews, there was no doubt 31-year-old Pippa was looking in the best shape of her life.

Those abs!

Of course, Pippa's always had an enviable body – back in 2011 she almost stole the show from her big sister as she dressed all in white to act as maid of honour at the Royal Wedding, wearing a figure-hugging gown designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.

The dress had a plunging neckline and the same button and lace trim details as Kate's own creation, also designed by Sarah Burton.

And while we have seen Pippa don a bikini before – like this white one for the family's annual holiday to Mustique a few years back, for example – she's looking more toned than ever thanks to the gruelling fitness regime she kicked off last year.

Back in June 2014 Pippa, her brother and a team of six others took on the Race for America, an eight day cycle for over 4,800 km across the US in aid of the Michael Matthews Foundation. Just weeks later, the same team headed to Istanbul to take on the Bosphorus Cross-Continental Race a 6.5km swim crossing two continents from Europe to Asia.

To round things off, just last month the Royal-in-law completed her first ever marathon… in temperatures of over 30C and at 1,600m above sea level in Kenya. "It was tough – tougher than anything I’d been faced with before and required every inch of my energy, stamina and stubbornness," Pippa told Hello! after finishing the 42km course.

While she definitely cuts no corners when it comes to her workouts, Pippa says she does allow herself the odd treat at mealtimes.

"I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things, so I'll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet, and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in — I'm talking chocolate, crisps, and the occasional glass of wine," she wrote in a column for Waitrose Weekend magazine last year.

Forget party planning… we reckon Pippa has a career in personal training ahead of her.

Feeling stressed or anxious? Grab a colouring book!

It seems colouring books are no longer a pastime just for kids as the world of adult colouring books has gained serious popularity.

Colouring isn't just a fun activity, it also trains the brain to focus and has some serious health benefits.

Psychiatrist Carl Jung first used this form of therapy in the early 1900s by prescribing colouring books to his patients to calm and centre their mind and his methods are still being used today to combat anxiety. As colouring is a structured activity, is activates the logical part of the brain and gets the creativity of the mind flowing.

New York based psychologist Dr. Ben Michaelis advocates doodling and colouring as a form of brain training and therapy. "Because it’s a centering activity, the amygdala, which is the part of the brain that is involved with our fear response, actually gets a bit, a little bit of a rest, and it ultimately has a really calming effect over time.”

Many book retailers have began selling colouring books exclusively for adults, including Easons, and you can also download pictures to colour in online.

The Mindfulness Colouring Book is €12.65 and available at Easons.

This art therapy book aims at helping people de-stress and is €20.55 from Easons.

For some late night colouring, The Can't Sleep Colouring Book is available for €14.99 also from Easons.

Ever notice that after crying your eyes out watching a real tearjerker, you suddenly feel kinda exhilarated?

Well, it turns out you're not the only one. Scientists in the Netherlands tested the effect of crying during particularly emotional films, and they discovered that it can actually have a positive effect on our emotions.

A group of 60 adults were asked to watch two seriously weepy films, La Vita E Bella and Hachi: A Dog's Tale. The participants' emotions were then charted for the hours after the films were switched off.

Those who shed a tear during the films (28 out of 60) felt sad initially but experienced a positive change in emotion around 90 minutes later. As for those who didn't cry, their mood remained unchanged.

"After the initial deterioration of mood following crying, it takes some time for the mood not only to recover but also to be lifted above the levels at which it had been before the emotional event,” said lead author Dr Asmir Gracanin of the University of Tilburg.

If you're in the mood for a good weepy film after reading this, here are a few we can always count on to have us in floods…

1. Marley and Me
You don’t need to be an animal person to get emotional watching this movie, which tells the story of an adorable Golden Retriever and his owners, played by Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson. Just thinking about the ending sets us off.

2. Titanic
Don't let go, Jack… just this once, don't let go!

3. Stepmom
Equal parts funny and totally devastating, Stepmom is the perfect movie for a rainy afternoon with a cup of tea and heaps of chocolate.

4. The Fault In Our Stars
From the moment 16-year-old Hazel meets Gus at a cancer support group, it's clear this movie isn't going to have a happy ending. This was the first of John Green's novels to be adapated for the big screen, with Paper Towns in cinemas now and Looking For Alaksa soon to follow.

Supermodel Suki Waterhouse has taken to Twitter to express her disgust at the headline used in an article about her earlier this month.

The Sunday Times Style magazine had the blonde bombshell posing on their front cover along with the headline "Miss Waterhouse on fast fame and life after Bradley Cooper."

The model said: "Disappointed Sunday Times wrote such a garbage headline.Would they have used a male cover star exs name to sell mags?"

Although Suki has so many credits to her name including model, photographer and actress, the magazine chose to catch people's attention by suggesting that her life now is simply life after her ex, Bradley Cooper.

The pair split in March after two years of dating and have not been spotted together since.

Bradley has since moved on to another model as he was been dating Russian beauty Irina Shayk while Suki was recently spotted sharing a kiss with a mystery man in London.

It seems like Moschino designer Jeremy Scott isn't the only one to embrace their inner Barbie girl.

All-around amazing footwear fanatic Sophia Webster has taken a page from the book of pop-culture in her latest capsule shoe collection.

The range is inspired by the iconic doll herself – the very one who has always boasted a wardrobe to make Anna Wintour jealous.

It features a range of heels, sandals, pumps and flats (because Barbie can wear flat shoes now). And it is certainly everything you would expect it to be.

Collaborating with Mattel's Barbie doll, the footwear dons all the girlish adornments, shine, sparkle and shades of pink that are her signature colour.

Sophia is obviously a Barbie fan as she seems very excited about her new footwear collection.

"Creating a shoe collection for Barbie has always been my dream project, but getting to be a part of her embracing flats for the first time made it extra exciting and deeply personal."

"I love that this concept strikes a balance between dreams and reality".

This really is a match made in Barbie Dreamhouse heaven as the whimsical, girly and imaginative designs are perfectly girly.

When Caitlyn Jenner introduced herself to the world as a woman, she did so on the iconic cover of Vanity Fair.

It is a photoshoot which has now been seen by people all over the world.

And now an American costume company has began selling a Caitlyn Jenner outfit which is inspired by the Vanity Fair cover.

However, the Halloween attire has caused serious outrage online, with fans of Caitlyn branding it as "disgusting".

The websites Spirit Halloween and Anytime Costumes posted the costumes on their websites, but both have received backlash, with some people suggesting that the unisex outfit is offensive to the transgender star.

Lisa Barr, senior director of marketing at Spirit Halloween, said: "At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes."

"We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

Transgender activists have even launched a petition on Change.org asking the companies to stop selling the costume, which is priced at €68.

As an alternative, there is also an Olympic-style option which recreates the former Bruce Jenner's gold medal-winning moment with a red top and blue shorts.

It’s not the first time that their relationship has been rocked by rumour of infidelity.

And now it seems that reality TV star Snooki is facing yet more gossip relating to her marriage of less than a year.

According to Us Weekly, an email belonging to Jionni LaValle, the father of her two children whom she married last November, was used to set up an account on the notorious Ashley Madison website.

Jionni and Snooki – whose real name is Nicole Polizzi – are both 27 and together have a son, Lorenzo, three, and a daughter, Giovanna, 10 months.

In January of this year, Ms Polizzi was forced to dismiss rumours that her husband was cheating on her; it had been speculated that he had hit on and exchanged numbers with a woman in Florida.

Taking to Twitter in response and calling the story “BS,” she emphatically told her 7million followers: “My man ain't goin' nowhere #shady.”

Back in March 2012, a then 24-year-old Snooki announced her pregnancy and engagement on the front of US Weekly magazine.

Previously known for her wild antics and partying, she said at the time: "I have different priorities now.

"I don't care what anybody else thinks. As long as I know I'm ready and he's ready."

Mr LaValle added: "We are not going to screw this up."

Ashley Madison, a website which targeted married and attached men and women looking to have extramarital relations, operated under the tagline: “Life is short. Have an affair.”

A recent hack, however, released the personal data of its 37million subscribers. A group called the Impact Squad, which states, “cheating dirt bags do not deserve anonymity,” is behind the mass breach of security.

Names, ages, addresses, phone numbers, credit card details and detailed sexual fantasies have all now been leaked, resulting in numerous lawsuits filed against the company.

It is the second high profile attack on affair-facilitating sites this year. In March, AdultFriendFinder suffered a similar massive data breach, with hackers publishing details of 4million subscribers online.

Jennifer Lawrence and Kris Jenner made their friendship very public in an up-close and personal snap over the weekend.

J-Law celebrated her 25th birthday in style but shocked (and confused) fans when she posted a photo of her and Kris warmly embracing.

The two stars posed in bed… but it was clearly (wasn't it?) a light-hearted and funny way to end Jennifer's birthday.

It did make us wonder though, how many other celebrities have hidden friendships?

We scoured the Internet and discovered some brilliant BFF combos…

1. Gwen Stefani and Angelina Jolie

2. Jake Gyllenhaal, Jay Z and Queen B

'Round SHEmazing Towers, we can't help but notice that mega successful singer-songwriter Taylor Swift is fond of a high-profile celebrity spat

Yes, whether it's Katy Perry (obvs), Nicki Minaj, or Tina Fey AND Amy Poehler (unforgivable!), Tay-Tay certainly isn't afraid of jumping in for a scrap when she feels slighted (which seemingly is quite often).

The 25-year-old has even managed to get her boyfriend, Calvin Harris, in on the act: a week ago he didn't like a comparison made online between his Shake It Off love and Miley Cyrus.

When the message was retweeted by none other than Zayn Malik, formerly of One Direction, Mr Harris let his feelings be known in rather spectacular fashion.

And now it's a case of another week, another celebrity shade throwing bonanza. This time, Taylor has been pitted against Canadian songstress, Avril Lavigne.

Here's the back-story (pay attention): Swifty liked a post on Tumblr which suggested she was nicer to her fans at meet and greets than many other singers – the 'other' examples used being Kanye West, Britney Spears, Katy Perry (eek)… and Avril herself.

When this came to Ms Lavigne's attention, she quickly amassed a montage of her own.

Depicted was the musician engaging warmly with the many followers she has met over a career which spans close-to a decade-and-a-half. It included the caption: "So let's keep it all about the love and stay positive."

And another tweet stated: "Comparison is judging and judging a person does not define who they are it defines who you are. We all Love our fans," – a message her 19.3million followers responded positively to.

Cue Mr Harris jumping in. "She didn't judge you she doesn't judge anyone!

"She was only having fun with her fans, not trying to compare you," the 31-year-old Scottish DJ said addressing the Sk8r Boi singer, 30, directly on Twitter.

And needless-to-say, it didn't take long for respective fans to express their outrage at the opposing side's actions. Indeed, social media has been positively alight since the incident.

Today, a source also told HollywoodLife.com that Calvin reckons Taylor is involved in so many feuds simply because "everyone" is jealous of her.

"Calvin thinks it’s plan and simple, everyone is jealous of his girl," the insider explains.

"Taylor is constantly being picked on for every little thing she does and Calvin’s advice is to stay positive and not take it personally."

Well, in that case we can't wait for next week's instalment of Tay-Tay's topsy-turvy world. Surely we're due a Britney-Swiftney spat soon?
