Nicole Richie’s fashion brand, House of Harlow 1960, has gotten its first state side pop-up store.

House of Harlow initially began as an online jewellery and accessories boutique back in 2008. However, Ms Richie, who hosted her first pop-up store in Dubai in February, has now added a new line of clothing, stationary and fine jewellery to her collection.

The 33-year-old revealed that the new shop is all about going back to the original idea behind her brand. Speaking to Pret-a-Reporter, Joel Madden’s wife explained that, “I went back to the roots of what the brand is.”

She continued, “This is my first US store so I was really using it as a canvas for what the brand has been about since day one, and that’s just my love for the ‘60s, the ‘70s, just the overall freedom of that time.”

The store itself has been designed to replicate Ms Richie’s favoured 1960’s image. It displays unfinished wooden shelves and potted desert articles that are used to display the jewellery and accessories.

“I just think House of Harlow is very bohemian and the whole style is very colourful and happy and cheery so we wanted to do something a little more rustic and then add some eclectic pieces to the furniture, and a little bit of a feminine touch,” the former The Simple Life star explained.

The mum-of-two also revealed her plans for the rest of the summer, saying she just wants to lay low after the pop-up finishes. She said that she and her Good Charlotte husband, Joel Madden, have been keeping things “pretty mellow,” saying that Father’s Day was a low-key event in their family.

“We just hung out. Which is what I like to do on Mother’s Day, too. I’m like, I’d like to not go anywhere.”

As much as we understand the need for down time, we hope Nicole ventures out at some point purely so we can see her wearing her new collection!

Did you know that Will Smith and his wife Jada are worth almost €220 million combined?

According to the latest rumours circulating about the ‘are they or aren’t they’ pair, “their marriage might as well be a business arrangement.”

Speaking with Life & Style magazine, an insider has apparently come clean about the couple’s alleged divorce.

The pair have supposedly not been referring to themselves as divorced in the media for the sake of their kids, Jaden and Willow.

Apparently though, it’s the assets belonging to the couple that is keeping them together.

Will and Jada have reportedly been in an ‘open’ relationship despite being married for 17 years. But this latest report is saying that Jada is now seriously “contemplating divorce” because of Will continuing to act like a “single man” when out in public.

The same insider is saying that in May, Jada met with a very high-profile divorce attorney in the U.S when things between her and Will hit rock bottom.

Jada is reportedly livid with Will staying out until all hours of the night with a host of different women.

This all comes just days after Jada herself spoke with Entertainment Tonight about those pesky divorce rumours.

The actress, 43, said that she’s quite realistic about the how the media works. She said in the interview “people gotta make their money and do what they gotta do, you know what I mean?”

We’re kind of rooting for these two, who have never been shy about their chemistry and love for each other, to stay together.

In the same interview the actress also added:

“Will and I love each other so much, and our family and our relationship is so important, and the fact that these stories keep coming up, you know, you’d think people would be rooting for you to stay together not to break up.”

That helps clear that up then, doesn’t it?

The world was left devastated earlier this week when Hollywood's golden couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced they were divorcing after ten years of marriage.

Ben and Jen have three kids together and although they seem to be making every effort to keep their divorce proceedings as amicable as possible, there have been a number of rumours that things came to a messier end than the couple have been letting on.

A new report suggests Ben's increased interaction with a his ex J-Lo was one of the main reasons behind his marriage breakdown, after the former couple hit it off again at the Academy Awards back in February.

Ben and J-Lo (the original "Bennifer") had a long-term relationship in the early 00s and were even engaged, before calling the whole thing off in early 2004. Apparently though, they have been in contact on the regular over the last five months, something we doubt Jennifer Garner was too happy with.

"Everyone is talking about J.Lo and Ben and saying it's inevitable they will get together again at some point," a source told The Sun's Dan Wootton. "'They were pretty flirty sat the Oscars and have stayed in touch via email. Jennifer Garner never liked it."

While Ben is a single man once again and could potentially rekindle the old flame if he wanted too, the fact that J-Lo is currently thought to be back together with her boyfriend Casper Smart might put a spanner in the works. The singer was spotted out walking her dog with Casper earlier this week, looking like Ben's announcement was the furthest thing from her mind.

To be honest, we're not sure the world could handle it if Bennifer did reunite… we left that relationship back in 2004 with hair mascara, body glitter, parachute pants and other things we'd rather forget.

The Coldplay frontman was visiting India as part of a delegation with The Global Poverty Project when he decided to play an impromptu gig in a café in New Delhi.

Mr Martin was alongside Indian actress Freida Pinto when they wandered into the café with Bollywood musician, Vishal Dadlani and played to a “stunned Delhi crowd.”

And sure enough, Twitter absolutely exploded. While the lucky few who happened to be there undoubtedly had their weeks made, the rest of India seemed gutted at missing out on the spur-of-the-moment concert.

The non-profit organisation confirmed the 38-year-old’s arrival in the country and subsequent performance. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, a spokesperson from the GPP explained that “He didn’t want his visit to be publicised but all that changed after last night’s gig began trending on social media.”

They revealed that Chris and Ms Pinto are part of the GPP delegation “that is holding meetings with politicians, key government leaders, non-profit partners in the water, sanitation and hygiene space, and participating in field visits to see innovative projects addressing sanitation in local communities.”

The group’s ultimate goal is to put an end to extreme poverty by 2030.

Jennifer Lawrence ex’s trip has drawn global attention to the issues at hand – and to the man himself as #ChrisMartin and #Coldplay began trending on Twitter after his performance.

Yes, you read that right, this Limerick couple are going to have sex every night for seven nights in a row and then discuss it live on 4fm.

Lynne and Peter, who have been together for five years, say they feel as though the passion has gone from their relationship. So in a bid to excite things in the bedroom, this couple have signed a "love contract" as part of a sex experiment being conducted by 4fm's nightly show with Niall Boylan.

The pair have two children and once they saw that the show were looking for couples to take part they signed up straight away.

So how does a "love contract" work? Every night for a week Lynne and Peter will get down to business in the bedroom and then speak about their experience live with Niall Boylan and a team of sex experts. 

"We had a big chat about it and we figured we're young, with two kids – it might put a jump start back in our love life," the couple told DailyEdge.ie today.

"We want to get that spark back in that side of our relationship – everything else is perfect, really. We're trying to figure out if there's anything else we can do to spice it up," they continued.

Lynne says the pair are a little bit nervous of the whole country listening to them describe their love life in detail, but that if it helps other couples out they'll be happy. "A lot of people will hear about it, so we're a bit apprehensive," she said. "We're keeping our mouths shut about it to our friends, though. If it helps other people and it help's us, that's great."

It’s definitely safe to say that we wouldn’t want HIM nearby if we needed a helping hand!

Mariah Carey has been enjoying an extended vacay on a yacht with billionaire beau, James Packer.

But life proved to be a little less glamorous when the 45-year-old singer almost took a tumble down a flight of stairs during a stop off in Spain.

Thankfully a crew member was there to catch her hand and stop her from injuring herself… quite unlike her fella.

The 47-year-old Australian casino mogul didn’t break a sweat (or move a muscle) when his leading lady almost went flying.

James can be seen totally nonchalant as he sits back with his feet up looking on as Mariah struggles to stay upright.

The couple have been holidaying together for a month, and rumour has it that things are moving VERY quickly.

It was reported that the couple attended a ‘pre-engagement spiritual meeting’ in Israel last week, and have plans to soon get engaged.

We’re just wondering what the groom will do if Mariah falls at the altar!

We really really like Rachel McAdams. She’s a popular celeb around these parts, so we would like for nice things to happen to her.

To be perfectly honest, we’re not really over her and Ryan Gosling breaking up all those years ago, and we all know that True Detective can be a little grim for the majority of the time.

However, if these reports are true, we think we might finally forget about the heart ache. Rachel is reportedly dating her True Detective co-star, Taylor Kitsch.

Any Friday Night Lights fans will instantly recognise the Canadian heart throb as the face of Tim Riggins. Tim was the misunderstood, brooding babe of the series. He was also in John Carter, and Battleship.

Good job Rachel!

It definitely isn’t the first time Rachel has been linked to her famous co-stars, speaking about on-set relationships in the past, Rachel told InStyle in 2010 "I usually take away one close relationship from every job, some romantic, some not." 

Rachel and Taylor, both Canadian natives, have apparently been “friends for years.” Insiders are saying that “they grew closer on set.”

If the rumours are true, it hasn’t been long since Taylor split from his last girlfriend, fitness instructor Jennifer Welch. Rachel has also been linked to her previous co-star Jake Gyllenhaal. The pair were on screen love interests in their new film Southpaw.

She was also dating Michael Sheen, whom she starred alongside in Midnight in Paris. She has said before though that those relationships began after filming: "A set may seem like a good place for romance, but I don't think it's very conducive; it's too distracting," she admitted.

Is Taylor the exception to her work-first rule then?

Us Weekly is reporting multiple sources as saying the pair are quite the love birds. "I don't know if it's full-blown love yet, but they talk constantly," one insider says. ""It hasn't been long. But it's serious," another revealed.

If the reports turn out to be true, the duo will possibly the most attractive couple in Hollywood. Canadian fans are going to be pretty pleased.

Earlier this week, in her latest jet-setting adventure, heiress Paris Hilton was pranked into thinking the private she was on was going to crash… but now it's been reported she was in on the whole thing.

Anyone who's watched the video, made as part of an Egyptian TV prank show, will have seen Paris screaming in what looked like genuine fear for her life as the small plane plunged toward the water below. Paris herself tweeted after the event saying "Scariest moment of my life. I really believed the plane was going to crash & we were all going to die. "

The internet went absolutely crazy after the video was first released over the weekend, with many people feeling like the TV prank show might have gone too far with the "joke." 

Yesterday it was reported that Paris herself agreed that the prank was a bit too extreme and that her lawyers insisted she had a very strong case to sue the Egyptian TV show Ramez in Control for emotional trauma.

But alas, it turns out that Paris is a way better actress than we gave her credit for, as TMZ are reporting she knew all about what was going to go down when she got aboard. The gossip site claim they have gotten hold of contract drawn up by the show's producers before the prank was recorded, and the story it tells is very different to what Paris has been putting out there all week.

According to TMZ, the Egyptian company approached other celebrities first as Paris wasn't their first choice. The company sent an offer of a huge payment to several other American celebs but everyone declined except for hotel heiress Paris.

The contract reportedly states: "We will act as if something is going wrong and ask all passengers to jump off the plane!!! Of course everyone will panic, we'll be having skydivers in disguise with us on board." It then goes on to say "We will monitor the funny reactions from our celebrity guest when they fear jumping off the plane."

Speaking to reporters earlier this week, Paris said she felt the TV show took things "too far"… but to be fair, she's the one that agreed to get on board the plane for a fake crash.

As we have all seen by now, Kim Kardashian was the latest celeb to grace the cover of the iconic Rolling Stone magazine.

But, as with just about everything Kimmy K does, it has come under huge scrutiny.

Not just because the cover is largely taken up by a shot of her prominent boobs (after all Rolling Stone has seen many of the world’s most influential people getting undressed for the prolific cover) but because she is on it at all. 

As the magazine has profiled everyone from Pope Francis, to Barack Obama and Meryl Streep, fans of the publication seem truly offended that Kim has been allowed to share the honour.

Other readers seemed baffled by the stylist's choice of costume for Kim:

But why shouldn’t the world’s most famous woman be entitled to share her story with a magazine of this calibre – and to wear what she wants while doing so?

After all, she has proved she is a savvy businesswoman, a loving mother, and for better or worse, has managed to hold firm her place in the public eye for nearly a decade. The 34-year-old has even just given a talk organized by the prestigious Commonwealth Club of California, an accolade previously awarded to Franklin D Roosevelt and Martin Luther King Jr.

Throughout the talk Kim referred to the fact that she has taken control of her image in the media and any objectifying that occurs is a result of the way she objectifies herself and is on her own terms.  As Kim said in her Rolling Stone interview, “I believe that I am so much smarter than I’m portrayed.”

There’s always one person who just ruins all the fun for everyone. Why can’t they just let us live our lives?

Sealed Air Corp, the company that invented bubble wrap in the 1950s, have announced they’re going to change their design. Their reason is because bubble wrap is actually very bulky and awkward for transporting.

For us, it basically means complete devastation.

The new design makes it easier to transport because it’s flat. So you can’t pop it. It’s supposedly to help keep the online bubble wrap business (which the Wall Street Journal says is booming, FYI) going strong.

We think they’re forgetting about the thousands of fans who are buying it purely for the joy of popping the bubbles.

It’s called “iBubble Wrap” now by the way… Cringe.

Of course, this is not the first time something we love has been ripped from us so cruelly. The SHEmazing! team took a trip down (painful) memory lane and rounded up some of our past loves that just don’t exist anymore.
