A further terrorist attack in Tunisia is now highly likely: that's the warning being issued this evening by officials in the UK.

In fact, Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond is telling British nationals to leave the country as soon as they can.

Many tourists are currently making preparations to leave on flights back to the UK tonight or tomorrow. 

The Department Of Foreign Affairs in Dublin has yet to officially update its advice for Irish people visiting the North African nation.

It is still telling tourists there to exercise “extreme caution” – without going as far as to recommend that people avoid Tunisia entirely.

However, the Irish Times this evening is reporting that the Department is now "urgently reviewing" this stance.

On June 26 an attack by Islamic extremist group ISIS in the popular costal resort town of Sousse killed 38 people – including three Irish people. Thirty of the dead were from Britain alone.

The BBC says this evening that some UK travel firms have also already begun to repatriate their British staff from Tunisia. 

And Thomas Cook said in a statement to Reuters that it was working to bring home 2,000 British and Irish guests currently at its resorts in Tunisia on ten flights scheduled for the next few days.

Reports on social media said that tourists were being escorted to the airport by Tunisian military.

British authorities explained that they simply do not believe that necessary security measures are in place to keep holiday-makers safe.

A Foreign Affairs statement this evening read: "Since the attack in Sousse the intelligence and threat picture has developed considerably, leading us to the view that a further terrorist attack is highly likely."

An earlier terrorist attack on March 18 at the famed Bardo National Museum in the capital of Tunis killed 24 people including 20 foreign tourists.

When was the last time you actually saw someone slip on a banana peel? Unless you’re watching an awful lot of old-school cartoons (no judgement here), then we doubt you’ve seen that happen in a while.

Probably because people are stocking up on banana peels as their new go-to food to help them with their weight-loss.

The banana peel is a staple in many Indian and Caribbean dishes, but otherwise the peel itself tends to get overlooked, and it shouldn’t according to the New York Post.

The peel is packed with valuable nutrients such as vitamin A, B vitamins and loads more antioxidants. Oh and fibre. Which can boost feelings of fullness and lower cholesterol.

The green peels are best for cooking, as they also contain probiotics and resistant starch: the “calorie-free carb”. Also, bananas are known for containing potassium, which can boost the amount of calories you burn and most of that is found in the peel.

So, no more tossing our poor under appreciated peels aside then. But, how do you actually go about eating the peel?

The yellow peels you’re probably most familiar with can be used in smoothies because they tend to taste sweeter than their green counterparts.

Green peels, which boast more weight-loss benefits can be used as potato susbstitues. Unusual, we know. 

After a quick Google search we found people are using them for a mashed potato substitute. So if you want to go low-carb, we suggest you check it out.

One of the easiest ways to try and include this yellow gem in your diet is banana tea. A slightly different take on the normal cuppa we crave after a long day, but packed with all the good things we need.

It’s very simple: cut off the stem and black end of a banana, put it in a pot with enough water to cover it and boil for 10 minutes. Strain it and drink as it is or add some milk.

Just incase you haven't watched the last episode of Game Of Thrones, or haven't heard about this by now, which seems very unlikely then let us just warn you… *SPOILERS*

Ok so following the finale of GOT season 5, fans worldwide all had their own theories as to what really happened with Jon Snow the night the knights watch turned against him.

To some people it all seemed so obvious "He was stabbed like 62 times in the stomach he's ded" but other didn't believe this so easily, "The red woman is there, she will bring him back to life. He can't be dead".

Well Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark in the television show, spoke to E! news and pretty much killed the dreams of anyone who was holding out hope for the safe return of Jon Snow. 

In the interview, Maisie literally caused the breaking of a thousand hearts when speaking about whether Jon will be back or not saying, "I'm like, ‘I don't think so. I'm very sorry!' I don't know, maybe he wanted to keep the hair in the end."

She then goes on to make sure we don't have one fleeting ounce of hope by squashing another theory about Jon coming back as a white walker. After all, we think white walker Jon Snow is better than no Jon Snow at all. 

"We saw him get stabbed like five times in the chest," Ms Williams says. "I think he's gone. I mean, I could be wrong, but I really don't think so."

"And people are like, ‘He's going to come back as White Walker!' I'm like, 'Really, we'd bring back Jon Snow as a White Walker?!' OK, you can believe what you'd like."

Strobing, contouring, even mermaid style hair was having a bit of a moment not too long ago.

We thought that ‘baking’ our faces was going to be the weirdest beauty trend of the summer but we were wrong!

Burning your hair is now the best way to get rid of those pesky split ends you hate without losing the length.

Perfect for those long summer locks and beachy waves everyone is always lusting after this time of year. If you can manage to get over the fact that your fire so close to your head.

The treatment, called velaterapia or candle cutting, is very popular in Brazil; home of the perfect beach hair aesthetic or have you never seen Gisele?

The trend has actually be around since the Sixties but recently a number of celebrities have been praising the bizarre, and highly flammable trend.

The process involves sectioning your hair before twisting the strands tightly so get a kind of dread lock type look. Then, the fire arrives. Experts run the candle along the length of the sections to burn away all of your dry and damaged ends.

After a wash and blow dry your hair is supposed to then look fabulous.

Allesandra Ambrosio goes to a salon called Laces in Sao Paolo which explains that the benefit of velaterapia is it allows people to keep the length of their hair while removing any damaged areas.

A deep nourishing treatment then typically follows as after the being burned your hair is apparently incredibly absorbent of nutrients, we wonder why…

While it looks a little nerve-wracking, considering hair is so incredibly flammable, you can’t deny the after-effects in the video look pretty amazing.

Eyebrows have become one of the most talked about features in the beauty world of late, and it’s really no surprise why. Your eyebrows are what frame your face and when you get them on point, all of your most fabulous features will be emphasised. It might take some practice, but trust us, that feeling when your brows are living their best life is worth it.

So, if you’re feeling like those brows of yours could use a little TLC, fret not, we gathered up some of the most commons reasons our eyebrow game can be a little lacking. And remember; they’re supposed to be sisters, not twins, so work that arch ladies.

Are your eyebrows looking a little square?

 A harsh finish can make them look a little too done. You can avoid this little snafu no matter what beauty instrument is your go-to by using smaller strokes at this part of the brow to create a shape that doesn’t resemble a lego, or a maths problem.

Are your eyebrows too long?

Extending the length of your lashes can make your face look a little droopy. Avoid this by holding an eyebrow pencil diagonally from your nose towards your outer eye. If your brow is going past the pencil, stop, and think about your choices.

Do you shape your brows? 

Fuller brows are the ‘big thing’ right now, thank you Cara. But, bushy brows are another. If you don’t have time to see a professional to tame your brows, get a good tweezers and follow your natural shape (where the most hair is) and focus on just getting rid of the strays.

You don’t blend your eyebrow pencil?

What!? That is brow blasphemy. Blending is the best way to give your brows a natural shape. Remember you want to mimic the hairs already there, so use small and light strokes to give your brows some volume without going for intense brow definition.

Do you use too much? 

Look, the journey to on point brows is not an easy one. Sometimes the phrase ‘less is more’ needs to be repeated. Start applying gently, and remember it’s always easier to build up on the product if you want a stronger brow, than having to take everything off and start from scratch. Nobody wants that, nobody.

Will Smith's son Jaden Smith celebrated his 17th birthday yesterday while performing topless at the New Look Wireless festival. 

Jaden, who has followed in his parents footsteps by becoming an actor and rapper, is known for being a bit 'out there' when it comes to his fashion – but he's also garnered a stellar reputation as a weird and wonderful tweeter.

Jaden's little sister, Willow, takes after him in a lot of ways. Indeed, the 14-year-old is equally as outspoken and the pair seem to spend a lot of their time focusing on being free thinkers and disagreeing with society. 

Some of Jaden's tweets are just bizarre, but you've got to hand it to him, for a 17-year-old, he has a pretty deep understanding of life.

We know by now that Taylor Swift likes to keep track of some her fans social media activity.

She did after all recently weigh in on one Tumblr users fashion dilemma with some red carpet advice.

Yesterday, she tweeted her love of a fan’s cover of Bad Blood, and now Alessia Cara has created a social media storm.

She’s already been creating some buzz in the industry since her hit Here went viral, but considering the amount of Swift covers that exist on YouTube already, we think the fact that Taylor put the spotlight on this one is saying something.

Looks like Gigi might have to move over because we think it won’t be long before Alessia gets her own inflatable swan and joins the ultimate girl squad.

Taylor wrote on Twitter that she thinks Alessia is "AMAZING". She used all capitals so you know she's being very serious. 

Alessia’s more relaxed version of Bad Blood, including Kendrick Lamar’s rap, has grabbed the attention of the 25-year old music star and her 60million followers since Tay-Tay retweeted the video.

We imagine that’s probably the best shout-out Alessia could have imagined.

Her reaction pretty much sums up what any of us would have done after receiving a nod from the Grammy winner.

Kim Kardashian, bless her, has given us a lot over the years – not least endless (no, really – endless) talking points, topics of conversation, and issues of debate.

And today, we spotted this gem – another matter on which to pontificate. 

In the photograph, she can be seen in a nude body suit, over which she is wearing a gold-hued bra, along with black stockings and lace-up boots.

More bizarre is the location: a pile of earth that looks half construction site, half set of Room To Improve (albeit without Dermot Bannon lurking in the background in a hi-vis and hard-hat).

The shot was taken several weeks ago at the sprawlling Château d’Ambleville in northern France, and by famed photographer Juergen Teller.

Meanwhile, the entire shoot was styled by Kim's multi-talented 38-year-old husband, Kanye West. 

It's not all about Kim, though. Further images from the shoot show Kanye sporting his now trademark scowl.

Meanwhile, photographer Mr Teller features in short-shorts (emphasis on 'short') and the sort of red jacket your mammy would put on you before you walked to school on a chilly morning (no doubt his version is rather more expensive, however).

In February, and hinting at his artistic vision, Mr West declared: "I have millions of ideas and I represent a new generation just trying to express themselves in a broken world.

"I don’t call myself a designer as I was not allowed to go to Saint Martins because I was too famous by the time I realized I wanted to design.

"Fame is often looked down upon in the design world, so it’s actually been something I had to overcome."

With the resulting images from the French shoot making up a spread in an edition of System magazine, we're hoping to see yet more from the Kim-Kanye-Juergen collaboration as soon as possibe.

Spin 1038 DJ, Daniella Moyles, picked up a new friend to bring to the office today – which we assume isn't a regular occurrence. 

She was on her way to work when she spotted a hobbling injured baby seagull on the side of the road. Nooooo!

She stopped to help the little guy and somehow got him into a cardboard box and into the safety of her car. 

Daniella tried getting in touch with as many vets as she could in the city, but given that it was so early, most of them were all still closed. 

Thankfully, someone listening in to the breakfast show texted the guys with the name of a vet that specialised in birds and would be able to help them.

The well-known Spinis transported the bird out to the veterinary clinic in Raheny in Dublin and Hoppy finally got the help she (or he, we're still not sure) needed.

The little bird has been given painkillers (phew) and it turns out she just has a small fracture but that should be OK soon.

Hurrah! And congratulations to Ms Moyles on her good deed for the day.

Following its founding on Dublin’s Mary Street back in the Sixties, Penneys has muscled its way into the likes of the UK, Germany, Portugal, and Spain.

It will also shortly open its first store in the US.

And today it was announced that the popular discount retailer will furthermore expand into Italy, following a successful launch in France 18months ago.

With the first branches opening within a year, the company says it has initially committed to three Penneys Italia stores for 2016 alone.

"The research that we've done would indicate that there is a very good market in Italy for the Primark concept," the company told Reuters. 

Penneys now operates in more than 250 stores in nine countries. Ireland – lucky us! – has 38 Penneys stores alone.

The largest store that Penneys, which operates as Primark elsewhere, runs is the sprawling 14,500sq metre branch in Manchester.

The first US store will be unveiled in Boston in September.

Less than 48hours ago, Brian McFadden and his model/DJ wife Vogue Williams announced on Twitter that had ended their three-year marriage.

And it looks like we weren’t the only ones who didn’t see it coming: Brian’s former Westlife bandmate, Shane Filan, has now revealed that he he was equally surprised by the announcement.

Shane, 35, said to Now magazine that he was “really shocked” and noted how Brian hadn’t given him any clues of the impending separation.

“I chatted to him a couple of weeks ago about something that was golf related but yeah I’m really shocked.”

Yesterday, Shane was at a Warner Music Group summer drinks party where he admitted he had actually never met Vogue, 29, and that he hasn’t seen Brian in the flesh in a number of years.

He furthermore admitted he wasn't in the loop about Brian's other former flame, Kerry Katona, and her recent relationship woes, and went on to say that he hoped Brian is OK.

Mr Filan added of his new album: “I’ve been working on it for the last four or five months." The Sligo-native explained that it will be more “pop music” compared to his last album.

He didn’t mention anything about any music collaborations, but we can probably rule out any surprise duets with him and Brian.
