All of our teenage dreams have officially been crushed as the wedding photos of Danny Jones and Georgia Horsley emerge.

The former Miss England married the McBusted heartthrob on the 2nd of August in North Yorkshire.

The couple got engaged in 2013.

Many celebs turned up for the event, including all of the McBusted lads and Dougie’s current girlfriend, Ellie Goulding. The photos from the big day are featured in Hello! magazine.

The bride’s dress was a stunning lace creation with a long length veil and a cute headpiece.

Although our chances of ever becoming Mrs. McBusted are getting smaller and smaller, we must admit they look stunning.

Congratulations to the happy couple!

Waking up the morning after the night before can be a bit scary – mascara everywhere, lipstick smeared across your face and foundation patches on your cheeks. While making yourself look somewhat presentable requires a bit of effort, these steps will go a long way to ensure you look alive.

Have a shower
First things first, have a shower. There is nothing better than a shower to perk you up.

Moisturise
Moisturise like your life depended on it. Alcohol will leave your skin dehydrated and you need to hydrate your skin as much as you can.

Light foundation
Don’t pile on the foundation. it will just make you look more tired. A light tinted moisturiser is ideal or even just some concealer to hide blemishes and bags under your eyes.

Work on your lashes
The next thing you need to do is work on your lashes. Curl them with an eye lash curler and then lightly apply mascara. Don’t overdo it though as they will end up looking clumpy and top heavy.

Blusher
Finally, give yourself some much needed colour by sweeping blusher across your cheeks.

Now you are ready to face the world. Well, once your stomach settles down a bit.

Many of us were in first year of college at one stage, here are some of the things you will remember feeling as the Leaving Cert results fast approach next Wednesday:

1. “I’m a genius!”

Results are out and you’ve managed to get the points for the course you wanted. You get accepted to you’re first choice on the CAO.

2. Excitement

I’m so freakin’ excited!

You’re finally off to the big smoke…

3. Nerves

It’s moving time. The car is loaded up and you're ready for your college experience.

4. “Who’s this eejit?”

Meeting your new house mates for the first time is strange. You’re thrown into a pokey apartment with 4+ strangers; space is tight, anything left in a common room becomes public property and if you’re not used to sharing then prepare to have your patience tested. You’ll soon be able to label each house mate: the quirky one, the musical one, the annoying one, the sex mad one, the party animal, the stoner, the book worm. If you’re wondering who the weird one is but can’t figure it out, it’s you.

5. FREEDOM!

Orientation is a boooooore. Sure, you find out where stuff is and you’ll probably make a friend or two, but this week is nothing compared to the freshers party week which follows … Can anyone say “TOGA”?!

6. The alcoholic phase.

Tesco vodka and gin are a thing of the past thank God now that we are older and wiser…ahem.

7. SEEEEEEXXXXX!

For many of us, college was where we became more in tune with our sexuality.

8. “9 am lecture? Good luuuuuuck!”

Fast forward four years and this may be your biggest regret.

9. Being poor is the new rich

You’re broke, living off Koka noodles and black coffee with any spare cash going on whatever nights out you can afford. College will make you appreciate money soooo much more than you ever did before.

10. Nakedness

There's always that one housemate who just cannot keep their clothes on. You've seen their bum more than your own at this stage.

11. “Oh No … I fancy my housemate"

If it doesn’t happen to you, it’ll happen to your friend. It’s pretty hilarious until one of the people concerned inevitably has to hit the road.

12. Availing of all of the discounts

Ah how we miss all of those discounts… We still chance our arm, of course, but they always cop the 2012 on our card *dammit*

13. Protesting!

Cutting student grants? Protest! Price of pints in the SU has gone up? Protest! Don’t know what everyone is giving out about? Protest!

14. Clubs and Societies

The ones you’ll join directly relate to the amount of free stuff you will get from them.

15. Boring Weekends

Your Saturday nights consist of bad TV and eating your feelings.

16. Kleptomania

Why do you have a traffic cone, a shopping trolley, 3 wet floor signs, drip mats and road signs in your living room? Because you can, that’s why.

17. Panic

Exams are looming, you’ve done feck all for the whole semester. A few all nighters, pass by compensation, be grand!

We definitely agree with this recent study by charity OnePlusOne – apparently the things we cherish most in relationships are the little, everyday gestures that show you care, such as making your partner a cup of tea.

It also found that people with higher emotional intelligence had the most successful relationships, which isn't all that surprising – no one wants to be with an insensitive caveman.

The ‘6 Cs’ are also very important if you want your relationship to last: connect, commitment, communication, care, compromise and resolving conflicts.

The UK’s Department of Education launched a campaign last week called Love Nuggets, and the slogan is: “Everday things that people do to make a relationship happy”.

The campaign is adamant that “regular small acts of kindness such as taking your partner a cup of tea in bed can lead to a happier, healthier and stronger relationship, even more than big gestures like chocolates or expensive holidays.”

We have to say we totally agree – though if someone wanted to bring us on an expensive holiday, that’s fine too!

One of our favourite Hunger Games actors Donald Sutherland who plays Katniss Everdeen's nemesis in the film, had something to say about an award he was granted at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles. The veteran actor admitted he was less than impressed and let the audience know how he felt in the most spectacular fashion ever…we love him even more now!

We've been waiting and waiting, and now it seems like it may finally be here!

A glimpse of Breaking Bad spin-off, Better Call Saul, has been released, and it looks good.

Though it's not long, the teaser was tucked neatly into a Breaking Bad marathon on AMC recently – but they didn't fool us! Or at least, they didn't fool the person who recorded it…!

Are you going to catch up with Saul in this highly anticipated spin-off?

Kings of Leon were forced to postpone a concert in the US recently, after their tour bus was involved in an accident.

Drummer for the band, Nathan Followill, suffered broken ribs in the incident, but is said to be doing better according to the band’s Facebook page: “Nathan is being treated for broken ribs, but is doing well.”

The band also explained what had occurred in the lead up to the accident on their Facebook page, writing: “Due to an accident on their tour bus, Kings of Leon will unfortunately have to postpone tonight's show in Saratoga Springs, NY. The band was en route to their hotel after their show in Boston when a pedestrian jumped in front of their tour bus, causing the bus to stop short, injuring Nathan Followill.”

The band performed in Marlay Park, Dublin back in July.

Hopefully the talented drummer will have a speedy recovery!
