Love her or hate her, Kim K is everywhere. And sometimes she says some pretty enlightening and hilarious things, like these:

While some people are lucky enough to have held onto childhood friends long into their adult years, most of us have simply grown apart from our older pals as time goes on.

As a kid, everyone was a potential friend. Interests and opinions didn’t come into it, and as long as you were happy to share your toys you were perfect friend material. Growing older, we placed a little more weight on our friendships – remember how important it was in school to have someone you could call your BFF?

I can remember at least five different girls who I would have called my “best friend” at one time or another during my school years. Although luckily there’s no bad blood between any of us, I can’t remember the last time I spoke to any of them. And to make things worse, if I did bump into them on the street I fear it would be very, very awkward. How could we catch up on ten years in a single conversation? Would we even have anything to talk about, bar our former obsession with Boyzone?

I hate knowing that there are people out there who I was once close to but have zero contact with now. That’s why I’m going to make 2015 the year I change that. Forget dieting or healthy eating, my resolution this year will be all about making the effort with old friends. I’m not expecting to get back to the BFF zone of course, but I’d love to build up some contact with forgotten pals all the same.

Whether it’s a Facebook message, or a birthday card, or even (GASP) arranging to meet them, I really don’t see any downside to the plan. Yes it’s been a while and we might have grown up and changed along the way, but that’s not a reason to avoid seeing someone.

It’s true that it becomes harder to make new friends as you grow older. School and college years were full of potential new pals, but unless you plan on travelling the world or changing job every six months, there are not a whole lot of opportunities to meet new people once you hit adult life. But what about those old friends we’ve left behind? Wouldn’t it be great to hit things off with them all over again?

A new year is as good a time as any to rebuild old connections and to make new ones too. So why not track down that school friend or childhood bestie that you haven’t spoken to in years? Maybe things ended badly or maybe the relationship just faded out, but after all this time there’s no reason why you can’t both give things a second chance.

Zoella may have gotten over the scandal of her book being ghost-written, but her trouble doesn’t seem to be over yet!

The YouTube star has now been slammed by police over a new video she posted to her channel which sees her driving a car while being filmed.

It has been reported that in the clip, the star, who has almost seven million subscribers – many of them young girls – takes her eyes off the road six times.

Speaking to Now!, the Metropolitan Police blasted her actions, saying: “She could have killed someone. How can anyone who has their eyes off the road for that amount of time be in complete control of a vehicle?… Anyone could have run out in the middle of the road and she wouldn’t have seen them or had enough time to stop. This is completely irresponsible behaviour.”

A rep for Zoella, real name Zoe Suggs, has released a statement that reads: “Zoe is an extremely careful and contentious driver. At the time of filming she was in mostly stationary traffic. She takes road safety very seriously and would never do anything deliberately to counteract this.”

We’re sure Zoe is finding her new found fame is also coming with a certain responsibility for her young fans, and she’s still on a learning curve.

Lucy Mecklenburgh is in for a romantic Christmas, as it has been reported that she is dating Tumble judge and Olympic gymnast Louis Smith!

Though claims they were dating were denied during the TV show, it seems things have heated up since then, and sources say the pair are “moving pretty fast”.

The Sun reports that that Lucy and Louis were not dating during the show but bumped into one another not long after: “It’s true they were flirting, but nothing happened. In fact, Lucy went as far as to say he was too short … Louis got with someone straight after Tumble, but they split and he bumped into Lucy. She must have forgotten his size because sparks flew and they started dating.”

Aww, how sweet! Lucy was linked to Gethin Jones in recent months, though they are thought to have only gone on a few dates before calling it quits.

Sharon Osbourne may have made TV history yesterday as she lost a tooth live on air – eek!

The TV personality was co-hosting The Talk when her implant became loose and she was forced to give it a helping hand until it came out. Sharon was none too happy as she exclaimed: “I spent a bloody fortune!” Oh Sharon, always so honest!

After a commercial break, the star had located some glue and stuck her tooth back in…but had also accidentally stuck her lip to her gums.

Never a dull moment with those Osbourne girls!

Former X Factor contestant Katie Waissel has been talking about Cheryl Fernandez-Versini again, and she still has nothing nice to say!

Katie hit headlines when she took to the stage at Sunday’s X Factor final – only weeks after calling Cheryl “disgusting”. She was see mouthing the words ‘you owe me’ to Simon and later hinted on Twitter that she may be taking a judges’ seat next year…

Now, Katie has slammed Cheryl again in her new! column, saying she wasn’t all there on Sunday, writing: “Cheryl was absolutely NOWHERE to be seen! I’m surprised she even made it out to the chairs … She needs to lighten up, for her sake! If she doesn’t want to be there and take part, then I suggest she slowly slip away. People see thorough bullsh**.”

Hmm, we think if there is a chance of Katie taking a seat on next year’s panel, she may want to lay off giving out about Simon’s muse for a while! It certainly won’t do her any favours.

Beauty Angel is our latest go-to guide for all our pampering needs, so we were thrilled to catch up with Sarah, the face behind the wonderful site, to chat all things beauty and make-up related!

The lovely Sarah is a self-confessed make-up addict since her early teens and has recently completed a course with LA Make Up Academy which she says has only increased her passion for the industry!

Sarah’s unmistakable enthusiasm bodes well for us because it means her site is chock-full of interesting reviews and top tips!

What more could you want?!

1. What is your best budget beauty buy?

There are some amazing budget beauty buys out there, so  it’s quite hard to choose! I think the one I have recommended the most is the Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer. It’s really creamy and moisturising. It feels cooling when you apply it, so it’s perfect if your eyes are a little puffy in the morning. I find some concealers can be drying or go cakey, but this one definitely isn't. It does a great job at covering dark circles and redness to perk up your skin. It costs just €6.99 so it won’t break the bank!

2. What is your top make-up tip?

My top make-up tip is simply to look after your skin. The better your skin, the better the canvas for your make-up. I know it can be a pain when you’re in a hurry or tired, but it really pays to clean your skin properly.

I always do a two-step cleanse at night. I usually start using a Micellar water to take off the first layer of make-up. At the moment I’m using the Ziaja Rose Butter Micellar Water. I then use a wash-off cleanser. Lately, I’m using the Clinique Take the Day Off Balm which is an oil-based balm, so it even removes traces of waterproof make-up. I massage the balm into my skin and remove it with a warm facecloth. Then I finish with a serum and moisturiser.

I find that once you get into the habit of doing this, it doesn’t take too long, your skin will thank you and your make-up will look flawless!

3. Most girls have a much-loved lipstick – what's yours?

I think I’m a little bit different in that I don’t wear lipstick that often. I usually prefer a lip gloss, but lately I’m loving a gloss stick. My all-time favourite range is the Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks. Their gloss pencils have a lovely texture, strong colour and last really well. My favourite every day colour is Nudist, it’s a great everyday pinky brown.

4. What was your very first perfume and what are you currently wearing?

I’m really going to show my age here as I suspect many SHEmazing! readers won’t have heard of my first perfume, it was called Exclamation! It came in a bottle that was shaped like an exclamation point and was a firm favourite with 90’s teens!

At the moment my favourite scent is Nuxe Prodigieux Le Parfum. If anybody knows the cult product Nuxe Huile Prodigieux, this scent is the perfume version of the oil. It’s really fresh and quite summery, but I can’t seem to part with it even in winter. For night time I usually wear Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb which I think is a perfume you either love or hate!

5. You're only allowed to use three make-up products for the rest of your life… what are they?

As the most indecisive person in the world, I could think about this question for days! But I think I could commit to these products for the rest of my life…

Revlon Colorstay Foundation
When I first tried this I wondered where it had been all my life.  This foundation gives medium-full coverage and the finish is perfect. It’s not too drying, but lasts the full day without budging. There is a version of this for dry skin and combination skin and it costs just €17.99.

Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Mushroom
I’m trying to be clever here as I think I could use this shade as eyeliner, but also to fill my eyebrows if I was stuck! I’ve never found another eyeliner to beat this. I have really watery eyes and these don’t budge all day and are really strongly pigmented.

This is how much I love these gloss sticks! I would really miss my blusher if I could only have these three products so I figure I could use this pink/coral shade on my lips and my cheeks, sneaky!

After nine series together, it's no surprise that the Geordie Shore gang are a close-knit group.

So when Vicky Pattison announced on air that she would be leaving the show, the tears came flooding in. The 24-year-old revealed to the media back in October that she would be exiting Geordie Shore at the end of the current series – and in last night's episode she was seen confirming the news to her co-stars.

"I love every single person here in their own way, which is why what I’m about to say is so hard," she said to her pals. “I promised I couldn’t leave you and I said I’d come back…but I can’t stay. I’ve loved every single minute of doing this with you but unfortunately for me, it’s over."

Vicky described the choice as "one of the hardest decisions [she has] ever had to make," and broke down in tears as she admitted she no longer belonged on the show, saying, "It’s just not for me anymore.”

The star's close pal Charlotte Crosby became overwhelmed with tears, saying, "How can she leave us? She’s like our sister and I can’t imagine going one day in this house without her.”

Scott Timlin was equally shocked, adding, "I'm literally f*****g devastated. I can't believe she's actually leaving and I don't know what to say."

Although Vicky originally claimed that she had chosen to leave Geordie Shore to spend time with her boyfriend James Morgan, the couple have since split up and the star has admitted her exit from the show was more of a business choice. "This is a pivotal point in my career and if I don’t strike while the iron’s hot, someone else will leave Geordie Shore or TOWIE and take my opportunities," she said in an interview last month.

Stevi Ritchie and Chloe Jasmine's rumoured relationship was one of the biggest dramas of this year's X Factor, and now the speculation has been dealt with once and for all.

Although an official romance was never confirmed, the pair did hook up during the series, which eventually led to the breakdown of Chloe's relationship with Craig Wiffen.

Now though, Stevi insists he and Chloe are "just good friends," adding that he is "single and ready to mingle." Shudder.

While Stevi doesn't deny the possibility of something happening with Chloe down the line, he says the two are taking things easy for now.

"We've been texting and seeing each other, but it's not like…I don't know. She's a great girl, very lovely and I have a lot of time for her… I want to see how things go. I don't want to rush into anything," he told New! magazine.

Well, it doesn't seem like Chloe will be getting back with her ex Craig anytime soon, as she openly admitted that she felt no guilt for cheating on him with her X Factor co-star. "I'm not ashamed of what I did," she said at the time. "Because I believe it was part of God's divine plan. It probably didn't help that I didn't tell Craig straight away, but I didn't really have a chance to."

Speaking about what had happened, she said, "Stevi's a great guy. Our romance happened organically – we were talking about spiritual planes and then we kissed." 

Spiritual planes? Standard!

Rumours have been flying for the last couple of months about Jessica Biel's pregnancy, and now it seems they've been confirmed once and for all.

Although neither Jessica or her husband Justin Timberlake have addressed the news publicly, we don't reckon they'll have to now!

Justin's 'N Sync bandmate Joey Fatone let slip about the happy news in a recent interview, admitting the pair are indeed having a child.

Speaking about Justin's news to InTouch magazine, Joey said, "He told me a while ago, and I kept my mouth shut… But now I can talk about it!" Hmmm… we can't imagine JT was too happy about the news coming out that way!

Joey said he knew Jessica and Justin were going to love being parents. "Jessica is awesome, and Justin is a kid at heart… [They'll have] fun," he said.

It seems Justin's pal has really been getting great mileage out of the news – just last week he gave another interview to People about the Cry Me A River singer, saying, "I think he's going to be a great dad… He's always been great with kids in general. He's going to be great. I think he'll be very hands-on."

Joey's not the only one who has had trouble keeping the news under wraps – back in October a mystery friend confirmed the news online, saying, "Jessica is at least three months pregnant,.. And she’s due in April."

Just a week later, InStyle editor Ariel Foxman sent and then quickly deleted a tweet to Jessica, saying, "Congrats @jessicabiel on your impending motherhood … Looking forward to the red carpet maternity style pix to come #tbt." Awkward!

Now all we're waiting for is that first picture of Jessica's bump!

Little Miss Sunshine, released in 2006, tells the story of a family determined to get their daughter to the final of a beauty pageant in another state, no matter what it takes.

This edgy comedy-drama was a massive hit with audiences worldwide because it focused purely on the story of a troubled family dealing with typical and not-so-typical struggles, but managed to be touching, relatable and downright hilarious throughout.

Here are five little known facts about this top notch flick!

1. Steve Carell wasn’t the moviemaker’s first, or even second, choice to play down-on-his-luck Uncle Frank.

Both Bill Murray and Robin Williams were contenders before Steve, a relative unknown in Hollywood at the time, nabbed and totally nailed the role!

2. The age difference between Toni Collette and Paul Dano was quite small despite them playing mother and son.

Toni was only 34 years-old at the time of the shoot while Paul was just twelve years her junior!

3. The little girls we saw in the Little Miss Sunshine pageant weren’t actors.

They were real-life contestants from actual beauty pageants and they rocked the same hair and make-up they usually do at events!

4. Music was actually playing in Abigail Breslin’s earphones every time her character Olive used them.

This was to ensure that the young Abigail didn’t hear her on-screen grandad’s constant swearing!

5. Greg Kinnear’s wife made fun of his dancing at their actual wedding so the actor was never comfortable with dancing scenes in movies.

He even requested the famous dance scene at the end of the movie to be deleted from the final cut!
