We would have killed to be a fly on the wall at the Golden Globes this year. Hollywood’s finest gathered at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Sunday for the lavish award ceremony, including Beyoncé.

The singer and actress was joined by her husband Jay-Z , who brought their very own champagne to the event. Their bodyguards actually carried two bottles of Armand de Brignac into the event for them. The life of the rich and famous, eh?

The couple came to the rescue when The Morning Show stars Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon's table ran out of water during the ceremony.

The Friends alum shared the hilarious behind-the-scenes story on Instagram after Sunday’s event.

She shared that her table ran out of water shortly after the ceremony started so Reese Witherspoon casually pottered over to Bey and Jay to see if they’d share their Armand de Brignac with them.

Jennifer posted a selfie of her and Reese alongside the witty tale, “Reese!? This is one of the many reasons I love you. We ran out of water at our table. So naturally, she asked Jay Z and Beyoncé for a glass of their champagne."

The actress even shared a photo of herself enjoying the glass of bubbly and made sure to tag Beyoncé in it.

Oh to be friends with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.

There’s no doubt that they had the best time at the Golden Globes this year. We’re not jealous at all!

The new trailer for Apple's first major TV show has been released, and it pits Steve Carell, Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon against each other. We love it already, with this cast.

The Morning Show is set to debut on the upcoming TV Plus streaming service, featuring three journalists at various opposing points in their careers taking on crises of their own.

Aniston plays an ageing morning anchor, Witherspoon is a reporter who is losing sight of her identity, and Carell is facing the consequences of sexual harassment allegations as Aniston's co-anchor.

Their jobs take centre stage in the show, but the series also focuses on the changing landscape of morning broadcast news. The interpersonal drama between the protagonist characters will take the primary spotlight.

The Morning Show also “explores ego, ambition and the misguided search for power,” according to a press release from Apple.

Aniston, Witherspoon, and Carell star alongside Mark Duplass and Beauty and the Beast’s Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and is set to premiere in the autumn when Apple's TV Plus launches.

In the new look at the series, we see Aniston’s character address the firing of her co-host due to sexual misconduct allegations.

Steve Carell then smashes the TV screen, evidently realising that his life is in tatters as a result of the announcement.

A Pandora’s box of stories that will be woven throughout the series is opened, featuring Aniston attempt to grab hold of the narrative and hold onto to her position as lead anchor.

This includes the rise of a new co-host as Aniston begins to breakdown, with Witherspoon playing the honest journalist who tells it like it is. America loves to watch a women break down on live TV, according to the trailer.

Aniston's character later seems to have a jolt of confidence and rises from the ashes to regain control.

So, we can all agree that Legally Blonde is one of the greatest feel-good movies of all time, right? (don't fight us on this)

It's been 16 years since Reese Witherspoon brought the naive, yet oh-so determined Elle Woods to life, and while the film remains a must-watch for any girly night in, it looks like her character's legacy lives on in more ways than one.

For those of you who haven't seen this 00's classic, it tells the story of a heartbroken girl who decided to go to law school in order to win back her ex-boyfriend.

Sure, the motivation may not have come from the right place, but hey, she made it into Harvard Law School and that's more than most of us can say.

And it seems that Elle's grit and determination struck a chord with many aspiring female lawyers, as Reese Witherspoon recently revealed she is constantly being approached by women who say they it was that film that inspired them to go to university.

Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, the actress said: “At least once a week I have a woman come up to me and say, ‘I went to law school because of [the film].'”

Bend and snap, girls!

Legally Blonde fans, we’ve got amazing news for you. Rumour has it Elle Woods is making her way back to the big screen.

According to Deadline, Reese Witherspoon is in talks with MGM about reprising her role as the delightful lawyer.

Reese Witherspoon and most of the original creative team are set to return for Legally Blonde 3, with the Big Little Lies star producing the film under her production company Hello Sunshine.

It is believed that Kirsten Smith and Karen McCullah Lutz, who wrote the original screenplay, are also in final talks to pen the script for the third Legally Blonde film.

They have yet to disclose the plot, but we’re sure it’ll be just as good as the first two movies.

It looks like Legally Blonde 3 has its star, scriptwriters, and producers, and the next step is finding a director, who is ready to take on this beloved franchise.

17 years have passed since we first met the heartwarming Elle Woods and her popularity has only skyrocketed since then. The original film was a box office hit raking in over $141 million and is now a classic favourite of women around the planet.

The original movie is based on the book Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown, which was published in 2001.

The story is actually based on the novelist’s own experiences while enrolled in Stanford Law School.

There has been no official information on the plot of Legally Blonde 3, but apparently, the movie will revolve around female empowerment.

We are so ready for Elle Woods’ comeback!

Airbrushing and A-listers go hand in hand, right? You show up, you pose, and you get digitally enhanced. Job done.

But while the photoshopping process generally involves paring inches of a star's waist and thighs, the latest example is slightly off-course.

After posing for the cover of Vanity Fair, Reese Witherspoon and Oprah Winfrey realised they had been gifted some extra appendages.

And they weren't the only ones to notice either.

Taking to Twitter, members of the public questioned why Reese was sporting an extra leg on the cover and why Oprah was rocking an extra hand in a supposedly candid shot from the shoot.

"Im tryna figure out how many legs reese witherspoon’s got in here, it’s been bothering me for the last five minutes," wrote one Twitter user who actually got a response from the Big Little Lies star.

"Well…I guess everybody knows now…I have 3 legs. I hope you can still accept me for who I am and I will never apologize for snuggling @Oprah."

"If you get the opportunity, I highly recommend it," Reese added as the public began a search for other photoshop fails.

Responding to Reese, Oprah replied: "I accept your third leg. As I know you accept my third hand."

Ladies, that's how you do it

Speaking to Oprah Winfrey for a show which is due to air in the States tomorrow, Reese Witherspoon has revealed that being sexually assaulted at 16 rendered her incapable of living a normal life.

The actress says that attempting to process the crime which was committed against her was all too overwhelming for a child, telling Oprah: "I have my own experiences that have come back to me very vividly, and I found it really hard to sleep, hard to think, hard to communicate."

"A lot of the feelings I’ve been having anxiety about, about being honest, the guilt for not speaking up earlier or taking action, true disgust at the director who assaulted me when I was 16 years old and anger that I felt at the agents and the producers who made me feel that silence was a condition of my employment."

Tragically, 41-year-old Reese reveals that the assault at 16 was just one incident in her attempt to carve out a career in Hollywood, adding: "I wish I could tell you that that was an isolated incident in my career, but sadly, it wasn’t."

The acclaimed actress who has been a key player in Hollywood's #TimesUp campaign admits that breaking her silence, while far from easy, was a necessary hardship.

"As you can see I'm very emotional about it but I keep going back," she told Oprah.

Reflecting on a proverb which has helped guide her in the months following the Weinstein scandal, the mother-of-three said she knew it was time to come forward with her lived experiences if anything was going to change within the industry.

"Somebody sent me this Elie Wiesel quote that said, 'Silence helps the tormentors. It doesn't help the tormented, and neutrality helps the oppressors not the oppressed.'"

"And there's moments that you have to evaluate whether silence is going to be your only option and in certain times that was our only option, but now is not that time."

Natalie Portman, America Ferrera, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Shonda Rhimes joined Reese on the CBS show.

With every passing day, more and more brave women are coming forward with stories of the sexual harassment and assault they have been forced to endure over the course of their careers in Hollywood.

At Elle's Women in Hollywood event last night, the industry's biggest female stars were given a platform to open up about the confusion and anxiety they felt when they realised their careers could be put in jeopardy if they spoke up about the crimes committed against them.

Along with Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar-winner, Reese Witherspoon, admitted that she has struggled to come to terms with numerous sexual assaults committed against her during her time in the entertainment industry.

"This has been a really hard week for women in Hollywood, for women all over the world, and a lot of situations and a lot of industries are forced to remember and relive a lot of ugly truths," she said.

“I have my own experiences that have come back to me very vividly and I find it really hard to sleep, hard to think, hard to communicate a lot of the feelings that I’ve been having about anxiety, honest, the guilt for not speaking up earlier.”

Reflecting on her teenage years in the spotlight, the 41-year-old resents the adults who failed to protect her and the men who ultimately exploited her naivety.

"I feel true disgust at the director who assaulted me when I was 16-years-old and anger at the agents and the producers who made me feel that silence was a condition of my employment," she said.

"And I wish that I could tell you that was an isolated incident in my career, but sadly it wasn’t. I’ve had multiple experiences of harassment and sexual assault and I don’t speak about them very often."

While Reese admits that memory of past experiences have been incredibly difficult to deal with, the bravery exhibited by other women in recent weeks has had a profoundly positive effect on her.

"After hearing all the stories these past few days and hearing these brave women speak up tonight about things that we’re kind of told to sweep under the rug and not to talk about, it’s made me want to speak up and speak up loudly because I actually felt less alone this week than I have ever felt in my entire career," she said.

While undeniably painful, Reese sees the merit in accepting her past experiences as a tool to move forward in life, saying: "It makes me so sad to talk about these issues, but I would be remiss not to."

"That truth is very encouraging to me and everyone out there in the world because you can only heal by telling the truth."

Legally Blonde is an iconic noughties film, and frankly, we'd be lost without the bend and snap.

Elle Woods is one of our favourite movie characters ever, and her quirky and hidden intelligence make us love her even more.

One thing in particular that fascinated us about Reese Witherspoon's portrayal of Elle was the amazingly funky wardrobe Elle possessed.

Well, clearly Reese was a fan of the Legally Blonde wardrobe too, as she kept quite a few pieces from the movie,

Taking to Snapchat, Reese showed off her LB wardrobe to fans, and ever tried on a few of the items, 16 years later.

From the fluffy bunny slippers to Elle's date night dress, we got seriously nostalgic.

Twitter user Alison screengrabbed the iconic snaps and shared them to Twitter, where they have now been liked almost 40,000 times.

We now hav a hankering to spend our Saturday binge watching the Legally Blonde flicks…

Just like Stranger Things and 13 Reasons Why, Big Little Lies was a TV show to remember.

It touched on serious issues such as bullying, domestic abuse and adultery.

But as sobering as the issues in the TV series were, it was totally captivating and well worth a watch.

Spending #SundayFunday with these ladies … working on some new lies

That's why we're pretty excited that Reese Witherspoon has basically confirmed a second season.

In a not-so-cryptic Instagram post featuring her co-stars Nicole Kidman and Laura Dern, Reese wrote that they were "working on some new lies."

"Spending #SundayFunday with these ladies … working on some new lies," she captioned the glam picture.

With a star-studded first season, we can't wait until season two is released.

A girly movie marathon isn't complete without at least suggesting that a Legally Blonde movie gets watched.

The pinnacle of noughties feel good flicks, Elle Woods captured our hearts, taught us to follow our dreams wherever they make take us (like to Harvard Law school) and exactly how to grab the attention of our object of attention (the bend and snap is foolproof).

The 2001 original and it's 2003 sequel are complete classics, so any notions that we're getting a further instalment is good news to us.

Luckily, Reese Witherspoon is definitely up for dusting off Elle Woods' head to toe pink ensembles.

"We've thought about it. I need somebody really clever to come up with a great idea, and we'll do it," Reese Witherspoon told E! News.

"I do think it's a good time to do it. I think women need that kind of positivity right now."

We better all get brainstorming, people!

If ever there was a mother/ daughter duo that could pass for twins, it's Reese Witherspoon and her teenage daughter Ava.

(Sorry Kris Jenner, but it's true.)

And while the internet is awash with photos that would leave most die-hard Reese fans struggling to identify who is who, it doesn't sound like Reese has any idea where the rest of us are coming from on this one.

While appearing on Ellen this week, the 40-year-old actress chatted about her three children as images of Ava, Deacon and Tennessee flashed behind her.

Pausing at a snap of Reese and her eldest child, Ellen told the Sing actress. "She looks just like you. I know everybody keeps saying that."

"Really?" Reese responded in a move which has us questioning the Oscar-winner's eyesight.

Clearly taken aback by the star's less than agreeable response to the comparison, Ellen pressed again: "Do you think she looks just like you?"

"She and I are always like 'we just don't see it'" Reese responded.

"You look like, I mean, you look so young!" Ellen said.

But the Walk The Line star just failed to see the uncanny likeness between herself and the 17-year-old daughter she shares with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.

And if anyone needs us, we'll be lying in a darkened room.
