Oh celebrities really are just like the rest of us! Admit it, you have often contemplated jetting off to Paris at the last minute when your foodie cravings get the best of you.

Why not, really?

At eight months pregnant, Kim Kardashian-West has had some serious food cravings.

However, unlike most pregnant women, Kim satisifed her sweet tooth by flying all the way to Paris for cheesecake at the Hôtel Costes.

She travelled 5,642 miles from LA to Paris for one slice of cheesecake. This is fact.

The confession came out during a recent Vogue podcast. In the interview, Kim said she made the trip in a bid to say farewell to her favourite tasty foods – as one does. 

“[The trip was a] last hurrah of all the food that I’m not going to be able to have for a while," she explained.

The idea being that, after she gives birth to her second child, she won’t be eating any cheesecake… ever. Considering her siblings' fascination with hoarding Oreos in glass jars, we wish her well.

However, despite her last-minute flight, disaster struck as their was no cheesecake left in the restaurant:

Kim said she told staff: ‘”You don’t understand, I leave tomorrow and I flew all the way over here for one night, maybe two nights”. And they said “OK, we’re going to get it.” And they got it and it really made my day." 

This is not just any cheesecake, of course. According to Time Out, the hotel is the place to for celebrity sightings and naturally their prices reflect this:

“All produce is rigorously selected and each dish is carefully executed; but excellent quality comes at a price. You won't pay less than €100 euros and may be treated to some haughty table service. “ 

If you thought maybe dessert was a little pricey then be warned – the humble club sandwich will set you back €28.

It's by no-means a brand-new beauty technique. Still, when Kim Kardashian revealed that she relied on contouring to achieve her perfect red-carpet makeup look, just about everyone started similarly highlighting, toning and sculpting.

But while the Kardashian-Jenner clan remain firm-fans of the practice to this day – one makeup mogul strongly disagrees with its popularity. 

“When I see contouring on people’s faces it looks like dirt,” Bobbi Brown told the New York Post.

“As a beauty expert, I believe in individual beauty, and it’s just not my aesthetic. We don’t need to be contouring like the Kardashians.”

Instead, the 58-year-old Chicago-native champions a natural, healthy and fresh face: she says we should all be highlighting our natural cheekbones with a creamy rouge, or else a moisturiser that gives a subtle glow.

“The contouring trend is so wrong because it tells women there’s something wrong with their face,” Ms Brown added. “There’s beauty in a full face, so I don’t like to paint in a cheekbone that doesn’t exist.”

That's not all: Bobbi went on to dismiss the big-lip look that Kim's little sister, Kylie Jenner, has made so famous. 

“Lip-plumping and fillers never work,” she says. “We’re not all born with Angelina Jolie lips… and whoever said small lips aren’t beautiful?”

Ms Brown suggests lining lips with a soft purplish pencil – like the €22.50 Bobbi Brown lip liner in Bobbi, a shade she designed for herself – for a faint enhancement.

Kris Jenner might be celebrating her 60th birthday today, but her celebrations will no doubt be cut short by the news she's been slapped with a multi-million euro lawsuit.

A gaming company claim their designs and ideas for the Kim Kardashian gaming app were stolen and used without any credit.

Kung Fu Factory allege that Kris contacted them to put together a "very specific" proposal for a Kardashian-themed game, for which they included information on how the characters would appear and how the game would be played by users.

After months of radio silence, Kung Fu said they were told plans for the game were off and that the talks were "dead."

Yet in 2014, the Kim Kardashian: Hollywood gaming app was indeed launched with huge success. According to Forbes it has pulled in a record €185m in its first year alone.

Kung Fu want damages repaid and a chunk of the profits, in exchange for the ideas and research they shared with the famous family.

Speaking back in June, Kim said she was initially reluctant to launch a game, but that her husband Kanye West eventually convinced her.

"‘Kanye really talked me into doing this partnership… I thank him every day for making me do this deal," she told Mail Online.

Users of the app can create their own "aspiring celebrity" and help them rise through the ranks from Z-list to A-list by completing a series of tasks, like meeting managers, doing modelling gigs and attending parties – though there's no "make a sex tape" option…

Karl Lagarfeld recently became the newest celebrity to be added to the game, with users now able to buy Chanel-inspired clothes for their avatars.

Sounds like someone didn't get the all-black memo.

Kendall Jenner celebrated her 20th birthday in style last night, but one of her sisters failed to impress.

Ignoring her sisters' decisions to wear all black, Kylie donned a Cleopatra look for the evening, pairing a blunt brunette wig with a pleated and draped gold jumpsuit.

The layers of fabric swamped Kylie's curves, with the flared silk bottoms dragging along the ground as she walked. The sheer-backed ensemble was topped off with a yellow waist belt.

As for the birthday girl, she kept things a little more muted in an incredible backless jumpsuit with a seriously sexy plunging neckline. 

Kendall kept her make-up sleek, going for a smoky eye and a bold red lip, wearing her long brown locks in a topknot.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan were out in force for the bash, which took place at Hollywood club The Nice Guy. Going by Kendall's cake, 'black and gold' seemed to be the theme of the evening, though Kylie was the only sister to go for the latter when it came to her choice of outfit.

Also present – and dressed all in black – were Kendall's older sister's Kourtney and Khloé, who both kept it simple with cropped jackets, form fitting outfits and heels.

And even at eight months pregnant, Kim still looked super-sleek in a glittering black bodycon dress and sequinned jacket.

Of course, it's not the first time Kylie has ignored her sisters' choice of dress code.

Indeed, at a Cosmopolitan party just three weeks ago, the teen dressed all in white while her sisters were quite clearly synched up in black.

A red carpet rebel, to be sure.

Karl Lagerfeld has been characterised in nearly every way possible; from being transformed into a Simpson to having his own Where's Karl? book (Where's Wally?), so it's really no surprise that Kim wanted him in her game too. 

In the mobile app game, Karl comes complete with his trademark ponytail, starched white collar and dark sunglasses, as well as owning his own boutique in Paris. 

"Kim's contribution to beauty and fashion – and what made her such an icon – is the fact that you don't have to be super slim and very tall to be beautiful," Karl tells Vogue.

"Others tried, but she succeeded in giving other girls like herself confidence. And I admire her for that."

Mr Lagerfeld will be in good company in Kim's virtual world, as he will join Top Model's André Leon Talley and Vogue Japan's Anna Dello Russo in helping players to follow the reality stars footsteps.

In the game, these famous characters will help you jump from being an E-list star to an A-list star by completing a series of tasks, like meeting managers, modelling gigs and attending parties. 

"Karl Lagerfeld is such an icon and I've been lucky enough to work with him several times over the years," Kim said of the partnership. 

With Karl in the game now, you will be able to purchase Chanel clothing for your personal avatar… if only we were able to afford Chanel in real life.

Forget megadivas like Mariah Carey or Jennifer Lopez… when it comes to outrageous backstage demands; rappers Jay Z and Kanye West are WELL able to hold their own.

In fact, a just-seen list of their concert requests has now been made public, and suffice to say it all makes for some rather eyebrow-raising reading.

Jay Z, for example, likes his suite to be kept at a pleasant 21.5C – and he likes to have three €72-a-pop Mayan tuberose-scented candles from Belle Fleur lit also.

Mr Carter also dictates that staff aren’t allowed to vacuum near his room, and they’re told not to approach him to ask for free concert tickets either (although we can’t say we blame him for that one).

Meanwhile, TMZ reports Mr West like any vases present in his room to be cylindrical (yup, as you do). He also requires staff to hunt down a Genelecs 1031a speaker… a model which was discontinued a decade ago.

He furthermore likes to have minty dental floss at his disposal; requests only all-black towels and wants Kashi Go Lean cereal.

It’s not all entirely clean-living, mind: the 37-year-old husband of Kim Kardashian asks for a total of 13 bottles of booze – including three bottles of Paradis Hennessy cognac – totaling around €3,000.

Unsurprisingly, Jay Z just wants €275 Ace Of Spades champagne – although since he owns the company, he isn’t charged for the bottles (lucky him).

With Blue Ivy about, Jay asks for the entire suite to be childproofed with all corners, sharp edges, and electrical outlets all covered, and statues, lamps, and breakable objects removed. And FYI, the three-and-a-half year old only drinks organic whole milk.

Their daughters are BFFs, and so were they.

Kourtney Kardashian shared a seriously adorable sibling photo on Instagram just now, showing where little North and Penelope get their cuteness.

The mum-of-three posted a throwback snap of herself and her Kim as kids, wishing her 27m followers a "happy Halloween."

Dressed as a ballet dancer, the young Kourtney looks into the camera while her little sister, dressed as a tiny Wonder Woman, stares adoringly up at her.

Within minutes, Kim responded with an equally adorable snap from another family Halloween, this time including their mum Kris Jenner:

The stars' daughters, three-year-old Penelope and two-year-old North, prepped for October 31st just yesterday, donning Frozen-inspired Princess Elsa and Princess Anna costumes.

At the coveted InStyle Awards this week, Kim Kardashian introduced make-up artist to the stars, Charlottle Tilbury.

Charlotte was annoucned Make-Up Artist of the Year, but in Kim's introduction, she shared some pretty controversial beauty advice. 

According to The Cut, Kim said: "Charlotte Tilbury is my hero because she has never let her husband see her without makeup on. She sleeps with her makeup on. She's my idol."

"She's inspired me when I am really lazy and I can't do my makeup the next day, so I'll sleep in my makeup. I know that's probably the worst advice, but she has all the magic creams to put on the next day to make up for it."​

Even though we love Kim for admitting she's a lazy girl at heart, we're not very impressed that she's breaking rule number one in beauty and skin care.

At just two years old, North West has already had her fill of paparazzi intrusion.

So much so that she had a few choice words for photographers who were blocking her way into ballet class in California yesterday.

Trotting past the assembled paps with her nanny, North could be heard saying, "I said NO pictures".

Wearing a gold tutu and a custom-made baby Balmain military-style jacket, the toddler looked adorable, but was more than ready to tell off anyone who got in her way.

If we were those photographers, we certainly wouldn't get on North's bad side – she may be a cutie but she's already super-fierce. Just look at that scowl:

Though her mum Kim has always courted the media very calmly, North seems to be following the lead of her dad Kanye West, who has famously lost it with paparazzi on various occasions.

In September 2013, the rapper lashed out at photographers who were assembled in his driveway at 4am, asking him questions as he tried to close his garage door. 

Give it another few years, and we could see North West doing the same…

She's had it.

Celebrities tend to celebrate the same things that most of us do too (birthdays, anniversaries, baby news), but what us mere mortals DON'T celebrate is stuff like getting millions of followers on Instagram. 

After realising she had 50 million followers on IG, Kim posted a snap to thank all her fans:

"WAIT!!!! I KNOW I'M LATE BUT 50 MILLION INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS!!!! SERIOUSLY YOU DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU!!" she wrote, along with the selfie of her and a half-smiling Kanye.

But the next photo she posted made us all swoon. The picture showed a very happy North at Kim's baby shower, dressed in pink stripe PJ's, with the caption: "Our troop leader."

Seriously, how cute is that kid?

Family comes first.

Khloé Kardashian made sure to show up at her big sister Kim's baby shower yesterday, after spending the last couple of weeks almost constantly at the bedside of Lamar Odom.

No doubt wanting to make a statement for her first public appearance, the reality star had something of a makeover before showing up at the Troop Beverly Hills-themed shower.

Gone were the long straight tresses and in their place was a gorgeous feathered 'lob'-style haircut.

The short style shows off Khloe's kiler cheekbones to perfection – a long-overdue change from her signature lengthy look.

"Baby shower vibes," wrote Kylie Jenner, next to a rare snap of the five Kardashian-Jenner sisters together. Only this famous clan could make striped pajamas look sexy:

The shower was originally due to take place last weekend, but it was postponed following the hospitalisation of Lamar on October 19.

But going by the snap below, it was worth the wait – how cool are those tents?

Speaking about Khloé's dramatic new look – the shortest it's been in years – her stylist Jen Atkin said she went for something contemporary and very on-trend.

"I chose a fresh ‘fashion lob’ that hits right below the collarbone for Khloé’s new cut,” she told People.

"I kept the ends blunt and layered throughout the top for lots of movement and texture."

It's a yes from us.

She's now admitted that while expecting North, her fashion choices were a little off. 

In fact, Kim Kardashian says that looking back at those 2013 snaps, she is nothing short of "mortified". 

Last month, she declared: "Everyone used to say Kourtney had the best pregnancy style, so I would borrow a dress she wore when she was pregnant, and OMG it did not look the same!"
