Self-care, self-belief and resilience will also be a prime focus of the day thanks to The Coaching Circle. It's guaranteed to inspire you to progress yourself, a bit like The Fab Five from Queer Eye.

The tickets to the Cork day are highly limited, and are available now for only €20 on wellfest.ie. Cork WellFest will occur from 10am until 3:30pm in the Cork Showgrounds.

In 2019 alone, Wellfest has attracted over 10,000 people to it's life-changing event, which promotes a healthy lifestlyle both physically and mentally. This year looks set to be the best yet.

Remember Claire’s Accessories, the place where the world and its mother went to get their ears pierced for the first time?

From glitter hair spray to patterned hairbands and colourful scrunchies, Claire’s was the place to BE when you were roughly 13-years-old.

Unfortunately, the high street brand are in hot water over asbestos concerns in some of its products, specifically the ‘JoJo Cosmetic Kit’.

There were highly concerning rumours about their products containing traces of asbestos in 2017, and the fears have now been confirmed by the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

The presence of asbestos was identified in three of the brand’s products after an investigation, and the JoJo Cosmetic Kit has now been pulled from stores..

Yes, the place where we all bought our first iteration of makeup (blue eyeshadow, anyone else? Sheer lip gloss?) has actual asbestos in a YouTube star’s range of cosmetics.

JoJo Siwa is a Nickelodeon star and Youtuber who has collaborated with Claire’s on numerous occasions.

Defined by the British Lung Foundation as “a group of minerals made up of microscopic fibres,” asbestos has been shown to damage lungs and possibly cause cancer when breathed in, often leading to the need for specialized mesothelioma treatment for those exposed.

Claire’s told Today Style that the palette has been recalled “out of an abundance of caution after testing by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration indicated the possible presence of trace amount of asbestos fibres in the powder eyeshadow element of the kit.”

A Claire’s spokesperson maintained that the company “stands behind the safety of this product and all other Claire’s cosmetic items as such small trace amounts are considered acceptable under European and Canadian cosmetic safety regulations.”

They also pointed out that “Claire’s moved to talc-free cosmetic manufacturing,” in 2018 to “prevent any further concerns about talc contamination.”

Small particles of the contaminated eyeshadow in the JoJo Cosmetic Kit can become airborne when swept onto lids. Full refunds will be offered to anyone who bought the kit, at least.

The future of the brand is now being called into question, with rumours of sinking sales as high street stores struggle to keep up with major stores like H&M and Primark. The company filed for bankruptcy in March.

News that Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk were going their separate ways after four years together shocked everyone, despite the constant rumours of tension as a result of A Star Is Born.

Reports are now saying that Cooper became 'emotionally absent' from his supermodel girlfriend while filming the hugely successful film.

The 44-year-old Oscar-nominated director 'drifted apart' from his 33-year-old girlfriend during the 'long filming' of the movie, which starred himself and Lady Gaga.

People.com are claiming that both Cooper and Shark 'tried to save the relationship' for the sake of their daughter, but the distance between them was too great.

International superstar Lady Gaga was at the centre of the relationship drama, after fans were convinced that herself and Cooper were secretly dating.

She became 'close' to Cooper during filming, and the pair gave an intimate performance of Shallow during the Oscars ceremony which set off even more rumours. Gaga denied them all during a TV appearance.

The on-screen couple were giving a performance worthy of an Oscar during the song, and it was excused as them both 'being in character'. Shayk hugged both her boyfriend and Gaga afterwards, dismissing the gossip of a feud.

Gaga has rejected romance rumours on multiple occasions, especially after ending her engagement to ex-boyfriend Christian Carino.

At a recent live Enigma performance, she slammed the crowd for shouting about Bradley Cooper to her on-stage before performing Shallow. "One more thing, be kind or f*** off," she said.

An insider told People.com that "Bradley was emotionally absent during the long time filming" and after it ended, Cooper and Shayk "tried to save the relationship but it had changed".

The source added: "Since Bradley and Irina have always been very private about their relationship few knew there was really for sure something going on."

The Guardians of the Galaxy actor publicly thanked Shayk many times during awards season, saying at the BAFTA awards that he appreciated Shayk for "putting up with me" while making A Star Is Born.

Cooper also stated: "Most of all I have to thank Irina, for putting up with me for all the music I was trying to make in our basement for a year. Thank you very much. Thank you.”

The irreparable damage had to be addressed eventually though, and by the end "they were living totally separate lives".

A source told People.com: "If he was in L.A., she’s out of town, and if she was in town, he was out of town." The former couple share two-year-old Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper together.

It would take something monumental to force us to give up drink for a full six months, if we're being honest. That cheeky glass of wine on the couch watching Love Island is simply a must.

One of the islanders, Lucie Donlan, has revealed that she gave up drinking alcohol for six months before entering the villa to be at her healthiest when the show began.

The Newquay surfer opened up about the lengths she went to in order to feel her best. In scenes aired on Love Island's Extra Bits, Lucie said: "I haven't had a drink since New Years Eve." We gasped.

The 21-year-old has already caught the eyes of Tommy Fury, Joe Garratt and Anton Danyluk since entering the Majorcan set, and is coupled up with Joe for the moment.

In a candid chat with the girls, she admitted that she underwent a dramatic diet change in order to feel her best.

The reality star has been spotted nursing a drink in her hand since the show has aired, so it appears she's lifted her own ban.

It's likely that the health kick was to look her best for the ITV2 series, which emphasises looks and body image to a slightly alarming point.

Lucie dropped from a size 12 to a size 6 in under a year to make it as a professional model.

Lucie told The Mirror: "I used to be much bigger than I was now. When I was surf coaching when I was younger I was so much bigger and then I realised it wasn't healthy for me."

She changed her lifestyle completely for both her health and her image;

"I started eating much healthier and doing lots of cross fit with my trainer at home. I just carried that on just maintaining it," she explained.

"I did lots of surfing three times a week in a gym. I don't drink or smoke. I was probably about a size 12 and now I am a six to an eight. I was pushing on 11 stone. I wasn’t massive but it just wasn’t healthy."

Something must have worked, because she's been a successful fitness model ever since. We love a pint too much to ever try this though…

Molly-Mae has barely been in the villa five minutes but is already causing her fair share of tension among the girls and the boys alike.

Yewande deserves her shot at love, and when she was sent on a date with new Love Island-er Danny Williams, she came back positively glowing. GLOWING.

Despite the fact that Molly already has Tommy and Anton fighting it out to win her heart/other body part, she turned her attention firmly towards Danny when he walked in the door.

Yewande has failed to find romance on the show so far, after being coupled with the gorgeous Scouser Michael Griffiths, but Danny invited both her and Amber on a date last night and Yewande's seemed to go better.

Our excitement almost got out of hand when the pair kept making prolonged eye contact, but all was foiled the second Molly turned her attention towards him. "He's so my type," she says.

(Bear in mind, she has said this many times…) Irish Twitter were having absolutely NONE of her, though, and are backing up Yewande.

“Tall boys are just a thing for me,” Molly said. Talking about her flirtationship with Tommy Fury, she said: “I just feel like he is in ‘Tommy Land’ and I’m trying to get my way into it.

“Maybe I need to get into ‘Danny Land’?” Yewande was upset about Molly-Mae's comments, although she did insist that Danny isn't hers to have and to hold.

“She says he’s her type,” Yewande said. “Everyone is her f****** type.” Those science kitty claws are coming out, and we don't blame her. Molly is seriously trampling on girl code.

The memes about the love triangle were absolutely hoppin' on Twitter last night.

The UK and Ireland have both seemingly sided with Yewande, because she must be protected at all costs.

We love when Yewande stands up for herself, but that "everyone's her fucking type" clap back SHOOK US.

We are also SERIOUSLY appreciating the fact that Yewande is getting more screen time. God is good.

The boys escorting Yewande over to Danny, and Anna and Amy having her back until the end has us weeping:

Yewande's fan club aren't taking any risks when it comes to Molly-Mae…

The boys are lusting after Molly-Mae but realise that Yewande needs her Danny Boy:

They don't seem to mind stepping on each others toes, but Molly-Mae has already pissed off Amy when she asked for a date with Curtis so she CAN'T BE TRUSTED:

In summary, Team Yewande for the win, Team Molly is a sin. Our Irish representative in the villa needs our undying Danny love, and we have to stan.

Tune in tonight to see who Danny makes a move on, and to check out Amber and Michael slowly falling more in love *single tear*.

In possibly the strangest move the swimming gods have ever made, plans for the world's first 360-degree infinity pool have been released and everyone is majorly confused.

The landmark 600,000-litre pool will be built atop a 55-storey building called Infinity London by Compass Pools. People are obviously freaking out over it, because it's so damn strange.

The structure is apparently, “the only building in the world to incorporate a 360-degree infinity pool”.

A post shared by Mr.Lawrence (@_mrlawrence_) on

The pool will feature transparent sides and floors, and will be made from cast acrylic, so people can peek at the those swimming above them.

The building is set to be a five-star hotel, no surprises there, but it's prompted a LOT of questions. Mainly, how do get in and out of it? Seems like an important thing to know, don't you think?

One angry Twitter user wrote; “I don’t know why this enrages me, but it does. How do you get in? How do you get out?

"If the water level gets too high does it just roll down the building like a giant goddamn ice cream cone? There’s no shade and no slide. This is flexing for the sake of flexing. Worst pool ever."

Some people had quite the creativity session while brainstorming ideas of how to get access to the pool…

Others pointed out that London doesn't exactly get scorching hot infinity pool outdoor weather many days of the year.

“I cannot stand looking at it, but I keep looking at it. It makes me feel like my knees have disconnected,” added another Twitter user.

One concept that was suggested was the idea that you must swim in the pool until the end of time:

Many people even compared the pool to the setting of a disaster movie, with tidal waves oncoming to ensure an even bigger challenge:

Sharknado would be perfect for this type of atmosphere, according to another Twitter user. A storm plus high winds plus a tornado with a shark inside is possibly the greatest plot premise of all time.

Thank God, the designers have shared some needed answers.

According to Compass Pool’s technical director Alex Kemsley, there will be a spiral staircase that rotates and rises through the water to allow the swimmers to enter.

He explained in more detail to HuffPost UK, saying that the solution is basically the same as that of a submarine.

“Imagine it like a tube inside a tube,” he said. “A tube will rise from the floor in order to make an airlock. The water will then drain from it and the staircase will then rise up through that to allow you to get in and out.”

Image: Compass Pools

He said there will also be built-in anemometer to monitor wind speed in London's sky, while the water will be heated using waste energy from the building’s air conditioning system.

It does sound pretty cool, we must say, but highly over-the-top. One might even call it 'boujée'. However, one man online pointed out that if the staircase fails, pretty much everyone swimming is doomed:

"If the staircase fails for whatever reason, people will be stuck in the pool with no way to get out." Sounds grim to us.

Construction of the pool would begin in 2020 if partners and contractors are confirmed for the job, so it'll be a while before we see anyone actually swimming inside the infinity pool.

They're braver souls than us, that's for sure.

Jessie J has opened up about her hopes for a miracle baby with Channing Tatum, despite battling infertility for the last five years.

The singer was diagnosed with infertility and told she'd need an immediate hysterectomy, but refused the treatment and chose instead to overhaul her lifestyle and diet.

Speaking to Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden on today's Heart Breakfast show, she got candid about the difficulties she's experienced emotionally;

"I've always been someone that is open and honest. And from a very very young age I've always stood in the middle of my pain and my battles with everything. And I think it's basically made me who I am today and the artist I am and the music I make.

"So four and a half, five years ago I was diagnosed with this disease that, you know is making it harder. I was told I couldn't have children, I don't believe it. I believe in miracles. I haven't given up," she added.

"Being on the show, I had some people ask me you know 'is it really hard?' and I'm like, 'no'. I love kids and I'm so grateful. Whatever happens will happen. I've had great blessings and success in my life and I believe that balance has to happen for everybody."

Of course, seeing as she's dating actor Channing Tatum, Jessie J has faced many questions over possible baby news with her new boyfriend.

Tatum already has six-year-old daughter Everly with his ex-wife Jenna Dewan, but Jessie hinted that she'd be ready to become a parent alone if he didn't want more kids.

She heavily denied queries over whether the pair have discussed babies yet;

"No, just because he’s Channing Tatum everyone’s kind of sped us up in to this, like, 'are you getting married? Are you doing this?' I mean, I've been in relationships for a lot longer than Chan and I have in the last four, five years but they're not famous so no one really cares."

Jessie continued: "We're having a lovely time. And I'm very, very respectful of his situation and his privacy."

This new revelation comes only a few months after an emotional Jessie told an audience the true meaning behind her song, Four Letter Word;

"I was told 4 years ago I won’t be able to have children. I was also told I would need a hysterectomy immediately and to be put on medication. I refused the hysterectomy and I'm off all medication through natural medicine and diet change.

"I haven't given up hope. I am doing all I can to make it happen the best way my body will allow."

As we all know, Love Island doesn't air on Saturdays. We never really questioned why this happens, except that maybe the audience would be out living their lives on Saturday nights instead of staying in?

I mean, we'd still be game for watching it of course. Any day of the week.

However, it turns out the Islanders actually have a day off on Saturdays, without microphones. None of them are allowed to speak about the show at all, it's all about their home life so that nothing new happens off-screen.

The intensities of the Majorcan villa are probably a lot to handle 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Islanders are handed a break from relaxing in order to relax, basically…?

Former contestant Kem Cetinay revealed what happens during the Saturday break while appearing on This Morning.

He told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that the show's producers take them out of the villa/compound to the beach, which is fairly gas. It's like they're in summer camp.

A post shared by (@kemcetinay) on

He said, "They get one day off a week. What happens is it gives them a day to clean the villa and you take your mics off and normally we go to the beach and we just chill out.

"Not a lot of people know this. What happens is when you take your mics off, you’re not allowed to talk about anything to do with the show. You’ve got to talk about home life," Kem continued.

"You’re being watched by the producers because they don’t want you to talk about what’s going on." Phillip Schofield was absolutely shooketh at this revelation.

Kem also mentioned that there are strict rules about what the islanders can discuss during their day off, which is pretty weird.

A post shared by Love Island (@loveisland) on

"You can all sit and chat but they are quite careful about what you talk about because they want to keep it so everyone at home can see and get it on video," he explained. "It’s more a day off from all the intense games, all the intense dates, deciding who you like and don’t like."

Ex-Islander Chris Williamson previously said on his podcast: "Once a week we were allowed to leave the villa and weren’t filmed so none of the viewers would ever know.

"There was a day every week when footage wasn’t needed, which was liberating as you could talk about anything." It sounds a bit too like a cult, doesn't it?

The book Angels With Blue Faces, which murdered journalist Lyra McKee was due to hold in her hand just weeks after her death, will be released at the end of June.

A result of five year’s investigation by Lyra into the IRA killing of MP, Robert Bradford, in 1981, the long awaited book is now available on pre-release from Belfast based publishers Excalibur Press.

Robert Bradford’s death, and that of 29-year-old Ken Campbell has been the subject of speculation and conspiracy theories surrounding allegations that the MP was about to expose sordid details about who was involved in the Kincora.

Lyra interviewed Bradford’s friends, colleagues, and acquaintances as well as a number of other sources – and reveals how the MP’s killing might have been stopped by intelligence services.

Trawling through public records and documents she had procured during her search for the truth Lyra spent a majority of her journalistic career in the pursuit of answers. In many cases she came up against more questions.

In January 2018 Lyra struck a deal with indie publishers Excalibur Press to finally put her work into print. She then set about researching the book further and spent time editing and re-editing to her final draft.

Tina Calder, owner of Excalibur Press said she was “proud” they were now in a position to release the book as part of Lyra’s legacy.

“It is with great sadness but immense honour that we are now able to reveal the cover of Angels With Blue Faces.

“Just a short time before her death Lyra had approved her cover and sent the final changes for her book, she should have been holding it in her hand at the end of April.

“Lyra's investigation into the death of Northern Ireland MP Robert Bradford was a passion project for her, for years it became her obsession as she followed lead after lead in the pursuit of the truth.

“We were absolutely delighted when Lyra agreed to entrust Excalibur Press with this book and were devastated to learn of her death just days before the book should have been going on pre-release and less than a month before she would have held it in her hand.

“All pre-orders will be received at the end of June. Those who order will also be invited to the official launch of the book, the date of which will be announced soon.”

As per Lyra’s wishes prior to her death, her own proceeds of the book will be donated to the organisation Paper Trail – a social enterprise which offers specialised and targeted legacy archive research to the legal profession.

Tina added: “Excalibur Press will be donating our commission to our not-for-profit entity The Merlin Project where we hope to run a series of events, workshops and potentially courses for young reporters wanting to learn some of the practical aspects of the industry.

“Taking inspiration from Lyra and her talent, we hope to teach young journalists the art of research as well as interview techniques and more.”

Lyra’s sister Nichola McKee Corner said she was proud to see Lyra’s book about to be published.

“Lyra put years into this project,” she said. “It is so sad that she never got to hold the final copy of Angels With Blue Faces in her hand.

“I am just so proud of you now as I was of you every day or your life."

The soundtrack from The Lion King is bulletproof, let's get that straight.

It's untouchable, and anyone who messes with it risks getting bombarded by fans until the end of time.

The opening notes of Circle of Life live on in our childhood memories forever, and most of us have probably lifted our cats/dogs/baby siblings up in the air dramatically at the end.

Now, we thought we could handle tricky situations seeing as we're grown adults. We thought wrong. News that the live-action version of The Lion King has cut one of the best songs has hit us so damn hard.

The highly-anticipated Jon Favreau movie features CGI animated photorealistic animals, but one of the most iconic characters will lose their song.

Be Prepared is one of the best tunes out of the entire movie, and is Scar's villain flex move. Unfortunately his bad guy manifesto will be cut, and we are shaken to our very core.

None of us realised how obsessed we are with the song until it was ripped away from our clutching hands, but now we're seriously worried about Scar's character development.

Be Prepared shows his mighty hyena army with green volcano explosions every now and again (EVERY Disney villain has green eyes), and shows the uncle's duplicity.

His teeth, ambitions and delusions of power are shown to the audience, and Elton John wrote it for God's Sake. That alone is reason for it to stay in the film.

The song is a tongue-twister of insanity, which sums up Scar's intentions to murder his own brother Mufasa and take the crown for himself on Pride Rock.

Chiwetel Ejiofor is voicing the new Scar, and we'd have paid big bucks to have heard him sing Be Prepared. Remember how amazing Jeremy Irons' voice is before Jim Cummings takes over for the singing job?

“Prepare for the coup of the century,” he says. “Be prepared for the murkiest scam. Meticulous planning, tenacity spanning, decades of denial, is simply why I’ll be king undisputed, respected, saluted and seen for the wonder I am!”

bbc sherlock GIF

The film itself is actually based on Shakespeare's King Lear, and the villains in these tales are always hugely important. Why Disney, would you cut such a scorcher of a song? We're considering a large-scale protest.

Disney are also re-making Mulan in live-action form, WITH NO MUSIC.

Yes, you read that right. We have serious questions about their intentions with our prized childhood cinematic gems. If there's no I'll Make A Man Out Of You, you ain't getting our money.

Who is the latest sh*t-stirring good-looking person to be chucked inside the Love Island villa? Danny Williams, that's who. He's already starting a love triangle.

The 21-year-old is a model from Hull, and is exceptionally confident. No surprises there.

In a teaser which aired at the end of Friday's episode, Danny said:

"I would describe myself as a happy-go-lucky guy. I think I'm funny, I can be, but definitely someone who's ambitious and knows what they want."

Williams has chosen to go on a date with both Amber and Yewande, which will go ahead in tonight's episode. Drama is to be expected, but we suspect he'll suit Amber more. They both have that ego thing going on…

The first dumping of the series happened on Friday, with Callum Macleod getting eliminated from Love Island first. He later shared that he had a bit of a crush on Yewande, which was some spicy goss.

The hit ITV2 show continues nightly on Virgin Media 2 at 9pm. Will Danny choose Amber or Yewande to be his lady? Time will tell.
