Chrissy Teigen is probably one of the coolest celebs out there.

She's not afraid to speak her mind, she stands up for what she believes in, she's a doting mother… and did we mention she's hella hot?

The model celebrated Valentine's Day is probably the sexiest way possible  – by senerading her hubby, John Legend, with a sexy photoshoot.

The 31-year-old teamed up with LOVE magazine to bring us (and John, obvs) a very risqué photoshoot and video… and now she's probably the envy of everyone.

If only we could all look like that today…

Binky Felstead announced last month that she's expecting a baby with her on/off lover JP Paterson.

But, it looks like the MIC couple are very much together now after posting this cute Valentine's Day snap.

Taking to the social media network, Binky shared a photo of them both in bed together with the caption: "Happy Valentine's Day to this gorgeous baby daddy to be. Count myself very lucky to have you in my life."

Speaking to OK! last month after announcing her pregnancy, Binky said that the reality TV couple have been getting on well since they found out they're having a baby.

"We're getting on better than ever, so this news has actually been a real blessing.

When people travel around the world, it's not uncommon for them to miss home. Many of us have been through it.

So, when this women, Meghan Coomes, worked in TV, she wanted a constant reminder of her family for when she had to travel.

“My family and I grew up hearing about my grandparents’ torrid love affair,” she told BuzzFeed.

That's when Coomes decided that she wanted a way to immortalize the letters *and* get a wearable keepsake at the same time.

“They were long-distance dating during WWII, and they wrote each other daily while apart — three years, three months, and four days.”

And from that, Meghan got a great idea.

She decided to use her grandparents' love letters, and make them into jewelery so she'd have something special on her for when she was on the road.

“I asked my grandma if I could use one of their letters to make a bracelet, so that I always had my family with me.

It takes Coomes roughly one day to make a piece of jewelry.

“She loved the idea. I used the back page of an original letter from New Year’s Eve in 1943.”

With that, Meghan made a necklace and ring and brought it everywhere with her.

She began having people compliment her on her jewelery constantly, and after a couple of years, Forever Yours, Agnes jewelery company was born.

Then, Coomes' jewelry company Forever Yours, Agnes was born.

With her business booming, Meghan now makes a copy of the letters and adheres them on to clear glass. She then adds jewels and stones to complete each piece.

Meghan's creations are absolutely gorgeous and we just love the Notebook-style beginning to her story.

Remember the last time you hoofed into a tray of fast food, and then felt that oh-so-familiar twinge to get down and dirty with your other half?

Yeah, us neither, but that hasn't stopped Burger King getting in on some Valentine's Day action by providing its customers with 'an adult toy' with every 'adult meal' purchase.

No, seriously.

After 6pm today, Burger King connoisseurs in Israel can tuck into two Whoppers, two orders of fries, and two beers before making use of an adult toy provided by the global corporation.

If that's not romance, we don't know what is.

Oh, but if you think those lucky divils over in Israel will be making use of gadgets seen only in Fifty Shades of Grey, think again.

It looks like the 'adult toy' in question comes in the form of an eye-mask, a feather duster or a head-massager.

Disappointed? Yeah, us too.

Just like Rihanna at the Grammys, we've all had moments when we just want a drink.

Whether it be at family gatherings, a hell-ish Luas journey home or even while you're doing a bit of Sunday shopping – sometimes a birra wine just makes everything better.

Well, those moments are going to get a whole lot better now that there's a WINE handbag on the market.

Bella Vita has designed a bag with a secret pouch for storing your favourite vino (or whatever booze you fancy). The alcohol is stored in a zipped, insulated pouch, so all you need to do is unbutton a little flap on the side, pull out the spout and pour away.

The bags retail at $75 (€70), so they're not too pricey, and they're even big enough to hold all of your essentials.

Shneaky naggins in the club, how are ya.

These days, we get a lot of information from the Internet.

You're sick? Google it. You're stuck on a crossword puzzle? Google it. Can't remember the name of that great movie? Google it.

But for the day that's in it, I think that one thing we shouldn't be Google-ing is love.

Yet, taking a quick flick through Facebook, I come across article upon article telling me that 'These three signs mean your relationship is going to last' and 'How to make this Valentine's Day the best one yet'.

One website I stumbled upon had five articles in a row from 'experts' telling its readers how to do Valentine's Day or how to survive it if you're single.

But why do we need this? Why do we need a stranger to validate our relationships? And why the f*ck is someone telling you that you need to survive this day? It's not the zombie apocalypse.

In an article titled 'Valentine's Day: how to survive and achieve romantic enlightenment', I came across a paragraph that reads, "Valentine's Day is a 'thing' and you're going to do it properly. You spend 42 hours choosing an outfit, then cry when you still don't look genuinely pretty."

Seriously? Is every girl who reads this supposed to believe that this how Valentine's Day should be? That we have to put ourselves under that much pressure 'for the day that's in it'?

We rely so much on these 'Internet professionals', but we don't even know who they are. So, why should we trust them?

Because, let's be honest – if you have a fight with your other half, you're going to click into that article that reads 'Experts say this is the one sure-fire sign your relationship is in trouble' and then you're going to freak TF out that your partner is going to break up with you because the article says he isn't your soulmate.

These articles are far from helpful and probably put more worry in us than anything else. It's so unnecessary.

And from these articles, there's a fall back effect in society.

On a recent night out, I was told by an acquaintance I was too young to be in a relationship, and that she read on the Internet that a person of my age shouldn't be tied down to a man, which she agrees with.

But why was it her business? And why was she believing these people on the Internet even though I, in person, was telling her I was happy?

The same goes for people who are single. One of my close friends is at breaking-point with people telling her to "get a man." And while she dibs her toe in the dating department, she's content with her single life and is thriving in her career – so why are people pressuring her to settle down?

And the laughable thing is, we're the same age. Yet, I shouldn't be with my partner and she should be with one.

Look, we all want that happy ending. We all want successful careers and loving relationships – but we need to start trusting ourselves more and stop believing everything these people behind the keyboard tell us.

Image result for love

Whether you're single or partnered-up, if you're happy, you're happy. We all need to stop putting such unnecessary strain on ourselves because the Internet is telling us that something is wrong – when really, for the most part, everything is perfectly fine.

Trust your family, trust your friends, hell, trust your dog… but most importantly, when it comes to your love life, trust yourself.

Behind every good Instagram pic, is the person that actually took it.

Ever wondered who takes those pictures of that bikini babe lounging on the beach or laughing candidly with her gal pals where all the friends are in the picture?

Well, those snaps are the work of the illusive Instagram boyfriend.

The much sought after Instagram boyfriend is on hand to take the perfect snaps 24/7, and keeps those likes and follows rolling in thanks to his excellent photography skills.

Whether it's the perfect group picture, the yoga pose, or the shot-from-the-back travel snap, the boy does good when it comes to getting the perfect lighting and set up.

A Facebook and Instagram page is committed to highlighting the trials and tribulations of the Instagram boyfriend, by exposing what taking the perfect picture really looks like.

His least favourite phrase: "Ew, take it again."

This page definitely made us laugh because it it pretty funny when you think bout what people really look like when posing for "the perfect Instagram picture."

But we also kind of wish we had an Instagram boyfriend to get us the likes we deserve.

Any volunteers?

Whether you love or hate the franchise, there's no denying that Fifty Shades of Grey has had a serious impact on popular culture over the last five years.

But according to emergency services in Britain, no matter how much you may want to channel your inner Christian and Anastasia, not everyone is actually up to the task.

Since the books' release in recent years, the medical profession have, according to The Mirror, seen a spike in the number of sex-related injuries among members of the public.

Over the course of five years, 102 men and women have had to alert emergency services after getting stuck in handcuffs or chained to the bed, while 23 men have had to be cut free of penile rings.

Commenting on the prevalence of these incidents, Dave Brown of the London Fire Brigade urged men to consider the implications of their bedroom antics.

"Our advice is simple. If the ring doesn’t fit, don’t force it on. As well as being painful, you could end up wasting emergency service time if you have to call us out," he explained.

With the sequel to the box office smash currently delighting cinema audiences worldwide, emergency services don't anticipate a dip in incidents any time soon.

"This year so far is the biggest for Fifty Shade incidents since the books came out. It seems the Fifty Shades of Grey effect is still leading to some call embarrassing call outs,"added Mr Brown.

So, does no one stick with missionary anymore… ahem…

It's hard to believe, but there was once a time when we didn't dedicate every waking moment to our phones.

When they eventually ran out of battery, we dusted off our charger and plugged them in. When they were topped up, we sent texts. And when they rang, we actually, you know, answered them.

Then the smartphone made its grand entrance, and everything changed.

Relegated to the annals of time, old reliables like the Nokia 3310 were pushed aside in favour of their jazzier alternatives which could take pictures and actually connect you to the world wide web.

But if you long for the days of yore, you'll be pretty pleased to hear that Nokia is relaunching its 3310 model.

Originally released in 2000, the sturdy old model will be revealed at the Mobile World Congress later this month, and can be yours for just £59.

And while the model has still been available through Amazon, this announcement means it will now be available directly from the company itself.

So, if you're somewhat of a retro enthusiast with more than a passing appreciation for a solid battery life, now's the time to celebrate.

Celebrities like Madonna, George Clooney, Miley Cyrus and Lena Dunham have all been vocal about their support for Hillary Clinton in the past American Presidential election, but very few celebs have stood behind POTUS Donald Trump.

At the Grammy awards, one dress stood out on the red carpet a heck of a lot more than others, and it was all down to politics.

Singer/ songwriter Joy Villa donned a controversial dress showing her support for Donald Trump in a way that no celebrity had done before.

The 25-year-old's fishtail dress was emblazoned with the words "make America great again," and featured Trump's name on the train.

The dress was covered up with a white cape before the dramatic red carpet reveal.

Since the stunt, Joy's EP I Make The Static shot to number one on the iTunes download chart.

The singer's social media following also increased dramatically, going from 15,000 Twitter followers to 106,000 in a matter of hours.

"No more being hidden, no more shame for standing on what you believe in. No matter your religion, your race or your political views remember you have a right to uphold them," the singer captioned an Instagram post of the ensemble that outraged many.

"Personal integrity is the highest honour of all."

The Phillipino designer of the dress Andre Soriano told the Hollywood Reporter: "We need to move this country forward, and we believe it’s time to promote love,"

"We only live once, and we need to promote love. We have one president now who is going to do the best thing for planet America."

Donald Trump has yet to tweet about Joy's daring gown.

Following the implementation of President Trump's hugely controversial travel ban last month, Brian Chesky resolved to use his position as CEO of Airbnb to assist those who have been displaced by the executive order.

And it sounds like it is paying off.

According to emerging reports this week, more than 100 people who were affected by the ban have, so far, found free housing around the world with the help of the global organisation.

In addition to this, more than 5,000 people have offered to to provide accommodation to displaced people free of charge.

The figures, which were released this week, are representative of the company's aim to assist those in crisis, with recent reports illustrating the extent to which the organisation has assisted the vulnerable in society.

"Airbnb says it has provided ‘over 3,000 nights’ of free housing to relief workers and donated $1 million to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees," BuzzFeed reported last month.

"The company also invites hosts to ‘offer warm meals/ to refugee families, an initiative it plans to expand in 2017."

Since 2013, Airbnb have provided those in crisis with accommodation while hosts have the option of volunteering their homes.

Galway RAG Week kicked off on Monday, as yet another year of unofficial activities begin.

RAG Week has been banned in Galway since 2011, as the level of binge drinking and anti-social behaviour surrounding the week became to much.

With a 17 percent student population according to the 2011 census, student' unions withdrew support for the event which was uncontrollable.

Students are opting not to celebrate Valentine's today, and instead began queuing outside The Hole In The Wall pub on Eyre Street at 9am to celebrate Donegal Tuesday, one of the most infamous days of RAG Week due to it's high turn out.

Gardaí have once again committed to cracking down on lairy students, and will take a "no-nonsense approach" to the independent events.

“We will be focusing on antisocial behaviour as in previous years and we will be taking a no-nonsense approach,” a spokesman for Galway Gardaí told The Connacht Tribune.

“We’re not saying to people don’t enjoy themselves but we’d urge students to just be mindful of people around them. Everyone has responsibility for themselves.”

One Galway nightclub offered to open it's doors to students at 11am this morning, a full 12 hours earlier than usual.

The offer "to facilitate the greatest day sesh of them all namely; Donegal Tuesday" has since been revoked.

This comes after 4000 ecstasy pills and a large amount of cannabis with an estimated street value of €50,000 were seized by Gardai in Galway. It is believed that the drugs were intended for RAG Week sale.
