Being the only one in your group of friends who isn't on a health buzz can be… frustrating.

Days spent eating left over Chinese are long gone, and they're now replaced with spin classes and spinach smoothies.

Ew.

Here are 7 things you'll know if you're the only one of your friends NOT eating healthy:

1. You get excited to go for brunch…

Until you find out your mates are all going to a salad bar. Yay?

2. Friday nights in

They used to consist of pizza and multiple bags of Doritos, but are now filled with quinoa salads and beetroot chips… much to your disdain.

3. Going out for draaaanks

These nights are filled with questions such as 'how many calories are in a G&T?' and 'will vodka make me bloat?'. You can't answer either.

4. The guilt

You feel hella guilty when they're eating nuts for lunch and you're chomping down on a big dirty burger (no regrets).

5. YET, the death stares

When you're eating said burger, all you notice is your friends begrudgingly looking at you, then the burger, then back to you. Just EAT it.

6. Cooking

Cooking a meal for your friends has become a major hassle with all of their food requirements. Broccoli, anyone?

7. Shame

When they slip up on their diet and order Domino's, you are ultimately blamed for it because you're the unhealthy influence. But, Domino's is life and you're glad they've moved over to the dark side.

Can you finally have a snack buddy again?! No, because they've already gone back to the #fitfam world one day later….

So, the Brit Awards were on last night, and taking to the stage were some of the best music acts around.

While people were impressed with Katy Perry's ballsy, politically charged performance, fans of The 1975 were left scratching their heads during their set.

The band, who scooped the Best British Group award, had some very negative quotes flashing in the background of their performance.

Some Twitter users thought that the act's performance had been hacked by someone, maliciously trying to insult the band.

However, the quotes were actually intentional and represent something quite different.

The quotes are from reviews of their first album, and are being reproduced as the ultimate f*** you from the band to those who didn't believe in them at the beginning.

The quotes are also featured in the music video for their song The Sound, specifically placed to confront critics, so if you haven't seen it already, check it out below.

Catfishing is a modern dating phenomenon, in which people pretend to be someone they are not in order to lure others into online relationships.

Catfishing comes in many forms, from people stealing other peoples identities to fabricate an online life, to attached people lying about everything in their lives, including their marital status, to secure online attention and even coax people into sexual liaisons in real life.

The latter is what happened to Anna Rowe, who has started a petition to make catfishing online illegal.

Anna was lured into a 14-month, whirlwind correspondence with a man named Antony Ray, whom she met on Tinder.

The two chatted online and via text and phone calls, before meeting. The two discussed getting married and Antony even referred to her as "Mrs Ray," she told the Daily Mail.

One day, Antony disappeared, prompting Anna to hire a private investigator to find out what had happened to him, only to discover that he was married, and not at all who he had said he was.

"In my experience after 14 months, I discovered not only was his 'Antony Ray' identity fake but he was married and had a dedicated phone for his conquests under his fake life," she said, in the description of her Change.org petition.

"During our entire relationship he was seeing other women, claiming to be away working in Europe. He spent his weekends with his wife and children, not his parents where he claimed his mum had been diagnosed with cancer."

"He used me like a hotel with benefits under the disguise of a romantic, loving relationship that he knew I craved," she said.

"He took advantage of my trust and took away my right to choose."

"I did not or would not consent to have a sexual relationship with a married man, let alone a man who was actively having relations with multiple women simultaneously."

"His behaviour was definitely premeditated showing his intent to use women, yet the current law will not find his actions a criminal offence."

She approached the authorities, but found that there was nothing that could be done, and so started her petition.

The petition has a clear message: "Creating a fake online profile with the intent to use women or men for sex, should be a crime under the fraud act, communications act and sexual offences act.”

After all the crazy catfish stories that have been going on lately, perhaps it is time for some official guidelines to be put in place.

This is not a drill!

Okay, nobody panic, but there is actually somewhere in Ireland that we can get unicorn hot chocolate.

The world has been pretty obsessed with unicorn-related products lately, from unicorn makeup brushes to unicorn refreshers on the Starbucks secret menu.

Now, one Irish bar and restaurant is getting in on the trend.

The Paddocks, in Clonee, Country Dublin, has been serving up exciting beverages forever, but their latest offering of a unicorn hot chocolate has us in a tizzy.

The gorgeous pink hue and the rainbows sprinkled on top make this the perfect treat for our inner child. Plus, it's probably the most Insta-worthy hot drink in the country right now.

The Paddocks is famous for its outlandish drinks, and the hot drink repertoire boasts much more than just a unicorn hot chocolate.

They have also conjured up a raspberry hot chocolate, a Captain Morgans hot chocolate, and a hot chocolate laced with Baileys, marshmallows and Nutella

That will definitely keep us toasty during Storm Doris!

It's no secret that men have a much easier time reaching orgasm than women do.

While we do indeed have the capacity to enjoy multiple orgasms, that doesn't mean we always get to. (Sigh.)

And that's apparently where the Orgasm Shot comes in.

According to The Independent, Harley Street clinician, Dr Sharif Wakil, is keen to give patients the kickstart they might need in the bedroom with the help of the O-Shot.

Invented by Dr Charles Runels, the O-Shot claims to increase sexual arousal and can 'rejuvenate a woman's vagina' as long as you're willing to shell out £1,000 for the 40-minute procedure, that is.

After producing Platelet Rich Plasma from platelets containing the patient’s own blood, the clinician injects the substance into various areas of the vagina in order to ensure a more pleasurable sex life.

According to Dr Wakil, patients have reported stronger and more frequent orgasms, increased natural lubrication and greater arousal, but stresses that it shouldn't be considered a miracle cure.

Speaking to The Independent, he highlights the various factors which may reduce the outcome of the treatment.

"The results in general of the o shot varies, I always explain to my patients, it depends on where we are at the starting point, for example, their age, if they have medical conditions or  whether they have hormonal problems," he explains.

"This is a part of the female body that sees a lot of changes through life: from delivery, menopause, hormonal changes, and aging. So we have to expect some reduction in sensation at least for some but we should not treat this is as an abnormality."

Insistent that women shouldn't ignore issues relating to female sexual disfunction, Dr Wakil reasons that the repercussions are far-reaching.

"The abnormality is not seeking help because of a stigma, in my opinion, ignoring female sexual dysfunction with the negative effects it could have on the female life, family, socially and work for example is one form of female abuse."

Having carried out more than 2,000 procedures, Dr Wakil confirms he has never seen any side effects of the injection.

Harry Potter fans, listen up.

There is an amazing Harry Potter convention in the works, and it's heading to Ireland.

Strap on your Sorting Hats and brush up on your charms theory, because LeakyCon is coming to Dublin from August 31 to September 3.

A post shared by @leakycon on

The convention promises to be a fully immersive experience for muggles who love the world of witchcraft and wizardry.

"We are working to bring you a spectacular lineup of actors, artists, musicians, writers, and creative minds who have helped make the Harry Potter fandom what it is today," reads the LeakyCon site.

The convention promises to play host to a cast of characters who were involved in creating the Harry Potter universe, who will be on hand to sign autographs and discuss the wizarding world.

Potterheads will be descending on the Citywest Hotel in Saggart, where the expo will be held.

Tickets are currently on sale, so snap them up before the wall to platform nine and three quarters seals itself.

We're already extremely excited for festival season, and one of Ireland's best music and arts festivals has just added a load of new acts to their line up.

Indiependence, which takes place in Mitchelstown, Co Cork from August 4-6, will play host to Tom Odell, All Tvvins, The Riptide Movement and Frank Turner.

Hermitage Green, Brian Deady, We Cut Corners, The Minutes Raglans, and Overhead the Albatross will also be playing.

Back in December, Welsh band Manic Street Preachers along with Sigma and The Cornonas were announced as some of the main acts at the three-day festival.

Tickets are still available, but probably not for long after the announcement of all of these amazing acts.

The festival has also added to the excitement by putting together a seriously cool video showcasing all of their new acts.

Weekend tickets are priced at €119.00, and VIP tickets are also available.

Last night, the Brit Awards hosted some amazing musicians to celebrate a year of fabulous music.

When performing, Katy Perry decided to commit her set to the year in politics, as she put on a politically charged act that paid homage to the current state of American and worldwide governmental relations.

The performance included 20 foot tall skeletons who had a remarkable resemblance to Donald Trump and Theresa May, who were shown holding hands and dancing together, while hundreds of tiny versions of the White House frolicked around them.

It was one of these tiny houses, with a backup dancer inside, that caught the eye of fans.

During her new song Chained To The Rhythm, the dancer promptly fell off the stage in the most confidant manner possible.

We've all had that horrible moment where we've gone down the stairs and missed a step, but this little guy just felt that fear on a global level, as his tumble was posted on Twitter for the world to see.

Luckily, the white house costume means his face is hidden so his dignity is intact, but we hope the rest of him is too after that fall.

So, Storm Doris has been lashing into the contry, with dangerously high winds and a nasty smattering of sideways rain.

From cowering in our beds last night hoping the wind would quiet down so we could get some sleep to battling it out on the streets to reach the bus stop safely, Twitter is covering all the aspects of the storm that a weather report doesn't quite cover.

Here's some of the best tweets to come out of the storm:

10. Que sera sera.

9. More bus banter.

8. Those wheelie bins are actually dangerous on a day like today.

7. Or maybe they had a great night, who knows.

6. Seriously…

5. Dad jokes for the win.

4. It's your time to shine Teresa Mannion.

3. Same.

2. Did anyone get a full night of sleep last night?

Grey's Anatomy has been entertaining fans for over a decade, but has lost quite a few characters along the way.

One deeply mourned character is Dr. Cristina Yang, played by Sandra Oh, who was written out of the show after over ten seasons.

As her characters' life featured a move abroad, there has always been a chance that Dr. Yang could return to the hit TV show.

However, Sandra Oh has put those hopes to bed in an interview on Access Hollywood Live.

“At this point… No, I don’t think so,” she said, in a video of the show on People.

"I just don’t know. It would have to feel right.”

Reflecting on her time on the show, she said: "As I look back to that time, which is extremely important and deeply meaningful to me, and it means a lot to me that a whole generation, a new generation of fans are discovering the show."

"So it means a lot,” she finished.

So, if Grey's Anatomy fans want to see Dr. Yang in action, they will have to have a re-run marathon of the show. We doubt that will be a problem.

Last night's Brit awards saw performances from music mega-stars such as Ed Sheeran and Katy Perry.

While the stage spotlight was on a select few, there were plenty of stars to choose from on the red carpet.

The style stakes were high, and some of our favourite celebrities completely nailed the high-glamour Brit Awards look.

Little Mix

A post shared by @jesynelson on

The Little Mix girls went out of their way to nail a major S/S trend each on the red carpet last night, as the group scooped the prize for Best British Single for Shout Out To My Ex.

Jesy rocked PVC and leather, Jade nailed the 90s slip trend, Leigh-Anne opted for daring, noughties ripped denim, and Perrie went for high-low feathers and the most elegant of side braids.

Ellie Goulding

A post shared by elliegoulding (@elliegoulding) on

Ellie Goulding looked absolutely amazing on the red carpet last night.

The singer opted for a slim fitting dress with draped chains across the chest, giving her an edgy and sexy look.

Fearne Cotton

A post shared by Fearne (@fearnecotton) on

Fearne looked uber-cool as usual in her black gown.

Ticking off multiple trends, the dress featured ruffles, an off-the-shoulder neckline and a mesh skirt.

Mollie King

A post shared by M O L L I E K I N G (@mollieking) on

We actually think Mollie has never looked better than she did in this slinky silver mini dress.

The addition of the oversized, colourful faux-fur stole draped dramatically over one shoulder added a fun and flirty edge to the ensemble.

And we will definitely be bringing pictures of that loose bob to our next hairdressing appointment.

Charlotte Crosby

While we're not major fans of the leopard print and black knickers combo, there is no denying that Charlotte looked damn good at last night's awards.

The ultimate champion of the overall look was her adorable faux freckles that she showcased over on her Snapchat on the night.

Holly Willoughby

A post shared by Holly Willoughby (@hollywilloughby) on

Looking sweet and chic as usual, Holly shone in her dazzling mini dress.

Keeping things simple, she also opted for slicked back hair and some barely there heels.

Katy Perry

Before making a political statement with her on-stage performance, the American songstress opted for Versace sequins on the red carpet.

The matching blazer complimented the dress perfectly, as it should, and Katy's elegant top knot didn't distract from her glittering ensemble.
