Congratulations are in order for Natasha Hamilton, she's engaged!

The Atomic Kitten singer revealed that she's engaged to her new boyf, Charles Gay, after a whirlwind romance.

She took to Instagram last night to share the good news: "After the most wonderful time in New York with the man I love, I was so high on life, little did I know he was planning something very special.

"He proposed and I said yes! I've had such an emotional rollercoaster few days @charlesgay I'll be stuck on cloud 9 for a long time…

"This is just the beginning of our beautiful life together. I can't wait to see what adventures lie ahead. I love u xx."

The couple only began dating this summer, but we wish them a long, happy life together.

Congratulations are in order today for The Amazing Spiderman star, Dane DeHaan and his wife Anna Wood who are expecting their first child.

The pair took to social media to announce the news sharing an adorable image of Anna’s growing baby bump.

“So excited to finally share our very happy news: Dane and I will be welcoming a new family member into our lives in 2012,” Anna said to her near 30K followers.

Dane shared the image and seemed just as excited as his wife saying:

“I’M GONNA BE A DAD!!! Anna has been hard at work cookin’ up a lil baby DeHaan and I literally couldn’t be happier… or more excited… or more in awe!!”

Congratulations to the pair on their great news.

From her high profile split with billionaire James Packer to the shade she received from singer Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey hasn’t had it easy these past few months.

And just as the hype surrounding the once celebrated star turns towards her new makeup collection, Mariah has been criticised for photoshopping her Thanksgiving photos.

Last week, the 46-year-old New Yorker shared a series of images of herself preparing for the American holiday on Instagram, one of which caught the eye of some very observant fans.

The picture shows the popstar standing in a plunging white bodysuit and distressed pair of jeans while holding a pie in one hand and a can of cream in the other.

Mariah’s followers were quick to call her out for digitally manipulating the shot, using tell-tale signs like a strange indent by her upper arm and a warped cabinet door behind one leg as proof of the offence.

“All that money she got and nobody could photoshop her correctly,” wrote one social media user.

“Mariah Carey was grateful for photoshop on Thanksgiving,” quipped another.

A Moroccan television station has been forced to apologise for broadcasting a makeup tutorial which encourages women to conceal injuries acquired through domestic violence.

Daytime TV show Sabihayat and its network 2M faced major backlash online after last week’s airing of the controversial segment which offered “beauty tips” to those who wish to “camouflage traces of violence”.

2M has since released a statement through its Facebook account admitting that the feature was “completely inappropriate” considering “the gravity of the subject of violence against women”.

Thousands of people signed a petition on Change.org calling for “severe sanctions” to be brought against the show for attempting to normalise domestic abuse.

“Do not cover domestic violence with makeup, condemn the aggressor,” wrote the page’s founder.

While the model used for the programme’s demonstration wore fake bruises, Twitter users were offended by the suggestion that victims of violence should hide the work of their abusers.

“Instead of giving women makeup tips to hide evidence of #domesticabuse, please teach men how not to abuse women,” wrote one woman.

“Host spends more time talking about the best brand of makeup to cover domestic violence bruises than the actual issue of domestic violence,” said another.

There are some really wonderful things in life – and one of those things is definitely French Toast. 

So suffice to say that here at SHEmazing! we were particularly delighted to discover that November 28 – that's today! – is officially National French Toast day.

And what better way to celebrate than whisking some up for dinner?

Known to some as eggy bread, gypsy bread, or poor knight’s pudding, the modern version is simply just divine in any combination.

Dating back to the 4th century when stale bread was soaked in milk and then egg before being fried, this classic dish is deserving of its national day of appreciation.

Paired with bacon, tomato, or served with some Ballymaloe relish this traditional breakfast delight is simply food heaven.

After Hunda Beauty wore lube as a primer, we realised digital influencers are willing to do a lot in the name of beauty.

Because of this, we shouldn’t really have been too surprised to find YouTuber Maria Yeager removing her makeup with a bottle of men’s shaving foam.

Taking a can of Gillette Fusion as her cleanser of choice, the popular Instagrammer filmed herself as she liberally applied the gel to a face of heavy makeup.

After some vigorous rubbing, Maria used a damp facecloth to wipe her skin clean, before repeating the process to effectively rid her face of eye-makeup.

So, next time you find yourself in a house without makeup wipes, you know what to do!

Nine people have been transported to hospital following an active shooter situation at Ohio State University in Columbus.

Shortly before 10am local time, OSU Emergency Management & Fire Prevention issued a “Buckeye Alert” over Twitter encouraging students to “Run Hide Fight”.

 

Campus police advised people to take shelter and avoid the Watts Hall area of the college, where the shooting had been reported.

According to The Huffington Post, multiple students heard gunshots.
