It was certainly not all fun and games for the Made in Chelsea gang after they were evacuated from a Los Angeles beach because of a potential shark attack.

Members of the cast were reportedly in the water when a lifeguard spotted a man-eating shark swimming dangerously close to the shore.

Speaking to The Sun, an insider revealed that “the cast went for a dip and then there was a real commotion.”

The insider explained how the cast, notably Lauren Hutton and Lucy Watson, were “shaken up”.

However, despite their fears, the gang of Londoners quickly recovered from the fright and went back to having fun on the beach.

Jamie Laing and co were spotted getting SERIOUSLY playful as they jumped on Lucy’s boyfriend, James Dunmore and attempted to remove his shorts. Poor James clearly revealed a bit more than he intended to during the prank.

Meanwhile, Binky and JP were busy getting their flirt on as he playfully grabbed her by the legs and pulled her into the sea.

Unfortunately Speidi were nowhere to be seen but we are remaining optimistic.

Blueberries, quinoa, nut milk, goji berries… it seems like almost anything these days can be touted as "superfood" if it offers enough benefits, but the latest addition to the list really caught our attention.

If you're looking for a protein-packed drink that won't cause the same health issues as standard cow's milk, then you may want to give camel milk a go.

Before you get all grossed out, it's worth noting that camel milk is paleo friendly, full of essential amino acids and fatty acids, and offers many of the benefits of cow's milk while being much more easily digested and containing half the fat content. It doesn't come cheap, with online suppliers currently selling it for anything from €8 – €27 per 500ml, as camels produce just 5 – 6 litres of milk per day.

But the most important part? It (apparently) tastes great, offering a "smooth, sweet and light" taste that is different to the heavy creaminess of cow's milk, according to UK company and camel milk supplier MuscleFood. If you're not a fan of the taste of milk in general, camel milk is also available in flavoured form, with strawberry, chocolate and even saffron flavours all on the market from various companies.

As for celebrity fans, the ultimate trendsetter Kim Kardashian herself even tried a glass on a trip to Bahrain a couple of years back – and we have to admit it looks tasty:

While camel milk can still only be purchased online and is not yet widely available for purchase in Ireland, it is growing rapidly in popularity and it's only a matter of time before an Irish company jumps on the bandwagon.

With the milk not only being produced in the Middle East but not also on European farms, camel milk is no longer the obscure product it once was. For now, if you're keen, certain UK companies can deliver directly to Ireland.

Gwyneth Paltrow and her reported boyfriend, Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk, have been enjoying a romantic holiday together in the stunning Positano on the Amalfi coast in Italy.

The couple have been photographed together all over the place. They have been seen dining together, sunbathing together and driving together in Rome.

Gwyneth even shared a few photos on her Instagram from their trip, although these did not include Mr Falchuk.

While neither party has confirmed their romance, they have been rumoured to have been dating for a year. In May, an insider told E! News that “Gwyneth and Brad were outwardly couple-y” during a screening of Gwyneth’s mum’s new film.

The 42-year-old actress’s vacay comes amid rocky relationship rumours surrounding her ex-husband, Chris Martin and 24-year-old Jennifer Lawrence.

While the pair have similarly never confirmed their romance, they too have been rumoured to have been dating for close to a year.

Speculation surrounding the couple’s relationship has been going back and forth with reports having them breaking up, moving in together and breaking up again.

The Joy actress addressed these rumours at her recent Comic-Con appearance when she said “I’ll break up with somebody and move in with them in one solid week.”

She also addressed pregnancy rumours saying, “Am I pregnant, too? God, no.”

The Oscar-winning star explained how it is easy to get wrapped up in tabloid gossip even when she knows it may not all be true.

“It’s funny because… I’ll always read stuff about other celebrities. Like I’ll see like something on the cover of something and be like, ‘Wow. They broke up?’ You’re like, ‘Why are they…’ and I’m like, ‘What are you doing? You know none of this is real’.”

However, it certainly looks like Gwyneth won’t be able to deny her relationship rumours after photos of her alleged lover rubbing sun cream on her bum came out!

Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift are very different people these days from when they started out as country music's sweethearts back in their teens.

While at one stage they definitely seemed to be friends, neither of them have made any secret of the fact that they don't see eye to eye any longer, and Miley Cyrus took the opportunity to poke some fun at her fellow pop star on social media today.

The Wrecking Ball singer headed to Instagram to re-post a faceswap of Taylor and Justin Bieber with the caption "…they look like a cute lesbian couple."

We couldn't help but laugh, though somehow we doubt Taylor's reaction was quite as positive. 

Back in 2008 and 2009, Taylor and Miley's friendship was the envy of tweens the world over, especially when they duetted to Taylor's hit Fifteen at the 2009 Grammys.

Fast-forward a few years though, and the singers had definitely grown apart, with Miley subtly criticising Taylor's outfit choice at the 2013 VMAs, saying that attendees were meant to have fun and were not "supposed to show up in a gown, Vanna White-style."

Plus, who can forget Taylor's reaction to Miley's Blurred Lines performance with Robin Thicke that very same year?

If the girls were on shaky ground before that, we reckon that awards show was certainly the last straw. Of course, this isn't the only badly-hidden feud Taylor has with a female pop singer, given that she and Katy Perry spent months slinging insults back and forth last year following a disagreement over backing dancers.

In a tell-all interview with Rolling Stone, Taylor said she was "straight-up enemies" with another female star, and though she didn't name Katy directly, it was almost certainly in reference to her. 

"She did something so horrible," Swift says. "I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.' And it wasn't even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me."

As is to be expected, Taylor has not made any response to Miley's social media dig as yet, but you can bet there is some serious shade throwing going on behind closed doors…

Some people find it pretty hard to imagine life without Facebook. But with the almost constant updates and changes, it can get a little hard to manage. The simple things we used to be able to do with one click now look entirely different, or they’ve disappeared entirely.

We discovered some Facebook tricks so that you’re living your best social media life.

Make Messenger more accessible

We have too many apps already! Why did they think we wanted to have two separate Facebook apps? You can declutter your app situation by using the browser on your smartphone to open the messenger app without the actual app. You can see a second method here.

 

Go incognito

Disable the “seen” feature in Facebook messages so nobody will ever invade your privacy again. You can also use it to avoid particular things, but that’s none of our business. Check here if you use Google Chrome, and here for non-Chrome users.

 

Say bye-bye to ads

Stop annoying Facebook ads from stalking you by turning off the tracking through the app. Check the “Limit Ad Tracking” button. It makes a world of difference. There’s a number of other ways you can do it here.

 

Amp up your search skills

Facebook search is great. But if you want to really step up your search game you can use the Facebook graph search. The results will make your day. You can search for specific things like 'gyms near me with the best playlists', and so on.

 

Use GIFs

Who doesn’t love a good GIF? If you haven’t been able to express your emotions with animations yet, then all you need to do is head to Giphy. Do a search for what you want, copy the URL and paste it into either your status or a comment.

Note: they’re not officially GIFs as Facebook banned those, because they hate us having too much fun, but this is the next best thing.

 

Get a privacy check-up

Just to make sure your privacy settings are exactly how you want them, go and utilise Facebook’s three-step privacy review. Considering all the updates that happen it’s a good idea, especially if you want to disable that pesky photo search feature.

 

Find your friends when they're nearby

No, you don’t need to tell all 600 of your friends where you are, unless you really want to. The Nearby Friends feature however doesn’t just let people know where you are. You can make a private trusted friends list that will allow you to check if your friends are nearby. No more FOMO.

Sienna Miller has reportedly split from her fiancé of four years, actor Tom Sturridge.

It has been reported that the couple attempted to save their relationship recently by going on a family holiday to Ibiza with their 3-year-old daughter, Marlowe.

However, according to The Sun the pair failed to salvage their relationship and decided to call it quits after a number of heated arguments.

This latest break up follows a slew of failed relationships for 33-year-old Ms Miller.

Here is the roundup of Sienna’s unlucky in love Hollywood relationships:

In 2004 the American Sniper actress became engaged to Jude Law. However, a year later, the Grand Budapest Hotel star admitted to having an affair with his children’s nanny and the couple split in 2006, after attempting to work through the infidelity.  

However, Ms Miller had also been reported to be having an affair with Layer Cake co-star, Daniel Craig. Sienna admitted to the affair last year during her deposition during the investigation of the News of the World hacking scandal.

In 2007 Ms Miller began dating Welsh actor Rhys Ifans. The couple split after a year together.

In 2008, the Factory Girl star was reportedly dating her Edge of Love co-star, Matthew Rhys. The same year, Sienna found herself at the centre of a highly publicised scandal when she was caught having an affair with married actor, Balthazar Getty. And to add further fuel to the fire, Matthew and Balthazar were starring alongside each other playing siblings in the TV show, Brothers & Sisters.

Sienna and Jude decided to give their relationship another go in December 2009 but the relationship lasted just over a year, with the couple splitting again in February 2011.

The mother-of-one’s dating game then seemed to come to an end when she met Tom Sturridge in 2011. The pair began dating and became engaged a year later. They also welcomed their daughter into the world the same year.

With a solid four years under their belt, we really hope that these two can work it out.

It's been quite a hectic few days for Conor McGregor: on Saturday in Las Vegas he won his high-profile UFC fight at the MGM Grand hotel.

But the celebrations continued long after the weekend, as Conor celebrated his 27th birthday yesterday.

His long-term girlfriend, Dee Devlin, took to Instagram to wish him a very happy birthday, sharing a photo of the two kissing in a pool in Nevada. 

The couple have been together for five years and Dee shared this picture with the caption "Biggest happy birthday to the most amazing person on the planet! I am so proud of you babe you are my everything xxx"

This post comes two days after Dee shared further congratulations for her beau with a lengthily post to say how proud she is and to thank all of the fans at home and the ones that travelled for the fight. 

"To say that I am proud is a MAJOR understatement! I am so on cloud 9 right now I can't even put it into words!

"Thank you to every single person who made the trip out to Vegas to support Conor last night! The place was absolutely buzzin! And to all of the fans at home who also had a big part to play in making this event so special.

Virginia-born rapper Chris Brown was the target of a robbery earlier this morning. 

His Los Angeles house was hit early on Wednesday at around 2am local time by a group of robbers who invaded his property and held his aunt at gun point. 

The group then locked his aunt in a closet in the home while they rooted through the entire house looking for valuables. 

The incident took place in the new home Chris recently bough in swish San Fernando Valley area although he was not in the house at the time.

According to TMZ, three armed men entered the house and put a gun to Chris's aunts face and forced her into the wardrobe. According to police, they took money and other items of value from the house before fleeing. 

The aunt called emergency services as soon as she could but by the time someone arrived, the men had fleed.

This state of the art home is worth almost €5m, and Chris has recently been showing it off on Instagram.

Peter Andre was set to be sunning himself on honeymoon with his new wife Emily MacDonagh this week, but unfortunately things have not gone quite to plan.

The singer tied the knot just a few days ago, but has been forced to delay his post-wedding holiday after being called to the High Court. Peter appeared in court in London yesterday and is due to return to give evidence today.

The case, a contract dispute between Peter's former producer Neville Hendricks and ITV2, could spell bad news for Peter as it involves a number of fairly shocking claims. Neville is suing ITV2 for almost £550,000 (€500,000) in damages after his contract to produce all of Peter Andre's reality shows was terminated.

The plug was pulled on the contract back in 2011 after relations got messy between Neville, Peter and Neville's ex-wife Claire. In the end, Peter agreed for responsibility for all of his reality shows to be passed over to Claire, something which Neville says he is owed damages for from ITV2.

In an effort to give context to his relationship with Peter, Neville has made a number of claims, including saying that the singer was set on revealing his ex-wife Katie Price's suspected infidelity to the media "to cause [her] distress and to boost his own image."

He also claims that Peter found Katie's eldest son Harvey "difficult to be with and be around." In 2011 Peter himself sued Katie (and won) after she stated in the media that he had never genuinely cared for Harvey.

After his dream wedding with his "absolutely beautiful" bride last week, we doubt Peter is too happy to have to face reality again so soon.

The people who brought you the woman who took just a minute in the bathroom, are back with their latest parody… and it's hilarious!

Yes, Pop The Cherry comedy are sick of Irish people protesting about everything under the sun, and in their latest video, Dalkey couple Seamus Stackpoole and Niall Farrell are, well, sick of it.

So they have decided to set up the Protestors Against Protestors Party in protest.

The comic group themselves are made up of young, new and emerging Irish comics. They perform stand-up comedy in Whelan’s of Wexford Street in Dublin and release weekly sketches on their YouTube channel every Wednesday. 

Following the success of our opening night at Whelan's last week – they return for more comedy goodness on Monday, August 3. Tickets are €4/€6.

It is no secret that there are certain fan pages and photos that promote extremely unhealthy eating and living practices on Instagram.

And of course, the people with these obsessions usually find each other through the use of the hashtag.

The site is also used by some people to share inappropriate photos. So, in an attempt to tackle these trends Instagram has decided to ban the hasthtag…. curvy.

Yep, that’s right. You can still search for #fat, #femalemotivation and #obese though.

A spokesperson from Instagram explained that #curvy has been banned because it was being used to share images and videos that violated Instagram’s guidelines around nudity.

But somehow explicit words directly related to sex are still allowed? Hmmmm……

For example, the words #dildo and #vibrator are somehow still easily searchable.

Although, the photo-sharing site has also banned #butt and #thighs.  And we certainly haven’t forgotten that the #nipple is still on major lockdown.

While it is understandable that Instagram needs to enforce certain guidelines to protect their younger audience from accidentally stumbling across any inappropriate images through the use of the hashtag, their bizarre choice of words leads to think that they need to seriously refine their screening process!
