Being married for nine years didn’t stop Robin Thicke from grinding Miley Cyrus on stage and it looks like his womanising ways finally got too much for Paula Patton.

Ever since the VMAs, Robin, who met Paula over 20 years ago, has had to defend that on stage performance, as well as the ass grab in that picture with Lara Scolaro.

According to TMZ, Robin and Paula have not been getting along lately, although after Robin became infamous for grinding against a twenty-year-old in front of millions of viewers we can’t say we’re surprised.

According to reports, the 38-year-old and the Blurred Lines singer, who have a three-year-old son together, split on Friday although Patton says “We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time,”

In a desperate bid to save his marriage, the 38-year  cancelled his Atlanta concert and made a quick dash to Canada, but it was no good.

However, Lara Scolaro is not one to let the dust settle and the 20-year-old has said:”I’d love to grab a drink with him if he asked.”

Too soon Lara, too soon.

Well-known diva, Naomi Campbell is set to release the premiere of The Face Australia this March and by the looks of it, she’s bringing all her drama down under.

The first series will see models Nicole Trunfio and Cheyenne Tozzi compete against one another to find ‘The Face’ of Fresh Effects by Olay.

A sneak peek of the upcoming series sees Naomi throwing yet another tantrum as she reminds the other two mentors of her experience in the game:

“I’ve been at the top of the modelling industry for more than 20 years, and I know what it takes,” she says.

We can’t wait to see this new series. For the moment, all we have is memories of her diva antics on The Face America….remember this scene?

A very clever and unnecessary censoring of Finding Nemo makes this Disney and Pixar classic a very, very different movie!

Today is Kristin Davis’ birthday, so we decided to do a Best Dressed on Sex and the City’s funniest character, Charlotte.

Charlotte’s style had a strong preppy element when the show started with but slowly developed into a Park Avenue lady that she became.

Swapping golfing jumpers for designer dresses, her love of patterns and bright colours with a demure edge suited Charlotte’s personality perfectly.

Now we aren’t saying we enjoyed it all, especially that Burberry coat, but how cute is that maternity dress?

Picture this: you have gone through the list of ingredients needed to make your favorite dessert and just as you get to the end of the list you realise you don’t have the thing that will make or break your speciality.

Not a good feeling is it?

Well luckily, there are ways around it and you don’t necessarily need to have the exact ingredients on the recipe.

Here is a list of some of the most common baking substitutes:

  • Instead of 100g of self-rising flour: Use 125g all-purpose flour plus 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Instead of 120g of whole-wheat flour: Use 1/8 cup all-purpose flour plus 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • Instead of 240g butter/sour milk: Use 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar plus enough milk to equal 240ml
  • Instead of 310g of molasses: Use 150g dark-brown sugar plus 60ml of water OR 340g of honey
  • Instead of 1 whole large egg: Use 2 egg yolks plus 1 tablespoon cold water
  • Instead of 230g butter: Use 218ml of vegetable oil
  • Instead of 240g of yogurt: Use 240ml butter milk

Now that everyone has a mobile phone, you can just about flirt anywhere you’d like. So if you’re missing the comfort of your crush or significant other, then follow our tips on how to flirt over text messages.

Less is more
Avoid sending him long serious messages. Instead, keep it short, playful and to the point. After all, the aim is that he writes back to you.

Keep the convo going
Instant messaging makes it so easy to keep your conversation going, so turn your flirty text to an ongoing convo by adding a bit of excitement to each message.

Think before you act
The good thing about messages is you can think about your reply before you send it so with a bit of thought you can lead the convo and get the answers you want to read.

Get ‘naughty’
If you want to spice things up, then be subtle about it. A ‘playful-naughty’ text leaves more to the imagination.

Be patient
Don’t worry if he takes his time to reply, he could be busy. Wait until he writes back before sending another message.

Swedish model, Frida Gustavsson, has said that natural make-up is all about not using make-up at all.

The former Victoria’s Secret model, who is spokesmodel for Maybelline, claims the best way to achieve a natural glow is to know where you should and should not use foundation.

Talking to Grazia magazine, the 20-year-old, who has walked the catwalk for the likes of Valentino, Chanel and Alexander McQueen to name but a few, said: “No make-up make-up is as much about where you don’t put your cosmetics as where you do. I’ve learnt to apply my foundation to the centre of my face for the most natural look. As soon as you take it to your temples, jaw line and the sides of your cheeks, it becomes too done.”

However, when you have flawless skin like Frida, who is used to having her make-up done by professional make-up artists every day, you can dare to use your foundation sparingly.

Would you dare to bare?

If you fancy visiting a hotel with a bit of a difference, you should definitely put Singapore’s Park Royal hotel on your to-do list.

The hotel, which was designed by WOHA architects, features not one but six sky gardens that will leave you in awe of the designers.

The green areas wrap around the hotel’s glassy exterior and guests are even treated to tropical gardens right outside their windows.

The gardens not only feature 15,000 square metres of reflecting pools, waterfalls, planters, outdoor hallways poolside bird cages and greenery, but it is also pretty good at energy and water conservation.

It was designed as a sustainable project and even has a zero-energy sky garden; not surprisingly, it has won more than 12 awards for its design and sustainability.

Unfortunately, the hotel which cost $350million to build  doesn’t come cheap and rooms start from about €230.

It would appear not everybody is very happy about Michael Kors becoming such a success in the fashion world.

As we reported last week,  Kors was declared a billionaire recently so does it come as any surprise that his biggest critic is a fellow designer?

Italian designer, Roberto Cavalli has accused Kors of copying him saying: “Mr. Michael Kors, he copies everything. It’s really a scandal and nobody has the courage to say anything. It’s really not fair.”

The accusation comes only a few months after another tirade on Kors by Cavalli when he said to Style.com in December: “I just want him [Kors] to stop copying me! Stop!”

Hmm, could this be a case of sour grapes seeing as more women buy Kors designs because more women can actually afford them?

Cavalli is never one to shy away from having issues with the fashion industry, and he has many: “There is less creativity. There’s been nothing truly new since the 1950s, except many sneakers.”

It seems brushing your teeth has more benefits than simply creating a bright white smile. According to researchers in the US, brushing your teeth can help prevent you from developing arthritis in old age.

During their study, scientists found a link between the bacteria that causes gum disease and early onset rheumatoid arthritis and found that gum disease is two times more prevalent in rheumatoid arthritis patients.

According to researchers in the University of Louisville’s School of Dentistry in Kentucky, gum disease causes a unique enzyme that “enhances” collagen induced arthritis.

Jan Potempa, who led the research team, said: “Taken together, our results suggest that bacterial PAD may constitute the mechanistic link between P. Gingivalis, periodontal infection and rheumatoid arthritis, but this ground-breaking conclusion will need to be verified with further research.”

Maybe it’s time for a trip to the dentist.
