Here are some ways to make sure you arrive home content and happy with your travels.

1. Take lots of photos
Snap all around you. Who cares if you “look like a tourist” – you’ll appreciate the great memories when you come home!

2. Get out there
Hotels are strictly for sleep. Get out there and see what this new and exciting place has to offer and do it all.

3. Keep a journal
Sometimes we forget the little things so write everything down so you can remember each day as it was.

4. Early to bed, early to rise
We’re not suggesting you hit the leaba at 6pm or anything but you will need your full day to do all you need to so get your beauty sleep. You need to look good in those pictures after all!

5. Don’t miss opportunities
Just because your tired or it’s too hot doesn’t mean you should skip the day’s activities. You will regret what you didn’t do rather than what you did.

They have all but officially confirmed they are back together and this raunchy video may be all the proof that is needed!

Justin took to the stage in Texas  to perform for the 2014 SXSW Music, Film and Interactive Festival and dedicated his song to “my baby”.

Selena Gomez was apparently standing side stage watching his performance.

Later, Justin uploaded two videos to his Instagram account of a very raunchy dance routine with Selena, which he later deleted.

It’s also been reported that Selena’s family are none too happy about the couple reuniting as Selena is not very long out of rehab.

Hmm, we hope this ends well and maybe Selena can put Justin on the straight and narrow!

Jamie Oliver is opening a Jamie’s Italian in Hong Kong and wanted to announce the news in Cantonese.

However, this proved a bit more difficult than he originally anticipated it would be.

Coming out with hilarious sentences about “an Italian restaurant submarine” and “something slippery”, Jamie’s Cantonese proves pretty lousy.

Celebrity marriages are notorious for ending prematurely.

Many famous faces have learnt hard lessons and massive prenuptial agreements are now the norm pre-marriage.

1. Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake
Jessica is no fool for love and reportedly stands to make $500,000 if Justin is ever caught cheating.

2. Catherine-Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas
A prenup that almost came into effect last year, but thankfully the couple have now reunited. Catherine obviously has similar thinking to Jessica and would apparently receive $5 million if Michael is ever caught cheating as well as $2.8 million for every year of marriage.

3. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
The couple are thought to keep their fortunes separate but it has been reported that if a split occurred that Angelina would get full custody of their six children.

4. Roseanne Barr and Tom Arnold
Tom walked away from this four year marriage with $50 million after Roseanne fired her attorney for even suggesting signing a prenup to protect her money.

5. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
The two are set to walk down the aisle in May, but not without a prenup! Despite having a sizeable fortune herself, it has been said that Kim will receive $1 million for every year of marriage as well as being named the beneficiary of Kanye’s $20 million life policies.

She back, she’s back!

Cheryl Cole has decided to return to this year’s X Factor.

Cheryl made the announcement via her Instagram account where she posted this hilariuos photo of herself and Simon with the caption “GUESS WHAT!!!…I’m baaaacccckkkkk!!!! #iMayActuallyRingHisNeck”.

It’s been four years since the Girls Aloud star has been on the panel and she will be the second highest paid judge behind Simon himself.

Well, at least we have a reason to tune in this year! Welcome back Cheryl!

Actresses tend to get significantly more attention than their male counterparts with women such as Jennifer Lawrence, Angelina Jolie and Julia Roberts never out of the spotlight.

But that doesn’t mean they get more work.

A survey of the top 100 grossing domestic films of 2013 conducted by the Center for the Study of Women in Television and Film at San Diego State University revealed that women only make up:

  • 29% of major characters
  • 30% of speaking characters
  • 15% of protagonists

It also found that female characters were less likely than male characters to be in positions of leadership or have clear goals.

The study looked into the individual stories to see the impact of women in their roles and the types of characters they portray.

Isn’t it sad that women still can’t be seen in positions of power and leadership, even in fiction?

Tucker Salvesen snuck into Miley Cyrus’ dressing room the day before the singer was due to perform at the CenturyLink Centre in Nebraska, left a note and boasted about it on Twitter.

According to Omaha TV station KETV, the 18-year-old posted a photo of Miley’s dressing room door and posted it to her Twitter account . He tweeted: “I snuck into your dressing room today  in Omaha, there’s a note in there for you.”

According to police, the note read: “I snuck back here I need to meet you. You have helped me so much your music has given me all the answers I was looking for when my heart got broke … we went through the same thing @ the same time … Miley I love you!!! Please let me meet you.” He also left his phone number and Twitter name – just in case the 21-year-old decided to give him a call.

The police were called a couple of hours later and after spotting him on the CCTV they arrested him on suspicion of misdemeanour criminal trespassing when he showed up for the gig the next day.

It looks like former drug addict Lindsay Lohan could be going back to her old ways.

When she was just 34 days out of rehab, the former Disney star agreed to take part in a short film to promote a lingerie range called Miss Filthy.

However, a scene of her new documentary series sees the star sobbing over a row with producer Jeremy Frommer  because she thinks he lied to her about the short film.

She was supposed to take on the starring role of the film, but was then replaced with 21-year-old model Casie Chegwidden.

“This is not what I signed up for,” she said when speaking to the producer.

Poor Lilo, we hope this doesn’t bring her back to her old ways.

If you’ve ever wondered why people enjoy the taste of cinnamon a lot more around Christmas time, then you might just be intrigued by what we have to share.

A new study discovered that the people enjoy certain foods a lot more when they are accompanied by sounds or noises which match the occasion.

When volunteers were given a range of odours accompanied by a variety of sounds, they found that cinnamon and cloves – spices used in mulled wine – tasted much nicer when Christmas carols were playing.

When retested with pop songs rather than Christmas carols, neither spice was marked as more pleasant.

The study states: “Certain odours can be matched with specific sounds based on previous experience. The congruent sounds increase odour pleasantness significantly more than incongruent sounds.”

Who ever would have guessed!
