You can now have this delicious Italian treat, thanks to this simple dinner recipe.

What you’ll need:

  • 400g fusilli pasta
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 50g butter
  • 50g plain flour
  • 600ml milk
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 4 spring onions
  • 198g can sweetcorn
  • 100g grated cheddar

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook following pack instructions, until tender. Add the peas for the final three minutes cooking time.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for two minutes. Add the milk, whisking constantly, then slowly bring to the boil, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Remove from the heat, add the mustard and season well.
  3. Heat the grill to medium. Drain the pasta and peas, then return to the pan and stir in the tuna, spring onions, sweetcorn and sauce.
  4. Tip into a shallow baking dish, top with the cheddar and cook under the grill for five minutes or until golden and bubbling.

Cian Healy and Holly Carpenter only broke up last month, but the Rugby star has replaced her already – with a puppy!

He shared a photo of the German Shepherd puppy on Instagram, and he is VERY cute (we mean the puppy! Although…)!

He hasn’t picked a name for the pooch yet, but says it will either be Hank or Tank, and he says “He’s a little beaut!”.

Awh – we love a man who loves dogs!

We’ve seen our fair share of unusual but sweet proposals – however, Donnie McGilvray’s is definitely our favourite by far.

Donnie decided to pop the question to his long-time girlfriend, Eloise by using his fridge and conveniently lined up bottles of coke.

When Eloise opened the fridge, six bottles of coke spelt out Donnie’s sweet marriage proposal: “Beautiful Eloise will you marry me.”

Eloise of course accepted, and Donnie went on to share the proposal snap on the Coco Cola Facebook page. The post has since gained over 170,000 likes.

Congrats to the happy couple!

If your heart stopped for a second when you saw that photo, the British Legion have done their job.

They have launched a campaign which asks people to remember the heroes of World War 1. The posters show the names of soldiers who share the names of today’s celebrities – one of which is Harry Styles, who was killed 1915.

The poster tells the story of Harry Styles, and reads: “Private Harry Styles wasn’t famous, but he should be remembered”.

Each poster can be seen on the Every Man Remembered website, where you can search for relatives, donate money and make personal dedications.

This is certainly a good way of getting attention!

Gwyneth Paltrow is kind of like Marmite – you either love her or hate her.

While we have to admit she is a good actress, she can be particularly annoying, especially after her use of the words ‘conscious uncoupling’ to announce her marriage split – we refuse point blank to believe Chris Martin had anything to do with that.

And her latest confession has left us both more annoyed and flabbergasted. Annoyed because, well it’s Gwyneth and flabbergasted because she takes the whole ‘no pain no gain’ to the next level.

The mum-of-two has admitted that she goes through a particularly punishing beauty regime – Thermage laser treatment – to keep her gorgeous, youthful-looking skin, describing it as “like having your face smacked with a rubber band that has an electric shock in it”. Eek.

Talking to Hello! magazine, the Iron Man actress says the treatment, which involves plumping up the skin’s lower layers to smooth out the top using radio waves, is “non-invasive but it’s quite painful”.

Apparently it has the potential to burn your face so we might be giving it a miss.

Has someone leaked topless photos of Selena Gomez online? Well, at first glance, it certainly looks that way.

Some people are speculating that her ex Justin Bieber leaked the photos himself (we wouldn’t put it past him), but her reps are saying that it’s not her in the photos – and we think we believe them.

You can’t see the girl’s face in the photos, but she has freckles identical to Selena Gomez on her chest. But how hard is it to draw on a couple of freckles, really? You can see the photos for yourself here, but be warned, they are NSFW.

Anyone can suffer from a migraine, at any age. If you’ve been forced into spending hours in a darkened room, you’ll know how awful they are – but do you know what’s causing them? Here are seven causes of migraines, that perhaps you didn’t know about before:

A change in routine
Doing something as simple as changing your sleep routine, can cause migraine for some people. Even something nice like going on holiday can trigger an attack. This is why some people find that they may only suffer migraines at the weekend. How unfair.

Stress
It’s a well known fact that stress can cause migraines, and sometimes the pain only starts when the stress is easing off. If you needed a reason to sit back and relax, then this is it.

Sleep
Either too much or too little sleep can cause headaches. You need to get it just right, just like Goldilocks.

Caffeine
If you drink more than four or five cups of tea a day, this could be causing your migraine. Try cutting back, rather than cutting it out completely, as the sudden shock to your system could also trigger a migraine.

Hormones
Many women may find that their migraines start at puberty, and raise their ugly heads at that time of the month. Damn those hormones, they never give us a break, do they?

Sudden, vigorous exercise
If you don’t usually exercise and then suddenly run a marathon, this can trigger a migraine.

Hollywood couple, Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiser are married.

The 32-year-old actress, and 35-year-old Mad Men star, got married back in June in a secret ceremony.

Vincent first met the Gilmore Girl star during her stint on Mad Men.

The couple wanted to keep their relationship private initially, and didn’t begin dating until season 5 of Mad Men wrapped.

"We were completely professional. We never saw each other out. We never—it was nothing, it was just work."

They began dating in 2012, and got engaged a year later.

Reports have also revealed, that some of Vincent's Mad Men co-stars, attended the ceremony as well.

Living in our own home and taking care of yourself can be a bit of a drag, especially if mummy used to do all the work for you. And, unfortunately, cleaning up has got to be one of the worst things that comes with living away from home.

So, to help you get rid of those stains that you keep trying to hide, try these tips:

Getting rid of water marks
Use a little petroleum jelly, like Vaseline to get rid of these bad boys. Simply rub it onto the stain leave it for a day and wipe away.

Carpet stain
Put a little whitening toothpaste onto an old toothbrush, rub into the stain and rinse away with cold water. This also works on clothes.

Rust
Moved into a new apartment and noticed a little rust on the bath? Well, simply use some coca cola. Dab a little onto a sponge and use a little elbow grease to get off the rust.

Blood stains
Blood can be a nightmare to get off but you can try this trick – rub a little salt onto the area to loosen the stain and then pop it in the washing machine.

Katy Perry has dated her fair share of famous men from John Mayer to Russell Brand.

But Perry has now admitted in a new interview with Rolling Stone, that she has also dated non-famous men.

"I've done that before. It's not that they have to be famous, although there's a level of understanding when they're in the same business, you know?"

Katy says when it comes to relationships, she feels it’s better to date men who are in the same industry as her.

"They understand what it means when you're tired from a show or the tour's exhausting you or if an interview went wrong—they know all the ins and outs, so you can just walk in to the house with a certain face and they understand, you know? Rather than, like, having to explain everything and that takes two, three hours."

Katy also opened up about her divorce from Brand and the lessons she’s learnt from it.

"Now I know—first and foremost, self-love, and then give love away. Back then it was mostly just me giving love away with no self-love. I went through my ‘return of Saturn,' is what they call it."

Its official Binky Felstead and her boyfriend, Alex Mytton, have split up for good.

Binky’s sister A-L, who also stars in the MIC New York spin-off, said that both Binky and Alex have both called it quits on their relationship.

"They’re not together now. I didn’t actually see any of those scenes but all I know is that they’ve gone their separate ways now. I know it hasn’t been easy for her but she’s trying to move on and build up her confidence again."

Binky faced a lot of criticism for staying with Alex, despite all the cheating allegations surrounding him. A-L said it was difficult for her to see Binky in that relationship.

"Although it was blatantly obvious to me and mum what she was doing wasn’t right, her argument was that she had to learn these lessons herself. It was difficult but it seems that she’s come through it now."

But A-L says Binky has finally moved on and has even met some new people in New York.

"Well Binky certainly met people out in New York– they were off to the Hamptons and doing lots of things so I think she met a lot of new people. So yeah, I think she had a nice time when she was out there.”

We wouldn’t want to get on Megan Fox’s bad side! The director of her latest film Teenage Ninja Mutant Heroes was subject to some criticism over his films (he’s the producer of epic films such as the Transformers franchise), but Megan was having none of it:

“Let me tell you something about those people. How much money did ‘Transformers 4′ make? Exactly. Those people can complain – they all go to the theater. They’re gonna love it – and if they don’t love it, they can f*ck off, and that’s the end of that.”

Yes Megan, that is the end of that. Well said!
