It’s one thing to like someone or be attracted to them. but it’s another to be completely obsessed with them. Not only do you think about them all the time, but you always fantasize about being with them as well. You might still think that you just like them, but really at this stage it’s more than just liking them. Here are signs you’re obsessed with your crush.

1. You always have your eye on them in class/work
The first thing you do when you go into your lecture/workplace is look around to see where they are. Once you spot them you will always have a glance over to see who they’re sitting with. You know where they usually sit so you’re seat is always in a position where you have a good view of them in class. It isn’t just a coincidence that it keeps happening.

2. You always seem to be daydreaming about them
It seems like you day dream more and more and you probably don’t even realise. No matter what, you will always end up thinking about them one way or another. You might start off thinking about something random like what you’re going to have for lunch, but sooner or later your mind goes back to them.

3. The only reason you go anywhere is to see them
If you hear they'll be at the library, you go. They're going to see that gig tonight, weird, so are you!

4. You get disappointed when they’re not in
If they don’t end up going to class or call in sick to work you’re severely disappointed and you feel let down in some way.

5. You check their Facebook an unhealthy amount of times a day
If you always find yourself on their Facebook page, then you’re clearly creeping. You always have to check in on them and see what they are up to. Of course, every status that they put up, you will  always be the first one to like it.

6. You spend more time than usual getting ready
You obviously want to make an impression so you put extra effort into looking good. It’s mainly onthe off chance that you will actually bump into them, which is probably unlikely because there is so many people in your class. There is no harm in looking good, but if you seem to put way more time into how you look you clearly have a thing for them.

7. Anytime you hear someone say their name your ears perk up
If anyone even mentions their name you will always listen in on their conversation. It’s more of a reaction and even if they say something that slightly resembles their name you will want to listen in on it.

8. You seem to always be talking about them to your friends
Your friends know a lot about them and they haven’t even met them. You always seem to be talking about them to your friends and even when you don’t mean it, they always seem to come up in conversation somehow.

9. You wonder if they think of you, even though you don’t know them that well
You have talked to them a couple of times, but it’s always just been small talk. Then you wonder if they think of you even though they probably have forgotten your name. If you got to know them a little better than maybe they would think of you, but at the moment they probably just vaguely remember you.

10. You start to get into the same things they do
So you have a snoop around their Facecbook page to see what kind of stuff interests them. Then you start to get into the same thing they do, so you have something in common with them.

11. You do in-depth research on people who post on their wall
“Are they just a friend, or something more?" You have to find out. Most of the time it is just a friend or their sister, but you will go to great lengths to see if they have any romantic connections with anyone else.

12. You start to compare yourself to TV couples
Along with fantasizing about being with them, you compare yourself to couples in tv shows. Ross and Rachel, Jess and Nick or Ted and Tracy, you always compare yourself to them even though you’re not even in a relationship.

13. You get really defensive when someone else talks bad about them
They might say something as small as ” I think they used to be skinnier in school” you will come up with some excuse for them as if you know everything about them. Literally any bad thing that someone says about them is a reason for you to get hot under the collar.

20 Signs You’re Obsessed With Your Celebrity Crush

14. They could literally do anything and you would still fancy them
They could be in court for drug charges and you would find some way to spin it,  as if they’re an entrepreneur. You’re blinded by your affections for them so it doesn’t matter what they do, your opinion on them won’t change.

20 Signs You’re Obsessed With Your Celebrity Crush

15. You read way too much into what they say to you
You think that what they say to you has some hidden meaning behind it and that their true feelings are underneath. If it’s only small talk then chances are, there is nothing more to it and you are just trying to make some out of nothing.

Lauren Goodger faces more heartache this morning as her ex-boyfriend, Jake McLean has branded her a “tramp” on Twitter.

Jake, who clearly has a few issues with the TOWIE star (to say the least) took to Twitter, writing: “Ahhhh happy birthday to the biggest let down I no @Lauren Goodger keep it up girl your doing great #tramp.”

What a sound guy, eh?!

Needless to say, the tweets have now been deleted.

Lauren and Jake split earlier this year after the TOWIE star accused him of leaking a sex-tape of them together.

On another note, Happy 28th Birthday to Lauren!

Sex is everywhere these days, so if you’re not having it, you may feel like you’re the odd one out. If you’re freaking out about being a virgin at whatever age – whether you’re 21 or 41 – then stop right there. Here’s why:

You’re not the only one
Although it may feel like it, there are plenty of people who are holding onto their virginity. Lisa Kudrow, AKA Phoebe from Friends was 32 when she lost hers to her husband. So next time you’re lying in bed wondering if you’re the only virgin above the age of 18-years old left in the whole wide world, the answer is most definitely no.

Because it’s good to be cautious
While sex isn’t as big a deal as people make it out to be, sex with the wrong person can really suck, especially if it’s your first time. Khloé Kardashian lost her virginity at just 14-years-old, and has regretted it ever since: "I should have listened to my parents. Don't let anyone pressure you, it's not worth it and how I felt afterward.”

It’s not a competition
Maybe some of your friends brag about all the people they’ve slept with, leaving you feeling more than a little awkward. But remember, it’s not a competition, or a race. Sex is a personal thing, so you can’t go comparing your sex life to someone else’s. And at the end of the day, it’s quality that matters, not quantity. So if you want to wait a while to find the perfect person to do it with, then that makes perfect sense.

It’s not as big a deal as they make out
Don’t be fooled. That scene in The Notebook where Allie sleeps with Noah for the first time, and then afterwards she’s all: “You gotta be kidding' me. All this time, that's what I've been missin'? Let's do it again!” You can’t have the same expectations for your own first time – she’s sleeping with Ryan Gosling after all! While sex IS great, it’s not a life changing experience. You’ll still be the same person (perhaps with a new hobby…), so it’s not worth obsessing over. Relax!

If they really care, they won’t care
Maybe you’re worried that being a virgin will scare off prospective boyfriends. But if they really care about you, this shouldn’t be an issue. And if you tell a guy that you’ve never slept with anyone and he runs, count yourself lucky. You are MUCH better off without guys like that!

Twilight actor Jackson Rathbone had a terrifying ordeal when a flight he was on with his wife and child had engine failure.

The actor was only one of an entire plane of passengers flying from Long Island to Austin Texas when the plane got into difficulty.

A passenger took a video of the inside of the plane when the trouble began and we have to say, they look a lot calmer than we would!

Jackson, who was on board the JetBlue flight 1416 with his wife and child tweeted about the emergency:

Wow that is so scary – we’re so glad everything worked out okay!

This is just…wow.

Famous magazine are being slammed by basically the entire world after they photoshopped Kendall Jenner to make her look overweight…or their perception of what overweight is!

The AWFUL revelation comes only a day after it was reported that Kendall was bullied by jealous models at New York Fashion Week.

The shamed magazine’s headline was, of course, “Model bosses blast Kendall ‘you’re too FAT’” and beside the headline a photoshopped photo of Kendall with cellulite on the runway.

While photoshopping someone to make them look skinnier than they are may be bad, this is so much worse.

Not only is this fat shaming – it’s also a big fat lie.

Photos from the Hilfiger show feature Kendall looking amazing, no cellulite to see but even if there was – so what!

Something tells us her older sisters will be far from happy when they see this…!

Kendall is currently KILLING it in Milan Fashion Week so we hope she misses out on this delightful headline.

Whether you drink it first thing in the morning or after dinner, there's nothing better than a creamy cup of coffee. Espresso, americano, latte, or some crazy flavour combo from Starbucks – whatever your poison, coffee is the uncrowned king of hot beverages. Except maybe tea – but that's another story altogether!

Although coffee is often criticised for its unhealthy properties, a steaming mug of java (even decaf!) actually has some great health benefits too…

1. It can make us happier!
Studies have shown that those who drink four or more cups of coffee a day are less likely to be depressed. It's not from the "caffeine high" though – instead it's down to the high level of antioxidants found in fresh coffee. Which brings us to our next point…

2. Coffee is a HUGE source of antioxidants
Although fruit and vegetables are also great sources, apparently the antioxidants found in coffee are absorbed by our body much more easily.

3. The smell alone makes stress levels drop
The scent of fresh coffee or coffee beans reduces stress levels – but specifically the stress that comes with sleep deprivation. So your morning coffee isn't just waking you up when you're overtired, it's calming you down too!

4. Coffee helps liver health
A 22-year long study, published in 2006, showed that people who drank coffee were 20% less likely to get liver cirrhosis – a disease caused by excessive alcohol consumption which can lead to liver failure.

5. Drinking coffee can even make you more intelligent!
The jolt from a cup of coffee not only makes you more focused, it also improves logical reasoning, reaction times and vigilance – all of which are linked to levels of intelligence.

And finally… if you're really not convinced, maybe this drool-inducing latte GIF will tip you over the edge…

Nadine Coyle. What can we say? The girl’s got it all! Big house. Handsome husband. Cute baby. And lots and lots of money, if these comments are anything to go by.

The Girls Aloud singer has spoken out about that time she split from her then fiancé Jason Bell, saying that her life was just too good to be true, and she couldn’t handle it.

“We sort of split up, but not really. I was 25, engaged, and living in this beautiful house – it was all too much, all too good to be true.

“I felt like I needed to do a bit of suffering. So I went to New York and lived in this awful apartment.

“It was like something out of a movie – it was like a crack den, in the East Village.

“I thought I would try and find myself, but I was so scared the whole time. I lasted there a week. I ended up staying at the Hamptons. That was more like it.”

Yes. We imagine so, Nadine. Thankfully, she’s all loved up now, and if Jason gets on her nerves, it’s no problem. She just sends him off to one of their other houses:

“I send him into the other room if we’re not getting on… or another house. I’m like: ‘I can’t look at you, go to the other house!’

“We’re lucky, we have a place in LA and New York so we can get breathing space from one another.

“So any time we need it, one of us will go to the other place – another state – or even another country. It’s healthy.”

Oh, Nadine. Life must be SO hard!
