In a not quite shocking move, Kelly Brook has called off her engagement to Gladiator David McIntosh. The couple got engaged after only two months, having met last New Year's Eve.

Kelly broke the news on Twitter, telling fans that things had ended on good terms.

“It's a sad day but I wanted to share with you that David and I are no longer engaged. I love and respect him and wish him all the best.”

According to friends of the couple, they had struggled to maintain their relationship while David was in the Big Brother house this year. Kelly was notably absent when David entered and exited the house.

Whether it was just keeping up appearances or this breakup was sudden, just two days ago David was declaring his love for Kelly on twitter.

Awkward…

With campaigns for Burberry, Topshop and Tom Ford under her belt, we doubt model Cara Delevingne is ever short of a few bob. All the same, we're not sure if she could afford to buy this place just yet!

The it-girl takes Vogue on a tour of her "home," but Harry Potter fans will notice a few familiar things. The Great Hall, Olivander's Wand Shop, the Knight Bus… are you sure this is your house, Cara?

Although she doesn't seem like a J.K. Rowling superfan herself, Cara certainly enjoys gallivanting around The Wizarding World of Harry Potter like she owns the place!

Kanye wasn’t very happy when he and his wife Kim Kardahsian were booed at the Lanvin show at Paris Fashion Week yesterday.

Rumour has it the couple arrived very late and photographers at the fashion show were none too pleased and began to boo as they arrived into the venue.

Kanye, being Kanye, decided he wasn’t going to take this disrespect, marched up and explained why they should not be the ones to be booed.

Is it just us or is he saying "Oprah asked to see us" ? if so then we reckon that's a fairly solid reason to be late.

In the video it can be seen that important figures such as Anna Wintour are already waiting for the show to start.

Kimye then took their places and watched the show.

This is the second incident to befall the couple in Paris as just yesterday Kim was almost knocked over by notorious red carpet prankster, Vitalii Sediuk.

They are certainly having an eventful trip to Europe indeed!

Oh how we love leather – the smell, the feel, the glamorous way it makes us look. But it can be a little tricky to dress and some people manage to get it so, so wrong – you know who you are.

But with our help, you will get it right once and for all:

Skirt
A mini leather skirt looks great in the winter. Style black with black for a dramatic, yet sophisticated, going out look. Finish with shoe boots and leave the jewellery at home – you won’t need it with this look.

Leggings
Leather is not just for evening. Dress leather leggings down with converse runners, loose shirt and plain T for a relaxed look. Wear your hair down and throw a large shoulder bag over your arm to finish it off.

Dress
You don’t have to be a style queen to pull off a leather dress. Keep the look feminine with gold jewellery and pointy heels, wear your hair up in a top knot – let the dress speak for itself.

Shorts
It is still acceptable to wear shorts out, at least until the end of October… shorts and a plain T-shirt look work really well for an understated going out outfit.

Jacket
Every girl needs to have a leather jacket in her wardrobe. Save up for a really good timeless piece that you will wear over and over again. For a sophisticated style, mix various textures together and finish with black ankle boots. You can never go wrong with this classic look.

When it’s a night out on the tiles with the lads, there is a lot that guys usually talk about. Some of it is what you would expect from a bunch of lads, but some other stuff is what you probably wouldn’t expect to hear. From the mundane to the bizzare here are the things that guys actually talk about on a guy’s night out.

1. Quotes from every TV show and movie they know
We do this a lot, and I mean a lot, this is basically what we do most of the time.. We will take any chance to add in an Anchorman reference whenever we can or a Simpsons reference. A lot of the time we relate different situations to shows and movies because that is literally the only frame of reference we have.

2. Football
Yes, we do talk a lot about it, we usually slag each other’s teams and how bad they’re doing at the moment. We like talking about how such and such a player is terrible and how overrated they are. It’s basically just an excuse to slag each other for hours…

3. Hot Celebs
This usually changes on a weekly basis and whether it’s Jessica Alba, Cheryl Cole or Jennifer Lawrence, guys always talk about hot celebs on a night out. We usually try to come to a general consensus on one girl and if someone doesn’t  like yours, you have to argue the case for why they should like them.

4. Girlfriends
If everyone has one, then there is less need to talk about them, but if there a few single guys in the group then they have to let them in on the experience. It’s mostly all the stuff that they can’t do because they have a girlfriend and how they have way less free time than they used to. Of course the lads will always try and get them to come out more with them.

5. The money that their friend owes them
It’s not even that important if they get paid back or not, it’s the principle that they said they would pay back and they didn’t.  It usually ends up with them buying rounds to make up for it.

6. The last girl they had sex with
Because all of our friends need to know we had sex recently.

7. A lads holiday
This always comes up on a night out and even when it’s nowhere near the time to book a holiday. Ideas start floating around about where to go and of course there is always someone who says: “I don’t care as long as we get out of this sh**hole“. It ends up being left until the month before and it’s a mess trying to book the flights with Ryanair.

8. She was definitely checking me out
If a girl even looks in the same direction as a guy, they will automatically think that they were looking at him. More than likely it was them looking at their friend and they just happened to be in the same direction. For the rest of the night he will be saying how she was looking at him and for one of his mates to introduce them to her.

9. How many girls they shifted
The number is always overly exaggerated and it’s never the amount that they say it is. They will of course always say that they were a 9 or a 10, even though they were probably a 5 at best. Most of the time you don’t really see them doing the deed so they can pretty much say they shifted as many as they want.

10. This is my tune!!
So you’re just chilling near the bar and then a song comes on, your friend comes running up to you and drags  you to the dance floor. Then you get there and find out it wasn’t the song they thought it was an now everyone has to awkwardly leaves the dance floor.

11. How old we’re getting
They see all the underage people that got in with a fake ID and realise how old we look. It’s not just girls who stress about getting old, guys have to deal with balding and grey hair, so think how we feel. Also you realise you can’t drink as much as you used to, even thought you still try to drink like you’re 16 18.

12. Private jokes that nobody else gets
Of course no group of friends would be complete without its fair share of inside jokes. If you’re out in the smoking area having the chats, an inside joke will come up and you and your mates will be dying laughing and the other person won’t have a clue what’s going on. It’s always an awkward situation when this happens on a night out.

13. Giving out about that loser who didn’t come out with the lads
There is always one or two that don’t end up coming and so of course you have to slag them because they’re not there.

14. How they’re not that drunk
"I swear man, I’m not that drunk” they say that even though they’re slurring their words and can just about stand up.

15. Then later on… how they’re so drunk
Eventually it hits them and they say “Oh man, I’m so drunk” followed by them laughing their heads off.

16. How hungry they are
So it’s getting near the end of the night and the drinks have stopped flowing, so the next thing you think of is food. The most obvious option is a kebab and the only thing that will make this night amazing is a kebab at the end of it.

17. I’m so tired
This always happens when it gets closer to the end, it’s even worse when one of your mates actually falls asleep in the club. If they don’t fall asleep in there they will definitely fall asleep in the taxi and then wake up and to a taxi driver giving out to them.

18. How horny they are
Cue booty-calls to that girl they know they shouldn't be calling or calling their girlfriend to see if she's still awake. She is, but she doesn't answer.

The Daily Show has been accused of racism after a joke they made about One Direction in the context of terrorism has come under fire on Twitter.

The joke, by Jessica Williams, lists One Direction as part of a terrorist “supergroup” but fans of the band have been enraged by the gag, calling it racist and in bad taste.

Although Jessica never mentions one member of the band in particular, One Direction fans seem to think The Daily Show were taking aim at Zayn Malik:

We’re sure The Daily Show learnt a valuable lesson from all of this – just don’t mention One Direction. Ever.

You can listen to the joke Jessica made here, skip to 2:13 for the One D reference.

Look, we know it makes us total saps, but sometimes we just need a good ol’ cry.

You know the type of crying we mean… contorted face, lots of sniffling and enough tears to fill a bathtub. You’ll feel better afterwards, trust us!

That’s why we love (but also hate) watching these movies…

1. Marley and Me
You don’t need to be an animal person to get emotional watching this movie. If you’ve ever so much as petted a dog in your life you’re sure to be in floods by the end of Marley and Me, which tells the story of an adorable Golden Retriever and his owners, played by Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson. Just thinking about the ending sets us off!

2.Titanic
The classic weepy flick. Every single time we hope the ending will be different. For god’s sake Jack, don’t let go!

3. The Time Traveller’s Wife
Based on the book by Audrey Niffenegger, this romantic drama starring Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana is the ultimate star-crossed lovers story. If the film doesn’t make you cry, we guarantee the book will!

4. Up
The real heart-breaking bit of this film is at the start, not the end, so come prepared. You’ll be weeping into your popcorn before the first line is spoken!

5. Stepmom
You’ll never listen to Ain’t No Mountain High Enough the same way again. This film might be a little but cheesy, but the ending is seriously emotional.

6. Steel Magnolias
Another old-school tearjerker! Although it’s a weepy, this is a really charming film with lots of laughs. It has a great cast of ladies, too – Sally Field, Julia Roberts, Shirley MacLaine and Dolly Parton. You’ll feel like you’re a regular at Truvy’s Beauty Parlour by the end.

Katherine Jenkins is getting married to fiancé Andrew Levitas THIS WEEKEND!

The couple announced their engagement five months ago and it doesn’t sound as if there has been any delay in getting up the aisle.

The opera singer will marry her American beau in a ceremony at London’s Hampton Court Palace and have been given permission from Buckingham Palace to fly the Welsh flag outside the marriage venue – wow, they must really like her in there!

A source has said that Katherine will very much be incorporating her Welsh background into the wedding with lots of Welsh produce for the wedding meal.

We can’t wait to see the singer’s dress – we have no doubt she will be stunning!

The news of the wedding comes only days after it was revealed that Katherine’s ex-fiancé, Gethin Jones, is dating TOWIE star, Lucy Mecklenburgh.
