Many of us are obsessed with the Harry Potter franchise, and would do almost anything to have the most immersive wizarding world experience possible.

Amazingly for Hagrid fans, you can now rent a holiday cottage which is inspired by the fictional home of Rubeus himself, Keeper of Keys and Grounds at Hogwarts.

The Groundkeeper’s Cottage has opened at North Shire near Saltburn on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, and is almost exactly a replica of Hagrid's Hut in the magical series.

The cottage has three interlocking circular slate-roofed buildings featuring stained glass windows, an open plan living room, seating in front of a feature fireplace, wood beams with Hagrid paraphernalia and a lantern-lit wooden door.

The owner Carol Cavendish has loved Harry Potter since her early 20s, and has incorporated small Potter-themed touches such as an ink bottle and quill and bespoke copper basin in the bathroom.

The cottage itself took £195,000 to build, and the holiday rental can sleep up to six people. If you've got a dog, or your very own Fang, you're also welcome to bring one well-behaved pet for an extra cost.

She's made a comfortable retreat for any wizards or witches to adore, for just £195 (€225) per night.

The Lighthouse Cinema have just announced a Harry Potter sleepover which will feature all eight films back-to-back, with a magical Hogwarts-themed menu to feed the hungry wizards all night.

For Harry Potter fans, this may just be the greatest night of their lives. The cinema created the event as part of their Wonder Years series, which celebrates the movies we all grew up with.

Fancy dress is, of course, encouraged for this ultimate movie marathon. The first film kicks off at 2pm on July 27, and there will be a short break after each screening.

The event ends at midday on July 28, and you are welcome to bring your own blankets or cushions. The franchise remains one of the nation's favourite ever stories about growing up in a magical and exhilarating world.

A young wizard and his friends and enemies alike go on a journey of evil Dark Magic, hilarious adventures and thrilling magical experiences and we LIVED for it.

Harry, Ron and Hermione grew into powerful young men and women, and even had little kids themselves after the Great War ended. It's time to re-imagine Hogwarts and bring JK Rowling's series back to life.

The eight movies add up to almost 24 hours so you'll have to prepare yourself for this immersive experience. The event page list the duration as 1,365 minutes (22.75 hours, to be exact).

Rupert Grint has spoken about his net worth, and it's fair to say we're more than a bit jealous.

The former Ron Weasley was interviewed by The Radio Timesand his funds happened to come up in the conversation.

Naturally, everyone has something to say about it, seeing as his worth in 2016 was estimated to be a whopping €50 million, less than half of Daniel Radcliffe's estimated worth.

He told the publication that he tries not to pay much attention to his financial needs, but says he is "comfortable". Well for some isn't it?

Figures seem to go way over his head, based on these quotes;

"I actually don't know how much I have. I couldn't even really guess."

"It doesn't really motivate me too much. It makes you comfortable, that's the good thing about it, I think. I'm glad it's there but I'm not really that focused on it."

We'd be running around Brown Thomas spending an absolute fortune on nonsensical items which we totally don't need… but each to their own, I guess?

The actor has taken on roles since Harry Potter wrapped up in 2011, starring in Sick Note on Sky One, and the Snatch reboot.

He will also star in The BBC production of Agatha Christie's The ABC Murders alongside John Malkovich as Hercule Poirot.

Mr Weasley's down-to-earth spending habits appear to parallel with Harry and Hermione's.

Daniel Radcliffe told the Belfast Telegraph back in 2016 that he pretty much leaves his $100 million fortune alone.

"I'm very grateful for it, because having money means you don't have to worry about it, which is a very lovely freedom to have. It also gives me immense freedom, career-wise," he said.

Grint also spoke about his struggle with the Harry Potter phenomenon's fame; "Sometimes you just want to go to B&Q." Do you, though? It's fairly grim.

The first thing he did in 2011 after hanging up his cloak and wand was get his tonsils removed;

"It was too much recovery time and there was the fear that it would change my voice."

Well Rupert, no one can say that you're not a normal lad. Too normal, in fact.

Irish actress Evanna Lynch, known for playing Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter franchise, lost out in the US Dancing With The Stars final despite receiving a perfect score last night.

Despite missing out on the glitterball trophy, the 7-year-old actress received numerous special good luck messages from her former co-stars.

"Evanna, you are in the final! Can we just say this again? You are in the final. I am so proud of you. We love you. We are rooting for you. Kill it tonight, girl," Emma Watson shared in a video wishing her luck.

Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy, joked about their differing Hogwarts houses: "Despite all of our differences at Hogwarts, I want to wish you all the very best tonight!"

Emma Watson, Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright, James Phelps, Katie Leung, and Neville Longbottom himself Matthew Lewis all shared good luck messages to Evanna as she headed into the finals of the popular US dance show.

J.K. Rowling also cheered on the actress: “Best of luck, Evanna. Hope you win!” Rowling had been a huge support to Lynch during her adolescence.

Radio personality Bobby Bones was eventually crowned winner, each of the four contestants were tasked with performing two dances: Firstly their most memorable from the season, and then a freestyle performance.

Judge Bruno Tonioli  gave Evanna's dance with partner Keo Motsepe high praise, saying; "It was bright, it was colourful, it was quirky."

The duo received a 30 out of 30 for the dance, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to get Evanna the crown.

Could she not have just used her wand and chanted "Accio trophy" though?

Evanna had been the favourite to take the trophy, but either way, she did the Irish (and Gryffindor) proud on the stage.

Mischief managed, we say.

We don’t think we can handle this level of excitement. Mini versions of all our Hogwarts faves = Winter perfection.

Imagine waking up to a new collectable and having a butterbeer by the fire; Christmas literally can’t come quick enough. (Ideally we'd get a ticket to the Yule Ball while we're at it but Santa might hook us up?)

Witches, wizards, and even Muggles can get their hands on the calendar as soon as Funkos releases it, make sure you’ve got your galleons counted so you don’t have to rush to Gringotts at the last minute.

It's looking like it will sell out in record time judging by the feverish responses from Twitter users.

Maybe if we chant “Accio Christmas” clutching our wands it might speed up the process? It’s worth a shot…

You know that saying "green with envy"?

Well I am currently as green as your man from the corn ad… all because of this story.

Imgur user Destiny Blue recently coughed up $260 to have a magical Christmas dinner… in HOGWARTS GREAT HALL.

I can't right now…

Well technically it was really the Great Hall set at the Harry Potter studio tour in London, but who cares.

Thankfully, Destiny decided to share her experience with us all, via the wonderful world of social media.

The lucky lady shared over 30 pictures from her magical dining experience, and seriously… it looks amazing.

Did I forget to mention that all attendees got wands?

The jealousy is too real!
