Disneyland

We love a sweet treat here in the SHEmazing! office, from unicorn cake pops to Christmas bagels, we rarely meet a confectionery treat we wouldn't try.

Which is why when we stumbled upon these Disney macaroons on Instagram, we knew our lives were complete.

The epitome of cuteness, these treats inspired by our favourite childhood tales are making us seriously nostalgic for our old VCR machine.

Unfortunately you wont find these macaroon morsels in Ladurée any time soon, as these treats are currently only being created in speciality bakeries the world over.

From Disney princesses and princes to anthropomorphic animals, the Disney macaroon trend left no characters out.

Here's some of our FAVES:

It's no secret that we are pretty Disney obsessed, and have fantasised about what life would be like as a princess.

Well, it looks like those dreams could finally become a reality as Disneyland Paris are hosting open auditions in Dublin this week.

Taking place this Wednesday, May 23rd, in Dance Ireland at Liberty House on Foley Street from 10:30am, scouts are looking to find enthusiastic and energetic characters for Disneyland's characters and parade departments.

Candidates must speak English or French, be a minimum of 18 years old and must be available until 6 pm.

They ask that all candidates wear comfortable clothing (to participate in a movement/dance combination) and refrain from wearing makeup.

So, if you think you've got what it takes to be the next Elsa, you better get those dancing shoes on and start preparing your routine.

If there's one thing we know for sure, it's that dogs really are too pure for this world.

Aside from being downright adorable, their loyal and caring nature is often wasted on us mere humans, and honestly they deserve so much more.

And that's not even to mention the thousands of service dogs that devote their lives to helping people with disabilities, whose good work of course earns them and extra special treat every now and again.

Twitter user Nicole Brown spread some joy across the internet this weekend when she posted photos of Labradors and Golden Retrievers stopping for a break while they sported their cutest Disney attire.

It was later revealed that the adorable doggos were from Canine Companions, a service which provides highly trained and skilled service dogs to people with disabilities, particularly autism.

The field trip is just one of the ways the company rewards the dogs for all their hard work, but as well as being a fun day out, it also serves as a fundamental part of their training.

As theme parks are filled withe huge crowds, small children and loud noise, the exercise teaches the dog how to cope in stressful situations.

Our hearts ever never felt so full!

Listen, we recognise that there are loads of important things happening in the world at the moment- from Mr Trump's ongoing issues, to the chaos of Brexit.

But sometimes we just want to read something that will put a smile on our face – and that is what we're here to do.

Public Service Announcement: you can now officially purchase rose gold Minnie Mouse ears, and we are super happy about it.

Thanks to the wonderful people at Disney, some people can take their Millennial pink game to a whole new level.

The gorgeous, Instagram-worthy, ears are practically tailor-made for social media, and they are covered in tiny sequins and topped with a metallic bow.

And while we appreciate that these ears won't save the world, and are not really that important – we love them, and that's all that matters.

People all over the Internet have been going absolutely mad for them also, with countless social media users sharing snaps of the magical ears.

Even Sabrina Carpenter, from Disney’s Girl Meets World, took to Instagram to show off her glitzy Minnie ears.

However, for the moment the ears are only available across the pond – at either California’s Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World in Florida, according to the official Disney Style blog.

HOWEVER, we reckon they'll make their way over to us in the next few months.

Fingers crossed!

"We want to express our sincere thanks to the many members of the Paramount team who have worked with us since we took over the Project in August 2013," said Humphrey Percy, CEO of LRCH.

After confirming they will be liasing with local authorities and stakeholders, Percy said they will be providing the public with an insight into their plan at the final stage of the consultation later this year.

"We are creating a unique entertainment destination offering a scale and quality unprecedented in the UK where much loved characters and stories will be brought to life from iconic movies, television, books, electronic gaming and toys," he explained.

According to The Independent, work on the park is set to begin in 2019 following government approval, and is expected to pull in 40,000 visitors a day.

Thought your job came with some pretty decent perks? Think again.

While you spent this Monday daydreaming about sandy beaches and city scapes, the staff over at the White Moose Café were surprised with an all expenses paid, three-day trip to Disneyland Paris.

That's right, the owner of the popular Dublin café, Paul Stenson, has decided to celebrate its two year anniversary by closing up shop and treating all his employees to a well-deserved weekend away.

To celebrate our 2nd birthday, we're closing the cafe in Jan to bring all cafe staff to @disneylandparis!!!

A post shared by White Moose Cafe (@whitemoosecafe) on

Paul made the announcement after gathering all staff members in the adjoining hotel, Charleville Lodge for a sing-song in honour of the café's second birthday.

“I’m delighted to say we’re now doing very well for ourselves and I want you to give yourselves a round of applause for that. However and it’s not with delight I say this, it’s sadness – In January 2018, the cafe is going to close,” he said.

“Yes, the café in January is going to close for three days because we are going to bring you somewhere”.

Paul then held up a photograph of Disneyland Paris' famous Sleeping Beauty's Castle, asking his team: “Do we all know where that is?”

Of course, the news was met with cheers of shock and joy, with Paul concluding:

“We’re bringing you to Disneyland as a way of saying ‘Thank You’ for all the hard, very very hard work you’ve done”.

Look like we've got ourselves a candidate for boss of the year.

Hilary Duff recently posted a sweet snap of her and four-year-old son Luca Cruz at Disneyland enjoying a cute family moment.

In the adorable photo, Luca is giving his mum a kiss on the lips as they pose in front of the Disneyland castle.

However, some online trolls called the snap "inappropriate" and suggested that mothers should not kiss their children on the lips.

"Oh my…get a room!" said one tweeter.

"I wish Hilary Duff would kiss me the way she kisses her son," said another.

The star responded to the trolls today with a twitter post, requesting that anyone who is "warped" enough to think anything of the kiss to kindly unfollow her.

The actress has received messages of support since the trolls descended, with one saying : "Are people actually saying that? He's your son???? Even if he wasn't it's a child it doesn't matter. People are so dumb."

This year has seen a lot of celebrity relationship drama, so it's nice to see something so sweet on social media right now.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are in Disneyland Shanghai at the moment and for the most part, Ms Perry documented the day on Snapchat.

They were there with Orlando's son Finn, and even went on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. How meta!

If you've been to Disneyland, then it's safe to say the Tower of Terror is one of the best and most thrilling rides in the place.

Well, now you only have a few months to enter The Twilight Zone.

Disney announced today that the epic ride is closing in January 2017 and will reopen as a Guardians of the Galaxy ride…. SMH.

However, as fas as we know the change will only happen in Disney's California Adventure theme park, and the Tower of Terror in Paris and Florida will remain open (we hope).

Leading up to it's closing, the park is planning on throwing a few events around the ride, including 'Late Check-Out' which will take place in two weeks and run until October.

There will be more confirmed leading up to it's departure on January 2, but for now, we're devo.
