You know what I love, more than anything else?

"This whole line is an extension of Urban Decay's matte Beached Bronzers, which launched last year," Steve Kassajikian, the brand's global makeup artist, told Cosmopolitan.

"So Wende (the company co-founder, FYI) wanted to create a collection based off of that. The packaging is inspired by the view outside of Wende’s home, which is right on the ocean."

Hey Wende, can we come for a visit? 

The collection is made up of GORGE lippies, divine bronzers and eye pencils – to name but a few.

Possibly the shining star of the range, the eyeshadow palette is honestly outrageous. 

With eight lovely shades, all inspired by that sweet beach lifestyle, Urban Decay may have actually outdone themselves on this one. 

With regards to the stun palette, "The colours were inspired with warm tones in mind, giving it that beachy summer feel with a touch of aqua," Kassajikian explains.

"They’re deeper toned so they’re not electric, and they go well with the bronze-y feel of summer." 

Lipsticks: "100 Degrees" on the left, "Heatwave" in the centre, and "Tower 1" on the right 

"The collection also comes with two Glide-On waterproof liners," Kassajikian adds.

"I love using a liner like "Lucky," a metallic burnt orange, on the top and bottom lash lines to warm up the eye in the summer; it can also brighten up your eyes if they're brown because the bronze-orange tones bring out the hints of orange in brown eyes." 

 

 

"The formula is super creamy, so you can use them all over the lid or wear them alone or as a base for shadow."

We want you to enjoy Ed Sheeran’s record breaking Irish Tour 2018 so here are few helpful tips ahead of the Cork dates.

 Aiken Promotions have created an Ed Sheeran Irish Tour App which is available now on android and Apple.  It can be downloaded in the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

So here are some of the tips from the lovely folks at Aiken:

The venue will open at 5pm on the show days.

 Please remember to keep your tickets safe and check your tickets in advance to ensure you are attending the correct venue on the correct date.

 Early queueing will not be permitted in the streets around the venue. This is a residential area and we ask ticket holders to please respect the privacy of the residents and respect the local community.

 PLEASE do not bring a bag unless it is totally necessary. People without bags will be Fast-tracked. If you must bring a bag it needs to be less than A4 size. Bags larger than A4 size will not be allowed into the stadium.

 The opening acts for Ed Sheeran at each show will be very special guests Anne-Marie, Jamie Lawson & Beoga. Please check the App and Social Media for Stage times closer to show-days.  All Times subject to change

 Patrons are strongly discouraged from purchasing tickets from any sites other than www.ticketmaster.ie which is the authorised seller of tickets for this event. Purchasing on www.ticketmaster.ie or from a Ticketmaster outlet directly guarantees genuine tickets. Anyone presenting a bogus ticket will be refused entry to the show.

 Under 18’s MUST be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian attending the event who will remain with them and take full responsibility for them throughout the duration of the event. 

There will be FREE-TAG-A-KID safety wristbands which will be available at all the customer care points both outside and inside the venues. The purpose of these wristbands is to help reuniting lost children with parent/guardian should your child become separated from you within the venues.

This is an outdoor event and will take place rain, hail or shine. Please remember to plan for adverse weather conditions and check the weather forecast before leaving home.

Umbrellas are not permitted in the venue. Any large lens professional cameras or any form of video recorder WILL NOT be admitted. Only small 35mm cameras will be permitted.

 Flag poles, selfie sticks, sticks for banners are not allowed. Only small banners of other (A4 or A3 size) will be permitted into the events as anything larger can obstruct the views of other customers.

 Prohibited articles and items are as follows: any article that may be used as a weapon, Bottles, glass vessels, cans, flasks, Frisbees, and related items, dangerous or hazardous items, illegal substances, scooters, skateboards, or other skates. Laser devices, prams/push chairs, inflatable and folding chairs, suitcases, laptops, illegal merchandise items, hampers, and cold boxes, air horns and animals (except service dogs and guide dogs). 

For tickets purchased online: To gain access to the concert you are required to bring your tickets along with the purchasing credit card or a photo/photocopy of the credit card and a valid form of ID to reflect family name. 

For tickets purchased in outlets: Whether you have paid by cash or credit card your name will be printed on your tickets and you will be required to bring valid ID matching the name printed on the ticket, or a photocopy, to gain access to the show.

The venue is well served by public transport. Bus and Rail transport options can all bring you within walking distance of the venue. Plan your journey online from anywhere in Ireland to the venue via www.transportforireland.ie 

There will be signage to direct patrons to the appropriate entrance to your seating or standing area. Follow the coloured route / directions as indicated on your ticket.

A number of schools in the Chicago area have come under fire after it was revealed that female students are bleeding through their clothes because of the strict bathroom rules the charter schools put in place.

The NPR revealed the school’s controversial rules, where students must be brought to the bathroom by an escort.

However, one student explained to NPR that the escorts are rarely ever available.

The students are not allowed to go to the bathroom alone and face punishment if they are caught walking outside of the classroom.

An anonymous student shared, “Who wants to walk around knowing there’s blood on them? It can still stain the seats. They just need to be more understanding."

Female students who are menstruating explained that they have leaked through their clothes because they can’t go to the bathroom to change their pads or tampons.

It has been reported that some schools have introduced a dress code where female students can cover up blood stains by tying jumpers around their waists, but this step is not good enough.

“If a menstruating student has bled through her clothing, she can inform a teacher who will send an email to staff announcing the name of the girl who has permission to wear her sweater tied around her waist, so she doesn’t receive demerits for violating the dress code,” NPR reported.

People have expressed their horror at the treatment of the female students, who are being stripped of their dignity.

Pads and tampons need to be changed every few hours to avoid leaking and discomfort, as well as odours, and in severe cases toxic shock syndrome.

Female students are at risk of toxic shock syndrome if they don't change their tampons regularly. 

As well as health complications, the girls are being stripped of respect and comfort.

Does anyone lese just MELT when they see Kit Harington in all his glory? Because I certainly do. 

Those brown eyes, I cannot be dealing.

Anyway, despite my love for him, I also have a lot of love for his gorgeous wife-to-be, Rose Leslie. 

The pair met while acting alongside each other for Game of Thrones, and fell madly in love (on and off the screen!).

The pair started their romance in 2012, and just last year announced that they were engaged. And so, millions of hearts broke.

However, I couldn't be more delighted for the love birds,a nd honestly cannot wait for the wedding.

Talk about a GOT reunion!

It has recently been revealed that the couple have sent off their wedding invitations, and they are Game of Thrones inspired. 

Screaming. 

A person close to the pair revealed to the Daily Mail: "They organised the wedding quickly because they didn't want information to leak. But putting Kit's face on the envelope might be a bit of a giveaway, at least for postmen across the country."

Wait, WOT?

A special range of Game Of Thrones stamps were released by Royal Mail in the UK earlier this year featuring key characters, and they have been used to send all the wedding invitations. Excellent. 

There are reportedly 200 guests invited to see the actors tie the knot at a Scottish castle.

Here's hoping it's NOTHING like the famous red wedding…

Is there anything better then a cheeky little afternoon tea, of a Saturday?

How about a potion themed afternoon tea, in jolly old London? (Harry Potter vibes!)

Yeah, I know, unbelievable.

Starting on May 3, wannabe wizards will be able to don their robes and take part in a potions class with a difference.

The difference being that there will be tiny sandwiches and booze involved. Hurray! 

The event is held in The Potions Room of the Cutter & Squidge bakery in London.

The website gives a bit of detail surrounding these amazing events: 

"You are invited to attend a Potions Class at the Cutter & Squidge secret School of Wizarding Alchemy, where delicious food and magical potions combine in our wonderful and exclusive world of fantasy."

As a wizard-in-the-making, you will be invited to join the Potion Master to learn some of his secrets in an immersive experience, whilst enjoying a feast for all senses.

During the experience, you will be treated to a delicious sweet and savoury Afternoon Tea inspired by classic British flavours and this, combined with the drinkable and edible potions you will be creating, will ensure that you are bubbling to the brim by the time your class ends! 

MAGICAL! 

The menu also looks delicious, and includes finger sandwiches, Yorkshire pudding, butterscotch biscuits and scones (obviously). 

Tickets cost £49.50 (or £79.50 for a special VIP experience) and can be purchased online. 

The whole event takes 2.5 hours, and is really something not worth missing!

Have you ever wondered what life would be like if you were part of the Kardashian/ Jenner clan? 

Well, I have spent hours lying awake at night, thinking about the Gucci bags, fancy cars and amazing holidays. 

And then I get up in a rainy Dublin, put on my Penneys jeans and get the 47 bus to my job. Sad.

The boss bitch that is Kris Jenner is currently hiring a personal assistant, and please, take my CV right now. 

The matriarch and momager announced this week that she's partnering with Bumble Bizz, the networking extension of the popular dating app, to find her next assistant. 

So all you have to do is swipe right… simples.

What will the job entail?

"The person who generates enough buzz will join Kris Jenner's personal team to work directly with her on daily scheduling and organisational tasks and, without a doubt, benefit from a once-in-a-lifetime mentorship," said Bumble, in a statement. 

Sorry but can you imagine the PERKS that come with this job? 

The fashion and the travel would be worth it alone, I'd almost work for free. (Almost). 

Kris shared the news on her Instagram page, where she posted a screenshot of her Bumble Bizz profile.

She has described herself as an "Entrepreneur, Producer, Brand Builder, Manager," in her bio, "Looking for a Personal Assistant and using Bumble Bizz to connect with candidates. Match with me to see if you're a good fit."

The job would of course be based in California, but honestly, I'll book a one-way flight right now.

Paddy Jackson is said to be ready to sign a cut-price deal with English Premiership side Sale Sharks after the terms of which were agreed by both player and club. 

According to The Telegraph, Jackson's former Ulster team mate Stuart Olding is also expected to sign for the side. 

The paper reports that Jackson has accepted a deal worth around €230k a year – €50k less than he was being paid by the IRFU. 

Both men had their contracts revoked by the IRFU last month after a high-profile rape trial which saw them acquitted of all charges. 

An internal review into the players misconduct found that although they were found not guilty, their actions did not adhere to the game's core values: "Respect, inclusivity and integrity." 

At the time, the IRFU also announced that they intend to ensure that these core values are applied across the board. 

'It has been agreed, as part of this commitment, to conduct an in-depth review of existing structures and educational programmes, within the game in Ireland, to ensure the importance of these core values is clearly understood, supported and practised at every level of the game.'

It is understood that an additional 1,500 women are at risk of being affected by the Cervical Check controversy.

The HSE has shared that the National Cancer Registry registered 3,000 cervical cancer cases in the past ten years, however, only 1,482 of these cases were analysed by the CervicalCheck screening programme.

This means that this group of women may have to have their smear tests audited.

Minister for Health, Simon Harris confirmed that the women were not included in the audit, “Whilst I had previously been advised, and it had been commonly understood that CervicalCheck clinical audit covered all cases notified to the National Cancer Registry, I have been informed this afternoon that this is not the case.”

“I have been informed that a potentially significant number of cases will not have been subjected to an audit of their screening history,” he added.

He stressed that the group who weren’t included in the review had already been diagnosed with cancer, “These are women who have already been diagnosed with cervical cancer and treated as such, but their cases have not been included in a clinical audit."

Simon Harris confirmed that audits will be carried out in the additional cases.

Every woman is entitled to the service and the CervicalCheck helpline number is 1800 454555. The line will open between 9 am and 6 pm.

A distressed mother came into an Emergency Room in a New Zealand hospital, carrying her crying baby. 

Not only did doctors step up to the plate to help the mother, but they also helped in a very special way. 

The head of the Emergency Department took the baby, settled him, and let him sleep on him for a whole hour while attending to patients in a busy hospital. 

Just look at his little face! The accompanying post under the sweet picture read:

"The older of the two featured in this picture is Muir – one of our ED consultants. The little guy was here with his mum and badly needed a snooze.Sadly his mum was unwell and needed some tests.

"I believe several people tried but Muir was the only one able to settle him. So for about an hour the other day our consultant in charge (of the entire ED) was most definitely multi-tasking.

"Just an example of the small kindnesses that happen everyday that often go unnoticed." 

Our little hearts can't take it! 

Not only did Muir continue saving lives, but he saved our day too.

We didn't really need more reasons to hoover up the chocolate, but one of our favourite hot chocolate spots has given us another. 

Butlers Chocolates are joining other businesses in the fight to reduce our plastic waste.

The company took to Twitter to announce that they are now more than happy to give you that complementary chocolate without the little plastic bag.

The tweet was captioned “no bag, no problem.”

Butlers added, “just ask for your free chocolate in your hand and we will happily oblige.”

The initiative already seems like a hit with the Internet, as people have been tweeting the company to applaud the decision.

The supermarket also included a target to make 100 percent of its private label packaging widely recyclable, reusable, refillable or renewable, as well as ensuring that half their materials for the private label packaging are sourced from recyclables, by 2025.

After direct feedback from their customers, they will introduce a number of measures to supply more loose fruit and vegetables, free of plastic.

According to Lidl, they will trial 11 additional loose options, bringing their overall plastic free lines to around 25 percent of the range.

The packaging measures were announced shortly after Lidl had won the ‘Green Retailer Award’ at this year’s annual Green Awards.

The retailer said it will continue to trial the removal and adaptation of packaging and will monitor any impact this has on food waste.

Speaking to Checkout Magazine, J.P. Scally, managing director, Lidl Ireland & Northern Ireland said:

“We have looked at plastic packaging in the context of our wider sustainability commitments and strongly believe that our circular approach will deliver a viable long-term solution without compromising on our ability to deliver exceptional value to customers,

We have listened to the feedback from our customers who are requesting more recyclable packaging and less plastic,” Mr Scally added.

On April 30, we were overwhelmed with 'It's Gonna Be May' memes, and so it was only appropriate that on that same day the men themselves were honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The members of NSYNC appreciated the coincidence, with Lance Bass telling Variety, "Originally, we were going to do this a month before to go along with our 20th anniversary of the first album, but because of Justin’s tour schedule we had to postpone it a month.

"But, it just perfectly happened to be on April 30, and that’s our day."

'It's Gonna Be May' took off as a common mishearing of the lyrics in 'It's Gonna Be Me'. And we have to say, mistaken words are rarely as funny and long-lasting as this beloved meme.

"The first time I saw it, it just cracked me up, because I never really thought about the way that Justin pronounced ‘me’ in the song," Lance explained, "So every April 30 it’s kind of like my favourite day, because it’s my annual May post, and the fans love it."

We're sure the fans also loved the fact that the iconic boy band received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! Lance, Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Joey Fatone all gathered together to celebrate their communal pop career.

During the ceremony, Variety reports that Lance shared a powerful speech on what it was like to come out as gay several years after the pop group had broken up.

"Growing up in Mississippi, in a Southern Baptist church, in a town where everyone knows your business, I had a secret: I was gay," he told the crowd.

"At the time, I thought I'd never be able to tell anyone… I didn't want to jeopardise the careers of [my bandmembers]… I thought if I were to come out, NSYNC would be over.

"So many nights onstage, I'd see young gay fans singing their hearts out, and I wanted so badly to let you know [that] I was you. I just didn't have the strength then."

We are so proud of Lance, and his fellow band members. While they may not have all skyrocketed to Justin's level of fame, we will always treasure the bopping tunes they've given us.

And in case you're wondering what Joey Fatone is up to these days, Rolling Stone says the 41-year-old joked:

"You can also see me performing at Chuck E Cheese's next week." Yep, these guys are tearing up our hearts.
