Apparently you either love or hate peanut butter, and considering that it's the nicest thing on the whole damn planet, we can only assume that those who hate it simply haven't tried it.

There, we said it.

Smooth or chunky, regular or organic; there's little we wouldn't do to get our hands on a jar of that stuff.

And here are just ten things you'll know if you're pretty much obsessed with peanut butter.

1. People who argue the pros and cons of chunky over smooth are mere amateurs, and have yet to attain true connoisseur status.

"Shut up and eat it, or get the hell out of my kitchen."

2. You get used to talking through a Sahara-dry post-peanut sandwich mouth, and it's a price you're willing to pay.

"That sound? Oh. it's just me peeling my tongue from the roof of my mouth."

3. When you discovered the combination of apple slices and spoons of peanut butter, your whole world changed.

"You gotta listen – the dryness of the peanut butter mixed with the crispness of the apple is what this life is all about."

4. You have been known to happily eat it by the spoonful without the aid of bread, crackers or apples.

"Look at me all you want."

5. You've weighed up the cost of jars, and decided that splashing out on a giant tub for a tenner once a week is worth it.

"It's economical, and I'm a genius."

6.  Reece's Peanut Butter Cups are your today, your tomorrow and your forever.

"Remember a time when Ireland didn't have these? It was our darkest hour."

7. You've tried a PB&J sandwich, but secretly lamented the fact you'd have to take up valuable space with some damn jam.

"I'll eat it, and it's good, but this is an unnecessary combo."

8. You've added so much peanut butter to so-called healthy smoothies, you've basically negated the whole process.

"I'm drinking liquidised PB and there's nothing no one can do about it."

9.You have – more than once – sat and considered how different your life might be had you been born with a nut allergy.

"There but for the grace of God, go I…"

10.The fact that some peanut butter can be considered *relatively healthy* never fails to bring you joy.

"Pass that jar. It's time to start looking after myself."

The occupiers of Apollo House have agreed to attend a meeting with the Minister for Housing tomorrow.

The Home Sweet Home group will send a delegation of seven members to meet with Simon Coveney, after receiving an invitation from the Minister.

The invitation came after Apollo House residents created a hard-hitting video directed at the government asking them to come up with a solution for Ireland's homelessness crisis.

The group has published a list of demands that the delegates will bring up at the meeting tomorrow.

The list includes the establishment of 24-hour private rooms for all homeless people for a minimum of six months to aleviate those sleeping on Ireland's streets, and a referendum on the right to housing.

Dublin City Council give the green light to plans to demolish Apollo House just over two weeks ago.

The Apollo House office building, which previously stood empty, is currently being occupied by the Home Sweet Home coalition of housing activists and homeless people.

The building is currently operating to capacity, and provides food and shelter to those in need

The Victoria's Secret Fashion show is still fresh in our minds, from the gorgeous outfits to the lush Parisian setting and that awkward moment between Bella Hadid and the Weekend, it wasn't a show we were going to forget any time soon.

Every year, people watch to see their favourite models, be they Victoria's secret veterans like Candice Swanepoel or newcomers like Kendall Jenner.

There has been some pretty heated debates on Twitter as to who the best Victoria's Secret model is, and while we all have our favourites, getting a definitive answer might clear things up once and for all.

Luckily, data analytics site D'Marie has come up with an algorithm that has done just that.

The algorithm ""compiles over 24 specific metrics from each social media platform that determines an individual's ranking amongst other's in any variety of categories," a D'Marie spokesperson told Fashionista.

So essentially, the analytics tracks the most popular and influential models and ranks them in order.

Wondering who nabbed the top spot? Here's the top five favourite Victoria's Secret models.

We've been told to cut it out and that it's not 'ladylike'… but it turns out cursing isn't actually all bad.

We'll admit that a few 'f*cks' are thrown around the office on a day to day basis (there's a lot of deadlines, OK?) so when we found out about this attribute, we were pretty damn happy with ourselves.

Because do you know what cursing means? Honesty.

Yep, a new study from the University of Cambridge found that those who swear the most, lie the least.

During the research, 276 people were asked how often they swear and their choice curse words.

The researchers also tested the participants' honesty by asking them questions about blaming others, cheating and taking advantage of other people.

Co-author of the study, David Stillwell, told the Daily Mail: "There are two ways of looking at it. You might think if someone is swearing a lot, this is a negative social behaviour.

"On the other hand, they are not filtering their language so they are probably also not putting their stories about what is going on through similar filters which might turn them into untruths."

So basically, if you're around people and you're not afraid to use the F, S or B-bombs, then you're generally not too worried about how you appear in front of them.

A larger study in the Journal of Social Psychological and Personality Science was also carried out recently which studied 74,000 Facebook users.

The researchers studied the amount of times a person would use profanities online, and it pretty much came to the same conclusion; users who kept their language clean wanted to look better online.

So, there you go. The next time your granny tells you to watch your language, don't listen (but by God, don't swear AT her…).

Longing for your dream internship but just don't know where to start?

Well, how does travelling the world on a free, food-and-drink-included cruise sound? Oh, and you'll get paid €3500.00 for it.

One cruise company, Royal Caribbean is seeking a young professional for an "intern-ship," where they create content for the brand's Instagram while exploring all the perks of the ship and its destinations.

Royal Caribbean want an adventure seeker to document their travels on the cruise line for three weeks, and is willing to pay them handsomely for their troubles.

"The candidate will sail the seas capturing incredible content and uncovering amazing stories," according to the Instagram post.

All candidates have to do is post an "extraordinary" travel photo or video on Instagram, tagging @RoyalCaribbeanUK and using the hashtag #ExtraordinaryExplorer, to be in with a chance of being selected.

“Our cruise holidays are filled with extraordinary moments and we want to find a talented storyteller who can help us capture those unique moments and share them through one of the most inspirational social media platforms,” Ben Boudin, Royal Caribbean’s Managing Director in Ireland & UK, told Dublin Live.

So basically they want someone to live the high life while taking breathtaking snaps for social media. Sounds like every millennial's dream.

The vast majority of us are aware of the importance of regularly checking our breasts for changes which may act as an indicator of cancer.

And while many of us check for lumps in breast tissue or changes in our nipples, one Facebook user is urging women to consider the relevance of even more subtle changes.

Taking to social media, Claire Warner, uploaded an image of her left breast which featured a small purple mark on the underside.

The post, which was originally uploaded six months ago but is gaining traction again this week, reminds us that signs and symptoms of cancer are not always as obvious as a lump might be.

"Ok, here goes – the Facebook status and photo I never dreamt I'd be posting – PLEASE READ and more importantly LOOK!" Claire wrote in an upload which has been shared 26,000 times

"This is a picture of my left boob. The small purplish bruise is where I had a biopsy taken," she continued. "The minuscule dimple up and to the left of it is a rare and little-known symptom of BREAST CANCER."

"Blink and you'd miss it. I only spotted it thanks to another post shared by an amazing friend," she wrote.

Claire, who established a Twitter page to document her journey,  assured her followers that it was caught exceptionally early and after surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, she has "every hope of being cured."

Reminding the public to check themselves (and this includes males), Claire finished her post by writing: "If I can help one other person, the way I was helped, then it's been worth showing my soon-to-be-reduced left tit to the world."

"What an amazing, brave, selfless, boobtastic thing to do. Super proud to know your amazing self." wrote one follower.

Jennifer Lopez was granted a temporary restraining order against a “violent” stalker on Wednesday.

According to TMZ, the singer was forced to apply for the legal document against Timothy McLanahan after he repeatedly showed up at her home uninvited.

The 47-year-old has lived in fear of the “transient” who has repeatedly sent her unwanted letters and flowers.

J Lo’s bodyguard stated that the man has previously been convicted with firearm charges and making threats.

Timothy has repeatedly been seen at Lopez residency shows in Las Vegas.

The mother-of-two has said she is afraid for the safety of her two children Max and Emme, and herself.

The judge ruled that McLanahan must not come within 100 meters of the singer and her family.

Whether or not you think horoscopes are a load of old nonsense or not, there's no denying that at this time of the year we all need an extra push to get back in the swing of things when it comes to exercise.

And if you've spent the last 12 months slogging it out in a Spin class and badly needed to switch up your routine in 2017, why not let the astrologers offer some guidance on this one?!

Every starsign has notable quirks and characteristics, and there's nothing to say that you can't leverage these qualities in order to get the best out of your exercise session, right?!
Fire

Aries

Those whose birthdays fall between March 21 and April 19 are known for their competitive nature, so why not put that to the test in a fitness arena?

Sign up for Spin class where you can note your progress at each session or take up a team sport where you really get to channel your inner competitor.

Leo

As a naturally sociable person, solo work-out sessions just don't do it for you.

Allow your bubbly nature to take centre stage in class sessions like Zumba or Pump!

Sagittarius

A fan of the great outdoors, pursuits which take place outside of a sweaty gym studio were made for you.

Biking, hiking and climbing have you written all over it.

Earth

Taurus

If you were born between April 20 and May 20, chances are you're not overly competitive nor do you find overly intense workout sessions particularly appealing.

Take this into account by participating in Barre or yoga classes where you can get your sweat on without feeing like you're under major pressure.

Virgo

Organised and meticulous, Virgos stay motivated by keeping track of their progress – something which can be done with the help of certain apps.

And with so many exercise apps on the go right now, Virgos do best working independently and monitoring their progress with the help of a little technology.

Capricorn

As an ambitious individual, it's important for Capricorns, like Virgos, to able to monitor and track their progress.

Capricorns often prefer working out alone, and running or jogging is considered one of the most suitable workouts for those whose birthdays fall in December and January.

Air

Gemini

Geminis dislike routine so it's vital you switch up your exercises sessions as often as possible to avoid becoming disinterested.

Alternate cardio sessions with pure weightlifting classes and be adventurous when it comes to the types of classes you take. Bikram yoga? Yes. Zumba? Yes. TRX? Yes, yes, yes.

Libra

Like Leos, Librans are very social creatures and thrive in settings which involve other people.

With this in mind, Librans would be advised to take part in group exercise sessions when working out – whether that's with a buddy or in a formal gym class setting.

Aquarius

Often bored by a conventional approach to certain tasks, Aquarians would benefit from martial arts classes which helps to train body and mind simultaneously.

Disciplined and dependable, Aquarians are the perfect student when it comes to this form of exercise.

Water

Cancer

Considered a particularly emotional and sensitive sign, Cancerians benefit from classes which nurture their mind, body and spirit.

Swimming, yoga and Pilates are worth checking out if your birthday falls in May or June.

Scorpio

Known for being fearless and intense, extreme sports often suit Scorpians down to the ground.

Think Bootcamp and Tough Mudder pursuits and you'll be away in a hack!

Pisces

As a water sign it's no surprise that Pisceans often do best in water-based activities.

But as a social soul, swimming lengths alone may not be your thing, so think aqua aerobics for this one.

Several people were injured during a mass violent brawl on Mary Street and Henry Street in the heart of Dublin on St Stephen’s Day.

Bystanders were shocked as the incident unfolded on one of the busiest shopping days of the year and as many as five shoppers are believed to have been assaulted.

A Garda spokesperson confirmed to SHEmazing! that one male was arrested on public order-related offences as Gardai responded to the incident at 7.10pm.

The incident allegedly involved two large rival groups of teenagers, some of whom were armed with knives, and is believed to have been organised via social media site Facebook.

“At one point about 90 to 100 youths came running up the street together. They were all shouting at the same time and filming themselves with their phones,” a Mary Street sales assistant told the Independent.

Officers at Store Street Garda Station are continuing to investigate the gangs.

January is well recognised nationally as the leanest, meanest month of the year.

Christmas has passed, we spent all of our money on pub trips and presents, and our jeans are alarmingly tight.

If there's one sure fire way to cheer ourselves up, it's a holiday, but on our January budgets that's not very likely.

Thankfully Ryanair is stepping up and providing it's customers with a host of cheap flights in January to some seriously covetable destinations.

And when we say cheap, we mean cheap, with seats going for €9.99.

You have to act quickly though, as the sale ends at midnight tonight.

"We’ve put 100,000 seats on sale from just €9.99 for travel on over 200 routes until the end of the month," said Ryanair spokesperson Robin Kiely.

"These sale seats are only available for booking until midnight tonight, Thursday, so customers should log on to the Ryanair.com website and book a January break to look forward to right away."

Destinations include London, Frankfurt, Brussels and Manchester, so booking a city break has literally never been cheaper.
