Snatch is going to be a good great show.

Obviously, when we found out that Rupert Grint and Ed Westwick were starring in a series together, we were pretty damn excited, but two seconds into the trailer when we saw Luke Pasqualino grace the screen, we totally lost our minds.

Possibly three of the hottest Englishmen on TV, yes?

But of course, we're interested in the show for more than the guys. While they may be a factor for why we'll tune into the premiere on March 16, the series looks to be pretty explosive.

Rupert plays the role of Charlie, who clashes with Sonny (played by Ed Westwick). Sonny is "just plain naughty" and portrays himself as the bad guy among the cast.

According to Crackle, Snatch centres around “a group of 20-something, up-and-coming hustlers who stumble upon a truck load of stolen gold bullion and are suddenly thrust into the high-stakes world of organised crime.

We can't wait for Snatch to hit our screens.

After what seemed like the longest pregnancy since the beginning of time, Stephanie Davis has given birth to her first child.

Apparently, she spent 48 hours in labour and welcomed a little baby boy into the world on Friday.

Sharing her thoughts on what she's going to name the baby, Stephanie wrote on her OK! Magazine blog: "I’ve picked my boy’s name! It’s not Albi but that will definitely be a middle name!"

Albi was her grandfather's name, and she previously spoke out about wanting to name her son after him.

She continued: "I’m going to keep it a secret for now, but I will say it’s something different – I’ve not heard it before! It’s like a movie star name.

"We got it when I was getting chatted up with my friends recently, and he said his name when he left – we just all looked at each other and knew, so thanks to him."

Meanwhile, the suspected father of her son, Jeremy McConnell, spoke about Stephanie giving birth to The Sun and said he'd be there for her if he is the father.

"I am delighted that Steph has safely had the baby, of course if he is my son I will absolutely step up and do what I can to support him."

It'll be interesting to see how this all works out!

Much to the dismay of my ettiquette-influenced family, I was not blessed with a naturally refined poise as a child.

A constant spilling of drinks, clattering of cutlery and general snot-nosed tomboyishness haunted my place at the dinner table every evening, and the terms "elbows off the table," "your fork is not a shovel" and "don't speak with you mouth full" became a part of the perpetual dinner time din.

Luckily, I got the hang of it somewhere around fourth class, so my friends and family are now safe from the obnoxious food chewing that persevered through my early childhood.

Orla Brosnan, etiquette expert and founder of the Etiquette School of Ireland, aims to equip people with etiquette skills to suit the modern day.

Etiquette has a bit of a stuffy, Downton Abbey image, but realistically it all comes down to having proper manners, presentation and a few tricks up your sleeve to navigate even the most fancy af of meals.

Etiquette covers a variety of areas, from style, fitness and social media rules to the more traditional dinner table standards, and I was able to sample them all at the Etiquette School's masterclass at the Shelbourne Hotel.

My initial issue was "oh God, what do I wear?" A pantsuit, a pencil skirt, a 1950's fit and flare frock with white gloves and a dainty pill box hat?

I settled for plaid trousers and a black jumper and settled in to the classes, ready for my instruction on how to become a lady with notions.

The master class featured a series of speakers, who sat at dinky little tables in one of the hotel's chandelier draped and gildedly furnished tea rooms, ready to teach the ways of the sophisticated world, speed dating style.

First up was learning how to politely exercise and nurture my body, and the advice was given by Annmarie Murray, who, when she isn't busy being a a Facebook famous fitness babe online, is instructing people on how their posture speaks for them before they have a chance to say a word.

"A strong body is a strong mind. When someone is fitter and more confident in themselves, the more that's going to come across in their day to day lives," said Annmarie, who has trained Olympic athletes in the US.

"The exercise comes into play with posture. People who sit all day and then drive home and sit on the couch, their posture is hunched, the muscles are tight. Just getting out for a walk in the fresh air, doing some stretching, or pilates or yoga, who naturally sit up straighter."

"If you're able to have good eye contact, sit up straight, stand up tall and be open, then people are going to be more open to you.

*Sits up straighter in chair*

Style is a hugely important element to everyone's personality, and discovering what it says about you can be even more important, especially when it comes to things like job interviews and presentations.

Tanya McGilligan, Ireland's leading style and image consultant, was on hand at the master class to judge us all harshly for our chipped nail varnish and handbag choices.

Actually, despite Tanya's sky-scrapingly high style standards, her advice was sound, astute and simplistic. It's all about the classics, dressing for your shape and colouring and making a professional wardrobe work for absolutely everyone.

It was like Trinny and Suzanna had been rolled into one achingly stylish advisor.

"I truly believe that you don't have to spend a lot of money to look good, you don't have to buy expensive things, it's easy to look great as long as you are dressing to your shape and colouring, there's no reason why you couldn't pick that up on the high street somewhere. You just have to spend some time on yourself to get it right."

Online etiquette class videos show young women clip clopping across the room, wobbling in their high heels as they are instructed on how to properly wear and walk in the stilettos, but with backlash on businesses who require their female employees to wear heels happening every week, it seems like high heels could soon be an outdated formal requirement.

"No, they are not a necessity," said Tanya. "It depends on what you are looking for if you want to get a little bit of height there are petite kitten heels, a pump, or wedges look great too."

"I think it's better that people walk properly in heels, than not walking properly. It's better for them to get it right, and then it's their choice if they want to utilise the skill or not."

In regards to tattoos, piercings and eclectically coloured hair, Tanya thinks that people have moved past the negative associations of alternative style.

"I think people have really loosened up, there's a lot of people with tattoos, a lot of people with piercings, and it's a good thing. If I decide to dye my hair black, you should have the right to do the same or wear an earring in your nose. It's a sign of individuality, it's how you want to appear. It's your body."

"When it comes to a job interview, if you feel its going to work against you, take it out. Your main aim is to get the job so if it's going to go against you then… when you get the job you can discuss it with HR."

Of course, the talk turned to trends(what else is going to happen when two fashion obsessed women discuss style): "What's going to be big this year is fuscia and pink, stripes, preferably rainbow stripes, cropped jeans, micro mini bags, slogans instead of logos. Pink is the new camel. The camel coats? Yawn."

Next up, it was time for "netiquette", the online version of perfect table manners.

The basic rules? No phones at the table at any time, not taking calls during meals and no checking your social media in company.

"It's just not polite, it's just not the done thing. I know it's become an very important part of 21st century life but it's not the correct thing to do," said Michael Keogh, who delivers training courses in digital profile management.

As for the likes of social media, we have reached our saturation point for pictures of cats and babies. It is no longer acceptable to force us to coo over an adorable munchkin via the internet or make us endure a slide show of your cat's "funniest" moments.

Hashtags are also super important: "Don't gatecrash the wrong conversation. If you're talking about the Kardashians, you don't need to share it with the rugby hashtag. So just be conscious. " advises Michael.

Also selfie control is key for not looking slightly self obsessed: "If you have a picture of a beautiful statue, take the picture of the statue, you don't need to do a selfie of you beside that statue. It's implied that you took the photograph and you're standing right in front of the statue."

When it comes to selfies, "moderation is key."We definitely know a few people who could use this rule.

Becoming a Tinder goddess, as it turns out, isn't actually that difficult.

"Tinder is really an interesting one. Initially it was seen as really cool, then it was seen as really lecherous, like swiping left or right how superficial can you be."

Tinder has managed to turn that reputation around (kind of) by linking in Instagram and bios to give context and depth to individual profiles.

Tip for pro tindering? Be honest about what you're looking for, "don't say you're a marathon runner if you ran the marathon in 1993 and you have been eating pies ever since."

"Make your English teacher proud, use correct spelling and don't use text speak in your profile. Use an appropriate photo, as long as that photo is a fair and accurate representation of who you are."

Further takeaways involve never using more than three hastags on Twitter (classy),keeping your personal plans under wraps on public social media platforms (trashy) and never going more than three rounds with an online hater.

And as for online catfish? Report them.

Finally, it was time for me to but my childhood-honed table manners to the test as I sat down with the Ettiquette School of Ireland's founder Orla Brosnan.

As we delved into the formalities of how to use formal cutlery (work from the outside in) and why you never clink glasses at a wedding toast (its just not the done thing), Orla explained how important table manners are.

"Young people come into a business dinner with brains to burn, but can let the entire company down if they cant eat correctly."

And when it comes to dating, Orla thinks that if you like a guy, let him pay for the meal with the intention that you will pay for the next one.

And if you don't like him? Go splits so you don't owe him another dinner.

Never put your hands on the table, break your bread, never cut, never go to the bathroom until the main course is cleared, and as far as palette cleansers go, if some lettuce appears, never cut it up, instead roll it up and place it in your mouth whole.

And NEVER take Instagram photos of your food in a fancy restaurant.

You learn something new every day.

I left the Shelbourne ready to embark on my new life as the Princess of Genovia, or at least as a fully fledged lady who now knows how to use a fish knife.

A woman has shared the photo that informed her she had breast cancer before she had even set foot inside of a hospital.

Erin Smith Chieze posted the photo of lemons, each one displaying a physical mark of breast cancer, in a bid to raise awareness of those symptoms visible to the naked eye.

In the post, Erin explained that she was sharing the photo in response to a new social media trend calling on women to post a heart icon on their pages, to raise awareness for breast cancer.

She explained that she first came across this photo in 2015, and when she discovered an indentation similar to that on one of the lemons, she "instantly knew" she had breast cancer.

While Erin couldn’t feel a tumour in her breast, she knew she needed to see a doctor.

She was diagnosed with breast cancer five days later, and her status was placed at Stage 4 a month later.

“A heart did nothing for awareness. I knew what breast cancer was. I knew all about self-exams, but a picture of what to look for keyed me into knowing I had a terminal disease. We need to give REAL information, not cute hearts,” she wrote.

Now, Erin is calling on women everywhere to study the photo and share it with their friends and loved ones.

“If you truly want to help people with cancer, or those who will get cancer, share photos like this one. I wish I remembered who posted the original picture I saw; it truly did make a difference for me,” she added.

Such an important picture, please share it with everyone you know.

With more than 103,000 likes and 33,000 shares, Charmaine Briggs's post on the important role by healthcare assistants has clearly struck a chord with the public.

Taking to social media to dismiss the notion that any one position in medicine is more important than another, Charmaine celebrated the team work which goes into treating and caring for the ill.

"Today someone said to me "Why would you want to be a nurse and wipe people's asses for a living? You may as well just be a HCA" This made my blood boil. No one is "just a HCA" for a start," Charmaine began.

"I've been a health care assistant before being a student nurse and you are your patients only support in some cases. We are the staff with the patients 24/7."

"We are the ones changing the beds, changing our own clothes for the fourth time due to other people’s bodily fluids, the ones mopping up the nosebleeds and cleaning comodes on a loop," she reminded the public.

"We are up close and personal with our patients – we hold their hands when they fear the unknown, we listen to them when they need someone to talk to, we’ve cried with them. We work around the clock 365 days of the year, we sometimes sit with patients who have no family so they simple don't pass away alone."

Highlighting the impact the job has on the individual doing it, she continued: "It is physically and emotionally challenging, and one day you'll need that help from "just a health care assistant" not just when you're old, you don't know what tomorrow holds."

"Nurses save lives everyday. I don't know if people think it is only doctors who save your life but it's really not the case. Everyone comes together as a team and doctors wouldn't be able to do their job without nurses, as nurses wouldn't without HCA's."

"Some people really do need to stop and think what they say to people, as one day you might need that life saving help from the people you run down," she finished in a post which has been widely lauded since its upload at the beginning of the week.

Charmaine has been inundated with messages of support since taking to social media with her message, with one user writing: "Thank you. We HCAs get overlooked and put down a lot. You being a nurse and sticking up for us front line workers really made my day."

The next step explains how to achieve that fabulous, sunny glow: "Using a dense shadow brush, press matte orange shadow all over your lid and top it with a layer of sparkly gold shadow. Grab the matte rose colour you used in the beginning and sweep it along your lower lash line."

And finally, to finish off this sunset look, simply "draw matte burgundy eyeshadow along your upper and lower lash lines, winging it out slightly on your upper lash line."

BOOM: you've got yourself a beautiful sunset smokey eye.

We're serious puppy people here in Shemazing! HQ.

So much so, we literally act like four-year-olds and squeal when our weekend editor sends us pictures of her family's dog. Whatsapp group chats, amirite?

Now, if you own a dog, then you can probably plead guilty to this, because we all do it. We all just can't help talking to our dogs as if they're babies.

Image result for puppy gif

'Ooooh hello there! Who's a good boy then, huh? Who's a good doggy? You areeee, yes, you areee.'

We're all guilty. But, it turns out they actually like it. Well, puppies do. Adult dogs can't really be bothered, tbh.

The Proceedings of the Royal Society B has just published a research article where 30 women were told to repeat the following:

‘"Hi! Hello cutie! Who's a good boy? Come here! Good boy! Yes! Come here sweetie pie! What a Good boy!"

Image result for puppy gif

They each had to record the above paragraph twice; once, in a slow-paced, high-pitched tone (as if talking to an animal) and the second, in their normal speaking voice (as if talking to a human).

The researchers then played those recordings to ten puppies and ten adult dogs.

And as you guessed it, the pups went WILD for the first recording – yelping and barking and running towards the speakers. However, when they heard the second recording, their enthusiastic manner dropped completely.

Image result for puppy gif

When they played the recordings to the adult dogs, well, according to the research all they did was glance at the speaker and look away. Clearly, couldn't give AF.

The authors of the study came up with two reasons for the outcome; one being down to innate receptiveness with high-pitched sounds, which is a genetic characteristic which deteriorates with age. SO, maybe older dogs actually just can't hear the high-pitched noises.

Their other reason was – maybe the older the dog gets the pickier it is with who they want to associate with, and are actively ignoring the annoying sounds that come from us.

We kinda like the second reason because that means our dogs are sassy AF. And we like sassy.

As Sasha and Malia Obama contemplate life beyond the White House, the children of former President George Bush made the decision to reach out to Barack Obama's daughters in an effort to instil excitement about the years to come.

Jenna and Barbara Bush, who also spent eight years in the White House while their father held office, recalled their first meeting with Sasha and Malia in an open letter which was published in Time magazine.

"Malia and Sasha, eight years ago on a cold November day, we greeted you on the steps of the White House. We saw both the light and wariness in your eyes as you gazed at your new home."

"The four of us wandered the majestic halls of the house you had no choice but to move in to. When you slid down the banister of the solarium, just as we had done as 8-year-olds and again as 20-year-olds chasing our youth, your joy and laughter were contagious."

Acknowledging the opportunities extended to the girls during their time in the White Office, Jenna and Barbara continued: "In eight years, you have done so much. Seen so much. You stood at the gates of the Robben Island cell where South Africa’s Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for decades, your arms around your father."

"You traveled to Liberia and Morocco with your mom to talk with girls about the importance of education—girls who saw themselves in you, saw themselves in your parents, saw who they could become if they continued to study and learn."

"You attended state dinners, hiked in national parks, met international leaders and managed to laugh at your dad’s jokes during the annual Thanksgiving turkey pardon, all while being kids, attending school and making friends. We have watched you grow from girls to impressive young women with grace and ease."

And while remembering these incredible moments, the Bush sisters made sure to acknowledge the practicalities of such a high-profile life.

"We know it wasn’t always easy – the two of you and the two of us were teenagers trailed by men in backpacks – but they put their lives on hold for us."

"Now you are about to join another rarified club, one of former First Children—a position you didn’t seek and one with no guidelines."

"But you have so much to look forward to. You will be writing the story of your lives, beyond the shadow of your famous parents, yet you will always carry with you the experiences of the past eight years."

After reminding Sasha and Malia to stay in contact with the individuals who work in the White House, Jenna and Barbara praised them for their loyalty before wishing them the best of luck with their chosen paths.

"You stood by as your precious parents were reduced to headlines. Your parents, who put you first and who not only showed you but gave you the world," they wrote.

"As always, they will be rooting for you as you begin your next chapter. And so will we."

And if anyone needs us, we'll be whinging into our sleeves.

The workplace is a stressful environment.

Even on the best days, you can find yourself becoming irrationally irritated by a colleague (Oh hey, Amber Sherlock) or unduly tense over a looming deadline.

While most of us rant to a partner or vent with friends at the end of a long day, researchers are of the opinion we should actually be tending to our stress levels on office-time.

And how are we supposed to this, ladies? Well, put simply, they advise is to take 'masturbation breaks' when it all get too much for us. No, seriously.

Psychology lecturer at Nottingham Trent University, Mark Sergeant, insists that looking after number one, so to speak, is a 'very effective' way to relieve stress and tension in the workplace.

And he's not the only one.

Psychologist and life coach, Dr Cliff Arnall, thinks we need to bring our A-game on this front, telling The Metro: "Certainly taking a masturbation break for boredom or an escape would increase work focus."

And why?

Well, apparently doing so results in a work force with "more focus, less aggression, higher productivity and more smiling."

Yeah, we think we'll pass, thanks.
