We all know him as Squidward Tenticles on SpongeBob SquarePants, but the voiceover of the rather annoying squid, Rodger Bumpass, has been served with a DUI.

Sources close to the Nickleodeon programme told TMZ that the show's execs don't view a DUI as a deal breaker – but, we suppose half of Hollywood would lose their job if that was the case. 

They told the website that the only basis for firing him would be under a "morals clause," and they don't see a DUI as an immoral act.

He was arrested and given the DUI after police saw his car in the middle of the road. They said he was sitting on the hood of the car and admitted to drinking and driving.

Earlier in the week, Rodger told TMZ that he was worried sick he'd be fired. 

So, fear not, Squidward is still going to grace our TV screens for a very long time.

Many a weekend morning was spent in front of the TV, cornflakes in tow, watching the crazy life of Tracy Beaker.

For many, it was a weekly ritual, and made you want to get up to all sorts of mad things. 

Well, now the former teen star, Dani Harmer, is making us feel rather old, as she has revealed that she's pregnant.

The actress is expecting her first child with boyfriend Simon Brough, and has admitted that she's "always wanted to be a mum."

In an interview with Hello!, Dani said: "I absolutely can't wait. I'm also really nervous. But I guess I just have to take each day as it comes."

Her boyfriend, Simon, also seems to be pretty excited about the upcoming arrival.

"Starting a family is something we've joked about pretty much from day one," he said.

"But we don't want to get married just because we're having a baby. Dani wants the little one to walk up the aisle with us, so we'll have to wait a fair few years for that."

Recently, there's been a mega-trend in overanalysing sweet Disney movies, ultimately making all of our childhood dreams fade into the very bleak distance. 

The most recent has seen Snow White's hopes and dreams come crashing down, along with our own. *Sob*. 

If you haven't seen the movie (who are you?!) we'll give you a little refreshment. Snow White is the tale of a beautiful princess, who is banished away to the woods because the Evil Queen is super jealous of her.

The Queen is so angry at Snow White for being a beaut (over-dramatic, much?) that she goes on to poison Snow White with a magic apple.

Everyone thinks Snowy is dead, including her squad of dwarfs and animals, but then TWIST TIME, a handsome Prince comes along, kisses her, she wakes up and the day is saved. Hurray!

But, according to a fan theory, one Reddit user suggested that this is not how it actually went down. 

According to Scherazade, the Prince isn't her saviour; he's DEATH. Duh, duh, duhhh. 

"Always present, always looming, but never intervening until it's too late. Seen as an escape, but always risky, and she shies away from it when it first tries to embrace her. [Eventually] the Prince as Death saved Snow White, but only after she had fallen irreparably into his embrace through the apple."

However, Movie Pilot roams even deeper than that, and concludes that Prince Charming is actually a really hot Grim Reaper. *Chills*. 

"The Prince's kiss could actually represent him rousing Snow White from the grave to escort her into the afterlife, hence the strange imagery in the sky and the white horse used to lead his princess into the distance."

Childhood ruined? Yep, ours too.

The east coast of the USA fell victim to one of the worst snowstorms on record over the weekend, and one person who got caught in the crossfire was actor Mark Ruffalo.

After losing his phone, wallet and drivers licence 'on the streets of NYC during a blizzard' last Saturday night, the Avengers star put out a last-resort tweet in the hopes of getting it back.

At this point we should mention that he not only offered a reward to the finder, but 'a signed pic,' because he's Mark Ruffalo and he can do that.

A chance to meet Mark Ruffalo, save the day for him AND get a signed photo? Sounds like a good reward to us – and it seems we weren't the only ones:

With so many people on his side, the actor didn't have long to wait until the phone was found – in fact, it took just 18 minutes before the Brown family got in touch with some good news.

And could the tale have ended with a cuter photo? We think not…

Here's hoping the next time he loses his phone is on a trip to Dublin.

A brand new Banksy mural has been created outside the French embassy in London. 

The art shows a young girl, resembling the child from the movie Les Misérables, with tears in her eyes as a canister letting out CS gas is surrounding her.

To the left of the piece is a stencilled QR code, which when scanned by a smartphone, shows the message that Bansky is really trying to send.

A seven-minute video pops up as you scan the code, showing tear gas, concussion grenades, and rubber bullets; It's the recent police raid on the 'Jungle' camp in which French authorities used CS gas to clear people in Calais earlier this month.

It's believed that this is the first time Banksy has used an interactive method to get his point across. 

It comes after French authorities made attempts to take down the 'Jungle' camp, where there is an estimated 6000 migrants, mainly from Syria, after it was deemed unsafe.

The mural is facing the French embassy on a large complex in Knightsbridge which is being turned into luxury shops.

One builder at the site told the Mirror: "I've just arrived at work and saw the press here. It is not very often you come to work and see a Banksy."

Last night, Kanye West got all the gang together to listen to his brand new album (that we have been waiting aaages for), SWISH.

And while they were in the studio, Kourtney Kardashian shared a photo of herself and sister, Kim.

Their banging bodies, we're guessing, were supposed to be the centre of attention, but what fans were more aware of was Kim's face, or rather, what she has done to it. 

Fans and social media fiends argued that there was something off with Kimmy K's nose and eye area, with others saying she got botox in her lips. 

“Has Kim had a nose job?” one Twitter user commented. Another said, “Kim 100% got a nose job.” And one more added, “Jesus! Kim gone overboard on the fillers??"

It could be possible that it's just really bad lighting or a bad angles, but one thing's for sure, everyone is suspicious.

By now, most people know Ken Kratz as the villain in the Steven Avery case; the attorney that was successful in putting Steven – and Brendan Dassey – behind bars for a crime he supposedly didn't commit. 

AND everyone totally ended up hating him at the end when it became known that he was involved in a sexting scandal with a domestic violence victim. 

Well, now the former attorney wants to write a book about the whole case.

According to WBAY-TV, Ken is working on a book of his own, "because the one voice forgotten to this point is Teresa Halbach," the women who Steven and Brendan were accused of killing in 2005. 

"Finally grateful to tell the whole story," Ken told the TV station. 

But, we're a little bit confused about the whole thing. First of all, we understand that Teresa's voice was the only one not heard, but how will Ken know what Teresa had to say about everything? 

And secondly, Ken now wants to work together with Steven to write the book.

Yesterday, Steven's new lawyer, Kathleen Zellner, tweeted a letter that Mr Kratz sent Mr Avery in September 2015.

In the letter, Ken asks Steven, "to be honest about what happened.

"Since I'm the only person who probably knows more about your case than anyone else, I hoped that you would choose me to tell your story to," he wrote.

"Unfortunately, you only want to continue your nonsense about being set up. That's too bad, because you had one opportunity to finally tell all the details, but now that will never happen."

The Jenner sisters have both walked the runway, they have both sat front row in numerous shows, and now it's their turn to wow the crowd at New York Fashion Week. 

The reality stars/designers, who announced their full fashion line last August, will reportedly show their first collection at Fashion Week, and are said to be joining the catwalk shows on February 8.

Elle has also reported that their top model friends, like Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne and Hailey Baldwin will all be walking in the Kendall+Kylie runway.

We wonder how Kanye feels about that.

Coleen and Wayne Rooney have welcomed their third child into the world. 

The footballer and WAG both shared a post on Twitter to announce their new arrival, writing: "Our gorgeous little Boy arrived today!! Kit Joseph Rooney …. 8Ib 1oz. We are all over the moon!!"

Fans were quick to offer them well wishes and congratulations, with one users saying, "Awww! Congrats Coleen! God bless you all."

And another exclaimed, "Massive congratulations to @WayneRooney and @ColeenRoo & the boys on the birth of their gorgeous baby boy."

They couple now have three boys together. What a household that will be!

One of our fave Kardashian sisters, Khloe, has been on talk show after talk show for the past couple of weeks to promote her new programme, Kocktails With Khloe, but it seems that it has done little to get her viewers attention.

The reality star's new TV show debuted last week, but amid reports, it absolutely flopped, and it seems that fakery is to blame.

"Producers said that the first episode felt contrived,” an insider told RadarOnline. “They are not loving the way that it turned out.”

And, Khloe's (small) audience felt the same way, taking to Twitter to rant about the show.

One user said, "This is what trends? 2016 is already starting to s**k. America is going downhill fast."

While another mentioned, "I need to stop watching #KocktailsWithKhloe before she’s not my fav Kardashian anymore. What is this sh*t?”

However, Khloe did make up lies just to get attention, and said that her sister, Kendall Jenner, was pregnant.

“The whole Kendall thing was staged by Khloe herself because she knew that it would grab headlines,” said the source. “And it did.”

The source then added,“the drinks that they all are drinking, for the most part, are not even alcoholic!”

It seems like Khloe is going to have to fight to keep her show on the air!

Sunday nights can be tough. You ALWAYS have that dread of knowing Monday is tomorrow and your weekend is nearly over.

So, why not forget about all that and delight yourself with this glorious, boozy, coconut hot chocolate. Sounds unreal, right?

It's super simple to make and you probably have most of the ingredients in your kitchen:

Ingredients:

  • 30ml rum
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes (plus more for serving)
  • hot chocolate mix (if you can get white hot chocolate mix, even better)
  • coconut milk
  • whipped cream for serving

Method:

1. Prepare your hot chocolate with coconut milk, making sure there's no lumps left from the mixture. Leave to one side.

2. Then combine the rum, toasted coconut flakes and hot chocolate. Stir well.

3. Pour into a mug and dollop whipped cream on top. Sprinkle leftover coconut flakes and hey presto! You're good to go.

Now, all you need to do is get into your pjs, and snuggle up with some Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Sound.
