Irish boyband, Hometown, have announced that they are taking a break from music.

The band, who were formed in 2014 by Louis Walsh, released a statement to say that due to circumstances "out of their control" they have decided to pursue individual interests.

In a Facebook post on the band's page, it read: “A message for our fans… Hi guys, first of all we want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for all the support over the last 3 years.

“We have done some amazing things, from number one singles to sold out shows, trips around the world and so much more, and it’s all down to the support you have all shown us.

“We regret to say that at this point in our career we have decided to take a break and pursue our own thing individually.

“We hope you all understand that it is not a decision we have taken lightly but due to many things out of our control it is the best thing for us at this moment in time.

“We can’t express enough how much we appreciate everything you’ve done for us, our lives have changed so much and we can’t wait to take you on our individual journeys.

“As a band we remain the best of friends and look forward to supporting each other in whatever we go on to do.

“Thank you all for taking the time to read this, and again, we hope you understand. Lots of love, Brendan, Cian, Dayl, Dean, Josh and Ryan.”

While British Vogue recently took the (long overdue) opportunity to celebrate American model Ashley Graham, it seems countless fashion houses decided to ignore the opportunity.

In a move which shines a light on the unrealistic beauty ideals propagated by many in the fashion industry, British Vogue editor, Alexandra Shulman, revealed that the publication had difficulty finding designers who were willing to style the plus-size model for the shoot.

In her editor's letter for the iconic publication, Alexandra admitted that while Coach were more than happy to participate, the same could not be said for other major fashion brands.

"It seems strange to me that while the rest of the world is desperate for fashion to embrace broader definitions of physical beauty, some of our most famous fashion brands appear to be travelling in the opposite – and, in my opinion, unwise – direction," she wrote for the magazine's January edition.

Ashley has, in the past, spoken of the impact she hopes to have on young girls, saying: "Growing up I didn't have curvy role models, mainly because I didn't see enough curvy women represented in major ads."

And while Ashley was indeed dismissed by brands for her recent Vogue shoot, she has previously said that she thinks the tide is, in fact, turning.

The model, who has had a Barbie created after her, said: “Now we're seeing curvy women on runways, on magazine covers and in major advertising campaigns alongside "straight size" models."

"We're seeing more inclusivity when it comes to size, and we have to continue featuring more and more diversity," she added.

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like Alexandra Shulman is as optimistic as Ashley.

They were the years of boyband success, Juicy tracksuits and of course, Nokia phones.

Sia has called an end to her marriage with film maker Erik Anders Lang.

The pair are separating after two years of marriage.

In a statement to People, the couple said: “After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple.”

“We are, however, dedicated to remaining friends. There will be no further comment.”

The couple were married in a private ceremony at the star's home in August 2014.

Sia, who is notoriously shy of fame and hides her face from the public, has written songs for the likes of Beyonce, Rihanna and Katy Perry, and is now best known for her own hits.

Sia has been nominated for seven Grammy awards in total, including Best Pop Vocals and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at this year's ceremony.

Aw ladies, prepare yourselves for this one.

Right, so we all know that when it comes to a woman's beauty routine, she needs time, space and people to understand that compromise on this matter isn't going to fly.

So, when married nurse, Kari, from the United States found herself jostling for room with her husband and young son on the daily, she had a word and explained that she was going to need people to back up if she was going to get through her morning routine without a meltdown.

And Kari's (glorious) husband, Todd, took his wife's words to heart and created a walk-in vanity closet for her.

Yeah, we know.

Taking to Twitter to showcase the transformation, Kari's sister Molly wrote:" My sisters husband turned a closet into a vanity for her. I NEED ME A MAN LIKE THAT."

Speaking to Buzzfeed, Molly explained that she lent Todd a hand in designing the incredible room, saying: "Todd said he did it to make her happy and he loves making her happy."

"Kari said the best part about the closet vanity is that if she’s in a rush and doesn’t have time to clean up she can just shut the door," Molly added.

Unsurprisingly, Twitter has fallen all over themselves, with one user writing: "Oh sh*t. I have a spare closet in my bedroom. Now I have an idea."

"Patiently waiting for this to happen to me," added another.

Us too girl, us too.

A cosmetics line has become the hallmark of success for reality TV stars like Kylie Jenner, Megan McKenna and Chloe Ferry, and now Charlotte Crosby is jumping on the beauty bandwagon.

Charlotte Crosby has never been shy about her beauty routine, sharing stories of her cosmetic surgery and giving tutorials to help us achieve her look.

Charlotte has established a pretty lucrative career for herself as an original Geordie Shore cast member, and now the reality TV star is branching out into cosmetics.

The 26-year-old has created cosmetics line called Flique which has just launched on the Easilocks website.

The star described the collection as "luxurious, affordable and cruelty-free" in an interview with the Daily Mail.

The collection includes a contour palette, a highlighter kit and two bright and beautiful eye shadow palettes.

Charlotte, who is a big fan of the Kardashian-Jenners, has priced her eye shadow kits at €41.07, even pricer than King Kylie's which go for about €38.

However, Charlotte fans are not put off by the price tag, with comments on the Flique Instagram page saying "need to get my hands on these" and "amazing!"

Others aren't quite as convinced, with one Twitter user questioning the amount of reality TV stars who have expanded into the beauty business.

Jedward made it big on the X Factor in 2009, but since then it's fair to say that they haven't been as in demand as they used to be.

It was reported earlier this year that their entertainment business made a massive loss, but then they regained a little bit of attraction with the release of their new single, Hologram.

An insider told the Daily Star: "Jedward caused chaos when they were in the house five years ago and viewers loved it.

"Producers were really keen to get them back, they know they are TV gold."

It’s one of the great debates of our time, and judging by the following map, it looks like we’re not going to be settling on the correct pronunciation of the word ‘scone’ any time soon.

CraveTV amy schumer inside amy schumer hmph shucks

People tend to teeter along the line between a word that rhymes with ‘cone’ or ‘gone’, and it seems as though it's all determined by where you live.

Some genius has created a colour-coded map of the Republic of Ireland and the UK, documenting what we refer to our favourite sweet-bread treat as.

According to the map, the more orange your area is, the greater the number of people who pronounce the word like ‘gone’; and if you’re living in a largely blue area, you’re more likely to pronounce it like ‘cone’.

Checking out our spot on the map, in Dublin, it looks like we’re set as a ‘cone’ area, while you’re likely to get a dirty look if you pronounce it any other way in the likes of Kerry, Clare and Galway, too.

It’s not that big a surprise to see that the majority of the United Kingdom enjoys an afternoon tea treat that rhymes with ‘gone’ – that’s how it’s always been in the period dramas!

Right, now that that’s sorted, we can get back to global warming and Trump.

This morning, Cruz Beckham's new Christmas song "If Everyday Was Christmas" became available to download on iTunes and Spotify, with all proceeds will be going towards a charity called Make Some Noise.

The 11-year-old created new social media accounts to promote his intended singing career.

However, TV personality Piers Morgan was less than impressed with the child star, and criticised the celebs on Good Morning for trying to "exploit their family for commercial gain."

A photo posted by Cruz Beckham (@cruzbeckham) on

"There’s just one problem with all this: Cruz is only 11 years old and has absolutely zero proper musical training or experience," he said, in a piece for the Daily Mail.

"He’s only been able to release such a high profile pop record – all in the name of ‘charity’, naturally – because his parents are David and Victoria Beckham."

A photo posted by Piers Morgan (@thepiersmorgan) on

"Even by Beckham standards, pimping their 11-year-old son out to the pop world is a new low," he continued.

"For what it’s worth, I’d say that Cruz sounds like most other 11-year-old boys who fancy themselves as singers: fairly squeaky and quite annoying."

Harsh Piers, harsh.

No matter how many followers you might amass or how many likes you might get, we all know we're only one false move away from having it ripped out of us by a sarky sibling on Instagram.

Whether it's slagging our tribute to the best coffee in Ireland, mocking our 'doors of Dublin' collage or calling us out on our questionable poses, Instagram and siblings rarely mix… as Made in Chelsea's Louise Thompson was reminded yesterday.

Family day out for the grandmothers 80th. @louise.thompson

Only mad to take the p*ss out of his sister, Sam Thompson decided to recreate one of her looks, and Instagram can't get enough.

Sharing a split screen of himself and his sibling rocking the same emsemble, Sam wrote: "After the past months barrage of @louise.thompson instagrams…I think it's time I took some serious piss!"

"So here we go! Gliding into 2017 wearing our Lacey #axparis dresses," he added.

The post, which has clocked up almost 40,000 likes in less than 24 hours, won't have done much for Louise's rep, with users only dying to see more of Sam's splitscreen shots.

"Hahahahaha that's brilliant," wrote one while another added: "Haha haha oh my days! This is brilliant!"

Alerting Instagram to Sam's carry-on on Snapchat, one social media user wrote: "He's so funny. lol u should see his Snapchat he's always slagging Louise." (sic)

Soz Louise, but LOL.

Holly Willoughby was in her element on This Morning as she spent time with newborn babies and their mothers during a special episode.

The host even joked that she may never return to her day job and pursue a midwifery position instead.

However the mum-of-three came under fire as she was shown holding newborn baby Mei before Mei's own mum had a chance to hold her.

Holly gave the baby a cuddle as mum recovered from an emergency c-section.

"She's just so special, so magical," she said as she cradled the newborn.

However, This Morning viewers weren't happy with the show, and said that Holly should have waited to hold baby Mei until after her mum had.

Holly fans were quick to point out that This Morning had probably gotten permission from the recovering mum before the interview.

During the show, Holly also caught up with midwife of 16 years, Sylvie Wachtendorff who helped her learn to breastfeed her own son Harry.

"Sylvie spent a good 20 minutes with me, helping me to feed him. And he was my best feeder," she said.

The final instalment of Saved By The Bell aired in 1994 with a two-hour TV movie – Save By The Bell: Wedding in Las Vegas.

We saw Zach and Kelly get married after all those years as their BFFs Screech, Slater, Jessie and Lisa watched on.

But twenty years later, where do you think the characters are? Well, former executive producer of the show, Peter Engel thinks he knows.

While speaking to TV Line, Peter imagined: "Zack would probably be the host of a game show or talk show, or he'd be managing a hedge fund; Slater would be a high school football coach.

"Screech would be Bill Gates; Jessie would have just lost to Donald Trump; Lisa would probably be Vera Wang, or a buyer at Neiman Marcus; and Kelly would be married with children and have a cooking show on the Food Network, which [Tiffani Thiessen] has — and I watch!"

However, when it comes to Zach and Kelly's romance, Peter believes their end wasn't so sweet.

When asked if they would still be married, he said: "Probably not …Well, they'd be married — but not to each other."
