Piers Morgan SLAMS Cruz Beckham’s charity Christmas song

This morning, Cruz Beckham's new Christmas song "If Everyday Was Christmas" became available to download on iTunes and Spotify, with all proceeds will be going towards a charity called Make Some Noise.

The 11-year-old created new social media accounts to promote his intended singing career.

However, TV personality Piers Morgan was less than impressed with the child star, and criticised the celebs on Good Morning for trying to "exploit their family for commercial gain."

"There’s just one problem with all this: Cruz is only 11 years old and has absolutely zero proper musical training or experience," he said, in a piece for the Daily Mail.

"He’s only been able to release such a high profile pop record – all in the name of ‘charity’, naturally – because his parents are David and Victoria Beckham."

"Even by Beckham standards, pimping their 11-year-old son out to the pop world is a new low," he continued.

"For what it’s worth, I’d say that Cruz sounds like most other 11-year-old boys who fancy themselves as singers: fairly squeaky and quite annoying."

Harsh Piers, harsh.
