It looks like Perrie Edwards just wants to let it all out!

Perrie was engaged to the former One Direction star for years – until their split in August 2015 – and now, that gal wants to sing about it.

According to The Sun, the blonde beauty has been in the studio non-stop and Little Mix want their new album to be about dealing with love and heartbreak.

Jesy Nelson told the paper: "I think it’s always easier to write about your experiences through music because more people can relate to them anyway.

“It is a lot more mature, this album. There’s a lot of things that have been said that perhaps nobody has heard yet, if you know what I mean.”

Jesy also said that the band's fans will know what the songs are about.

"I think it's pretty obvious," she said. "I think all the songs are very relatable to girls, and our fan base in general."

A parent massacres their children and their spouse, before then killing themselves – in recent memory alone it’s a brutal scenario painfully familiar to dozens of communities around this country.

Towns in Wexford, Cork, Tyrone, Limerick – and now, Ballyjamesduff in Co Cavan – all rocked by familicide: a truly monstrous crime worthy of the harshest, most merciless condemnation.

Of course, it’s unlikely that all the resulting reporting, commentary, evaluation and reflection on social media, in print and online will pinpoint what moment or moments in the 40-or-so years of Alan Hawe’s life lead him to do what he did.

So instead, here’s what is known: we know that three children – Liam, 13, Niall, 11, and six-year-old Ryan – all went to sleep on Sunday evening. And we know that they never woke up because their father violently killed them in their beds.

We know too that he stabbed to death his primary school teacher wife, Clodagh. Then finally, he killed himself.

On a weekend in August surrounded by people who must have loved him and trusted him implicitly – that man single-handedly extinguished four bright futures.

Clodagh, Liam, Niall, and Ryan were just a few days ago in their home, a place where they should have been protected and happy.

This evening, their grieving wider family not only have to grapple with the catastrophic circumstances of their passing, but they also have to weather what amounts to nothing short of the martyring of Alan Hawe.

Here are just some of the words used by national media to describe him: ‘successful’; ‘upstanding’; ‘torn’; ‘normal’; ‘highly-respected in the community’, and ‘tragic’.

One local public representative went as far to call him ‘quiet and a real gentleman’. A neighbour shared that he was ‘very obliging’. Someone else managed to stress that he was fundamentally a 'good father' (really?).

And it is amid all this misguided fawning that Clodagh herself has been forgotten.

So much so, in fact, that Women’s Aid re-ignited its #StolenLives hashtag, while the National Women’s Council championed the Twitter trending #HerNameWasClodagh.

As that latter charity highlighted on social media earlier today, ‘minimising’ the actions of Alan Hawe only ‘enables the shame and silence which allows violence against women to flourish’.

Is there a stigma around mental health in this country? Probably. Could more be done? Absolutely. Do men find it more difficult to seek out support? Statistics very much suggest so.

But let’s not wave away accountability with nondescript sentiments of ‘oh he must have been a tortured soul’.

'Lots of people, men and women and non-binary people, struggle with mental illness,’ says writer and editor Linnea Dunne in a moving blog post on the Hawe deaths. ‘But it takes more than mental torture to brutally murder your own children.’

So instead let’s ask ourselves this: if an alcoholic man got into his car and mowed down and killed a mother and her three kids on a rural road one Sunday evening in August, our response would hardly be ‘we need to take a step back and talk about addiction’.

That man in Co Cavan is first-and-foremost a murderer; because of him Clodagh, Liam, Niall, and Ryan are all dead.

And no amount of ‘let’s discuss mental health problems,’ will change that.

Kerry Katona and Brian McFadden celebrated their eldest daughter's 15th birthday today, and as some parents do, showered her with posts on social media.

However, the 15-year-old was not happy with a picture her mother shared of her.

Taking to Twitter, Kerry wrote: "Can't believe my first born is now 15! She's turned into a beautiful young woman! @123_mollymc happy birthday xxxx."

Along with the message, the former singer posted a black and white selfie of her child – but Molly wasn't happy.

Within a few minutes, Molly commented on the photo, asking her mam to delete it.

"I hate this photo delete delete delete," she wrote.

We'd say Kerry will think twice about sharing a photo next time!

Let's be real, we all love pizza.

When we eat it, it motivates us to go to the gym, but did you know it's also a great motivator for work?

In Dan Ariely's new book Payoff: The Hidden Logic That Shapes Our Motivations, he discovers that pizza can actually increase productivity in employees.

Dan conducts a study involving some factory workers at Intel in Isreal. He split the employees up into three separate groups. He promised one group a voucher for pizza, the next group a cash bonus and the third group a compliment from their superior.

And among the three awards, guess which won? The pizza voucher, of course.

In fact, the workers that were promised the pizza continued to perform better all week.

Now if that doesn't motivate you, we don't know what will.

Things have gotten hot and heavy between Justin Bieber and Sofia Richie, but big sis Nicole isn't too happy about it, apparently.

According to Radar Online, the former wild child is concerned that Sofia might get caught up in all the Hollywood madness and spiral down a bad path.

A source close to the star said: "Nicole is flipping out right now over the fact that her sister Sofia is dating Justin Bieber.

"Nicole told Sofia that she is just setting herself up for disaster and it has caused a huge rift between the two sisters.

Instagram is probably our favourite social media site, but one thing that everyone finds annoying is the way we can't zoom in on pictures.

If you have a big spot on your face and want to hide it, it's probably a good thing, but if you want to see something close-up, it can be really annoying.

But now we can rejoice because IG has just announced that from today on (on iOS), it will have a zoom feature. Hurrah!

Instagram's statement said: "Starting today, you can pinch to zoom on photos and videos in feed, on profiles and on Explore. Dive into an adorable puppy’s smile or into every detail of your friend’s new shirt.

"Over the past six months, you’ve seen many exciting changes come to Instagram, from a new icon to longer videos and even a new way to share everyday moments with Instagram Stories.

"And as things change, we’re still focused on improving the core parts of Instagram. Zoom is available today for Instagram on iOS. Zoom will be available on Android in the coming  weeks."

Amazing!

We once thought swapping white toast for a bowl of granola was total health goals, but the more we learn about that crunchy golden goodness the more we find ourselves eyeing it suspiciously in the cereal aisle.

And any notions we may have had about switching it back from a weekend brunch to a daily dish – cos treat yourself, you know? – have been officially dashed after dietary experts reminded us that it contains enough sugar to be considered a dessert.

A dessert, ladies.

According to a report in The Independent, the original granola recipe created in 1863 by Dr. James Caleb Jackson bears no resemblance to the sugary concoction we know and love today.

Speaking to the New York Times, registered dietician, Cassie Bjork, highlighted the inconsistency which exists between the perception the public has of the foodstuff and the perception experts have.

"When I think of granola, I think of piles of sugar," she admitted when explaining why she has it listed as one of the main foods to skip on this year.

"It’s advertised as a healthy choice. But the reality is that it’s usually not," she added.

First gin and now granola – Can we have nothing?!

Any regular Gogglebox viewer will know that the show's narrators play as much of a role in the reality programme as its cast of TV addicts.

From the late Caroline Aherne's deadpan delivery to Craig Cash's confused-sounding narrative, the UK show's narrators set the tone for each scene before cast members made it their own with a host of hilarious one-liners and bizarre behaviour.

And if you – like us – have been waiting with bated breath to hear who got the coveted spot for the Irish version of the Channel 4 show, the time has come.

Deciding not to leave us in suspense, TV3, who will be airing the show in September, announced that Deirdre O'Kane and Mrs Brown's Boys star Rory Cowan are set to report on the telly habits of families, couple and friends up and down the country.

Commenting on the highly-anticipated show, TV3 bosses said: "The show promises an eclectic mix of characters that audiences will both love and love to hate."

Hate? But we don't hate ANYONE on the British version….

If you didn't already know how truly loved Gene Wilder was by his peers and public, this week has confirmed it for many of people.

Following his passing at the age of 83 on Monday, millions have taken time to pay tribute to the original Willy Wonka, and it's made for some seriously spine-tingling moments here at SHEmazing! HQ.

From Coldplay adding Pure Imagination to their set-list to Stephen Fry's touching farewell on Twitter, Gene's legacy was almost unparallelled.

Remembering the impact the actor had on him personally and professionally. James Corden recalled a meeting he had with the star, and by the looks of things it's not an occasion the British host will ever forget.

Have a look at this.

When Agyness Deyn first came on the scene, she was praised for her quirky sense of style and don't-give-a-f*ck attitude.

And if you go by her wedding pictures, it seems like she's still that stylish girl that we all loved.

In pics taken by her designer BFF, Henry Holland, the dress has a subtle hint of pink running through it, with sheer sleeves and a tulle skirt.
