The daughter and father duo will be joined by former England footballer Peter Crouch and his model wife, Abbey Clancy for the fundraising telethon.

If you've been living under a rock and have no idea what Gogglebox is about – the Dyers and other famous faces will be giving their views, opinions and general chit-chat about this week's telly.

The two will join the likes of singer Liam Gallagher, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and Ed Sheeran, on the list of celebs who have sat on the sofa for the charity event.

If their Skype chat in the Love Island villa is anything to go by – they should be very entertaining.

Among some of our favourite TV shows is Gogglebox; both the Irish and UK versions.

The British version has been with us for years and we feel like we're the TV watchers' next door neighours.

And then there's the Irish version that only came on the scene last year, yet with its Irish charm, it's captured the heart of many.

There's something that can be said for Irish charm, and one of the best TV moments had to be Teresa Mannion's 2015 weather forecast.

Yep, this one:

Well, a little ode was made to Teresa in Gogglebox UK this week when two sisters, Ellie and Izzi retorted her 'don't make unnecessary journeys' speech when they were watching TV.

The news that Scarlett and the Moffatt family would no longer grace our screens surprised us all.

Mainly because, well, they're gas craic and one of our fave families on the show.

Apparently, because of Scarlett's I'm A Celeb fame, the family got too big for the show and had to be axed, yet no confirmation of this has been announced yet.

However, it looks like their replacement has already been made.

Say hello to Z and Saffire, a couple who have previously been on a number of UK TV shows, including; Britain's Got Talent, Coach Trip, Chopping Black and Judge Rinder.

Gogglebox bosses haven't confirmed anything yet, but Z and Saffire told OK! Online that they are indeed joining the show later this year.

We were sad to hear that as a new series of Gogglebox begins filming, one family that won't be sitting on the couch is the Moffatts.

The producers of the show are giving the excuse that Scarlett is too well-known now and it would effect how people see her parents.

The brunette beauty originally took time off the show to film I'm A Celeb last year, and it was thought she'd eventually make her way back to the TV-watching series.

A spokesperson for Channel 4 told The Sun: The Moffatt family will not be appearing in this series.” While an insider told Sunday People: “The whole premise of Gogglebox is normal people commenting on the TV.

“Scarlett is now a celebrity in her own right, so it made sense she wouldn’t continue.”

We're sure going to miss their banter on the show.

While 2016 has been an absolute sh*tshow for most, Geordie lass, Scarlett Moffatt, has watched her career go from strength to strength over the last 12 months.

Not only did she find time to throw out classic one-liners on Gogglebox, pen a best-selling book and embark on a new fitness and nutrition plan, she was also crowned Queen of the Jungle in this year's I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.

Not bad for one person, right?

But it doesn't sound like Scarlett, who also netted herself a job on Capital FM, is about to stop now…especially if emerging reports are anything to go by, anyway.

With the Great British Bake-Off currently seeking new hosts following Mel and Sue's decision to leave the much-loved programme, rumours have begun circulating that the Gogglebox star is in the running for the position.

"Scarlett is now a serious contender – she opened a lot of eyes to her potential on I’m a Celebrity," a source said recently.

"She is young, very funny and just the type of presenter Channel 4 are looking for to front their version of the show."

"Scarlett may be inexperienced but the thinking is she could be paired with a more senior co-host," the insider added.

How amazing would Scar be in that role?!

Gogglebox is one of our favourite shows on TV at the moment, but fans were left shocked and surprised when one of our favourite stars was missing from our screens this weekend.

Sandra and Sandy have warmed the hearts of many since their beginning on the show, so when Sandy was replaced by Sandra's daughter last night, many questions were asked.

The fans flocked to Twitter to try to get answers as to where Sandy went, with people thinking she's either left the show for good or it was just a once-off.

It's still an unsolved mystery at the moment, but for now, here are the best Twitter reactions from the episode:

When we heard Luke Crodden didn't meet Scarlett Moffatt at the airport after she was crowned Queen of the Jungle in this year's I'm a  Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, we were far from impressed. but it turns out there was more to the decision than meets the eye.

While being interviewed on her homecoming by OK! Magazine, the couple revealed the circumstances surrounding their reunion, and it seems the couple's pet dog, Bonnie, meant he was unable to make the tearful reunion in the Arrivals hall.

Explaining why he didn't show up, Luke said: "Because I had our dog Bonnie and I had so much stuff to take over to her parents."

But once they did finally find themselves in the same location, Luke struggled to hide his emotions, saying: "I basically kicked the door through to get to her. I ran into the sitting room, grabbed hold of her and didn’t let go for the rest of the night."

Admitting he cried after seeing Scarlett in person for the first time in almost a month, he added: “I was going to say no I wasn’t, but aye, I was.”

Chiming in, the Gogglebox star revealed there was a pair of them in it, saying: "Yeah, we couldn’t stop crying when we were reunited. It’s the longest we’ve ever been apart. Never, ever again."

Celebrating his girlfriend's triumphant return, Luke went all out on the food front, and stocked up on Scarlett's favourites.

"When I got home me and Luke ordered two pixies, chips, doner meat, loads of garlic sauce and chilli," Scarlett said. "And Luke bought us some bourbon biscuits, custard creams, chocolate digestives and Hobnobs."

“He was my Prince Charming, coming round with a bag of biscuits," she added.

Sounds like our kind of lad.

Scarlett Moffat emerged from the I'm a Celeb jungle last week to be crowned the winner of the entire show.

The author and fake tan fanatic found fame thanks to her hilarious one-liners and relatable personality on hit TV show Gogglebox, which shows people's reactions to various television shows.

On the most recent episode, the Gogglebox stars watched as Scarlett won the I'm a Celeb… crown, which includes a cash prize of £1 million.

The Gogglebox families were slated online for their reactions to the reality TV star's win, as most families didn't react very positively when the 24-year-old emerged the winner.

"Could The Michaels have been less pleased at a fellow Goggleboxer's win on I'm A Celeb…? Petty jealousy #Gogglebox," one fan tweeted.

"You'd think the Gogglebox lot would be excited for Scarlett their reactions were so dim & full of envy," said another.

However, some Gogglebox fans didn't agree with the criticism, with one tweeter saying: "People are trying to create drama, the reaction to Scarlett winning from the families on #Gogglebox was nice. I didn't detect any 'jealousy'!"

Scarlett sacrificed her place on Gogglebox to appear on I'm A Celebrity…, though she admitted she hopes to return to the series.

The cool reaction comes after viewers took to Twitter last week to voice their opinions about I'm a Celeb… being a fix.
