#RunAwayWithMeme is the Carly Rae-Jepsen hashtag we never knew we needed.

If you haven't spotted it on Twitter and Vine yet, it basically involves splicing the opening chords of Carly's song Run Away With Me over different videos.

Like this GENIUS version with Xtina…

Or this Simpsons one…

But the best (and most Irish) #RunAwayWithMeme efforts we've seen yet were inspired by today's 1916 Easter Sunday Parade.

Just LOOK:

And again:

Kudos to Twitter user Patrick Kavanagh for these. And if you still haven't had enough, here are a few more of our faves…

TOO GOOD.

An investigation is underway into the deaths of a man and a young boy after the discovery of two bodies in a Dublin stream.

A passer-by notified police at around 3pm today after seeing evidence of the bodies in the stream, which is part of the Royal Canal at Ashington in Dublin 7.

The area has been sealed-off and the state pathologist has been alerted.

Train service on Irish Rail's Maynooth line stopped following the discovery but has since resumed.

According to the Irish Independent, it's believed the bodies may have been there "since last night."

More to follow.

Easter Sunday is pretty much the only day of the year when it's universally acceptable to eat chocolate for breakfast, lunch AND dinner. And one person who's been taking advantage of the chocolate free for all is Amy Huberman.

The famous mum-of-two took to Instagram this morning to share a snap of her protein-packed eggy breakfast… kinda.

"An egg a day is okay," Amy wrote alonside a snap of a massive chocolate egg sitting atop her egg cup.

And the Easter puns didn't stop there, as Ms. Huberman posted yet again a few minutes later, this time pulling silly faces and praying that an "Easter-ly wind" didn't leave her stuck like this:

Another one for the pun-ny books, just like last year's effort, "egg on toast":

As well as being the queen of the puns, Amy's been providing some SERIOUS style inspiration of late – this white Lennon Courtney jumpsuit was a steal from Dunnes Stores but looked totally on point at a pre-Oscars party in LA.

Could we love this woman any more?

Uber-glam celeb mamas like Chrissy Teigen don't just get one baby shower, they get two – one for each coast of the US.

Just two weeks after celebrating the upcoming arrival of their baby girl with a princess-themed soirée in New York, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend headed back to Los Angeles for a second party, thrown for them by the Kardashian clan.

Of course, judging by the photos, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was Khloé, Kourtney or Kim having the baby, seeing as they're the ones that feature in most of the snaps.

Case(s) in point:

Thankfully, Chrissy and John did manage to grab the photographer for one or two snaps:

Guests dined a tables adorned with piles of white roses, and listened to speeches by – you've guessed it – the Kardashian sisters.

Of course, there was one big nod to Chrissy, and that was the food. As well as canapés and Rosé, the mum-to-be's family and friends snacked on McDonald's delights.

And the cake – featuring a photo of a baby John – was pure genius.

Yum. Not long now until Baby Teigen-Legend arrives, and we cannot WAIT for the first photo.

Whether he's hanging out with Brooklyn or playing dress-up with Harper, there's no denying that David Beckham is a pretty hands-on kinds of dad.

The famous footballer – and father of four – can't resist gushing about his brood on social media every once in a while, but it was his wife Victoria who shared yesterday's all-too-cute snap.

If you needed any further proof that David's kids have him wrapped around their little fingers, here it is – a photo of the 40-year-old sewing dolls' dresses for four-year-old Harper:

Yesterday's snap got us thinking of David's other Smitten Dad moments, of which there are many…

Like that time he got a new tattoo based on one of Harper's scribbles

Or that time he tried and failed to be a 'cool dad' with Brooklyn

Not sure if I'm a cool dad or Brooklyn is thinking seriously we have similar coats on dad @brooklynbeckham

Then there was the moment he spotted Harper brushing her teeth in this get-up and melted

Or of course this moment, when he let little Harper play "dress up."

And finally, there was this Mother's Day tribute, showing the four Beckham kids doing their annual Easter egg hunt.

Honestly, could we love the Beckhams any more?

One Defence Forces officer is going to get a serious talking to later on, we reckon.

RTÉ cameras have been following the progress of the Easter Sunday 1916 Parade, which is taking a 4km route through the streets of Dublin and past some of the key sites of the 1916 Rising.

But one lad stopped to take a phone call at just the wrong moment, with the cameras capturing him chatting away as President Michael D. Higgins walked past.

Oops.

Bet that's the last time he brings his phone to work…

Niall Horan's definitely one of the most down-to-earth Irish celebs out there, as he proved yesterday once again.

The One Direction singer joined Snapchat just last week, and yesterday posted this photo showing him doing something very un-celeb like indeed – taking the train to a gig.

"TUBE!" Niall captioned the Snap – as caputured by Goss.ie – which shows him sitting in an almost empty carriage on London's Northern Line.

Unexpectedly, Twitter soon exploded, with Londoners having meltdowns all over the place:

Judging by Laura Whitmore's social media updates later in the evening, Niall was en route to a Kodaline gig at The Roundhouse with some friends, including Irish-Moldovan presenter Diana Bunici:

But while Niall might have taken the Tube to the gig like Joe Soap, he did of course get to watch the gig from side-stage, because, well, he's Niall Horan.

If you're currently artfully filtering that photo of your half-eaten Easter egg for Instagram, you might as well leave it because a certain Taylor Swift has already gotten there before you… with not one but THREE Easter Instagram posts.

The singer is home for the holiday with her family, and – as with last year – she's been having some seriously competitive Easter fun with her younger brother Austin.

Easter Battles 2016 @austinkingsleyswift

"Easter Battles 2016," Taylor captioned the first of three videos, showing herself and Austin challenging one another to an egg fight.

And while the sibling rivalry is strong in the Swift household, poor Taylor might have to work on her egg-fighting skills, as she loses to her brother in all three videos:

A devastating loss. @austinkingsleyswift

Of course, she definitely needed to be taken down a peg or two after last year's Easter videos, which show her practically fighting Austin to the ground in an Easter egg hunt – like "Monica and Ross," in the singer's own words.

Wonder if Calvin's any good at egg fights? We'll await the video…

They may have been busy writing brilliant satirical posts on Facebook and appearing on Channel 4 news, but it seems that Ireland's favourite comedic duo are to make a return to our screens.

According to the Sun, the boyos have landed their own six-part comedy series on our very own RTE.

"Their show got a good audience when it aired but after Blind Boy went on the Late Late Show, the Rubberbandits’ 1916 special became one of the most watched programmes on the RTE Player," a source reportedly told the paper.

"That’s the kind of thing that makes RTE sit up and notice."

Yep, the limerick born Blindboy Boatclub and Mr Chrome are due to film an entire series that chronicles living in Ireland.

And it seems that the duo are making quite the impression as Blindboy appeared on Channel 4 earlier this week.

"My generation, we’re old enough to remember the Celtic Tiger, but we’re massively affected by the recession," said the entertainer in the video.

"Young Irish people, the suicide amongst them is massive. Huge amounts of suicide, jumping into rivers, and emigration and a lot of young Irish people, they don’t see a future.”

Hon the lads.

It's nice to know that even if you have thousands of adoring fans trying to maul you every single day, you would still have the courtesy to check if one of them is okay after they literally collapsed trying to meet you.

Which is exactly what happened to Zayn Malik in New York yesterday.

As he was heading off to his album launch party with girlfriend Gigi Hadid in tow, a fan managed to floor herself right in front of the former One Direction singer.

A clip of the incident shows the singer stop and help the fan up before the couple check she is okay and move on.

While the clip is a nice endorsement of the 23-year-old, fan Cass' reaction to be helped up by Zayn has us in literal stitches.

Safe to say that it made her entire life.

Fans and stars of the hit Disney show Hannah Montana were busy celebrating it's ten year anniversary this week.

Yep, just to make us feel super old it has been an entire decade since the show that made Miley Cyrus a bona fide star first aired on our television screens.

And while Miley herself has changed a lot since her days on the screen, it seems that she is taking a step back into TV as she reveals two exciting new projects.

First up, last month it was announced that Miley was to star in Woody Allen's hotly anticipated new series which will be out later this year.

The six-part series that is as-yet unnamed, is set to debut on Amazon's live streaming service and begins shooting in March.

The drama/ comedy series is to be set in 1960's and will have a short first season of six half-hour long episodes.

And to add to her impressive list of credentials, the star has announced today that she is going to be a judge and mentor on the upcoming season of the Voice US.

Get you a girl that can do BOTH! #woodyallen #thevoice The Voice

"It's true! I am going to be the newest judge on Season 11 of the Voice US," said the star on Facebook earlier today.

"Watch me mentor and then season 11 sh*t is gonna go offffff! (sic) I can't wait!"

We're expecting big, big things.
