Taylor Swift’s €18m NYC apartment is literally the stuff of dreams
It's been over year since Taylor Swift moved into her sprawling seven-bedroom apartment in New York's trendy Tribeca district, and we've been dying for a peek inside ever since.
The Shake It Off singer purchased the luxe penthouse for a supposed $15 million (€13.5m) in 2014, after taking it off the hands of film director Peter Jackson. She also dropped another $5 million (€4.5m) on the unit next door to house her security crew.
We've seen a few shots of the house via Taylor's Instagram, but a new spread in Teen Vogue gave us an even more detailed look at the pad.
Let's start with the outside – Taylor might have the top floor but this building also houses Orlando Bloom and Steven Soderbergh among others. Do they mind the constant paparazzi and fan presence? "Most of the neighbours know what's what by now," Taylor's doorman Jimmy told Rolling Stone last year.
Inside, there's lots of red brick, wood panelling and a gorgeous blue baby grand piano:

Of course, avid Taylor fans will recognise this room from previous hangouts with Taylor's pals Karlie Kloss and Gigi Hadid.
According to Rolling Stone, one of the guest bedrooms is often taken over by Karlie for sleepovers. "There's a basket of Kloss's favorite Whole Foods treats next to the bed, and multiple photos of her on the walls," the magazine revealed in a feature last year.
Moving on to the kitchen, which is a huge brightly lit space with a large marble countertop, perfect for baking and other Taylor-approved activities.

Other features include a roof garden, which has seen many an outdoor picnic with the singer and her bestie Lena Dunham.
