In case you haven’t heard, rapper 50 Cent is no longer spending his time In Da Club as a result of his financial issues.

Not too long ago Fiddy (real name Curtis Jackson) filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The papers filed indicate that his money woes are largely due to “consumer debts”.

So, basically, he spent all his money on lots of luxe athletic gear and lost the run of himself somewhere along the way. Oops.

He was also ordered by the courts to pay a woman €4.5m because he released her sex tape without getting her permission first. In the tape Curtis sports a wig and plays a character called Pimpin’ Curly.

However, the people of the internet are not going to let Mr Jackson's recent issues keep him down for too long. Yes, a Tumblr account has been created which is dedicated to helping the hip hop star replenish his bank account.

Make 50 Cent Rich Again (genius title) is fitted with a Spotify widget and the premise is that for every time his song Piggy Bank is played, Spotify pay him.

Sounds like the perfect solution right? Well, it’s important to note that for each play Spotify pay Curtis $0.0011.

So, he may be waiting a while before he pays off his $50m bankruptcy.

We now understand a little better why Tay-Tay went off on such a massive mission to demand Apply Music pay their artists. Well, kind of.

Ruby Rose found herself in a seriously scary situation when she came home to find a gunman loose in her back garden.

The Orange is the New Black star posted a video, which has since been deleted, in which Ms Rose could be heard saying, “There are policemen looking for a f***ing gunman and there is a helicopter in my back yard.”

The 29-year-old Aussie star had been updating her fans via her Twitter account, but the posts have since been deleted.

The actress, best known for playing Stella Carlin, tweeted saying “This is petrifying. Helicopters, police, dogs… And a crazy person.”

This was followed with, “Man arrested. Wow. Crazy” and “Annnd now I won’t be watching horror films before bed anymore.”

The fiancé of Roald Dahl’s granddaughter, Phoebe Dahl, had been on a night out with the DJ Skrillex. Ruby had written “When you’re supposed to be on a date with @skrillex but… Something comes up”, before deleting the post.

Thankfully the intruder was captured by the police and everyone remained unharmed.

It's been five years this week since Simon Cowell first introduced fledgling boyband one Direction to the world, and since then they've become one of the most globally successfully pop groups around.

The One Direction Twitter fandom tend to make a hashtag for pretty much everything, from #1MonthSinceZaynQuit to #HarryAppreciationDay, but the most recent one, #5YearsOfOneDirection, has had a huge response so far.

Fans, music lovers and the lads themselves have all taken to Twitter over the last 24 hours to celebrate five years since 1D's inception… and they've shared some seriously cheesy old photos too.

It seems that over the last number of months those little yellow guys with glasses have been everywhere.

Yes, Minions are taking over the world, people are even dressing their dogs like them. Which is obviously adorable, but the Minion-overload has raised an interesting question or two, namely: are Minions male or female?

Well, it would we weren’t the only ones who were curious. Lucky for us, Pierre Coffin, the director and animator of the Minions films, had the perfect response.

He told TheWrap: “Seeing how dumb and stupid they often are, I just couldn’t imagine Minions being girls."

Hilarious. We appreciate his honestly. It did spark further intrigue into whether that means that female voice actors were missing out on job opportunities.

Sandra Bullock does voice the film’s villain Scarlett Overkill, but it is very unusual for a mainstream children’s film to have so many male heroes, reports TheWrap.

Mr Coffin also dropped some more Minion wisdom when he acknowledged that Minions are unable to reproduce. Which is something many fans have been debating, apparently.

He also let us know the backstory of three of the most famous Minions.

“Kevin comes from an ancient Greek word (‘Kevinos’) which means leader,” he explains. “Stuart comes from the Latin word ‘Stuartalumni’ which means (loosely translated) ‘the one who slacks.’ As for Bob, it means short. For Robert.”

Well, there you have it, straight from the creator himself.

There are no lady Minions on our screens because they just aren’t smart enough. Simples.

Is Tom Cruise about to pop the question to his 22-year-old assistant? According to recent reports, it certainly would seem so.

Speaking about Tom and his British assistant, Emily Thomas, a source revealed to Star magazine that “Tom has fallen head over heels for Emily, and she feels the same way. There’s even buzz in his inner circle that he might propose!”

According to the magazine, the pair have been seeing each other ever since the end of 2014 and are totally “smitten”.

The 53-year-old Jerry Maguire star met his new assistant and rumoured love interest in 2014 when he hired her to work as his right-hand woman on his new film, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation.

The insider further revealed that “Tom was so impressed with her, he made it clear he wanted her to work with him on all his upcoming projects.” They have already worked together this year on the upcoming film Mena.

“He would only leave her side long enough to shoot his scenes, then he’d be right back by her side,” the insider divulged. They also admitted that “She’s super caring with him.”

This would by no means be the first time that the scientologist has proposed to a woman he has only recently fallen in love with.

In 1987 Tom popped the question to Mimi Rogers but their marriage fell apart in 1990. The same year he met Nicole Kidman on the set of Days of Thunder and it wasn’t long before the pair tied the knot.

However, Tom did wait a while before proposing to his third wife, Katie Holmes. The Ray Donovan star became pregnant with their daughter Suri before the couple tied the knot in 2006. They divorced three years ago in 2012.

The hit E! reality TV show, Botched, has viewers both horrified and transfixed with its tales of surgical woe.

But a recent episode REALLY managed to shock and enthral – becoming the topic of continued social media debate in the aftermath.

In it, a Las Vegas woman presents herself to the show’s famed doctors, Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow, begging them to fix her breast implants.

The issue? They then weighed-in at an incredible 13.5kg.

"I feel like a walking boob, and it is killing me inside because I know I am so much better than that," Dee Stein tells the Botched doctors.

The 53-year-old mother has been living with the massive silicone and saline implants for two decades. As a former dancer, she states she felt pressured by the industry to increase her bust.

"The bigger, the better in this business," she explains.

But the saline ruptured in her left breast, causing it to deflate. The one on the right remained the size of a bowling ball.

"I've been told that I probably can't be fixed," Ms Stein says, while fighting back tears.

"I totally feel like I don't have anybody else to turn to at this point,” she continues. “I'd risk my life for it at this point because I'm so uncomfortable. I'm in a lot of pain."

"It is insane to think that any plastic surgeon would even consider Dee's breasts to this level," Dr Dubrow notes. "The human body is not even equipped to handle this kind of volume expansion in breast tissue."

The breast-reduction surgery would be life-threatening and the "most difficult, scariest, challenging, nearly impossible" task in plastic surgery history, Dr Terry Dubrow says before agreeing to operate.

"I kid you not, if we tackle this one, this is the most challenging, high-risk patient of my career," he admits.

'It is days until this turns into an enormous, major medical emergency for her,' he also tells Dr Nassif. 'The whole breast is going to die.'

However, the surgery proves to be a huge success – and afterwards left Ms Stein with symmetrical DD breasts.

"I feel light as air!" Dee now says.

Perhaps the biggest diet craze right now is the high-fat ketogenic diet.

Having reportedly been used by celebs such as Kim Kardashian and basketball player Lebron James, it is no wonder that it has taken the world by storm.

So, just how does the ketogenic diet work?

The diet is based on the process called ketosis. This process is what happens when your body is so starved of carbs that it converts the fat in your body into fatty acids and ketone bodies, which are then used as an alternative source of energy.

What do you need to eat for your body to reach ketosis?

In order for your body to reach the state of ketosis, 80 to 90 percent of the calories you take in need to come from fat, according to womenshealthmag.com. The remaining percentage should come from a combination of carbs and proteins.

Your carbohydrate intake is reduced to 10 to 35 grams per day. But don’t get too excited. That is the same amount of carbs that you would find in an apple or a glass of milk. This means you need to almost entirely cut out fruit and instead eat high-fat meats such as beef, hot dogs and bacon.

Certain vegetables are also okay in moderation, as is high-fat dairy cheese.

Will the ketogenic diet help you to lose weight?

The point of ketosis is that you lose weight because your body fat is burned off as energy instead of your regular intake of carbs. But studies suggest that it is the elimination of carbohydrates alone that is responsible for the weight loss.

Limiting carbs also means that any water weight falls off very fast. Carbs hold three times their weight in water in your body so if you cancel out the carbs you’re losing all that extra water as well.

Is it safe?

In a nutshell, no.

Studies have shown that most people can tolerate a moderate state of ketosis but that the side effects are usually too bad for people to maintain it.

Aside from weakness and fatigue, people whose bodies are going through ketosis usually suffer from terrible BO and bad breath. We think we’ll be giving this one a miss, that’s for sure!

And if that wasn’t enough to turn you off the diet, it can reportedly have some extreme long-term damage. Certain reports have stated that ketosis is dangerous for your liver and can lead to lots of medical illnesses such as kidney stones, headaches, menstrual irregularities, dehydration, and many more.

So overall, it is not advised. It may be tempting if you want to lose a few pounds fast, but the health risks are not worth it. And besides, we’d definitely trade being smelly for an extra pound or two!

It’s the feud that has engrossed us all – and now that Katy Perry (AND inadvertently, Rihanna) have chipped in too… things have just got a whole lot better.

Following on from yesterday’s explosive social media battle between Tay-Tay Swift and a seemingly snubbed Ms Minaj, yet more A-listers have been adding in their tuppence worth.

And leading the onslaught is certainly Ms Perry, who seriously got the claws out when she accused her former BFF (and now arch nemesis) Taylor of capitalising “on the takedown of a woman”.

Tweeting to her 73million followers, the 30-year-old stated: “Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of a woman…”

OUCH!

She also then dragged Rihanna, 27, into the dispute, saying the real VMA nominations travesty was that the Barbadian singer’s controversial Bi**h Better Have My Money video wasn’t eligible this year, having only been released recently.

It has long been rumoured that 25-year-old Ms Swift’s hit Bad Blood single was a less-than subtle dig at Katy over unresolved personal issues between the two.

And last September Taylor also said in an interview with Rolling Stone the song was about a female musician and “straight-up enemy”.

Katy furthermore appeared to call her one-time friend a “Regina George in sheep's clothing” on social media.

The feud reportedly ignited when three of Taylor's dancers quit to go work for Katy on her massive world tour, with Swifty explaining in the same Rolling Stone interview: “She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour.

“She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me.”

The pair have also both at one time or another dated Hollywood player, John Mayer.

Madonna has shared a picture of her daughter Lourdes on her Instagram, showing her daughter sporting a very new look.

The photo shows her 18-year-old posing in a selfie, donning a floral hat, blue hair and a nose ring. The singer captioned it, “You shine on me where ever you go.”

Kylie Jenner’s snapchat stories are forever giving us brief glimpses inside the life of the world’s most famous 17-year-old.

And in one of her latest snapchat videos the youngest Jenner can be seen showing off her teeny-tiny waist and… her potentially pumped up bum?

Although Kylie has admitted to having lip-fillers, she has kept totally silent on the questions surrounding whether she has had breast or bum implants.

But in this latest video, a friend of hers asks the awkward question. “Oh! Kylie, what is happen… Is that? Are you pumping it up? Like what’s going on?”

To which Kylie laughs and simply says “stop!”

The accompanying snapchat videos do also lead us to wonder just where Kylie got her insane body from. Aside from showing off her skinny waist, she also seems to be loading up on rice krispie squares and biscuits.

Wherever her skinny stomach and amazing curves are coming from, we have no doubt that Tyga thinks she looks beautiful.

A source told HollywoodLife.com that Tyga “loves women with ample backsides,” and that “He’s told Kylie he wouldn’t mind if her booty got even bigger!”

Miranda Kerr took to Instagram to ask her fans, “Who doesn’t love a good blow?”

In the video, the Australian beauty is seen cleaning up a set of steps with a leaf blower. We think it’s safe to say that Ms Kerr is one of the only people who can do some garden work and look that glamorous in the process.

We know we certainly don’t look like that when we’re cleaning the house, that’s for sure!

The video was actually an outtake from the 32-year-old’s Royal Albert photo shoot. In the clip, the mother-of-one can be seen giggling and playing around with friends as she gives the steps a once over with the leaf blower.

Ms Kerr took to Instagram earlier in the day to share more snaps from the shoot. She can be seen lounging in a hammock with a glass of wine and captioned the shot, “Sneak peek from my Miranda Kerr for Royal Albert shoot today!”

She continued, “Wine and champagne glasses plus beautiful vases are just a few of the new additions I’ve designed for the collection.”
