We don’t know about you, but there’s something very wrong about police officers releasing a video of a prisoner peeing while in custody.

Celebrities obviously know the deal – when they become famous, they give up a lot of privacy rights – but this seems a little excessive.

That being said, we’re a little puzzled by the video, because Miami Beach P.D. have included a HUGE black-out bar in the video – what exactly does Bieber have that they needed that big a bar to hide?

Although each relationship is unique, the stages people go through when they are dating are generally the same.

Whether you’re new to the scene or just putting yourself out there again, you will most likely experience these five stages:

Attraction
In the first stage, you find someone you are attracted to and hope the feeling is mutual.

Uncertainty
In the second stage you begin to question whether the person is right for you or not. A lot of the time it is fear that causes uncertainty, so think wisely before you decide to call it quits.

Exclusivity
In this stage, you have both decided to be in an exclusive relationship. But don’t get comfortable just yet. It’s important that you continue to do little things for one another.

Intimacy
In stage four, you both let your guard down and speak more openly to one another. Although you see the best in yourself and your partner, we also see and show the less appealing sides of our personalities.

Commitment
In this stage, you know he is the right person for you and have decided to see past his flaws. You have an even greater acceptance of each other and your differences.

Everyday duties and weekly responsibilities can take up the majority of your time. But, if you never let yourself play as hard as you work, it can actually be counterproductive.

Here are the obvious signs that you need to make some time for yourself:

Friends and family turn to you
When there’s a job that has to be done, everyone comes to you first. Most of the time it’s because they know that you are reliable and are sometimes afraid to say no.

Mealtimes are a distant memory
You can’t remember the last time you had a meal at the table because you are constantly eating on the go.

You don’t work out anymore
You miss the days when you actually had time to go to the gym or workout at home. Nowadays, it seems like the only time you sweat is when you rush in and out of work.

Before your body starts manifesting the symptoms that come with stress, such as breakouts, body aches and migraines, give yourself a break! Visit a friend, get pampered or just take a relaxing bath. Believe us when we say this, your body will thank you for it.

Now this is what we call a ring!

This beautiful Cartier engagement ring was given to Mary-Kate Olsen by her now fiancée, Olivier Sarkozy.

The ring is four carats, framed with sapphires and petals with single-cut diamonds.

Sold by Sotheby’s in February for $81, 250, the ring dates back to 1953 and originally belonged to a Tennessee jewellery collector.

The ring looks so extravagant that it’s price is surprising when you consider that Kanye spent $8million on Kim’s engagement ring! Well, he had to beat Kris Humphries effort at $2million, didn’t he?

Scientists have developed a new contraceptive pill for women that will protect against STDs and unwanted pregnancies. The device can last up to three months and delivers contraceptive medication and drugs that protect against HIV and herpes.

The device which has been described as a “significant advance” in drug delivery was developed by Patrick Kiser from America’s Northwestern University.

The report, published in the online journal Public Library of Science ONE, explains how Kiser’s team developed the tool so that it could deliver fixed doses of tenofovir, a antiretroviral medication, and contraceptive levonorgestrel for 90 days.

Kiser said: “I suspect women will use the ring primarily for contraception, but they also will benefit from protection against sexually transmitted diseases.”

He added: “And for women in the developing world in particular, unwanted pregnancy can have significant health, economic and cultural consequences. We want to motivate women to use this ring.”

The device is currently being manufactured and has yet to be tested on women.

This girl just gets cooler every day!

Shailene Woodley has admitted to The Hollywood Reporter than when it comes to matters of the heart, she doesn’t discriminate.

The pretty actress who plays Beatrice Prior ‘Tris’ in the upcoming Divergent movie said: “I fall in love with human beings based on who they are not what they do or what sex they are.”

Shailene also spoke about her friendship with fellow actress Jennifer Lawrence who she says was the reason behind her choice to make Divergent. Shailene says that Jen urged her: “You must do it. You will not regret it for a second. Yes, there are some hard things, but there are so many beautiful things that will come from an opportunity like this.”

Jen must have been talking money because it is reported that Shailene will earn between $250,000 to $500,000 for the first movie. The numbers will likely reach into the millions for the subsequent films as they did for Jennifer and Kristen Stewart in the Hunger Games and Twilight series.

As you grow older, your tastes and preferences may change. The flares you were obsessed with a few years back might cause you to cringe a bit today – we can’t say we’re not guilty of that!

If any of these sound a bit too familiar to you, then there’s a chance you need to revamp your wardrobe:

  • When you’ve finally reached your ideal weight and your old clothes don’t fit you anymore.
  • When you start a new job and realise your summer shorts, skimpy dresses and leggings just won’t make the cut.
  • When your red clothes no longer look red.
  • When your blue clothes no longer look blue.
  • When you can’t remember why you bought certain clothes or why anyone ever let you wear them.
  • When you’ve finally realised that your ‘style’ is attracting the wrong crowd.
  • When your jeans are a bit rough around the edges.
  • When you reach for the top shelf and your jacket rips.

Cameron Diaz has come under fire for suggesting that smoking isn’t bad for you. Talking about her new book The Body Book on the Chelsea Lately show, the actress said: “I think one cigarette every once in a while is not going to kill you.”

The Charlie’s Angel star used to smoke 20 a day before her parents said she needed to stop in order to set  good example – don’t think her mum will be too impressed with her latest comment.

Spokesperson for charity Action on Smoking and Health, Deborah Arnott, slammed Cameron’s controversial view, saying: “Cameron Diaz is deluding herself. One cigarette might not kill you, but before you know it you’re smoking five a day and that’s all that’s needed to give you cancer.”

However, while the 41-year-old is a bit blasé about smoking, she claims to be strict on the type of foods that she puts into her body. She said: “What I’ve learned is that just ’cause you can chew it and swallow it and poop it out doesn’t mean it’s food.”
