Reality TV star Chantelle Houghton has branded Kelly Brook’s fiancé a “liar” and claims he is slowly ruining her reputation.

This isn’t the first time Chantelle has spoken out about Kelly’s relationship with David McIntosh and now she says it’s only a matter of time before she dumps him…again.

The 30-year-old Celebrity Big Brother star has accused the former Gladiator of sending “nasty tweets” to newspaper journalists and said, “I bet Kelly’s delighted that she’s spent years building up a healthy profile, only for him to come along and completely trash it.”

Chantelle said, “David tweeted me again last week calling me a ‘loser’ and denying he’d messaged me several times in 2008.

“But he slipped up and wrote “seven years ago”, which I took as an admission that he did message me. Why would the time be relevant if he didn’t do it at all?!”

Kendall Jenner and her sister have been having the time of their lives at the Coachella Valley Music and Art Festival in the Indio desert in California this week.

Changing from one stunning outfit to the next, we can’t keep up!

The girls have impeccable style; yes, even the dodgy nose ring was actually pretty cool.

However, Kendall recently wore a jumper with the words “I have no tits” emblazoned across it.

We’re sure the jumper is a tongue-in-cheek joke and all that but it just seems a little over and beyond attention seeking, even for the Jenner sisters!

1. Pretty Little Liars
How exciting would your life be if you constantly had someone trying to murder you, sending you strage and spooky text messages when you least expect it? Ok, so it’s a little terrifying, but life would never be dull and you’d have a killer wardrobe.

Former glamour model Katie Price has revealed that she doesn’t think Simon Cowell should regret having had an affair with his current partner Lauren Silverman.

The-mum-of-four spoke out about cheating, saying “these things can and do happen”.

“People have affairs for all sorts of reasons- because they’re bored, crave taking a risk or want to inject some spice in their life. Some can be short lived, some are secrets taken to the grave and others become the beginnings of a new relationship,” she said.  “These things can and do happen- and they’ll continue to happen.”

Katie then spoke about Simon Cowell’s recent admission to feeling remorseful over his affair with partner Lauren, who was the wife of one of his best friends at the time.

“Many believe life should be lived by the rules set by society but sometimes it just doesn’t happen- people change over time; relationships don’t always continue as they first began. So don’t have regrets, Simon. Live your own life with your family and don’t worry about what other’s think,” said Katie.

“From their own relationship, Simon and Lauren have brought a baby, Eric, into the world,” she added.

It seems taking an afternoon nap is not such a good thing after all. This is awful news for those of us who like to catch an afternoon siesta as often as possible.

According to new research, a nap can be associated with early death. Researchers studied 16,00 British adults over 13 years who enjoyed an nap of more than  hour each day. Unfortunately, when they went to check on their research, they found that 3,000 of their subjects had died from lung disease.

The research said: “After analysing the data, scientists discovered that people who slept for less than an hour in the day increased the chance of death by around 14 per cent. This number rose to 32 per cent if the nap lasted for more than an hour, and was linked to the development of respiratory illnesses.”

The frightening thing about the finding is that while napping won’t bring about lung disease, it is actually a sign that you may already have respiratory problems.

So what are we to do about our much loved naps? Wait for more research perhaps.

It is hard to admit, but a lot of us cannot bear to be without our phones. Some might say your phone is a replacement for that best friend, boyfriend or girlfriend. Whatever it may be there is no denying that you get anxious and angry without it. Here are 13 signs your phone is the best friend you’ll ever have.

1. It is the first thing you check in the morning
From the second you wake up, five apps will be on repeat in your head: ‘Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat.” You will amuse yourself for the next hour or so catching up with all you missed the 8 hours you were sleeping.

2. You freak out daily when you can’t find it
If there is ever a moment you can’t find your phone, you freak out. “Whereeee is itt???.” “Mum ring my phone PLEASE.” Even though you know it’s somewhere in the house, and you are most likely sitting on it, you are terrified for those few minutes.

3. It surprises you more and more each day
When you find a new app or a new function for your phone your face lights up. You find yourself staring at it saying: “What would I do without you? You are perfect.”

4. It knows all your plans
You have all your plans and appointments saved on your phone. Getting those gentle reminders lets you know where you need to be. What more could you want from a friend and a phone.

5. It can cheer you up
Feeling down? Not in the best form? Not to worry, a quick game of Candy Crush and Angry Birds will solve all your problems.

6. The notification sound makes you smile
That beep that chimes as you get a notification for a Facebook ‘like’ makes you beam. Oh what’s that? An Instagram ‘like’! Ah yes this is it. This is what dreams are made of.

7. You panic when it is low on battery
You will go to the ends of the earth to find a charger. You will even go buy one if you are too far from your house to retrieve it. You simply cannot live without it and you will never have to.

8. You cry more when you lose your phone than when you fail an exam
Losing your phone is the worst possible thing that could happen to you. It makes you anxious, sad and numb to just think about it. Yes, it is dramatic but this is how we feel. Not to worry as it is insured but the week of waiting could kill you.

9. You can take selfies
You love a good selfie and your phone’s front camera helps you do that. You can take 1,000 photos and it won’t say a word. In fact, it enjoys you taking them and even lets you edit them.

10. It doesn’t judge you
You can do whatever you want and it will never judge you. It will always be there for you through thick and thin. It never lets you down and it never tells you what to do.

11. It talks to you but only when you want it to
If you’re ever in doubt, no worries because Siri is there. Siri will tell you what the weather will be like, where the nearest McDonalds is and when you have your doctors appointment. And when you don’t want to speak anymore, you simply say goodbye and no feelings are hurt.

12. It let’s you text whoever you want
There is no jealousy here. You can text 100 people at once and no judgement or arguments. They want you to explore life. That’s why you have Tinder.

13. You can erase memories
If you drunk-text that guy for the 15th time or need to erase an ex’s photos, you can. Once the message is deleted no one will see it. It is free therapy and “if it’s not there no one has seen it.”

Cameron Diaz has a message for all the single ladies: Don’t settle for one man.

The A-List actress – who counts Justin Timberlake and Jared Leto among her exes – doesn’t believe one man is enough to fulfil all of her needs.

The 41-year-old star has admitted she believes in having more than one partner, as women expect too much from men when it comes to monogamous relationships.

She said, “A lot of people chase after it because they’ve been told, ‘This equals happiness.’ They chase it, they get it, and they find out, ‘Why did I think this was going to make me happy? I’m miserable!'”

“I don’t know if anyone is really naturally monogamous. We all have the same instincts as animals. But we live in a society where it’s been ingrained in us to do these things,” she added.

The Hollywood actress has made no secret of her desire to shun the traditional route of marriage and children, admitting she doesn’t feel ‘the need’ to have children to satisfy her.

Professor Green has postponed his UK tour for the second time in six months due to a “turbulent” year.

The follow-up to the rapper’s 2011’s At Your Inconvenience album was originally intended for release last October.

The star had scheduled a UK tour for November and December 2013, and while those 12 gigs were first pushed back to May 2014, they have now been postponed to November and December 2014.

Professor Green – whose real name is Stephen Manderson – was last month banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay a £525 fine and costs for drink-driving.

Announcing the postponement on his website yesterday, the rapper said, “The last 18 months have been mental, turbulent, up and down, round and round, amazing, horrible, happy, sad, frustrating, testing, trying and above all incredibly f*****g stressful.”

“I got hit by a car, got married and then had my life turned upside down by an entirely unfounded arrest for something which I was subsequently not charged,” said the rapper, who is married to Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh.

Now, with the album “finally finished”, the star told his fans, “ You lot have been there the whole way and I can’t wait to get this album out for you all to hear and to get back on stage without a gammy knee or a looming bail date.”

Women are guilty of all of these 5 habits at one stage or another.

If you learn to let them go, you can guarantee a happier and content life.

1. Self-deprecation
Every woman is guilty of saying how big they think their thighs are or how they wish they were a little taller. Learn to love yourself and others will too.

2. Gossiping
Sometimes gossip can seem harmless, but it isn’t to the person you are gossiping about. Quit the bitching and let’s all get along!

3. Not looking after your mind
Hours of junk TV can leave you feeling a bit zoned out. Try to learn new things through reading or going to new places.

4. Jealousy
The green-eyed monster is the reason so many of us ladies don’t get on. Be happy with what you have and be happy for that girl who seems to have it all too.

5. Not looking after your body
You know what they say; ‘Healthy body, Healthy mind’. If you binge on junk food then you can’t expect to feel too good. Eat lots of fruit and veggies, drink lots of water and get 30 minutes of exercise a day to feel in great condition.
