The very first trailer for Gone Girl is here!

This movie has gained a lot of attention as it is the adaptation of Gillian Flynn’s best-selling novel of the same name.

The book was a major hit in 2012 and is being brought to the big screen by David Fincher.

Reese Witherspoon is producing and Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor will be providing the score for the film.

Reznor also providing the very successful score for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo so we can wait to see what he does with this gritty film. 

Gone Girl stars Ben Affleck as Nick Dunne whose wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike), vanishes.

Neil Patrick Harris also stars.

An online petition has garnered great attention over the last month in order to stop Yves Saint Laurent depicting “malnourished” models in their campaigns.

The petition was set up by Shannon Bradley-Colleary who blogs at The Woman Formerly Known as Beautiful.

Shannon says that she was shocked to see a campaign for the French brand in Vanity Fair that featured a model who looked far too skinny for her liking.

In relation to the image, Shannon says: “I think we’ve all become accustomed to seeing women whose bodies are simply animate hangers for clothing. But even with my high tolerance for ultra-thin models this one struck me as particularly cruel.”

She goes on to say that “98% of the populace would have to starve themselves look like the model in this image”.

Her petition is aimed at the CEO of the luxury brand, Francesca Bellettini and has so far gained 46, 500 signatures with a further 3,500 to go.

The romance between Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison and Tulisa’s ex Danny Simpson is heating up.

Vicky was caught sharing a smooch with the former X Factor judge’s ex-boyfriend last month and has now confessed things could be getting serious between the pair.

“Me and Danny have been friends for years but we’ve always had partners so it’s never been anything more than platonic. But now that we’re both single, we are speaking more regularly and there is a flirty element to our relationship that we’ve never had before. He could be my next victim!” she said.

One person the kiss wouldn’t have gone down well with is Tulisa, who shares a circle of friends with Vicky, although she says they’ve never met.

“Well that would be the nail in the coffin [to my friendship with Tulisa] now wouldn’t it?” Vicky said.

“I’ve never really met her but I’ve always admired her as a fellow feisty brunette. She’s very outspoken and I loved her on The X Factor. I think I harboured this sort of hope that we would be friends one day but it doesn’t seem likely now!” she added.

Rapper Drake made a teenager’s dream come true, with a lot of help from her big-hearted classmates.

When 15-year-old Kennedy Brown, from Houston in the U.S., was unable to finish the school year due to a terminal brain tumour, her classmates stepped up to make sure that she didn’t miss out on any major school events.

They held a ‘high school in a day’ experience for the teen who’s been battling cancer for two years.

The pals threw an early prom for Kennedy and crowned her prom queen before holding a graduation ceremony during which she received her diploma.

But Kennedy’s classmates were on a mission and had another very special surprise up their sleeves.

When their local TV station ran a story about the festivities, the students asked viewers to tweet rapper Drake, in the hopes of catching the star’s attention so he would send a message to Kennedy – who is a massive fan of the star.

In just a matter of hours, the hashtag #DrakeForKen went viral.

Kennedy’s father, Tony Brown, received a call from the rapper himself who promised he wouldn’t let the teenager down.

Drake spent last weekend hanging out with Kennedy and her pals, and by the looks of the pictures, they both had a great day.

The reality star is set to release her very own relationship advice book called The Dating Game.

Lucy described the ways in which she regrets her past relationships and hopes to help girls avoid the same fate: “I have stayed in horrendous relationships. I’ve endured years of crying, losing weight, low confidence and ruined myself. I wish I had been stronger.”

Hmm, we wonder if she is alluding to a certain Spencer Matthews!

Rapper-turned-actor Ice Cube has slammed MTV for losing out on an award that went to the late actor Paul Walker.

Ice Cube was not happy that the award for Best Onscreen Duo was dedicated to Paul Walker and his co-star Vin Diesel at Sunday night’s MTV Movie Awards for their performance in Fast & Furious 6.

Ice Cube insisted the award should have gone to him and Kevin Hart for their performance in Ride Along, and said the only reason Walker, who died in a car crash in November, won was out of “sympathy.”

“We was robbed,” he said. “Shame on MTV.”

“We had the best chemistry of everybody nominated. For us not to win was crazy,” Ice Cube added.

Ice Cube did however add that MTV should have given the late actor the award before he passed away.

The star left the awards halfway through the show saying afterwards, “I just wasn’t into it. I have been going in and out of these things for 25 years.  If you ain’t into it, why torture yourself?  As soon as you get bored, get up and leave.”

As Frances Bean Cobain strolled around the Coachella festival with her fiancé Isaiah Silva, it was hard to miss a certain uncanny resemblance.

The likeness between Isaiah and Frances’ late father, Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain, is pretty striking and the couple reportedly got a lot of attention from fans at the Californian festival and were approached by revellers all weekend to point out the resemblance.

Frances Bean and Isaiah, who is also the front man of a rock band – The Rambles – started dating in early January 2010 and their engagement was announced in October 2011.

Kurt – who tragically died in 1994 at age 27 – was recently inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.

But 21-year-old Frances Bean – who filed a restraining order against her mother Courtney in 2009 and moved in with her maternal grandmother – failed to make an appearance.

Each alternative does still contain natural sugars and so should also be eaten in moderation.

1. Honey
Honey adds a great sweetness as well as a subtle flavour to coffee, tea or porridge.

2. Agave syrup
This syrup comes from the agave plant and is a lot sweeter than honey meaning you need less. However, it is very high in fructose so don’t overdo it.

3. Dates
Dates are a great addition to granola or baked goods that need a sweet kick.

4. Maple syrup
This yummy syrup isn’t only for your pancakes! Use it like you would honey.

5. Brown rice syrup
Derived from brown rice, this syrup has a great depth of flavour.

6. Coconut sugar
This sugar alternative is made from the sap of the coconut flower. It is great for baking and has a lower Glycemic Index than regular sugar.

It seems Miley is still coming to terms with the death of her pet dog, Flyod. Even though her mum, Trish tried to ease her sorrow with new pup, Moonie, it seems the singer wasn’t ready for a new dog.

Cyrus tweeted a picture of herself with the former pup today which was captioned: “Moonie, thank you for giving me so much love, comfort, & peace. It’s just too soon for me right now. #missingmoonie.”

When fan questioned where Moonie was, Miley reassured her saying that the puppy was being taken care of by her friend’s mum.

“My friends mom who has a tiny pup 4 him 2 play with Molly.”

There might be truth in the rumours that Flyod was killed by a coyote, as the singer said she was too scared to have a pup “after what happened”.

Miley was devastated by her Flyod’s death two weeks ago and started crying during a performance of a song, which she tributed to her dead dog.

Taylor Swift has spoken of the love, she has for her fans in the past. But the 24-year-old singer decided to prove just how much she really loves them, when she turned up to a fan’s bridal shower.

Swift turned up to Gena Gabrielle’s pre-bridal celebrations on Sunday and definitely gave the bride-to-be a shock.

“I had no idea it was going to happen. Taylor said she planned it with her management and her mom. She said it was all worth it because my face was priceless.”

It was not the first time the Red singer and super fan have met, as Gena met Swift at a meet and greet in 2007.

Gena said it was an unforgettable moment and Taylor even said a few words about the occasion: “This is my first bridal shower, and Gena’s last.”

And Taylor didn’t come empty handed either and gave Gena a KitchenAid stand mixer, as a bridal shower gift.

“I will never forget she did this for me. She is truly an incredible, special person.”
