Danielle O’Hara is not having a very good week as another woman has come forward claiming to have slept with her footballer husband, Jamie.

The woman in question, Sarah Bailey, told The Sun: “I’d no idea who he was. He said he played football and was divorced.”

Danielle not only deleted images from her Twitter account, including one of her wedding day, but she has also put their luxurious home up for sale.

This, and the fact that neither she nor her husband have commented on the rumours, leads many to speculate that they may be true.

This is very sad news, especially given that the couple share three sons together.

It’s time to stand up and cut your chances of developing type 2 diabetes,

According to a new survey, sitting down for long periods of time can increase your chances of becoming overweight and developing type 2 diabetes, even if you exercise.

And this is not necessarily just a problem with people who have sedentary jobs that involve sitting down for long periods of time – factor in watching telly, reading a book or anything else that involves sitting down and you’re in trouble.

Over five years, the UCL study which looked at the effect of being inactive for long periods of time outside of work on 4,000 civil servants. The research found that those who sat for less than 12 hours a week and exercised for four hours over a seven day period were less likely to be at risk of obesity  than those who spent 25 hours sitting and just 90 minutes of exercise.

Eek, maybe it’s time to get up and go for a walk around the office. Think we’ll avoid the TV and go for a run tonight…

Buzzfeed Yellow have created a hilarious comparison video of dating now versus dating in the 1990s.

The creation features a man who reminisces for 90s dating tactics, rather than using Tinder as people do today.

His friend, on the other hand, is a fan of today's modern dating rules of apps and social media. 

This funny video really highlights the ways in which modern technology impacts our dating lives.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin may have stated they are no longer a couple, but it has been speculated that there may be a “conscious coupling” on the horizon after all.

The former couple were spotted at a screening in the Hamptons for the movie Hector and the Search for Happiness.

Gywneth and the father of her two children, Chris, were said to have looked very happy and in good company.

While it may be true the two are giving it another go, perhaps it was also simply a case of good friends enjoying an evening together.

Hundreds of New Zealand passengers flying with Air NZ have been forced to spend three extra days in Hawaii, after their plane was delayed due to ‘a faulty indication system’, and they’ve been awarded compensation for their hardship.

The airline issued an apology: “Due to the lengthy nature of this disruption, the difficulty we’ve experienced in adequately communicating with customers and the fact we have repeatedly let them down, we have made the decision that in addition to our unreserved apology we will also be compensating each customer $1000 in either cash or Airpoints Dollars.”

We are SO jealous. Not only did they get to go to Hawaii in the first place, but they got an extended stay for free.

The only way this would happen to us, is if we had decided to holiday somewhere really awful. And it would probably end up costing us money too. SO unfair!

Rita Ora made her acting debut as Mia Grey on the forthcoming Fifty Shades of Grey film, and while she’s well used to shooting music videos, she says she didn’t find acting all that easy:

“It was incredibly difficult, I had to have someone in my ear telling me what to say before I said it.

“I was so nervous I forgot everything that I had learned.”

She says speaking with an American accent was a bit tricky aswell. However, she’s not worrying too much about her performance – what’s done is done. Now she has to figure out what she’s going to wear to the premiere!

“I’m thinking about what to wear at the premiere. I might bring a fan or do something. It would be like a nice little experience for someone to come with me, you know?”

And as for Jamie Doran clean shaven look, Rita says that while she’s a big fan of the scruffy look, “a nice little baby shave is not bad either, like a baby’s bum – it is always a nice touch.”

Kim K is not a happy camper this morning.

The reality TV star and mum-of-one took to her Twitter account to blast her brother’s critics.

Kim was responding to claims by Rob’s ex, Adrienne Bailon, who recently told Latina magazine that her appearance on KUWTK actually harmed her career.

The former Cheetah Girl said: “He strategically planned things out so he could cheat on me, and that to me was so disloyal. To be stuck with that Kardashian label, that was so hurtful to me and to my career.”

Kim was clearly not impressed with Adrienne’s comments, and tweeted: “Funny how she says being with a Kardashian hurt her career yet the only reason she has this article is bc she is talking about a Kardashian.”

She then hinted that Adrienne needs to let the whole things go, by writing the theme words to everyone’s favourite movie, Frozen: “#LetItGoooooLetItGoooooo (FROZEN VOICE).”

Does she have a point?

The loyal sister then proved things between her and Rob are firmly put aside when she tweeted: “So sad when people try to kick my brother when he is down #FamilyForever.”

Liam Martin has gained over 1.5 million followers on Instagram, thanks to his hilarious intimidations of iconic celebrity photos.

From Kim Kardashian to Katy Perry, the New Zealand teen has gone all out, when it comes to recreating some of these stylish images.

Martin said he originally started the posting the pictures as it was “something completely different from the norm”.

While Liam admits he has received negative comments for his images, it’s the positive ones that make it worthwhile.

“I get people telling me that I teach them to not be afraid to do something different!”

It’s definitely different alright, but we love it.

Summer may be coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean that you still can’t make the most of August with this delicious side dish.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 packet of cream cheese
  • 1 seven ounce jar marshmallow fluff or packet of melted white marshmallows
  • Juice from one orange

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Take cream cheese out of fridge and let soften for a few minutes
  2. When the cream cheese is soft enough to blend, add the marshmallow fluff/melted marshmallows and orange juice and then beat the mixture till smooth.
  3. Serve with some of your favourite sliced fruits and dip away.

Tip: Strawberries and green grapes are perfect for this dip but many other fruits will work when it comes to this delicious side dish too.

Mark Prendergast and Steve Garrigan from Kodaline were out and about the other day when two crooks came up and offered them tickets to a Kodaline concert for a fiver. Worse still, there was no concert!

We’re all for romance, but we think this Australian may have taken it a bit too far when it came to his dramatic proposal!

Nathan Humphris decided to propose to his girlfriend by sticking 1,500 post-it notes on her car.

Apparently, Nathan’s girlfriend Belinda Modra, would jokingly ask her boyfriend to tell her how much he loved her.

So Nathan decided to respond to her question by placing post-its all over her car with the message: “I love you this much”.

Belinda admitted that she was shocked initially by her boyfriend’s dramatic proposal.

“I got back to my car and sort of spotted it from a distance and knew where I parked, but thought I definitely didn’t leave it like that, I was a bit taken aback.”

But the OTT romantic gestures didn’t stop there, because when Belinda arrived at her Adelaide home, she was greeted with 500 red and white balloons in their courtyard.

After some strange instructions, Belinda eventually found Nathan for the next step of his proposal.

“Eventually I found him and he was standing there in his suit getting a bit emotional. He gave the big speech about how much he loves me, how it’s taken us a while but we got there, then he got down on one knee proposed.”

Belinda of course accepted, and the couple plan on getting hitched next year.
