Strictly Come Dancing's Kristina Rihanoff has apparently been banned from partnering with married celebrities on the show, after she has been linked to one too many breakups.

The “curse of Strictly”, where stars in long term relationships separate after appear on the show, has become infamous. After the break ups of Joe Calzaghe, Vincent Simone and now Ben Cohen were linked to her, it looks like the show bosses are taking matters into their own hands.

“There were discussions about Kristina, and she was made aware of them herself. There is no blame being attached to anyone.” An inside source told the Sunday People.

“Most of the relationships that have broken down after contestants appeared on Strictly Come Dancing clearly had problems before the show began.”

“But there is no doubting the fact Kristina is a very attractive woman who has been at the centre of relationship breakdowns,” they added.

Will this break the “curse”? We'll have to wait and see!

Not a fitness Instagram per se – but they do say abs are made in the kitchen! This Instagram feed is full of colourful, tasty and super healthy meal ideas. Did we mention how pretty it is?!

5. Clean and Lean
Clean and Lean is the brainchild of Bodyism's James Duignan, personal trainer to stars such as Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Elle McPherson and, er, Hugh Grant! The Clean and Lean Instagram is perfect for that inspirational pick-me-up you need to get your butt moving as well as lots of great food ideas and beautiful pictures – which is what Instagram is all about after all!

One fourth of pop supergroup, Little Mix, it appears Jesy Nelson has a new love interest!

It was reported during the summer that Jesy and her longtime boyfriend, Jordan, had split. 

But now it seems she is ready to let go of the single pringle lifestyle as she has been spotted with Rixton bandmember, Jake Roche. 

Jake is also the son of EastEnders' star Shane Richie (Alfie Moon) and Coleen Nolan, of The Nolans. 

Jesy and Jake (how good does that sound?!) have been sharing Instagram snaps with their followers, and although they may call each other "mates" it certainly seems like love is blossoming!

A source also told The Sun that things are getting serious between the two: "It's early days but Jesy and Jake seem smitten with each other."

Aww, they are cute together!

Mari is basically disgusted by her owner's affections and it makes for some very brassy moves – we love it Mari!

James Blunt and his wife Sofia Wellesley were married in a romantic ceremony on the island of Majorca yesterday it has been reported. 

The couple were previously married in a registry office in London earlier this month, ahead of the island ceremony. 

The London wedding occurred after Elton John's End of Summer party and the bride-to-be joked that she was "almost too hungover to get married."

Sofia and James were seen after the Majorca wedding driving away in a VW Beetle with the bride dressed in lace and her hair in a low bun. 

The two met in 2012 before becoming engaged in December of last year. 

Congratulations to the happy couple – it seems like they've had a very exciting month indeed!

Rob Kardashian has been sending out some blatant tweets since July stating that he has a son. After the fist tweet began a media frenzy, the KUWTK star denied he had a son, stating he had only been joking. 

Ha ha Rob. Ha ha. 

Just this week another two tweets emerged from Rob once again pointing to the fact that he is a dad to a 6-year-old boy. 

However, according to TMZ it’s all an elaborate prank…

“Rob Kardashian is NOT a daddy … Rob was testing the media.”

Erm, sounds like someone has a bit too much time on their hands!

Top fashion design house, Armani, have found themselves in hot water after Twitter reacted very badly following their Milan Fashion Week event. 

Many users have heavily criticised the designer for using “emaciated” and “too-thin” models.

Following the tragic death of model Luisel Ramos in 2006, moments after she stepped off a runway, many designers have gone to great lengths to ensure the health of their models – with many believing Armani's latest runway show to be a step backwards rather than forwards.

The debate surrounding models is one that has been around for many years now, with many designers including Victoria Beckham, banning Size 0 from her runways in 2010.

Paloma Faith has admitted that she has been lying about her age for years now and is in fact, 33 years-old not 29. 

But, it turns out she may have had a good reason…

The always-impeccably styled star remembered how difficult it had been for KT Tunstall who also broke into the music world aged 27 and decided to go a different route and lie: “When i was asked what my age was at that first meeting, I blurted out 23, when I was actually 27.”

“I felt that everyone was going to focus on my age, not my music. I thought I’d try and protect myself that way … I think if I’d said I was 27, I wouldn’t have got signed. One hundred per cent.”

In that case, Paloma, we are SO glad you lied!

There must be a serious case of butter fingers this week, yesterday a brand-new iPhone 6 and today an engagement ring?!

This engagement went very, very wrong when the guy proposes as his girlfriend accidentally (we hope) knocks the ring out of his hand and into a lake. 

The poor guy and his friends scramble to find it as the girlfriend sits in shock with her hands over her mouth. 

No word yet on whether the guy actually found the ring but he did write: "A couple of weeks ago I proposed to my girlfriend. Here is what happened."

Does that mean they didn't find it?! We need to know!

Things are going from awkward to downright nasty in the feud between Katy Perry and Taylor Swift!

Recently, Taylor alluded to the fact that she and Katy had some issues after Katy allegedly stole some dancers from her tour – a fact that was later seen to be true.

Following this, Katy tweeted a rather telling: “Watch out for Regina George in sheep’s clothing” basically saying that Taylor was Regina George, the ultimate mean girl – eep!

Now, Katy shows no signs of backing down as it has been reported she was spotted on a potential date with none other than Taylor's ex… Harry Styles!

Though there is doubt over whether Katy would actually go out with Harry, the two do appear to be close, something that Taylor will no doubt not like much. 

Harry and Taylor ended on bad terms in January of last year so it looks like Katy is digging in right where it hurts.

Could it have been an innocent dinner, or something much more… hmm! 

When will this end, girls?! Can't we all just get on like the old days?

Michelle Keegan has opened up about the pressures of being in the public eye. 

The stunning former Corrie star was speaking to the Daily Star when she described how constantly being scrutinised can really take its toll: “I do feel under pressure. If I lose weight I’m too skinny and if I put on a few pounds people are quick to point it out. You can never win.

The star, who is set to be married to fiancé, Mark Wright over the next few months, also spoke about how issues like this can affect girls: “It used to affect me more a few years ago, whereas now if I’m feeling good in myself that’s all that matters. I think a lot of girls are under pressure and that is quite sad.”

We’re glad that she has found a way to ignore the haters and scrutinisers – there is no way it’s easy being in the public eye!

Surprisingly, Michelle also said she isn’t a fan of today’s “selfie” culture: “It’s scary. I don’t like the obsessive selfie culture, I really do feel sorry for kids these days.”

Don’t stop the selfies Michelle, we love them! Especially adorable ones like this!
