Christian Bale has never been one to hide his feelings; who remembers that infamous meltdown he had on the set of Terminator: Salvation when he went to town on the director of photography for basically being alive?

Well, it looks like the British actor will continue to say whatever he thinks whenever he wants if his latest interview is anything to go by.

The Dark Knight star sat down with The Wall Street Journal to discuss his new role in Exodus: Gods and Kings and let his feelings for much-loved actor George Clooney be known.

When asked about paparazzi invasion, Christian calls George’s take on the media ‘boring’ and he doesn't stop there!

He then goes on to say: “It doesn’t matter that he talks about it. It’s like, come on, guys, just shut up. Just get on with it and live your lives and stop whining about it. I prefer not to whine about it.”

While he used far less expletives in this rant than in others, he still didn’t hold back, did he?

Christian Bale is probably the only person in the world who would call the newly-wedded Ocean’s Eleven star boring and whiny, right?

Let's face it, when given a plate piled high with delicious food, we're going to make pigs of ourselves. But if you're finding that you feel uncomfortable full after every meal, not just the indulgent ones, you may need to reassess your portion control.

Knowing what the right amount of food is for your weight, height and activity level is key if you want to maintain a healthy weight and body.

Here are a few signs that you might be overeating at mealtimes…

1. You feel bloated straight away
If your stomach feels swollen and bloated immediately after eating, it's a sure sign that your body is struggling with the amount of food you've just eaten. This is fine every once in a while, but it shouldn't be happening after every meal.

2. You're satisifed… but you keep eating
If you find yourself picking at leftovers even after you've put your fork down and pushed your plate away, you're probably on the way to overeating without realising. Experts recommend that we stop eating when we feel around 80% full, to ensure we stay satisfied but not stuffed.

3. You stop enjoying the food
The first few mouthfuls of a meal are generally the ones we enjoy the most – after that, it can become automatic. Try to focus on each bite you take, and when you stop fully enjoying each one, put your fork down.

4. You need a physical break during the meal
If you're eating so fast that you need to stop for a breather halfway through, it's a sign that your body's well on the way to being full. Next time you take a break, spend a moment assessing whether you really need or want to eat any more. You may find that's the perfect moment to push your plate away, rather than leaving it in front of you and mindlessly eating until it's wiped clean.

5. You're going back for seconds
Sometimes seconds (and thirds) are just too much to resist, but again it shouldn't happen at every meal. If you really don't feel satisfied, by all means eat another helping, but try to restrict yourself to vegetables or healthy sides this time around.

Hats off to Scarlett Johansson. The BAFTA award-winning actress managed to organise a wedding and say ‘I do’ without anyone finding out for over two months!  Almost unheard of in Hollywood, right?

Even when certain pieces of jewellery raised questions at recent events, the stunning pair still managed to keep schtum! But it's now been revealed that 30-year-old Scarlett tied the knot with French journalist and creative director Romain Dauriac in a private ceremony in Montana at the beginning of October.

The couple began dating back in November 2012 and their engagement was announced in September of the following year. The smitten pair then welcomed baby daughter Rose Dorothy into their lives in September of this year, but the normal fanfare surrounding a celeb wedding had yet to kick off.

Playing down any hype, the stunning actress recently told Glamour magazine: “We’re just going with the flow. I’ve never been one to do a full-on themed wedding. I don’t care about that stuff.”

Scarlett, who was previously married to actor Ryan Reynolds, has spoken about marriage in the past, saying: “When I was first married, I was much younger. And I have had the opportunity now to work more on getting to know myself. I think that makes you a better partner and somebody who is able to work with somebody and stay in a relationship in the not-romantic moments.”

Belated congrats to the gorgeous family!

Kendra Wilkinson has already weathered one round of sex tape drama, but now it looks like there's more scandal on the way.

The reality star's close friend Jessica Hall spilled details of an alleged 45-minute sex tape involving Kendra and another woman, filmed during her days as a playmate.

Speaking to The Sun, Jessica said that the tape had been made during Kendra's wild partying days. “She let loose, she had fun and she lived a life that she thought was every girl’s fantasy,” said Jessica. “I don’t remember a lot of things from back then.”

Four years ago, intimate footage emerged of Kendra with her former boyfriend Justin Frye, filmed back in 2005.

"It just had to come out now when I finally cleaned up my life," she said at the time. "It's extremely embarrassing. I am a very open person, I am very honest about my life, but a sex tape was definitely not what I wanted in my life. It wasn't for anybody else's eyes to see except for ours."

During her time in the I'm A Celebrity jungle, Kendra has opened up about her years as one of Hugh Hefner's partners and how difficult they were. "I was usually very drunk doing those evenings, I tended not to care about much until the next day. I had to be very drunk or smoke lots of weed to survive those nights," she said to her fellow campers.

"It was like a job. Clock in, clock out. It’s not like I enjoyed having sex with him," she added.

Despite Kendra's embarrassment when her sex tape with Justin was made public, Jessica says she doesn't believe the star will be bothered that details of this new tape have emerged. "Everybody has a past, and she didn’t choose to put these things out there,” Jessica said. “But she won’t care what people say, she’ll deal with it and move on.”

Hopefully things will have blown over by the time the star leaves the Australian jungle!

A warm black wool coat is a staple in most of our winter wardrobes. Problem is, the basic black can get boring very, very fast.

To keep your winter wardrobe fresh and stylish this winter, check out our tips for styling this classic piece…

1. Go for long
Don't be afraid to choose a maxi-length coat that's a little bit out of your comfort zone. A calf length coat – or even longer – will never date and will look equally elegant with jeans as it does with a gorgeous dress. Kim Kardashian manages to look the picture of style even in ripped jeans and a white tee:

2. Make a statement
If your coat can't do the talking, get noticed with a bold scarf. A luscious knitted circle scarf or a printed silk one will both look equally good with your basic black number – Blake Lively has the right idea:

3. Faux fur FTW
A faux fur collar adds a touch of luxury to your black coat. This street style queen went for a matching black version, but other neutral tones would work just as well:

4. Toe the line
Vividly coloured footwear is the perfect complement to a muted black coat – go for a bright suede ankle boot or killer heels like Miranda Kerr:

5. In the bag
A statement handbag, even if it's in the same colour palette, will add instant style to your look. A structured bag like this one is the perfect match for oversized outerwear:

6. Fit in
A well-tailored coat looks incredible all by itself – Olivia Palermo is the picture of winter elegance in this fitted number:

7. Two-tone
Contrast leather details like sleeves or collars add an edgy, high-fashion touch to your cold weather wardrobe. To really jazz things up, mix up the colour palette too – we love this maroon and black coat:

8. Keep things muted
An all over black and grey outfit might seem dull, but it is a great classic look that will make you look effortlessly stylish. Denim, leather and wool in different muted tones all combine to make this fashion blogger look as if she's just stepped off the catwalk:

Before Made In Chelsea, Geordie Shore and TOWIE, we had to look a bit further across the water for our reality TV fix.

Any Noughties teen will fondly remember the heady days of Laguna Beach, the MTV show that gave us Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari and stellar quotes such as "I trust you as far as I can throw you, and I don’t even think I can lift you."

Would LC and Stephen make things work? Would Kristin steal him away forever? So much SCANDAL!

That's why we were delighted to see that the cast of the iconic show were all happy and well at a recent ten year reunion for Laguna Beach High School. Lauren and Lo were the selfie queens of the evening of course, sharing this cute snap with the caption, "Um, we invented Post-Its. #LBHS10YearReunion."

Very Romy and Michelle!

Jen Bunney, who also starred in The Hills, was there with her new husband Taylor Dunphy:

Although Stephen Colletti was nowhere to be seen (boo), he did pop up in another throwback snap recently with former co-stars Dieter Schmitz and Trey Phillips. The trio were reunited as groomsmen for the wedding of their pal Ben Singer back in September:

Nobody’s life is simple and there will always be a few bumps in the road. It’s the same with success. The journey is never going to be easy. If it was, we’d all be millionaires by the age of 25. Getting on the right path, making the right decisions and meeting the right people are all things that take time and energy.

One person you’re 100% guaranteed to meet as you make your way through life is someone who wants to see you fail. Much as we like to think that everyone is inherently good, jealousy and competitiveness are two key parts of life. There will always be those who begrudge you your good moments and take pleasure in your lowest points.

Chanel’s woman of the moment, Kendall Jenner, made that point clear with a video released over the weekend. As part of an interview for the latest issue of Dazed, Kendall made a Mean Girls-esque Burn Book, full of scathing lines and insults. The twist? Every line in the book was one that had been written about Kendall in comments on her various social media accounts.

From, “Too bad she’s one of the richest, prettiest and most talentless people ever” and “Kendall Jenner is a self-absorbed white b*tch with millions of dollars for doing absolutely nothing,” it’s all there in black and white. Or black and pink, in true Mean Girls style.

The model and reality star spoke in her Dazed interview about the difficulty she faced in making people believe her success was deserved. “For me, getting into this and being taken seriously was something that needed to be figured out,” she says. “I had to do some of the best shows to say, ‘Yo, this is what I’m doing and here I am, proving it.’”

Rather than taking on her haters by showering them with abuse, Kendall took the high road and gave them the two fingers by becoming one of the most successful young models of the last five years. And that’s an attitude we could all learn a thing or two from.

It’s never pleasant to know that others are gunning for you to fall at the first hurdle, but why not use that bad energy to push you further, instead of letting it slow you down? No, it shouldn’t matter what other people think, but the truth is that for most of us it really, really does. So let’s use that obsession with other people’s opinions to drive us and motivate us.

As a member of the Kardashian family, Kendall was always going to have a lot of negativity directed toward her. What’s admirable is that she has used those potentially hurtful comments to her advantage. There’s no better satisfaction than doing a job well and proving someone utterly wrong.

Singer Mel B has been married to husband Stephen Belafonte for seven years, but she revealed this week that she had previously been in a long-term relationship with another woman.

After moving to Los Angeles in 2001, the singer met Crista Brown, who had children at the same school as Mel's daughter Phoenix. By the time Mel met Eddie Murphy, the father of her second child, Angel, the relationship with Crista had ended.

"I did have a four-year relationship with a woman," the singer told The Guardian. "But I’ve been very happily married for seven years to a penis. Ha ha! An amazing guy.”

The X Factor judge said the relationship with Crista was all just part of her life story. "I’ve definitely not been shy or been one to hold back. If I wanted to try something, I did," she said. "I had a girlfriend. So what?"

Although she is in a committed marriage with Stephen, Mel said she does "think women are gorgeous," adding, "Me and my husband are very tight and solid. But I will be the first one to compliment a woman, to say to my husband, ‘Oh my God, look at her legs’; or ‘Doesn’t she look stunning?'"

The star described her husband as her "rock" and "the one who has rebirthed my confidence."

Mel has three children – 15-year-old Phoenix and 7-year old Angel from previous relationships, and 2-year-old Madison with husband Stephen.

Miley Cyrus’ Instagram account is a bit like stepping into an alternate universe – it’s colourful, confusing and really, really strange.

For example, if you’ve ever wondered what Miley’s baby photo would look like superimposed onto Kim Kardashian’s body, then look no further, here it is:

Or perhaps you’re thinking: “what if Priscilla was actually Miley and married Elvis and they had pizza for their wedding dinner” – yup, it’s here:

Earlier today, the singer shared a photo of her bloodied hand with her followers and while it doesn’t seem to too serious, it’s still a little scary looking! Miley didn't say what had caused the cut but did caption the photo: “Blood.” Just in case we weren’t too sure.

Miley is currently dating Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of the actor Arnold, but has sparked some rumours that they may be over already when she shared a snap of her dogs and wrote: “this could be us but chuuuu playin.”

Then again, basing any rumours on Miley’s Instagram would make the world a very strange place indeed…

Anyone who's anyone has seen the Harry Potter films, right?

Wrong.

There are people walking amongst us who don't get our Harry Potter jokes or our witty quips about Snape, and half the time we don't even know who they because they're too afraid to reveal themselves.

Here are just five ways to find out if the person opposite you is as clueless about Harry Potter as you are about the upcoming exam for that 9am lecture.

1) You make a Quidditch joke and they laugh because they know they should, but the fear in their eyes is mind-blowing.

Quid-atch?

2) They smile blankly when someone makes a threesome joke about Harry, Hermione and Ron.

Threesomes are funny, right?

3) They think Voldemort is a volcano. No, they don't just think it, they know it. The clue is in the name surely.

Girls, they think they nailed that one.

4) Every single photo they’ve seen on Facebook of someone posing beside platform 9 ¾ has left them utterly mystified.

That can’t be right. Where are they? Are they lost?

5) They think Hogwarts is a skin disease experienced by our little pink friend, the pig.

Why do people talk about it so fondly?

These people look just like the rest of us, but don't be fooled, girls. Approach with caution.
