Irish band give biggest hint ever that 1D star is going solo!

Irish band Kodaline have said that the song they penned with One Direction’s Harry Styles could end up on his solo album!

The All I Want hitmakers revealed at Glastonbury that Harry is a big fan of their work, and was keen to hook up with them in the studio.

“It was really strange how they came about,” the band’s singer Steve Garrigan said.

“He just turned up to a show, and he likes our music. We had a bit of free time and so we went to the studio and wrote a song. It was good fun.”

Steve then let the cat of the bag that Harry might be going SOLO – as in, splitting from the 1D lads!

He said, “It could be on his album if he does something, but I don’t know. Nothing is set in stone.”

Rumours have been circulating for a while that Harry was planning on a break-away from the band, and it could only be a matter of time before he goes out on his own!

Irish rugby star Jonny Sexton and his wife are reportedly celebrating the birth of their son today!

Born at 7lbs, the new arrival is said to be happy and healthy.

The couple have not yet chosen a name for their first born – but we just can’t wait to hear what they decide on!

The Sextons, who are based in Paris, confirmed Laura’s pregnancy in February.

Last month, Jonny said he would be tempted to return home due to his growing family.

“It’s a family decision now, we’ve a baby on the way, me and Laura, and it’s very much a case of ‘let’s see how that goes’ – having a kid here and not having grandparents, aunties and uncles to look after it.

“We’ll just have to see how that goes for the next few months, all being well, touch wood, we’ll see what the options are then,” he said.

Jonny and Laura first met in Rathgar Tennis Club in Dublin when they were just 13 years old.

The couple tied the knot last July in an intimate ceremony in Adare, Co Limerick.

We couldn’t be happier for this lovely couple!

Laura Whitmore looked every inch the fashion goddess at Glastonbury yesterday – and is said to have gotten very cosy with a certain sexy singer at the festival.

The Co Wicklow star channelled some serious Kate Moss festival chic with super tiny denim hot pants, oversized shades, a vintage shirt and of course, a pair of sturdy wellies.

So it’s no wonder that gorgeous Laura was apparently spotted looking very loved up with Scottish singer Paulo Nutini, who rocked the stage at the festival last night!

Laura and the Candy singer are rumoured to be dating, and were said to have not been shy about their romance at the festival with some very sweet PDAs on display!

Awwww – we’re loving this match!

Mel B has dropped the biggest hint EVER that Victoria Beckham could be joining her on the X Factor this year!

Earlier this month, it was revealed that Mel B is the fourth judge on this year’s show.

And now the former Spice Girl has posted a throwback snap of her and pal Victoria on Instagram, captioning it, “Watch out- we mean business ;)”.

Does this mean that Posh Spice could be Mel’s guest for the judges’ house stage of the competition?!

We really hope so!

They’ve already shown video footage of their wedding and Blue Ivy’s birth – and now Beyoncé and Jay Z have pulled another shocker out of the bag during their On The Run tour!

The crowd at their latest show were apparently shown a series of mugshots, projected onto giant screens on stage – including one of pop star Justin Bieber – as Bey told fans, “Even the greatest can fall.”

After a Bieber fan posted the snap, furious Beliebers took to Twitter to slam the famous couple for being “disrespectful” and “cheeky”.

But other agreed with Bey, tweeting, “She is totally right. Respect”, and “She was proving a point, it was not an Insult”.

We wonder what Justin would think of this himself?

The usually squeaky clean actress Emma Watson is facing a grilling from immigration officials after claims she had been employing an illegal housekeeper.

The woman was said to have been employed at the Harry Potter star’s £2 million London home while she had only a tourist visa, and not one that allowed her to work legally in the UK.

Home Office chiefs can impose civil penalties of up to £10,000 per worker on bosses who breach immigration rules.

Yikes!

The housekeeper first started working for Emma in her New York apartment at the beginning of last year.

But Border Agency staff launched a probe after receiving a complaint that she travelled to London off and on and was paid to help the actress at her home.

It is alleged the housekeeper spent a total of three months in Britain between September last year until early February this year.

We’re not sure how this is going to turn out for the Hollywood star!

Working with a grumpy Simon Cowell must be hungry work!

So X Factor judge Cheryl took boss Simon to her favourite Chinese restaurant in Newcastle for a slap-up take-away on Thursday night, and by the size of those bags, the pair ordered everything on the menu!

Cheryl grew up in the local estate in Byker just around the corner from Kwok Pao restaurant, and got younger brother Garry Tweedy to call them up and put an order in.

But owner of the business Kevin Shek didn’t realise who the order was actually for and was shocked when a Mercedes pulled up outside his restaurant!

Kevin said the pair spent £82.50 in the restaurant. They ordered prawn meat on toast, chicken egg foo young and mixed vegetables in satay sauce, and Cheryl’s favourite dish – salt and chilli ribs.

Mmmmm…. now we’re definitely in the mood for a Chinese take-away tonight!

We hardly recognised Prince Harry’s ex Cressida Bonas at Glastonbury yesterday, as she swapped champagne for cider and posh gowns for…well, see for yourself!

The 25-year-old was snapped swigging cans of cider and beer and having a laugh with friends at the super muddy festival campsite.

With a gorgeous mystery man in tow, Cressida arrived at the festival ready to bed down in the mud with tens of thousands of other campers.

We’re not sure what the Queen would think of Cressida’s festival style, but she doesn’t look as if she gives a hoot!

Rumours have been circulating that Dublin model and actress, Nadia Forde will be appearing on this year’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

Nadia has already been featured on numerous programmes here in Ireland from the Republic of Telly to her own show; Nadia Goes to Hollywood.

But sources close to the model’s management team have revealed say they are in “advanced talks” with TV bosses.

When Nadia was quizzed on the possible appearance she didn’t reveal much about the show.

“I’ve had loads of conversations about TV stuff. I’m not saying anymore.”

We’ll just have to wait and see then.

One Direction are probably the biggest band in the world right now and they have many people to thank for it, including Nicole Scherzinger.

But despite Nicola helping Simon form the band way back in their X Factor bootcamp days, the singer has now said that she thinks the band are too big to perform with her.

The singer admits that the boy’s global success is a bit strange to her now, especially since she was there for them at the beginning.

“It’s weird cause now I’m the one queuing up in the stores to buy their merchandise. I’m like: ‘Can I get a One Direction T-shirt?’”

Nicole was quizzed on whether she would like to collaborate with the 1D boys in the future, to which the singer quickly responded saying that the band was too big for her now.

“Oh no, I don’t think so. They’re too big for me now!”

Hmm, we’re not sure if the lads would agree with you there Nicole, we say they would love to collaborate with you!

Have you ever wondered just how many aeroplanes are in the sky at any one time? Or just how many flights are taken in one day? If you are a fan of air travel, this video is for you.

The National Air Traffic Services created a stunning video that shows every aeroplane that flew over the North Atlantic in 24 hours and the results are pretty striking.

Just how they manage to not only keep track of the flights but also to ensure there isn’t any chaos in the skies, simply blows our mind!

There is an actual reason behind the video, Paul Beauchamp, NATS spokesman explains: “Airspace is an incredibly valuable asset – just as important as the rail, road and utility networks that everyone relies on every day.”

“However, most people aren’t aware of the work that goes into managing and safely guiding aircraft through our skies. That’s why we created this visualisation to highlight the complexity of that work, the skill of our air traffic controllers and the UK’s strategic importance as the aviation gateway to Europe and North America.”

Well done guys it’s pretty awesome!
