It looks like Demi Lovato has decided to ditch her usual make-up regime for a while, after spending a rejuvenating few days at a spiritual retreat last week.

The star showed off her freckles in a make-up free photo yesterday, and she really did look the picture of health.

Demi has been very public about her past body image issues, but she proved that her new healthy lifestyle has helped her overcome her demons as she followed up her make-up free selfie with a sweaty snap of her working out in the gym and an enviable shot of her fab bikini body, saying:

“Had a spiritual retreat last week full of organic food, working out, meditation and reiki healing… I feel so ready for this summer!!!”

We already knew what a great sport Idina was, after the way she handled John Travolto’s crazy mispronunciation of her name at the Oscars.

But we love Idina even more now, after she managed to laugh off an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction while performing on stage at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall on Monday.

Fans notices that the Broadway star had a nip-slip in the middle of her on-stage performance, but instead of getting all worked about it, the Let It Go star still carried on with the show.

Idina even went on to say that she wasn’t too worried about her boobs going viral, shouting: “f**k it, they’re real!”

How to reduce the impact of jet lag

There is nothing more annoying on a holiday than jet lag – well, there probably is but this it is pretty bad.

Thankfully, while you can’t completely prevent it from happening (unless you don’t fly too far away), there are ways to lessen its impact.

Prepare
If you are flying to a country with a significantly different timezone – we’re talking Australia, here – you might want to gradually adjust your schedule to suit your new timezone.

The journey
Set your watch according to your destination time and eat and sleep at the right times.

Drink water
Make sure your body stays hydrated so drink plenty of water throughout the journey. This will also help to keep your mind focused and aware of your surroundings.

Go to bed straight away
If you arrive at your destination in the middle of the night head to bed straight away, but make sure you get up at a reasonable hour in the morning – even if this means you only get four hours sleep!

It’s only a few days since it was revealed that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were back together again, and it seems that Selena is already in trouble with the police.

Gomez was apparently hosting a party at her Los Angeles mansion, when noise levels from her “rager” became so loud that the neighbours were forced to ring police.

The police arrived shortly before midnight and warned Selena to keep the noise down or else.

One neighbour said that the noise was so loud that her windows started to rattle.

Selena shared a snap of her party earlier that evening and captioned the shot: “Tacos, live music and candles 🙂 such a beautiful night with beautiful people,”

This controversial party doesn’t come long after Selena was spotted out and about with Justin yesterday, and according to TMZ Selena’s family and friends are not too pleased about the lovers’ reunion.

Sorry ladies to be the bearer of bad news, but it looks like that Benedict Cumberbatch is really off the market for good.

Film producer, Rebecca Eaton let slip in an interview today, that the actor may have a new woman in his life.

“That might also explain her (Rebecca Eaton) other job: helping British hottie Benedict Cumberbatch find a new love interest. She wouldn’t say whom the “Sherlock” actor has met, but she said it’s time for all those “Cumberbitches” — the name used by his huge base of female followers — to move on.”

Its ok we’ll just watch some old episodes of Sherlock!

It has emerged that three people were arrested on Sunday for apparently throwing beer bottles at Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island home!

The people in question are said to have been caught throwing the bottles at Taylor’s luxurious beach home and were cursing and shouting.

Thankfully, the singer wasn’t home at the time, we bet that would have been so frightening for her!

Apparently the three in question had nothing against Taylor in particular, they were just drunk…er, ok?

Two trespassing incidents have occurred at Taylor’s home in the past year. The poor girl can’t even feel safe in her own home, how awful.

Don’t worry Taylor, we’re sure Ed will sort them for you!

The World Cup has suddenly thrown Brazil into the spotlight and everyone is watching it in all its glory.

However, there is way more to the city than several albeit gorgeous men kicking a football around, One part of Brazil has been kept a secret – a beauty regime that might stun even the most hardened beauty fanatic.

In hair salons all across the country, women are burning their hair in a treatment known as velaterapia.

This involves putting the hair into sections, twisting it and putting a flame underneath to make the damaged hair stick out which are then snipped. We are terrified at the very thoughts of this happening to our beautiful hair.

Apparently, the burning makes the hair more receptive to conditioning treatments and only takes about three hours.

We might give this a try the next time we are passing through Brazil.
