Behold a pet owner with WAY too much time on his hands. YouTuber Alienufosarereal has spruced up the classic nineties movie by digitally inserting his pooch into a scene from the movie. We are so glad he did!
It is favoured by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, although this doesn’t surprise us to be honest, and is even used by athletes and soldiers to build muscles and recover from an injury.
But what exactly is aerial yoga or anti-gravity yoga as it is also known as?
Well, it involves swinging from a sling hammock which is hanging from the ceiling. Once in the sling, you will do a series of exercises that involve you hanging upside down by your ankles or swinging in the hammock with your head facing the floor to name a few – basically yoga positions in a sling.
While it does seem like a strange way to exercise, the workout is apparently great for your core strength and stretching the body.
Apparently hanging upside down is great for your complexion as it helps blood flow – we might just have to follow in Gwenie’s footsteps and give this a go.

Spanish model Olalla Oliveros had a successful career as a model and an actress, but after visiting The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima in Portugal and experiencing what she called an ‘earthquake’ moment, the model decided to become a nun.
Oliveros didn’t go into huge detail about why she decided to become a nun – all she told the National Catholic Register was that: “The Lord is never wrong. He asked if I will follow him, and I could not refuse.”
Apparently the model just couldn’t shake a vision of herself dressed as a nun, and she’s not the first model to decide enough was enough. In 2005 one of Colombia’s top models, Amada Rosa Pérez, decided to swap the catwalk for the nunnery as she found her life as a model too stressful.
She explained how she came to her decision: “I grew tired of a world of lies, appearances, falsity, hypocrisy and deception, a society full of anti-values that exalts violence, adultery, drugs, alcohol, fighting, and a world that exalts riches, pleasure, sexual immorality and fraud.
“I want to be a model that promotes the true dignity of women and not their being used for commercial purposes.”
Olalla Oliveros has been in the nunnery for four years now and changed her name to Sister Olalla del Sí de María. As you can see from the photo below (she is second from the right), she is rocking that habit. Could this be the real life Sister Act?!

If you suffer from hay fever or just can’t be bothered looking after actual flowers, making your own paper flowers is a great alternative (and they’re very pretty).
All you need is some crepe paper, wire, a stapler and a scissors. Once you get your supplies, it’s time to get crafty!
Method
1. Cut your crepe into equal size squares, about the size of your average napkin
2. Fold each sheet of paper like an accordion, the way you used to when you were making a paper fan
3. Fold the sheets in half
4. Wrap the wire around the centre at the bottom and staple for security
5. Fan out the tissue to pull apart the petals. You’re done!

Cara Delevingne gave fans an eye full today after posting a completely naked photo to Instagram. All the model had to hide her modesty was two torches and a ‘no entry’ traffic sign.
Delevingne is currently doing a photo shoot in Bali, but gave no explanation for her lack of clothing. Though her sister Poppy who is also in Bali posted a scenic photo with the caption: “Life does not need a filter #beauty #bali #blessed.”
Perhaps the sisters were trying to make a point about the beauty of going au naturel?!
It looks like Kourtney and Scott’s relationship is on the rocks, despite the couple expecting another baby later this year.
Kourtney reportedly kicked Scott out last week over his partying ways, and now photos of Scott celebrating his 31st birthday with a mystery brunette have surfaced, while Kourtney was nowhere to be seen.
The girl doesn’t seem to leave Scott’s side all night, and he doesn’t look too concerned as he drinks back bottles of beer and celebrates the arrival of his cake.
Could she be to blame for breaking up the couple?
