The show was flawless, colourful and beautifully curated, and by GOD did we all feel seen. Bad Gal RiRi has become one of the world's most successful fashion businesswomen, artists and makeup moguls for a very good reason.

It's time for her highly-anticipated second annual Savage X Fenty show, a runway experience celebrating the new Fall/Winter 2019 collection from the music and fashion icon herself.

It looks like we're FINALLY getting some updates on Bad Gal Riri's forthcoming album, after R&B legend The Dream revealed some details in an all-encompassing interview.

It's been almost three years since her last work, 2016's ANTI, and since then Rihanna has taken on world domination through fashion and cosmetics.

Savage x Fenty and Fenty Beauty have been hugely successful, and we thank her for those gems, but now we need the TUNES to match, mmkay?

Fans have been waiting a long time to hear more music from the iconic singer, and her newest record is "about done", according to The Dream. The singer has worked closely with Rihanna since 2007.

When asked about the versatile artists' newest work, he said; "She’s cooking, she’s about done. She’s about done. Super close." TAKE IT OUT OF THE OVEN.

He flat out refused to give any more details about the Disturbia hitmaker's album, but also teased that Beyoncé is "doing something" in the studio. Praise the Lawd, the Queens are returning to their thrones.

Speaking in an interview with Ebro Darden, he said: “I actually haven’t talked to her about it – I’ve talked to the team about it because it’s kind of just being coordinated. But she’s doing something."

RiRi recently joked to her fans that her internet connection was too poor to answer their questions about her album, though many are saying her ninth studio album is close to being finished.

The singer posted a video to her Instagram Stories which featured her waving a wad of cash, smiling and blowing a kiss to the camera, with the caption, '"Fans: "Where the album?" Me: sorry my connection poor."

Kuk Harrell, who worked with the star on ANTI, and co-wrote songs such as Umbrella and Only Girl (In the World), recently responded to one of the singer’s fans who asked about the album, saying;

"R9 is great. R9 is amazing. It’s incredible, And that’s all I’m going to say." Obviously it's amazing, but we need it NOW.

There have been zero announcements yet on a release date, but we'll be patient for Bad Gal RiRi.

Rihanna has now taken legal action against her father, Ronald Fenty, for using her trademark Fenty brand in a "fraudulent effort to solicit millions of dollars" without her permission.

Rihanna, real name Robyn Fenty, has filed a lawsuit against her dad after he set up the company Fenty Entertainment and apparently acted as her agent.

She claims Ronald and a man named Moses Perkins have been "soliciting business by falsely acting as her agent".

According to legal documents, the duo are allegedly seeking "to profit from her fame" and "although Mr. Fenty is Rihanna’s father, he does not have, and never has had, authority to act on Rihanna’s behalf."

The ANTI singer and beauty mogul also claims they have falsely booked her for a $15 million Latin American tour, two concerts at Staples Centre in LA and a Las Vegas show, worth $400,000.

The documents also allege that her father tried unsuccessfully to file trademark for Fenty multiple times to launch a "resort hotel services" with the hope of "exploiting Rihanna’s name and brand". Yikes.

The 30-year-old star insists that she tried to settle the issues outside of court but that he ignored her cease and desist mail. She's now asking a judge to place an injunction on Ronald.

Fenty has been trademarked by Bad Gal Riri for all business ventures, such as her cosmetics and lingerie collections.

The Umbrella songstress has a turbulent relationship with her biological father; she has maintained that he physically abused her mother and has been addicted to crack cocaine in the past.

He was kicked off her 2008 tour for drunken behaviour, and she paid for her father to enter a rehabilitation clinic back in 2013.

Despite the drama, she is still in contact with her dad and they were seen together in Barbados last November celebrating her grandfather's 90th birthday.

Sounds pretty tumultuous to us, it makes our family spats at the dinner table look hella minor.

Rihanna is pretty much a goddess not of this earth. We do not deserve her, or her iconic Fenty Beauty range. That's for certain.

The versatile vixen has now released a new Christmas range for her Savage x Fenty lingerie line, and it's fair to say our minds are officially blown.

I mean, does this woman ever take a day off from being perfection?

She captioned the post:

We getting NAUGHTY-not-NICE this season! @savagexfenty just dropped The Ultimate Gift Guide to help you shop gifts for everybody in ya life !! Hit up SavageX.com to get 50% off everything for a limited time!”

Tbh we barely read the caption because we were far too busy staring at how drop-dead gorgeous she is in the post, but obviously we will be lining up to get whatever this gal offers us.

Naturally, the topless pic pretty much set the internet on fire, and went instantly viral. Everything she does goes viral, but this is next level fire.

Fans are still spamming the singer, actress and fashion icon regarding news of her ninth studio album, and one particularly quick fan noticed that RiRi registered two new songs:

PLEASE let her release new mucic, it's all we need, it's all we CRAVE in the universe. She hasn't released her own music since 2016's ANTI.

Her badass tunes are the oxygen to our lungs. The Ant to our Dec. The Rudolph to our Santa. You get the picture…

Well, it's official: being nice is cancelled. It's over.

Rihanna said it in her underwear, so it must be true.

The Victoria's Secret fashion show took place last weekend, and the controversy surrounding the event has been mounting ever since, despite the fact that it hasn't even been aired yet.

Ed Razek, chief marketing officer of L Brands (VS's parent company) threw caution (and tact) to the wind in his exclusive Vogue interview about the fashion show, which first began in 1995.

The public were less than impressed, to say the least, about his statements regarding transgender models in his 'fantasy' show, as well as his attitude towards Rihanna's ground-breaking Savage x Fenty lingerie show.

Razek was quizzed about the lack of diversity in his own show, which features predominantly skinny, cisgender white models, and had more than a few things to say on the matter:

"Do I think about diversity? Yes. Does the brand think about diversity? Yes. Do we offer larger sizes? Yes….Shouldn’t you have transsexuals in the show? No. No, I don’t think we should. Well, why not? Because the show is a fantasy."

As you can imagine, this caused major drama, as it appears to imply that transgender models are not part of the 'fantasy' world of Victoria's Secret.

Razek later issued an apology regarding his comments about transgender models, which wasn't received well:

His outspoken opinions on the 'fantasy' which excluded transgender models were not the only bone of contention. Razek also shared his own thoughts on Rihanna's phenomenally successful show:

"It’s a 42-minute entertainment special. That’s what it is. It is the only one of its kind in the world, and any other fashion brand in the world would take it in a minute, including the competitors that are carping at us."

"They carp at us because we’re the leader. …We’re their first love. And Victoria’s Secret has been women’s first love from the beginning."

"Everybody keeps talking about Rihanna’s show. If we had done Rihanna’s show, we would be accused of pandering without question."

Blogger and influencer Louise O'Reilly (@StyleMeCurvy) spoke out about the contentious chief marketing director in a tweet, which Bad Gal Riri LIKED.  The shade.

Her show featured a huge range of models ranging in size and ethnicity, as well as ability. Pregnant model and long-time Fenty ambassador Slick Woods walked the show while nine months pregnant.

Rihanna has yet to officially comment on the Victoria's Secret fashion show, but we highly doubt she'd be impressed by the now-infamous Vogue interview.

To think, it was only back in 2012 that Rihanna performed at the fashion show herself… how time flies.

2018 is a whole other fashion show ball game it seems.

Rihanna’s new lingerie line Savage x Fenty is fierce AF.

Her collection is all about inclusivity and diversity, dressing all woman with different body shapes and sizes.

And nothing could have embodied this message more than the collection’s debut to the public.

The Diamonds singer chose a fierce, diverse group of models to represent her brand, including two pregnant women.

One of the mums, known as Slick Woods, was so far along that she went into labour after the fashion show’s debut, but not after she strut her stuff on stage.

The model truly looked savage in her strappy, Fenty lingerie that highlighted her beautiful baby bump.

Complete with knee-high, lace stockings, sparking high-heels and sexy, Madonna nipple cones, this hot mama killed it on the runway.

The other expecting model, Janina Thompson, dramatically danced in a sheer, low-cut leotard with wild curls framing her chic look.

With her flower broach and her long, white gloves, her glamorous vintage style put a powerful spin on a traditional ensemble.

Rihanna wanted to make clear that ALL women deserve to dress stunning and feel sexy. Maternity fashion does not have to be conservative.

Shattering the stigma, the designer wanted to show how sultry and seductive mums are.

“Savage X means making your own rules and expressing your mood, character and style – for you, not for someone else,” Rihanna commented on her collection.

The gorgeous and ground-breaking businesswoman is making strides for women everywhere, and we can’t wait to see what she does next.
