Grey’s Anatomy is one of the longest-running medical dramas on TV at the moment. The show has been around since 2005, but we are still not sick of seeing Meredith, Bailey and Karev on our screens.

Every episode of the drama series leaves us in floods of tears, but no matter how many tears we shed, Grey’s Anatomy will always be one of the greatest shows on TV.

Ahead of the season 14 finale, we conjured up a list of the five emotional stages every Grey’s Anatomy fan goes through when they tune into that famous penultimate episode.

Nobody does a season finale like Shonda Rhimes!

1: Excitement: We can’t help but feel like a giddy school kid once we hear Meredith’s start her famous opening monologue. The thrill of the season finale never fizzles out, even after 14 seasons. The show's creators have no limits when it comes to shocking us. Anything could happen during the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy.

2: Nerves: As you sip on your glass of wine throughout the first ad break you soon realise that literally, anything could happen, anything, meaning you may have to say goodbye to one of your favourite cast members in the next hour! There have been many moments when Grey’s Anatomy took our breath away, including Derek’s shocking (and unfair) death, to April running away from her wedding with Jackson.

3: Stress: This show never fails to turn us into a ball of stress. The tense operating scenes, the heartbreaking arguments between our favourite couples, and the extravagant storylines have us on the edge of our seat. We can’t help but wish we could fast forward to the end of the episode to make sure everyone and everything is okay.

4: Anger: There have been many times when the show simply left is fuming like angry dragons. Sometimes it can just be way too cruel, like the time when we all believed Mark Sloan was out of the woods, or Izzie’s exit, or the shooting episode when we lost far too many characters. We can't help but question why we put ourselves through the stress of this show.

5: Upset: No show makes us cry like Grey’s Anatomy. Once the credits start to roll the tears just keep falling. There have been many moments that turned us into inconsolable, snotty messes, like Mark saying goodbye to Lexie or Meredith and Cristina dancing it out for one last time. Every episode is an emotional roller coaster, but despite the stress the show puts us through, we’ll never stop watching it.

The season 14 finale airs on Sky Living on Wednesday, May 30 at 9 pm

OK, Potter nerds – it's your time to shine! 

If you know your whomping willows form your wizard wheezes, you can put your witchcraft and wizardry skills to the test in a massive Harry Potter quiz in Hogwarts' Great Hall. 

That's right. The Warner Bros. Studio Tour has just launched a series of quiz nights hosted in an exact replica of the famous set.

The night begins with a tour of the studios where you'll be treated to a hot meal and Butterbeer in the Backlot Café. 

Next, Potter fans will go head-to-head in the ultimate battle of HP knowledge, with trivia across the entire series of book and films. 

Expect questions on magical artefacts, defence against the dark arts, potions and care of magical creatures and a whole host of other enchanting topics. 

Up for grabs is a huge collection of exclusive Warner Bros. Studio Tour goodies, so you better start studying. 

So, if you fancy taking a trip to London on July 5, 12 or 19, book your space here.

Tickets are available from Tuesday, June 5 and cost £65 per person. 

Teams should be made of a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 and you must be aged 16 or over to take part.

If you are not booking as part of a team, you will be allocated one on the evening.

Riverdale star Lili Reinhart has responded to pregnancy rumours with an empowering message about body image.

Rumours have been circulating that the actress was expecting after a candid snap of her was shared online.

The 21-year-old was extremely disheartened by the rumours and asked fans to remember that nobody is perfect.

Taking to her Instagram stories, the actress penned a touching message about accepting your body. She wrote, “It’s unfortunate that one unflattering photo of my stomach circulating the internet caused hundreds of people to think that I’m pregnant.”

The actress had to confirm that she was definitely not expecting a baby. “This is just my body. And sometimes I’m bloated. Sometimes an unflattering photo is taken of me.”

She added: “Sometimes I go through periods of time where I gain weight.”

Lili went on to say that she will never ever apologise for how her body looks- and we couldn’t agree more. No woman should have to say sorry for being a little bit bloated or be scrutinised for how they look.

“My body will constantly go through change, and so will yours. And that’s fine,” she expressed.

She told fans not to put so much time and effort into caring about a stranger’s figure.

Today, women are under more and more pressure to look ‘perfect’. Society expects us to look a certain way but it’s important to listen to Lili’s message. Every single body is different and that is perfectly fine.

Ah, the inflatable backpack – one of the many 90s items we simply had to have because, lets face oit, Lizzie McGuire had one.

Matthew Lewis, who played Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter movies, has gotten married.

He wed his American girlfriend (a muggle), Angela Jones.

The couple got hitched in Portofino.

Family and friends enjoyed a lavish Italian ceremony. 

Taking to Twitter, the Harry Potter actor humorously announced the happy news.

The pair looked stunning in the photograph, which was captioned:

"Not only did I miss the Arctic Monkeys in LA but they were performing in Italy at the same time we were there and my wife made me get married instead. Fuming."

Never to escape his former role, his fans were quick to send warm wishes on both Instagram and Twitter.

"We are so proud of you Neville! 100 points for GRYFFINDOR," said an Instagram user.  

The Harry Potter theme continued with fans joking that Neville finally got to marry his on-screen crush, Luna Lovegood.

Another referenced his character's love of herbology in the films. 

The couple has two fur babies together.

Every few months, a new 'superfood' comes along promising to revolutionise the way we eat. 

From kale and quinoa to avocados and nut butters, there are hundreds of products that claim to be packed with powerful nutritional benefits – but this latest offering might just be the most bizarre yet. 

It may or may not surprise you to learn that insects are considered quite the delicacy in some parts of the world. As well as being better for the environment, certain insects have been hailed as a high-protein, low-fat alternative to meat. 

And while the idea of munching on a little critter may turn your stomach a little, there is an alternative way to enjoy all the nutritional benefits – cockroach milk. 

Yep. Not only to cockroaches actually produce milk, but it's been dubbed as the new 'superfood' after a recent found it to be healthier than cow's milk. 

Dr Sanchari Banerjee, the author of the study, told the Times of India: "The crystals are like a complete food – they have proteins, fats and sugars.” They’re also packed with amino acids which are said to release nutrients gradually after they’re digested. The study found it to be far healthier than cow’s milk."

Now for the science bit.

It turns out cockroaches on Pacific Islands like Hawaii are filled with a milk-like substance that crystallizes in the gut, before being used to feed their young. 

As of this moment in time, their are no companies producing the product for human consumption, so it might be a while before we see it on our supermarket shelves.

On Saturday, the people of Ireland voted overwhelmingly in favour of repealing the Eighth Amendment, thus allowing the government to legislate for the legal termination of pregnancy. 

Following the historic result, Minister for Health Simon Harris revealed that the new legal framework to replace the Eighth Amendment will be drafted during the summer, with hopes that it will be in place by the end of the year. 

According to The Herald, the cost of an abortion in Ireland is expected to be somewhere in the region of €300, with medical card holders being able to access the service free of charge.

It's also understood the process will require two or more GP appointments, each of which will be more expensive than a typical consultation. 

Abortion pills, which are expected to be used in the vast majority of cases, will come under the drugs payment scheme, which sets a limit of €134 a month per household for any prescribed drugs or medicines.

As set out in the Government's draft heads of a bill published prior to the referendum, women will be able to request an abortion through a GP or primary care service such as the Well Woman Clinic.

After the initial appointment, they'll be required to wait for a 72-hour "consideration" period. Once this time elapses, they'll return to their doctor for a second consultation where the drug will then be dispensed.

The expected legislation will make abortion available for women who are no more than 12 weeks pregnant. Women won't have to give a reason for their decision and will need a GP to clarify that they are not passed the twelfth week of pregnancy. 

Termination will be allowed past 12 weeks if:

  • The woman's health is in danger or her life is at risk

  • The foetus has not reached viability

  • It is appropriate to carry out the termination of pregnancy in order to advert that risk

As it stands, Irish women who seek abortion services in UK must pay upwards of €510 for abortion pill treatment and €570 for surgical abortion, before factoring in the price of travel.

Snow Patrol have announced a huge Irish concert and we can’t wait to go. The popular band are due to play the 3Arena on 11 December 2018.

Tickets for the show will go on sale this Friday, June 8, at 9 am, so make sure you set your alarm.

The band recently released their first album in seven years called Wildness.

Wildness taps into something raw and primitive. Lead-singer and songwriter Gary Lightbody says of the album: “There are many types of wildness, but I think it can be distilled into two: the wildness of the modern age, all its confusion, illogic and alienation and a more ancient wildness.

Something primal, alive and beautiful that speaks to our true connectivity, our passion, our love, our communion with nature and each other. This is the kind of wildness the album is centered around. The loss of it. Trying to reconnect with it. To remember it.”

We cannot wait for the band, who are behind songs including Chasing Cars, Run and Just Say Yes, to return to Ireland. They’ll certainly be given a warm welcome at the 3Arena.

The band will also play a string of gigs across the United Kingdom, including a show at Belfast’s SSE Arena on December 7, 2018.

Huge congratulations are in order as Cher Lloyd has welcomed her first child. The singer gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on May 25, 2018.

She shared a stunning photo of her newborn daughter on Instagram and even revealed her daughter's name.

“Our baby girl is here! We are so in love,” the former X Factor star wrote.

Cher revealed that they named their baby girl Delilah-Rae. CUTE.

The name Delilah means delicate, and the name Rae means wise protection.

Cher and her husband Craig revealed that they were expecting their first child in a touching Instagram post in January. The mum shared: “We are absolutely over the moon to share this news with you all. I am so excited to enter this new chapter in my life,

We are absolutely thrilled for Cher and Craig, as are fans of the Want U Back singer.

“That’s a gorgeous name Cher, congratulations!”
