We've been following the progress of the Operation Transformation leaders over the last six weeks, and tonight's show gave us all the feels.

Shop manager Sean Daly, who has previously opened up about the darker side of his weight gain and expressed how his weight made him hate himself in the past, proved that the programme is making a major difference in his life.

"Operation Transformation has changed me from the inside out. That’s where I needed to change on the inside in order to change the outside so I’m well equipped and ready to face the future regardless," he said.

It was clear that Sean isn't just changing on the inside, as his co-worker presented him with two sacks of potatoes weighing a collective two stone to represent his weight loss.

Another Operation Transformation leader who dropped major pounds this week was Mairead, although she was once again chastised for her lack of organisation skills when it comes to food.

However, with a staggering weight loss of 4.5lbs, we'll let her off for swapping tuna for salmon.

Limerick mum Marie was determined to smash her goals this week, and despite the ridiculous weather, braved the wind and rain to complete all of her exercise routines.

The mother-of-two had a landmark week, and managed to finally fit into her dream dress, which she couldn't fit into for her daughter's christening.

"You look so bloody hot. Where is the belly gone? You're just boobs and bum, it's amazing! So how does it feel to be standing in THE dress?" exclaimed host Katherine Thomas.

Congratulations to all of the OT participants for their massive progress this week.

You can follow the progress of all of the leaders on the Operation Transformation website, or catch another episode tomorrow night at 8.30pm on RTÉ One

If you were reading through a dictionary (which is probably never, tbh…), it's safe to say that you'd never think you'd come across 'throwing shade'.

But alas, more millennial-loved words have been added to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, and people are pretty happy about it.

Merriam-Webster tweeted about the news last night, and Twitter was delighted:

We've waited a long time for this.

Orange Is The New Black left us on the most intense cliffhanger in season 4. It was a totally crazy final episode, and posed so many questions for fans.

Well, now the release date is here and we couldn't be more excited.

The TV show shared a short video on Twitter, and without giving away too much, we can expect the show to be back on June 9. Yaaaas!

Looking at the clip, all of our favourite characters will be making a return, and we're sooo delighted.

A lot of students try to get some real-life experience before they go out into the big bad world of work.

Sure, how many of us went on work experience in secondary school?!

Saying that, we either went off to our uncle's office, or to the local creche down the road. And, it was certainly nothing like Malia Obama's internship on the set of Girls.

Yep, in the summer of 2015, Malia, at just 17, worked on Lena Dunham's TV show, and finally, the actress has spilled the beans on how she got on.

Speaking to radio DJ Howard Stern, Lena said: "She's an angel. She was interning at HBO and they thought, what if she comes a couple days a week to the set of Girls?

"She loved the show, and I mean, obviously we weren't, like, making her go get our coffee. You're not going to send [the president's daughter] to get coffee.

"But she wanted to do all the jobs. That was the cool thing. She was totally enthusiastic."

Malia is set to start her first term at Harvard University this autumn, and has also just started an internship with Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

We can see big things happening for this beauty.

We have some sad news to share this afternoon, with the announcement that former model and reality star Tara Palmer Tomkinson has died at the age of 45.

The star passed away earlier today in her London flat, after a battle with a brain tumour, according to The Sun.

Tara, who is the god-daughter of Prince Charles, revealed last November that she was diagnosed with the tumour in January 2016.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, she said: “I went to the doctors to talk about my latest blood test results when I got back from skiing in January. I said, ‘What does this mean? Can you translate it?’ And the doctor said, ‘As I suspected, you have a brain tumour.’”

“I got terribly frightened. I started thinking, ‘I’m going to die, I’m going to die. I’ve only a couple of weeks to live.’ Stuff like that.”

She went on to receive treatment, and revealed that she was also suffering from an auto-immune disease.

News of Tara’s sudden passing broke just this afternoon, with tributes pouring in across social media.

Journalist Piers Morgan led the tributes, tweeting: “RIP Tara Palmer Tomkinson, 45. A fun, feisty woman who battled many demons. Very sad news.”

While Valentine's Day may be for couples, DIY hair hacks are all-inclusive.

For the month that's in it, we're loving the heart bun, a hair creation inspired by the romantic season and shared by beauty mega-mogul Huda Beauty.

Pic: Sherry Maldonado

The look was created by model and influencer Sherry Maldonado, who shared it to her 740,000 followers before the hairstyle was regrammed by Huda, so it's become seriously popular.

The DIY 'do is perfect for those of us who love the hun bun, but lets face it, sometimes you need to spice up your life.

Sherry starts by customising her trusty hair doughnut by creating a heart shape with three elastics.

By making the doughnut in the shape of a heart, all you have to do is pull your hair through the doughnut and secure the bun as you usually would, so it's as easy as our favourite hangover hair style.

Tuck any excess hair underneath the hair doughnut with bobby pins and voila, the heart shaped bun is complete.

The influencer also showcases how to do this look in a half up, half down style, which would look amazing on a Valentine's night out.

So at least if love isn't in the air, it will be in your hair. Sort of.

Chocolate is one of the best things on this planet.

Feeling sad? Chocolate. Missed breakfast? Chocolate. Party? Chocolate.

Just like wine, chocolate pretty much goes with every mood, every event and every scenario imaginable (so, you get the point that we love it, right?).

Well, now there's a job going that will let you taste and eat the sweet snack all day long… and get PAID for it.

According to Mondelez International – the company behind Cadbury, Milka and Oreo – it is on the hunt for someone who has a "passion for confectionery and taste buds for detection" and you must be "eager to try new inventive products."

As well as being a chocolate addict, you must also be a team player, as you'll be "within a team of panellists to share opinions and collaborate to reach an agreement on taste."

The role is part-time and you'll only need to work seven and a half hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday.

Anyone else think this sounds like the best job on earth?! Even better than a gintern

However, the bad news – it's based across the pond in Reading, UK, so we all might be a bit too far away for it. *Sobs uncontrollably*

With Valentine's Day fast approaching, the pressure is on to find the perfect present for the significant other.

Thankfully, spoiling them to a trip away is pretty affordable right now, as Ryanair have just announced a €9.99 seat sale in celebration of the gift giving love-fest.

And luckily for all the singletons, Ryanair doesn't ask for proof of relationship status with your passport details, so jetting away on your own or with the girls for Galentine's day is epically accessible.

If you are loved up, be it romantically or with your bestie, choosing where to go can be a challenge, I mean, imagine you chose somewhere they didn't want to go?

Much to our delight, Ryanair are promoting their Give the Gift of Travel vouchers in the sale, with vouchers for flights as low as €25.00 available.

The voucher sale covers over 200 different destinations in 33 countries.

Paris, Lisbon, Milan, London, Budapest, Lanzarote and many more countries are featured in the sale, so getting to your other half's favourite city should be no problem.

So, it looks like Kylie's former fiancé, Joshua Sasse, might have taken advantage of her fame… according to his co-star, anyway.

Joshua's co-star on Galavant, Vinnie Jones, has spoken out about the start of the famous couple's relationship.

Speaking to The Sun, Vinnie said that when Kylie appeared on Galavant, Josh booked into the same hotel as her, the night before she arrived on set.

"I knew about them before anyone. Joshua was moving into her hotel the night before she came – on purpose.

"I said to him, 'Am I the only one who's got this?' He said, 'What do you mean?' I said, 'F*** off, Josh'. His opening line to her was, 'You do know all our guest stars have dinner with the star of the show of Galavant'. He's hilarious."

Vinnie went on to say that Joshua caused tension with the rest of the cast and crew as he was always with Kylie on set.

"Me and him were fantastic, but there were some of the others he didn't like and he kept playing up.

"It's hard to remember some of the bulls**t he came out with because he was having a feud with a lot of them. I'd come home and in the morning it'd be, 'Josh had done this, Josh had done that'.

"Josh was having a f***ing war with all of them and I was f***ing loving it."

Kylie broke up with the actor earlier this week, after a year of being engaged, as she grew suspicious of his relationship with another actress.

Aungier Danger is currently on the hunt for the best bakers in the business, as the ever-expanding doughnut company wants to add some new talent to its team.

Among the applications which we're sure are pouring in, was one little love note for Aungier Danger that their HR department definitely didn't miss.

The Dublin-based doughnut delicatessen posted this picture across their social media, showing a screen grab from one confectionery fan.

The impressive email was from one daring 13-year-old, who went out on a limb to tell Aungier Danger that he or she loved their delicious doughnuts.

"I don't want to apply because I'm 13 I just really like your doughnuts," read the message.

While the doughnut fan may not have much baking experience, we think AG owe him a few freebies for reaching out.

Who knows, maybe there is a youth ambassador position available?

Kylie Jenner has been the talk of the beauty business lately with the launch of her hotly anticipated Valentine's Day collection, but the teen has also gotten some flack after some customers complained of an intense odour omitting from her coveted Peach Palette.

Now, angry Kylie Cosmetics fans have called out another potential issue in the reality TV star's range.

Kylie faced a lot of drama before Christmas when her limited edition Holiday Collection selling out in mere minutes as fans clamoured to get their hands on the pricey, festive beauty bits.

Since customers have received their products, some have taken to Twitter to point out that one new mini lip kit shade Blitzen looks suspiciously like old autumn shade Spice from Kylie's regular line.

The pre-existing purple hue is sold for €27.00 on Kylie's site, while the limited edition shade was sold as part of a set of minis for a marked up €44.00.

Fans are accusing Kylie of some pretty shady behaviour, as they feel that she repackaged Spice in the holiday collection and simply renamed it, rather than concocting a brand new, exclusive colour.

Whether or not this is actually true remains to be seen but the photo swatches that have been posted online look like pretty similar shades.

Perhaps Kylie just has a penchant for berry-toned purples?

Kylie and her cosmetics camp have yet to comment on the issue.
