Rihanna and Drake were probably the most on-again/off-again couple of 2016.

However, things didn't seem to end well for them, and they went their separate ways at the end of last year.

And if these videos are anything to go by, it looks like they're still not on great terms.

The unexpected venue of the run-in was a kid's birthday party and while Rihanna played with the kids in the ball pit, Drake had other things on his mind.

His zipper. Yep, he just sat in the corner and tried to zip up his hoodie even though it was already zipped.

Oh, Drake.

We just want these two to be best buds again.

13 Reasons Why is one of the most important TV series you can watch this year, and Selena Gomez certainly isn't going to forget about it.

The show centres around Hannah Baker, a high school student who died by suicide. She left behind a set of 13 tapes, which all explain the reasons as to why she ended her life, and honestly, it's something every single one of us needs to watch.

Today was a magical day. Another day to be grateful to be alive. Alisha, Selena, and I went together to get ; tattoos. The ; symbol stands for an end of one thought and a beginning of another. Instead of a period, authors use the semicolon to continue a sentence. For us, it means a beginning of another chapter in life, in lieu of ending your life. I struggled with addiction and depression issues through high school and early college. I reached out and asked for help. At the time, I thought my life was over, I thought I'd never live past the age of 21. Today I'm grateful to be alive, in this new chapter of life in recovery, standing with my colleagues and friends, making art that helps other people. If you're struggling, if you feel suicidal, I urge you to click the link in my bio. Ask for help. Start a new chapter with the support of others.and RIP Amy Bleul, who started the semicolon movement.

A post shared by TOMMY DORFMAN (@tommy.dorfman) on

So, this weekend, Selena brought two cast members, Alisha Boe and Tommy Dorfman, out to LA to get very special tattoos.

Selena, Alisha and Tommy all got matching semicolon inkings to represent a movement which aims to give hope to people suffering from depression, suicidal thoughts, addiction and self-harm.

The series has been hailed as an eye-opener, and both adults and adolescents alike are urging everyone to watch it as it's starting a conversation that needed to be started many years ago.

13 Reasons Why is a book written by Jay Asher, and it was given to Selena six years ago. At first, she was meant to play to role of Hannah, but then decided to executive produce the series.

From the beginning of production, Selena has been hanging out with the crew members and promoting self-love, and we really think she did a great job bringing the whole series together.

Harry Styles has never been known for his acting skills, but that is all set to change this summer with the release of Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk

Given his lack of experience, it came as quite a surprise to all of us when the singer was cast in the much-anticipated film.

Speaking to The LA Times, Christopher defended his casting decision, saying that the One Direction star simply ‘had it’.

“When we put the cast together, we had some established names.”

He continued: “But for the guys on the beach, we really wanted young unknowns. He’s not that unknown, but he’d never done anything as an actor before. So he auditioned."

"I auditioned literally thousands of young men with different combinations of young men. And he had it.”

The 23-year-old said goodbye to his signature locks for the role and when asked if Harry was hesitant about getting his hair chopped, Chris replied “I don’t want to get into it.”

Which could either mean that the director didn’t want to waste time answering irrelevant questions or Harry had a major strop and Christopher is still sore about it?

The singer-turned-actor recently spoke about the experience with Dermot O’Leary on BBC Radio 2’s Saturday Breakfast.

“It was one of the best experiences of my life. Honestly it was amazing, it was a real challenge.''

He added: “I mean, I really loved being the new guy. I loved kind of being so far out of my comfort zone. It felt really good to kind of have no idea what I was doing for a little bit.”

Harry is in good company for his acting debut, joining a stellar cast of Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Kenneth Branagh and Cillian Murphy.

Dunkirk is due to hit Irish cinemas on July 21.

Whether you just can't beat the bloat, or feel sluggish at the end of each day, there are a number of reasons why your metabolism might be slowing down.

So, to start you off on the right track this week, here are a few tips on how to speed yourself back up and feel as fresh as a daisy.

Don't skip breakfast

We've heard this time and time again, but it really is the most damaging.

"Starting the day right is key to revving up your metabolism and keeping you energised throughout the morning," Lindsey Passaic, a wellness coach, told Delish.

We know it can be easy to hop crawl out of bed and head straight to work, but you'll just end up munching on crappy food throughout the day, which we all know ain't great.

Not drinking enough water

Ladies, drink ALL the water. It's not only great for boosting your metabolism, but it'll make you feel more energised and clear out your skin too.

A study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism found that drinking around two litres of water increases metabolic rate by 30 per cent.

If it makes it handier for you, jot down how many times you drink water per day and try to reach the two litre mark if you can.

Fruit Juice

Yoyo dieting

Many of us resort to crash diets if there's a big event coming up, which is probably one of the worst things you can do.

You really need to get your head into the long-term healthy eating game. It's not about dieting or losing weight – it's about making sure your body gets what it needs.

So, cut out the crappy food, follow a sensible eating plan, and stick to a good exercise regime.

Bedtime

This can be super frustrating if sometimes you just can't sleep.

But, it turns out that a lack of zzzs can really mess with your metabolism. Michael Breus, a sleep specialist, told The Daily Burn that just 30 minutes of sleep loss makes you more likely to gain weight.

“The more sleep-deprived you are, the higher your levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which increases your appetite," Michael said.

Look, we’d be lying if we said certain drinks didn’t go hand in hand with a little down-time.

And while getting stuck into a bottle or two of vino with the squad is always a surefire to relax, it’s rare we don’t regret it slightly when a vague headache sets in the following morning.

Thankfully, someone came up with a beverage which lowers stress levels and reduces anxiety, but doesn’t compel you to share your deepest, darkest secrets to a pub full of people.

And if you’re not in the know, it’s about time you got your head in the game because frankly Tranquini is our new savour.

The first global relaxation beverage that offers a healthy and convenient way to de-stress,Tranquini contains a unique blend of extracts from chamomile, lavender, lemon balm and green tea – all of which have scientifically proven efficacy in reducing stress and anxiety, without causing drowsiness.

Oh, and it doesn’t stop there.

Tranquini Water+Juice range was specifically developed for people that want to stop drinking high sugar soft drinks, but do not want to compromise on taste.

Kylie Jenner crashed a prom in California on Saturday night.

Students at Rio Americano High School in Sacramento were shocked when the 19-year-old make-up mogul rocked up in a dusky pink satin floor-length gown with best friend Jordyn Woods.

Earlier in the week, Albert Ochoa, a student from the school, asked the reality TV star to be his date at the prom after he was rejected by a girl in his class.

(Apparently this the the man himself.)

Kylie happily accepted the invite and even shared an intimate slow-dance with the lucky fan in front of some very jealous classmates.

Of course, Albert’s sister Selena was on hand to capture the magic moment.

The surprise appearance comes just days after it was reported that Kylie and long-term boyfriend, Tyga, are taking a break from their relationship, but that didn't phase her.

She looked like was was having a ball and as she was followed by a professional film crew, viewers will likely witness how the night played out in a future episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

So, any lads out there in need of a debs date? Give Kylie a shout!

There are few amongst us who haven’t lost a friend to foreign climes in the last decade.

Whether the recession forced them to seek work abroad, their chosen college course required relocation or they’ve always had a serious case of wanderlust, waving goodbye is never easy.

And maintaining the friendship through time zones even less so.

If you’re currently struggling to maintain your friendship due to the oceans which lie between you and your mate, fear not because we’ve got you on this one.

1. Send a ‘for absolutely no reason’ card

It’s a given that you should remember their birthday, but opting to use snail mail for no other reason than you saw a card that reminded you of them or thought it would give them a giggle is extra special.

Getting post (that doesn’t contain a bill) is always appreciated, and is one of the easiest ways to make your friend feel appreciated.

2. Pay attention to the names of their local hotspots

When your friend mentions a restaurant which she goes to on the regular or a new bar which blew her away, don’t just nod along.

Make a note of the establishment’s name and organise a gift voucher for the place. You mightn’t get to wine and dine her in person, but doing it from afar is the next best thing.

3. Make an effort with their family

If you’re close with her family, be sure to pop in to them every now and again as this will mean a lot to your pal who probably wishes she could get home more often.

If you’re not that close to the family, tea and chats may not be an option, but there’s a lot to be said for sending a Christmas card or giving a quick call to let them know that you’re looking forward to seeing them during your friend’s next visit home.

4. Video call while attempting a joint activity

Why not decide on a time when you and your friend can Skype and get busy with a joint activity? Prop the laptop on your respective kitchen tables, and get busy making cupcakes together.

Flour, eggs, butter, sugar and Avonmore Super Milk is all you’ll need alongside a desire to watch your mate get busy baking from thousands of miles away!

5. Record messages from the gang

When you live abroad, you’re used to hearing you were missed at special events, but actually seeing your friends gather together during a big event to record a message for you means the world.

At the next birthday party, hen night or wedding day that your pal can’t attend, take 15 minutes to record messages from everyone to remind them that they haven’t been forgotten.

6. Don’t flake on catch-up dates

There will always be a time when you can’t take an impromptu call from Down Under or delay responding to a text sent from Canada, but if you and your friend decide on a day and time for a catch-up call, do not flake on it.

Time distance makes it hard enough as it is, so if you agree to an allocated time, be sound and stick to it. Your time isn’t any more valuable than theirs.

7. Make an effort with their new friends

Take the time to find out more about their new housemates and work mates so you have a point fo reference that isn’t firmly rooted in the comings and goings of the gang at home.

Remembering your pal’s work mate is an absolute melter or enquiring after their new gym buddy goes a long, long way.

8. Accept their method of communication

If you’d much rather ping tests back and forth all day long, but your friend is all about the scheduled 60-minute phone call, accept it and compromise.

If your pal would always rather voice-on-voice action, but you can’t spare an hour, phone her first and explain you’re free for 30 and hopes she can chat,

9. Don’t hold lack of contact against each other.

There will always be times in your lives when you’re busier than others, so chances are weeks might pass when checking in with friends is neither yours nor her’s number one priority.

Accept that as part of life, explain when you get a chance, accept her explanation and remember that it takes more than a few weeks of radio silence to ruin a friendship as strong as yours.

Let’s be honest, we all think our BFF is the bee’s knees. She wouldn’t have the title if we didn’t.

But there are times when we genuinely believe our friendship with this person embodies the term ‘squad goals’.

From insisting the pair of you deserve your own TV show to openly admitting you feel sorry for people who aren’t privy to your daily updates, we’ve all done it.

And here are just 7 texts which prove you may just be onto something…

1. The ‘OK, so’ text

You only have to start a text with these two words, and your mate will respond that she’s ready, waiting and willing to own anyone who wronged you.

And will also have your back when it turns out the drama didn’t pan out as expected.

“OK so, I had it out with that one in work, and it turns out it WAS her milk in the fridge that time.”

2. The ‘Did you see it?’ text

When it comes to you and your BFF, there’s no need for longwinded messages or overly complicated lead-ins.

She knows which Facebook status you’re referring to, and yes she bloody did see it.

“I nearly liked it just to spite him.”

3. The ‘dying’ text

Sending your friend a close-up of your face after a night out is a prerequisite if you ever want inclusion in the Squad Goal realm.

The selfie in question must be accompanied by the word ‘dying’ and a similar one from herself must immediately ping back.

“Is it weird we’re sending this from the same bed?”

4. The ‘Can’t’ text

This can refer to absolutely anything; upcoming exam, hellish work day, or just life in general, but elaborating is not essential.

If she’s worth her salt (which she is) she’ll simply reply with a photo of a cocktail with your name on it.

“Name a date.”

5. The ‘Got your favourite’ text

This text doesn’t need any further explanation.

If your BFF is on her way to yours, and she sends this, you know she’s nailed it.

“I’ll have the kettle on.”

6. The ‘You’ve got this’ text

Your BFF is, to all intents and purposes, your sidekick and cheerleader, so it’s no surprise she’ll have your back when it comes to embarking on a new health and fitness plan.

From schooling herself on dishes you can prepare together to recommending healthy options, this girl has you covered.

“Have you tried Avonmore Super MIlk?! I hear it has all your daily sunshine vitamin D in one glass!”

7. The ”WTF?” text

Much like the ‘Did you see it?’ variety, this text needs little else to strike a chord with your mate.

Whether it’s a private reference to a group chat or a passing nod to a shady tweet, they’ll know exactly what you’re talking about.

“I was literally about to write the exact same thing.”

As a teenager, I – like many other girls my age – despaired of my mother.

Oh, I’d fight anyone who so much as gave her a sideways glance, but when it came to her personal foibles, my patience wore thin.

Very, very thin.

Instead of helping her at the till when she ‘lost’ her credit card for the 14th time that day, I’d roll my eyes at the cashier in a forced symbol of solidarity as the poor woman foostered and fumbled for a card she had squirrelled away for ‘safekeeping’.

When she’d deign to call me ‘trendy’ with a tinge of pride in her voice, I’d deliver a scathing rebuke that basically informed her if she thought I was trendy, I mostly certainly wasn’t. (I was right, in fairness.)

And then there were all those times she attracted the attention of random oddballs in public and instead of keeping her distance, chatted, engaged and made that person feel part.

What a witch – I know.

With the knack of feeling embarrassed by anything and everything as a teen, I saw my mother’s kind approach as something to be embarrassed by, instead of proud of.

And then it started happening.

I started losing my credit card every time I so much as considered leaving the house.

I gawped at teenagers and often pondered their style.

And I found myself falling into animated conversations with strangers who had little to no grasp on reality, and I thoroughly enjoying the exchanges that followed.

Oh, and it doesn’t stop there.

I adopt a ‘pay by wear’ approach when buying clothes, I opt for Avonmore Super Milk over anything else because she’s drilled the importance of bone health and good nutrition into me for as long as I can remember, and I often flash my bra in public by complete accident. (Don’t ask.)

And aside from the potential public indecency charge, every single one of these traits has stood me in good stead.

They have made me more financially aware, health-conscious and…well… empathetic.

Pity I didn’t start morphing sooner, right?

Along with Adele, Taylor Swift and his wife Beyoncé, Jay Z has decided to remove a substantial portion of his material from music streaming service Spotify.

Despite being the co-owner of rival service Tidal, which was launched in 2015, the rapper had kept his music on Spotify up until now, but decided to change tack in recent days.

Reports suggest that Jay Z's decision may be the result of Tidal's poor performance, with Billboard recently reporting: "The self-proclaimed more artist-friendly service trails leaders Spotify (50 million subscribers as of last count), Apple Music (20 million as of last official count), and Amazon (never says, but when bundled with Amazon Prime could be well over 10 million)."

"Tidal’s subscription numbers are thought to be under 3 million and perhaps on par with competitors Deezer and Napster," they added.

Jay Z has removed nine of his 12 albums from Spotify, leaving only; In My Lifetime Vol. 1’, ‘Reasonable Doubt' and ‘Vol. 2 Hard Knock Life’, 'Collision Course’ and some singles.

Spotify confirmed the reports, announcing: "Some of [Jay Z’s] catalogue has been removed at the request of the artist."

The rapper bought Tidal for $56 million in 2015.

Twitter cannot get enough of Chrissy Teigen, and who could blame them!

The model, mother and social media queen is constantly making us laugh with her relatable posts and hilarious comments, but she seems to have outdone herself with her latest gesture.

Beauty fanatic, Mercedes Edney, from North Carolina, set up an online crowd-funding page, in an effort to gather the $6,000 she needed for a beauty aesthetics course.

On the page Mercedes explained how much the opportunity meant to her: ‘‘I know sometimes there is a stigma for asking for help, but this is a huge dream of mine and I am willing to do whatever I can to make it.’’

By Friday, Mercedes had raised around $300, but was still a long way from her goal.

Enter Chrissy Teigen.

The star brought Mercedes' total up to her goal amount with a generous donation of $5,605. Chrissy also included a message saying: ‘’I’ve seen this be your passion for such a long time now. So excited to see you fulfil your dream!’’

Mercedes admitted that when she first got the notification about the donation, she thought it was a glitch.

Something absolutely amazing happened last night. Many of you know how much I love skin care and my plans to attend esthetician school next month. Last night I posted my tuition fundraiser on twitter and something I never in my wildest dreams happened. My paypal alert went off, and as I looked at my phone, there was amount of $5605. I thought it was a glitch. I then look at my email and realized it came from my fundraiser. @chrissyteigen donated my entire tuition money for school. I have been crying all night and I cried in the office this morning as I paid my downpayment for esthetician school. I haven't been this happy in a very long time. Thank you Chrissy and thank you to everyone else who voted or rtd my link or have supported me this entire time. It means more to me than you'll ever know. #ixorabb #futureesthetician
