Queen Bey is going to be rocking out in Dublin tonight, but her list of demands has been doing the rounds on social media are they are C-R-A-Z-Y.

Croke Park will see the Formation tour take place tonight and Beyoncé's rider includes 25 international phone lines, Chardonnay, rose-scented candles, organic whole milk and a child-proof space for Blue Ivy.

There's also Twinkies, Pepsi, Champagne, hot wings, deli trays of turkey, sliced cheese, oatcakes, heavily seasoned roast chicken and an assortment of gourmet food.

Oh, and if you're working with her, you better make sure you're wearing 100 percent cotton – that's on her rider too.

The joys of being famous, huh?

MMMBop first became a hit in 1997 and it's fair to say we all fell in love with the Hanson brothers from that year on.

And even though they've been making music for yonks, their best and most popular song is still MMMBop.

The lads performed an acoustic version of the song on Thursday as part of the new ABC series Greatest Hits.

To be honest, it's been a while since we've seen them on the scene and it's crazy that they're all grown-ass men now (feeling old?). They're all married, have 11 kids between them (wow) AND possibly the best fun fact yet, they brew beer!

Called MMMHops (clever, right?), the pale ale is something we NEED to get our hands on while listening to the song that brought them fame.

Now good luck trying to get MMMBop out of your head.

Facebook is soon going to add an option for you to encrypt your messages – i.e. make them completely private.

The new 'secret conversations' feature means that nobody else but the sender and the receiver will be able to read the texts as they will be locked by a password.

The user will also be able to set a timer so they can control how long the messages remain private for.

Facebook said: "It's also important to note that in secret conversations we don't currently support rich content like GIFs and videos, making payments, or other popular Messenger features."

So essentially, just basic texts and emojis will be private.

The new feature is currently being tested and Facebook is looking to roll it out to all users by the end of summer.

Richard Boyd Barrett was in the Dáil today to talk about the misuse of drugs in Ireland, but nobody could help notice his attempt at the 'dab'.

For those of you who haven't a notion what the 'dab' is (we're in that boat too), it's the new dance craze sweeping the world of social media.

It involves throwing one hand up in the air at a 45 degree angle and then throwing your other hand up to cover your face. Let's just say it's the macarena of 2016.

Just have a look at Deputy Boyd Barrett:

Get it?

We were equally confused when we saw this, but Richard was there to talk about a very serious topic – the misuse of drugs in the country.

“We need to start to listen to young people, and the people who work with them, and the people in disadvantaged communities."

“One thing I promised some of the young people in my area I’d do in the Dáil because they said: ‘what do you guys do in there? Do you have any idea what’s going on?’

“And they asked me to do something, which is a bit of street language – from the street. When kids are trying to make a positive statement on the street they do a thing called a dab. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen it, it’s like that," he said.

*Que the dabbing*

“I don’t know what it means – but we need to learn what it means. Learn what young people are talking about, what matters to them, what they consider positive activity. Support them, resource them and fund them, rather than this misguided nonsense.”

This week, Calvin Harris announced that he was releasing a new track, and EVERYONE started to label it as his 'break-up' song.

The Internet has been swirling around major conspiracy theories over the past few weeks, so does this song tell us a bit more about the split?

Urmmm, kinda.

The single belongs to John Newman, but Calvin wrote and produced it. Throughout the track, John sings about his ex-flame and how their relationship has fizzled out.

When first listening to the track, it's quite preppy and upbeat, but don't be fooled – Calvin is p*ssed, and we're going straight to the second verse for evidence.

"My heart speaks/ I ain't seen you or been with you for weeks/ But I see online that you've begun to be/ A good girl and take trips with your boyfriend/ Being attentive, continue to pretend."

OUCH. Now, we're totally over-analysing here BUT "continue to pretend" – does Calvin know the TayTo romance is fake?!

And, "You've begun to be a good girl" – Is Taylor really a mean girl?!

So. Many. Questions. And if you want to over-analyse the lyrics for yourself, you can find them here.

Have fun!

With the United States currently reeling from the spate of senseless violence which has taken place in recent days, celebrities have taken to social media in their droves.

Condemning the action of the police force as well as those those who disrupted a peaceful protest in Dallas by opening fire on those in uniform, Twitter has been awash with heartfelt statements of regret over the events unfolding in the US.

And following the shocking episodes of the past week, Kim Kardashian has penned a poignant letter on the impact she feels these events might have on her childrens' future.

I will never stop kissing you and loving you and annoying you

"I want my children to grow up knowing that their lives matter," the mum-of-two wrote on her website this week.

"I do not ever want to have to teach my son to be scared of the police," she continued. "Or tell him that he has to watch his back because the people we are told to trust—the people who 'protect and serve'—may not be protecting and serving him because of the color of his skin."

Urging the public to turn their back on violence when addressing the issues which affect countless communities across the States, Kim continued: "The last thing we need is to fuel anger with more hate or violence especially toward the many incredible police officers who risk their lives every single day to protect our families and communities."

"We must peacefully use the power of our voices and the strength of our numbers to demand changes in the judicial system so that brutality doesn't ever go unpunished."

You're the sun in my morning babe

Insisting that hashtags are 'not enough', North and Saint's mum finished by writing: "It is our responsibility as Americans and as parents to create a safe future for our children."

"We must do something now," she insisted.

We all know the deal. You're out with your other half and come across a pretty field/restaurant/background and you just HAVE to take a selfie there.

That's what happened when Shakira went on a road trip with her boyfriend Gerard Piqué.

The singer shared a video of her struggle to get a good picture and you can hear the footballer making fun of her in the background.

"She's trying to take a photo. I've been here for half an hour already in the car waiting as she takes a picture."

Shakira then told him off for slagging her before she said, "What us girls have to go through to get a selfie."

I think all partners can completely relate to this (and we apologise, but if we don't take a selfie, were we really on a road trip in the first place??).

It doesn't matter how many weekend breaks we take or how many weeks away we book, we have never managed to pack our cases in any way that resembles the work of a functioning adult.

Vastly overestimating how many pairs of shoes we'll need while drastically underestimating how many packets of facewipes we'll need, our packing process amounts to a sh*tshow of the highest order.

So when Rosie Huntington-Whiteley sat down with Vogue to share her travel hacks, we were all ears, and ladies. it was a revelation.

It turns out there is an art to this whole thing, and it's time we ALL got in on it.

"Recently, I’ve challenged myself – because I come back and forth from LA so frequently – to pack less," she explained. "The last few times I’ve thought, ‘OK, this is crazy, I pack so much, I don’t wear any of it, I need to get more organised."

"So I said to myself, ‘I’m only going to pack four colours: navy blue, white, grey and black," she continued. "The same with shoes, the same with accessories, the same with all my clothes.”

"It was amazing because basically it meant that everything worked together,” she said.

“The white shirt worked with the black jeans; and then the black jeans worked with the grey sweater; and the grey sweater worked with the white pants, so everything was interchangeable and versatile – like taking a uniform as opposed to just lots of different things."

OK, so while rocking a uniform on your holidays doesn't sound very appealing, if it's good enough for R H-W, we're on board.

It's Ireland; it's July; you've managed to get tickets to one of the capital's most in-demand music gigs – oh, and you'll be catching some horse-racing beforehand.

Suffice to say that's an itinerary that would make many of us break out in a cold sweat of pure wardrobe fear.

What. To. Wear.

Still, we can certainly take inspiration from Michele McGrath – who was this week at Leopardstown for the Bulmers Live event.

Catching Jack L on stage, the model was on hand to judge the Dare To Be Different style event: you get dressed up, head along to the south Dublin racecourse and enjoy the on-course action followed by a festival-style music gig.

Up next on Thursday July 14 is Hermitage Green, followed by Booka Brass Band [July 21], The Strypes [August 4], and The Boomtown Rats [August 11].

And Dare To Be Different, sponsored by the Beacon Hotel, will run for the entire Bulmers Live schedule.

There are fabulouso prizes up for grabs on each evening too: penthouse overnight stays, dinner parties and cocktail making classes (major swoons all round, so).

As well as emulating Michele's look, the rest of the celebrity judges (Lisa Fitzpatrick, Alan Hughes, Lorraine Keane, Triona McCarthy, and Holly White) say they are looking for contestants "to showcase their alternative concepts with a unique statement in style.

"We are not looking for classic race day fashion but alternative concepts outside those that are traditionally associated with best dressed race day fashion. We want you to showcase your individual, unique, innovative style and dare to be different!"

You can find out more about Bulmers Live here, and about Dare To Be Different here
