Scott Disick made his return to Instagram last night, confirming his exit from the rehab facility in Malibu where he's been receiving treatment for the past four weeks. 

It is not yet clear whether he completed his program there or just left the clinic (which wouldn't be surprising), but he certainly left in style, as his latest IG post shows him boarding a private plane.

Us Weekly reports that the clinic Scott attended also offers personalised plans, so this could mean the reality star is still under watch.

In Scott's last IG, shared just before he entered rehab, was a message written on a chalkboard that said, "Never give up," and – for his family's sake – we sure hope he didn't. 

Many of Scott's fans took to IG to wish him the best, with one commenting, "I hope you feel better and you can take care of your family Scott." Another wrote, "Hang in there – prayers your way! Addiction is never easy." 

But some users were not very supportive, writing under his picture, "Kourtney certainly deserves better," and one more saying, "Money is not all in life… You will never have a family that love you if you don't change."

Let's hope Scott is back in good health and hasn't given up on changing his life around.

Teenage schoolgirl Rebecca Watts was murdered and dismembered by her stepbrother, Nathan Matthews, following a sexually-motivated kidnap plot, a court has now found.

His girlfriend Shauna Hoare – who denied any involvement in the killing – has this afternoon been charged with manslaughter.

Speaking after the verdicts, the family of Becky Watts paid tribute to her, saying she was a "loyal, loving, smiley, feisty and caring" girl. They added: "Cherish your children, as time with them can be too short".

Matthews, 28, suffocated 16-year-old Becky while trying to kidnap her from her home in Bristol on February 19.

After bringing her body 3km away to the property he shared with Hoare, he used a circular saw, goggles, masks, bags, cling film and tape to cut up and package her body.

Her remains were found 12 days later in eight different parts – stored in suitcases and a box – in a shed 80metres from Matthews's house.

A jury at Bristol Crown Court took just three-and-a-half hours to decide on their verdict. As well as manslaughter, Hoare was furthermore convicted of perverting the course of justice and preventing Becky's lawful burial.

Reading a statement on behalf of the family outside the court, the murdered teen's uncle said: 'Finally justice has been done for our beautiful Becky."

He thanked the "people of Bristol" for their kindness, adding that the family had "also drawn strength in the messages and support from strangers all around the world".

A post mortem had found Becky was suffocated during a "violent struggle" and suffered 15 stab wounds and a slash across her stomach after death.

She had been alone at the home she shared with her father and stepmother on February 19.

Matthews and Hoare, 21, who had been in a relationship for six years, arranged for a key to be left outside the property so they could let themselves in.

After her death, the couple remained at the family home for some eight hours before driving to their house with Becky's body in the boot of their car.

Both will be sentenced on Friday.

People all over the world are intent on finding a way to achieve the most Instagram worthy hair colour. The lengths people will go to in order to achieve the kind of locks that would make Ariel well jealous are reaching new highs.

The latest innovation is “fluid hair painting”. Yes, it involves the kind of labour intensive colouring techniques you were expecting.

However, you won’t have to spend hours sitting staring at your cloaked self in the mirror. KL Christoffsen, the legend behind the latest viral trend told Modern Salon that clients need to be “reclined”. “Because their hair is fanned out, it gives me the ability to thoroughly look over every strand to see how the colour melts from top to bottom,” she explained.   

“It’s easier to see the colour fluidity when you have that elevation. You’re able to have more control,” the colouring genius added. The “colour table” definitely looks amazing and we wouldn’t mind having a little lie down while our hair undergoes an amazing mermaid transformation to be honest.

Admit it, you’ve caught yourself dozing off while having your shampooed, it can be very relaxing.

The technique also means that it is more controlled than the usual balayage method, which creates the super soft colour melt everyone is lusting after.

KL adds: “What I love about using this technique is that the final results are endless – from mimicking sun-kissed baby highlights to creating a multi-colored rainbow explosion. It’s really quite versatile!”

While we are feeling quite tempted to take the plunge and finally embrace the bold trend, KL does warn that people should not try this one at home.

“It’s not just laying down and slapping color on the hair. You should definitely see a licensed professional for this method.”

Not worry though, because colourists all over the world are mastering the technique so it might only be a matter of time before you’re heading down to your favourite salon for a quick nap and a hair transformation.

Despite rumours that Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor is off the market for good, Leonardo DiCaprio has had a whole lot of dating fun in his 41 years. 

What better way to toast the birthday boy than by reliving his most enviable romantic exploits…

 

1) Gisele Bundchen: seen with Leo from 2000 to 2005

Hot off the Victoria's Secret runway, Gisele fell for Leo in early 2000. The leggy model reportedly broke off the relationship five years later when Leo refused to pop the question. The pair remain friends and she did manage to secure a proposal eventually (just not from Leo!). She is now married to American football player, Tom Brady. 

 

2) Bar Refaeli: seen with Leo from 2006 to 2009, and 2010 to 2011 

At just twenty, the blonde model met Leo at a celebrity filled bash for U2. Bar dated the Hollywood hunk throughout the height of her career and despite rekindling their romance in 2010, the on off couple soon decided to call it quits for good. We haven't seen much from Bar since then, so let's just hope it is not a result of a broken heart.  

 

3) Blake Lively: seen with Leo from May to October 2011

Lasting a mere 5 months, this rendezvous hit the ground running with the pair spotted on a number of glamorous holidays before the romance eventually fizzled out. The Gossip Girl star reportedly met Leo when she auditioned unsuccessfully for The Great Gatsby. Blake handled the break up fairly well by cosying up to her now husband, Ryan Reynolds. 

 

4) Rihanna: seen with Leo from Dec 2014 to April 2015 

Despite insistence from this power pair that they are just very good friends, reports persisted earlier this year that there was more to this steamy relationship than just friendship. The rumour mill went into overdrive with reports circulating that Rihanna’s family allegedly hated the pairing and that Leo had managed to get the pop starlet pregnant! 

 

5) Kelly Rohrbach: seen with Leo from June 2015

If sources are to be believed than Kelly is the women who is about to revoke Leo’s bachelor title for good. The pair have faced engagement rumours for months since sparking up a romance in June. Kelly, a model, has already been introduced to Leo’s mammy and the gorgeous couple have enjoyed a romantic holiday away. 

We don’t want to speak to soon, but it looks like Leo may be off the market for good!

Johnny Depp is a movie star that completely captivates his audiences. No matter what role he plays, it's clear he puts in every effort for it to be great. 

That's why it's so surprising to find out that Johnny nearly didn't get the chance to bring one of his most famous characters, Captain Jack Sparrow, to life. 

The Pirates of the Caribbean character might not have made it on to the big screen as Disney executives didn't love his acting choices and wanted to get rid of the star.

One of Disney's former head execs, Michael Eisner was apparently not pleased and according to Johnny, said, "Johnny Depp's ruining the film!"

Speaking to Moviefone, he then continued: "They wanted to fire me. I fully expected to be fired, and I got a call from the upper echelon at Disney who were courageous enough to ask me, 'What the f**k  are you doing?'"

Mr Depp's eccentric portrayal of Captain Jack has since become one of the most famous movie roles of all time (not to mention the inspiration of countless fancy-dress costumes), but it seriously concerned those financing the film at the start. 

"The questions came up, 'Is the performance drunk? Is it gay?' All I could say was – 'cause they set me up with a great line – I said, 'Well don't you know all my characters are gay?'" he laughed. "They were actually gonna put subtitles under my character, they couldn't understand Captain Jack."

The Disney execs finally relented and allowed Johnny to go ahead with the role, and the rest, as they say, is cinematic history. Here's hoping he can still make movie magic with the next instalment of the series, due out 2017.

On the back of its successful coverage of the Rugby World Cup, TV3 has now also secured the rights to the 6 Nations contest from 2018 until 2021 – nabbing the deal from RTÉ.

It's a major coup for independent broadcaster – and a serious blow for Montrose.

CEO of 6 Nations Rugby John Feehan said today: "TV3's coverage of Rugby World Cup was very successful and we believe that they will inject new and exciting ideas in the broadcasting of the 6 Nations Championship."

The sporting competition will still be broadcast on RTÉ next year and in 2017 while the current contract runs out. 

In a statement, RTÉ admitted the news was "extremely disappointing".

"We have a long and proud tradition of showcasing the 6 Nations and putting our heart and soul into our coverage.

"We want to assure the Irish public that every possible effort was made by RTÉ to retain these rights."

Rugby remains a hugely popular spectacle in this country: over the last two years viewership in Ireland has averaged more than 400,000 per 6 Nations match.

One of the most awkward things about contacting someone you've never met before is what title to use – especially if you don't know for sure if they're a 'Mrs', a 'Ms' or even a 'Mr'.

Writing 'Dear Sir/Madam' on a job application just doesn't cut it, but a new gender-neutral title could be about to solve all of your problems.

The word 'Mx' has been around in many forms since the 1970s, but last week it got an official entry in Dictionary.com, cementing its place in popular vocabulary.

According to the online entry, Mx "does not indicate gender and may be used by a person with any or no specific gender identity."

With Caitlyn Jenner's decision to go public with her transition from a man to a woman, transgender issues are finally getting a place in mainstream conversation.

But until now, there has been no one title that recognises just how complex the issue of gender identity can be.

Whether you identify as the gender you were born with, are transgender, gender fluid, or simply don't feel your gender is something that needs to be shouted from the rooftops, then the 'Mx' is a good compromise.

Of course, it also solves common social etiquette issues such as the Mrs/Miss/Ms dilemma. There's something about being called 'Miss' that instantly makes us feel about six years old, even if in some cases it is the correct title.

Dictionary.com editor Ben Zimmer welcomed the introduction of the new term, telling TIME magazine it was symbolic of "a real cultural shift in which people are talking more openly about gender."

For many of us, all we need for a dreary mid-week evening to improve massively is a sweet treat.

Here at SHEmazing! we can be of the belief that cake and a good cup of tea can be responsible for making a bad day infinitely better. Sometimes you just need to treat yourself. 

The only down side can be that often our favourite snacks can leave us feeling a little bit guilty, but when we think of comfort food kale smoothies are not exactly top of the list.

This chocolate and peanut butter cake however sounds like exactly what we want. 

Not only is this absolutely delicious (trust us, we have sampled a slice or three) but the recipe comes from #fitspo queen Kayla Itsines. You can enjoy this cake absolutely guilt-free and by including protein you're actually adding important nutrients in your diet. 

Ingredients:
Crust:
½ cup cashews
½ cup walnuts
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 dates, pitted
2 Tbs Cacao Powder

Filling:
½ cup of natural peanut butter
2 scoops of Whey Protein Isolate (Peanut flavoured) or 60g of powdered peanut butter
½ cup  Cottage Cheese
½ cup natural yogurt
2 Tbs Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Topping:
2 tbs coconut oil, melted, 1 tbs maple syrup, 2 tbs raw cacao powder and 1 tsp vanilla.

Directions:

  1. Combine all crust ingredients together in a food processor until they form a crumble and then put it in a pan.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese, peanut butter and natural yoghurt together. Add in the remaining filling ingredients.
  3. Make the chocolate topping by combining all ingredients together.
  4. Pour the filling mixture on top of the crust. Smooth down with a spatula and pour over chocolate topping. Chill for one hour.
  5. After the pie has chilled, take it out and remove from the pan.
  6. Eat all of the cake!

Just when you thought the traffic problems were dying down, a cow (yes, a COW) is now loose on the M50. 

Les Kennedy kindly tweeted a picture of the cow to alert other drivers about the inconvenience on the road between Juction 17 M11 and Junction 5 Bray North. 

This comes after a morning of hectic traffic conditions which saw a major collision between a car and a truck. A woman was left fighting for her life following the crash near Juction 7 Lucan.

The woman was taken to Tallaght Hospital for treatment with police saying her condition is still critical. 

Then, just three hours later there was another collision between two cars on J6 Blanchardstown, which means commuters faced further delays.

When Rihanna was announced as a performer for this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, the angels and her fans were all delighted. But with only a weeks notice, RiRi pulled out of the major event and left everyone sorely disappointed. 

She did her best to kiss and make up last night though as she sent a very sweet note to the VS gang ahead of their show yesterday.

The note read, "Wish I was there with you guys. Kill it tonight. See you all next time. Love, Rihanna." The note was also accompanied by a bunch of pink balloons. 

We have a feeling Rihanna was feeling nostalgic about her 2012 performance, however, she's not leaving out the possibility of being part of the show again in the future. 

So there seems to be hope of a VS and Rihanna mash up yet!

Well, over the last several months it seems that certain foodies across the ponf are falling in love with some of our favourite culinary delights.

Not too long ago The New York times realised that sausages rolls were probably the closest thing to edible happiness for many individuals. 

There was also the hilarious Buzzfeed article that introduced people around the world to the glory that is a 3-in-1. 

Now, they are adding further claim to what we already know to be true: Irish milk chocolate is the best. 

Shivani Vora took a trip to Ireland and discovered that what had been told was true, not only is our milk chocolate a source of “intense pride”, but also delicious. 

She went on a trip around the country to put some of our finest chocolates to the test. Starting in Butler’s Chocolate Café, which was noted as having "the basics done well" and "refreshingly free of any fancy adulterations like spices or tea blends".

Shivani also made sure to sample the always popular Lily O’Briens and Colm Healy’s Skelligs. 

To be honest, the trip to Skelligs sounds like great craic and we’re tempted to make a visit ourselves and spend the day doing some taste tests. The very serious act takes place in the most select of locations. The back of Colm's car- naturally. 

Colm summed up the Irish chocolate experience like so: “The Irish touch makes it smoother and more chocolately, just like Irish people, including me.” 

Good man Colm. 

However, despite the joy and deliciousness to be found from many of Ireland’s finest chocolatiers, it ended up being the humble Dairy Milk that was the big winner. 

“I was taken by their incomparably creamy mouth-feel, capturing that heavy shot of lactose, and my intended sampling turned into full-on consumption.” 

Not at all shocking considering it has been noted that Dairy Milk in Ireland is of a far superior quality than any other country. Speaking to the BBC one shop owner put it quite simply: 

"Cadbury's chocolate tastes like chocolate," he says, "whereas Hershey's chocolate tastes like wax."

The difference in taste is supposedly due to the recipe used to produce Irish bars differing from those abroad. Irish Dairy Milk bars have a recipe consisting of "sugar, cocoa butter, and milk sourced from three dairy co-ops, combined with a mass made from cocoa beans."

Golden Crisp and Whole Nut appear to have been firm favourites. Unsurprisingly Tiffin didn’t even get a mention.

We've only just recovered from the accusation that Ben Affleck had become a little too close to the 'help,' when along comes another, explosive revelation.

This time under the spotlight is Gavin Rossdale – the now estranged rocker spouse of Gwen Stefani.

Yes, numerous US sources are claiming that the Bush lead-singer conducted a THREE-year long affair with the couple's nanny… "right under Ms Stefani's nose," claims US Weekly specifically.

Understandably, the No Doubt star was said to be furious in the aftermath – immediately pulling the plug on her 13-year marriage.

US Weekly goes on to report that Ms Stefani, 46, became aware of her husband’s affair with their longtime nanny, Mindy Mann, back in February.

She seemingly discovered that he had sent explicit texts to Ms Mann via the family’s iPad: including naked photos and intimate plans to meet up for sex.

“The iPad was linked to Gavin’s phone,” a family insider told the magazine. “One of the other nannies discovered the exchange and told Gwen.”

As for the rocker himself, he is said to have initially claimed that the exchange was merely a “flirtation” before admitting the three-year affair to his wife a few months later.

The 50-year-old rocker’s confession “completely devastated her,” the source added. “She was mortified, livid, and embarrassed.”

The couple has three sons: Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 20 months with the affair supposedly taking place while Gwen was pregnant with their youngest.
