Scarlett Johansson has been spotted out with her fiancé Romain Dauriac in New York – and she wasn’t looking like her usual self!

The blonde bombshell has chopped off all her hair! Well, not ALL of it, but most of it! She is now sporting a cut that is shorter than a bob, but longer than a pixie cut. It’s ear length, which we would imagine to be the most annoying of lengths since you can’t really tuck it behind your ear but you can’t let it flop all over your face either.

If anyone can make it work though, it’s Scarlett. What do you think of her new look?

We didn’t have Orlando Bloom down as the rowdy type, but he was at a celeb packed restaurant in Ibiza last night (apparently Paris Hilton and P Diddy were there), and according to two eyewitnesses, he tried to punch Justin Bieber in the face!

Luckily for Justin, he ducked before he got hit.

It’s not hard to figure out what Orlando has against Bieber – the pop star was reported to have gotten VERY close to Orlando’s then wife Miranda Kerr back in 2012 when they were both at a Victoria’s Secret fashion show. And Orlando was spotted out and about with Justin’s on again off again girlfriend Selena Gomez not so long ago.

Apparently when Bieber left the restaurant the crowd applauded. Not so popular anymore, eh?!

If you think that there's no point in exercising if you only have a few minutes, then think again.

Researchers have found that running for just seven minutes a day decreases the risk of dying from heart disease and stroke up to 45%. Not only that, but it can help you live up to three years longer than non-runners.

The study followed 55,137 participants over the course of 15 years between the ages of 18 and 100. Over that time, over 3,000 participants died. 1,217 of deaths were related to heart disease.

Apparently it doesn’t matter how slow you go, once you do go, for about seven minutes a day. Surely even the busiest among us could fit this into our schedule?!

Zac Efron has appeared on Bear Grylls’ new show Running Wild with Bear Grylls in which he opened up about his time in rehab.

Efron said the press did little to help his addiction with alcohol.

“The challenging part was never the work…it was sort of the in-between work. The socials aspects. Everywhere you go to an extent there is press.”

Speaking on the TV show, Zac said he needed a “social lubricant” to help deal with the pressures that fame brought: “Pretty soon, you need a social lubricant. It was getting to the point where I was caring less about the work and caring more about the weekend. I couldn’t wait to go out. And sort of let loose and have fun. But when Monday and Tuesday were difficult to get through, then I was like ‘ugh this is bad.’”

Zac didn’t hold back when it came to stunts on the show either, the brave actor went from eating a can of worms, to climbing a cliff side!

We rather you than us Zac!

Good food, good movies and good company – nights out don't get better than this!

A few members of the SHEmazing team decided to spend their Monday night at the Foodie Movie Club after seeing some buzz about the monthly event online.

The Foodie Movie Club is run by one of our favourite bloggers, French Foodie in Dublin, and it’s really surprising that someone else hasn’t capitalised on this fab idea before. This great event combines a French movie that has some element of food in it with a beautiful French meal and of course, wine.

The night kicked off in a private cinema screen in the basement of Brooks Hotel on Drury St. The movie of the month was Amelie and every super-comfy seat in the cosy screen was filled with enthusiastic Francophiles.

Afterwards we moved on to French restaurant, La Maison on Castlemarket St, where we were seated communally and served the most delicious meal. In between bites of escargot and mouthfuls of a beautifully flavourful duck cassoulet (who knew a stew could be so sexy?) we got to know our fellow foodies and our charming host, Ketty.

Students, retirees, singles, couples, people from home and abroad – this great mix of people made for hilariously entertaining conversation, especially after a glass or two of French Red.

Tickets are €35 (plus booking charge) and while wine isn’t included in the price, you can purchase it as an extra with your dinner when you’re at the restaurant. Which you no doubt will.

Would we go again? Mais oui! Can’t wait!

Cleaning your bedroom is a necessary evil and the bane of most people’s lives. If you are anything like us you would do anything – ANYTHING – to spend as little time cleaning it as possible.

To help you do a quick sweep of your room, follow these steps:

Make your bed
Start by making your bed, your room will look instantly tidier – not tidy but tidier!

Pick up the rubbish
Grab a plastic bag and pick up all the rubbish that seems to have missed your bin.

Take out cups
Take out the pile of cups that have started taking over your dresser.

Sort your clothes
Sort your clothes into dirty and clean. Whatever’s dirty put in the hamper and put away the clean clothes.

Put things in a proper place
Have a look around the room and check to see if there is anything out of place – put your writing pad on your desk, your hairdryer on your dresser, etc.

Polish
Polish all your surfaces, including your skirting board.

Vacuum
Get the vacuum cleaner and make sure you get every spot under the bed and desk – don’t just go around things.

Bin things
Don’t hang on to scraps of paper or things that have no meaning – bring the little ornaments that are taking up space to the charity shop and throw out things that are broken.

Do this at least once every two weeks to avoid the build up.

Bradley Cooper shocked fans at the weekend when he was spotted flipping burgers in a fast food restaurant in the centre of London.

But fear not, our lovely Bradley has not fallen on hard times, but was instead preparing himself for his latest film role.

The actor was seen practicing his burger flipping skills on Sunday before he was pictured filming the scene yesterday.

An insider revealed that Bradley wanted to learn the “art of the flip”.

“Bradley was training alongside genuine Burger King staff. The aim was to learn the ‘art of the flip’ which he nailed fairly quickly.  There was no real fanfare from him. You’d never know he was a big star by the way he spoke to people.”

Cooper plays a chef in his new movie, which has yet to be titled.

With all of this practice, we’ve no doubt that he’s mastered the art of flipping burgers already!

When Paramount Pictures Australia tweeted the official poster for their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle flick, along with the announcement that it would be in cinemas September 11th, it sparked quite a bit of outrage.

The poster shows the turtles jumping from a high rise building as it explodes, so it’s easy to see why this could upset some people.

One Twitter user replied: “So who's getting fired for this poster art? September 11? Exploding buildings? People falling out of them? Le sigh”

Another simply asked: “Really 9/11? Jumping out of an exploding building?”

This was definitely a strange thing for Paramount to do – surely they noticed the resemblance before posting the tweet? Could it be a plan to get more attention for the film? After all, all publicity is good publicity.

Lea Michele has shocked Glee fans by landing a role on the motorcycle drama, Sons of Anarchy.

Director Kurt Sutter had previously teased fans with news of a famous guest slot, but Lea broke the news herself via Twitter.

Lea has also been taking snaps of the set while taking on her new role as Gertie.

Gertie is described as “an empathetic truck stop waitress and single mother who connects with Gemma during a difficult time”.

Like Glee, this will be the last season of Sons of Anarchy, but we can’t wait to see what both of these shows have in store for Lea.
